6. The method for producing a seal tape with a metallic wiredrawing texture effect according to claim 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein the composition of the second resin ink comprises an acrylic resin and a polyurethane resin, and the roll coating thickness of the second resin ink is 10 to 50 μm.
7. The method of processing a metal wiredrawing texture effective edge banding according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the curing and shaping of the metal ink by the heat curing equipment includes: drying the metal ink, and thermally curing the metal ink in a temperature range of 120-150 ℃.
8. The method of processing a seal tape having a metallic wiredrawing texture effect of claim 1, further comprising a substrate preparation comprising: and uniformly mixing the raw materials, the auxiliary agent and the toner to prepare colloidal particles, extruding and molding the colloidal particles to obtain the plain color edge banding band with a flat surface, and uniformly coating glue on the back surface of the plain color edge banding band to form a back coating.
9. The method of producing a metal wiredrawing texture effective edge sealing tape according to claim 8, wherein the composition of the raw material comprises 70% by mass of PVC powder, 10% by mass of calcium carbonate powder, 4% by mass of stabilizer and 1% by mass of toner.
10. The edge banding with metal wiredrawing texture effect is manufactured by the processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the base material is a plain color edge banding band, and a back coating is arranged at the bottom of the plain color edge banding band;
the first adhesive layer covers the upper part of the plain color edge sealing band;
the base color layer is covered above the first adhesion layer;
the second adhesion layer is covered above the ground color layer;
and the wiredrawing texture layer is covered above the second adhesion layer.
