In a second aspect, the present embodiment provides a method for preparing a sleep improving composition, including a processing apparatus of the sleep improving composition in the first aspect, the method comprising:
s1, adding saffron and sour cherry powder, and enabling the powder to fall onto the screen 3 from the feed inlet 12;
s2, granulating saffron and sour cherry powder, starting the first rotating source 2, driving the first rotating rod 21, the connecting plate 22 and the extrusion roller 23 to rotate by the first rotating source 2, and extruding the saffron and sour cherry powder on the screen 3 by the extrusion roller 23 to enable the powder to pass through the screen 3 to form particles with uniform size;
s3, adding asparagus saponin and theanine powder, and adding the powder into the mixing shell 4 from the feeding pipe 57;
s4, mixing saffron, sour cherry particles, asparagus saponin and tea theanine powder, wherein the saffron and the sour cherry particles fall from the partition plate 53 in the mixing shell 4 through the material receiving table 51 and the sprinkling table 52, introducing water into the water inlet pipe 58 and sprinkling the water through the water conveying pipe 56 and the spray head 54, then blowing the asparagus saponin and the tea theanine powder into the mixing shell 4, mixing the particles with the powder, and finally conveying the particles out of the discharging pipe 6.

Claims (7)
1. A processing apparatus for a sleep improvement composition, comprising:
the machine comprises a frame (1) which is vertically arranged on a horizontal plane, wherein a feeding shell (11) is fixedly connected to the top of the frame (1), a feeding opening (12) is formed in the top of the feeding shell (11), and saffron and sour cherry powder are put into the machine from the feeding opening (12);
the first rotating source (2) is fixedly arranged at the top of the frame (1), an output shaft of the first rotating source (2) is fixedly connected with a first rotating rod (21), a connecting plate (22) is fixedly connected to the side wall below the first rotating rod (21), and one end, away from the first rotating rod (21), of the connecting plate (22) is fixedly connected with a squeeze roller (23);
a screen (3) arranged below the squeeze roller (23) for receiving saffron and sour cherry powder and forming granules under the squeeze of the squeeze roller (23);
the mixing shell (4) is fixedly communicated with the bottom of the feeding shell (11), and asparagus saponin and tea theanine powder are put into the mixing shell (4);
the mixing mechanism (5) is arranged in the mixing shell (4) and is used for mixing saffron and sour cherry particles with asparagus saponin and theanine powder;
the discharging pipe (6) is fixedly communicated with the bottom of the mixing shell (4);
the mixing mechanism (5) comprises:
a receiving table (51) arranged at the top of the mixing shell (4) and used for receiving saffron and sour cherry particles formed by the screen (3);
the sprinkling table (52) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the material receiving table (51) and is used for receiving particles falling down from the material receiving table (51), a plurality of partition plates (53) are fixedly connected to the side wall of the sprinkling table (52), the sprinkling table (52) is internally hollow, and a spray head (54) is fixedly communicated with the edge of the bottom wall of the sprinkling table (52);
the rotary column (55) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the sprinkling table (52), a water pipe (56) communicated with the inside of the sprinkling table (52) is arranged inside the rotary column (55), a material conveying cavity (551) and a water conveying cavity (552) are formed in the bottom of the rotary column (55), and a plurality of discharging holes (553) communicated with the material conveying cavity (551) are formed in the side wall of the material conveying cavity (551);
the feeding pipe (57) is fixedly communicated with the feeding cavity (551), and the feeding pipe (57) blows asparagus saponin and theanine powder into the mixing shell (4) through the discharging hole (553);
a water inlet pipe (58) fixedly communicated with the water delivery cavity (552);
the second rotating source (59) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the frame (1), and an output shaft of the second rotating source (59) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the rotating column (55).

s1, adding saffron and sour cherry powder, and dropping the powder from the feed inlet (12) onto the screen (3);
s2, granulating saffron and sour cherry powder, starting the first rotating source (2), driving the first rotating rod (21), the connecting plate (22) and the extruding roller (23) to rotate by the first rotating source (2), and extruding the saffron and sour cherry powder on the screen (3) by the extruding roller (23) to enable the powder to pass through the screen (3) to form particles with uniform size;
s3, adding asparagus saponin and theanine powder, and adding the powder into the mixing shell (4) from the feeding pipe (57);
s4, mixing saffron, sour cherry particles, asparagus saponin and theanine powder, wherein the saffron and the sour cherry particles fall from the clapboard (53) in the mixing shell (4) through the material receiving table (51) and the sprinkling table (52), introducing water into the water inlet pipe (58) and spraying the water through the water conveying pipe (56) and the spray head (54), then blowing the asparagus saponin and the theanine powder into the mixing shell (4), mixing the particles with the powder, and finally conveying the particles out of the discharging pipe (6).
