Abstract

Technical Field

Background
With the rapid development of the house area industry and modern science and technology, how people build living space and environment where people inhabit themselves puts higher requirements on the design and construction of modern living buildings. Noise generated by drainage of downpipes in toilets and kitchens in places such as high-grade houses, hospitals, hotels and the like in China is always puzzling people. In the technical scheme of the application, the linear low density polyethylene and high density polyethylene materials have excellent shock resistance, in addition, the polyethylene wax has an internal lubricating effect on the linear low density polyethylene and high density polyethylene resin, and the calcium stearate has an external lubricating effect, so that the apparent quality and the production efficiency of extruded products can be effectively improved, in addition, the extrusion shape is reduced due to the addition of the calcium stearate, and the tensile strength is increased; the antioxidant can prevent the special material of the application from oxidative degradation in processing, and can also inhibit the finished product from oxidative discoloration, thereby improving the service time and saving the cost; the maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene is used for the compatibility of active barium sulfate powder, EBS, polyethylene wax, calcium stearate, an antioxidant, linear low-density polyethylene and high-density polyethylene; the EBS enables the active barium sulfate powder to be more fully dispersed in the maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, the linear low-density polyethylene and the high-density polyethylene, thereby improving the branching stress and the diffusion stress speed of the material and improving the environmental stress cracking resistance of the material.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65 parts of active barium sulfate powder, 0.35 part of EBS, 1.5 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.45 part of calcium stearate, 0.2 part of antioxidant, 3.5 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 4.5 parts of linear low density polyethylene and 25 parts of high density polyethylene.

In addition, the polyethylene wax has an internal lubricating effect on linear low-density polyethylene and high-density polyethylene resin, and the calcium stearate has an external lubricating effect, so that the apparent quality and the production efficiency of extruded products can be effectively improved. The coupling agent is utilized to carry out surface modification treatment on the barium sulfate powder to obtain active barium sulfate powder which is of a hydrophobic oleophylic structure, so that the interface bonding between the active barium sulfate powder and linear low-density polyethylene and high-density polyethylene is more uniform and firmer, the strength, hardness and modulus of the material are improved, and the environmental stress cracking resistance is superior.

the preparation method of the special material for the polyethylene mute drain pipe comprises the following steps: adding active barium sulfate powder, EBS, polyethylene wax, calcium stearate, an antioxidant 168, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene and high-density polyethylene into an internal mixer according to the weight parts, heating and internally mixing to 188 ℃, then pouring the mixture into a feeding hopper of a single-screw extruder, and extruding and granulating the mixture by the single-screw extruder at the temperature of 140-170 ℃.

The embodiment provides a special material for a polyethylene mute drain pipe, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of active barium sulfate powder, 0.5 part of EBS, 2.5 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.7 part of calcium stearate, 0.3 part of antioxidant 1076, 5 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 6 parts of linear low density polyethylene and 35 parts of high density polyethylene; the preparation method of the active barium sulfate powder comprises the following steps: stirring barium sulfate powder in a high-speed mixer, heating to 105-110 ℃, adding an aluminate coupling agent, stirring for 18min, and then cooling to normal temperature in a cooling pot to obtain the barium sulfate powder;
the preparation method of the special material for the polyethylene mute drain pipe is the same as the example 1 except that the temperature is heated and internally mixed to 192 ℃.

As shown in table 1, compared with the 3SPP silent drain pipe special material and the commercially available polyethylene silent drain pipe special material, the polyethylene silent drain pipe special material prepared in examples 1 to 5 of the present application has a suitable bending modulus, and a tensile strength significantly superior to that of the 3SPP silent drain pipe special material and the commercially available polyethylene silent drain pipe special material, which indicates that the environmental stress cracking resistance is good, and the notch impact strength is high, which indicates that the pipe prepared from the polyethylene silent drain pipe special material prepared in examples 1 to 5 has good flexibility and small brittleness.
