Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of pet foods, in particular to a high-protein cat food and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the pet market, the consumption demands of pets are continuously expanding, and the requirements of people on the health of pets and the quality of pet foods are also increasing. The pet food industry is becoming one of the industries that grow faster in the consumption of citizens in our country. Cats are popular as a sexual warm partner animal, and with the age of cats, three-high symptoms like human hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and the like can appear, and meanwhile, the health of the senior cat is seriously threatened due to the symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases, immunity decline, gradual decline of important organs and the like, so that the health state of the senior cat is not optimistic. At present, many functional pet foods for improving the health of pets and improving the immunity have the problem of adding medicaments such as antimicrobial, and the diseases of cats are generally treated by medicaments, but the high-end brands of the functional foods are mainly imported from abroad, and the price is too high to meet the domestic market demands.
In the prior art, the Chinese patent application document with the application number of CN202210036389X discloses cat food for improving the oxidation resistance of senior cats, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of brown rice powder, 25-50 parts of chicken powder, 15-30 parts of chicken meat paste, 10-15 parts of fermented soybean meal, 0.5-2 parts of glutamine, 0.1-2 parts of procyanidine and 5-10 parts of animal fat.
The cat food can improve the antioxidant capacity by adding glutamine and procyanidine, but because of the low protein content, the current feeding owners of many senior cats consider that the senior cats have weak kidney function and should be fed with food with low protein content so as to relieve the burden of the senior cats, but the cat food with low protein content cannot meet the requirements of the senior cats on nutrient substances.
Aiming at the related technology, the inventor finds that the aging problems of reduced digestion capacity, reduced appetite, bone calcium loss and the like of the senior cat, the low-protein cat food cannot meet the requirements of the senior cat on nutrient substances, and the resistance of the senior cat is not improved well.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to enable cat food to improve the resistance of senior cats and play a role in delaying senior cat aging, the application provides high-protein cat food and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a high protein cat food, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the high-protein cat food comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25-40% of ostrich meat, 30-40% of chicken, 5-10% of beef lung, 5-10% of chicken liver, 5-10% of chicken heart, 5-10% of egg yolk, 0.4-1% of probiotics, 0.5-1% of nutrition enhancer, 0.05-0.2% of silk orchid powder, 0.7-1.2% of premix, 0.1-0.3% of rosemary extract, 0.05-0.1% of natural vitamin E and 0.02-0.1% of taurine.
By adopting the technical scheme, the ostrich meat belongs to super-quality meat, has the characteristics of high protein, low fat and low heat, can meet the requirements of the senior cat on the protein, can not cause burden on the body of the senior cat, has higher contents of calcium, iron, zinc and the like than other meats, can supplement nutrition required by the senior cat, contains rich nutrient components such as monocotyledonous, vitamins, minerals, trace elements and the like in chicken livers, chicken hearts and beef lungs, is suitable for feeding the senior cat, has the beneficial effects of scavenging free radicals, relieving lipid peroxidation, playing an antioxidant role, helping senior cat improve night vision capability, improving immunity, and natural vitamin E is vitamin E extracted from natural sources, is an antioxidant substance, can help senior cat improve fur texture, make hair soft and glossy, help protect cells from free radical damage, increase blood circulation, promote the growth of the senior cat, help to restore the senior cat to improve the gastrointestinal function, reduce the digestion and the night soil, reduce the digestion of the orally-available substances in the cat, reduce the night soil, reduce the harmful substances in the cat, reduce the digestion and the harmful substances in the intestines and the cat, reduce the digestion of the orally-occurring food; the rosemary extract is an antioxidant, can increase fragrance and appetite, can kill roundworms, hair nematodes and the like in the cat body, is beneficial to improving the immunity of the senior cat, preventing infection and keeping freshness, and is also beneficial to improving the appetite and digestion function of the senior cat.

Optionally, the premix comprises vitamins and minerals in a mass ratio of 1:0.9-1.
Optionally, the silk orchid powder is prepared by the following method:
mixing fish scraps with water according to a mass ratio of 1:3-4, pulping, regulating pH to 7-7.5 to obtain mixed slurry, heating to 50-55 ℃, adding compound protease with the mass of 0.1-1.5wt% of the mixed slurry, carrying out heat preservation and enzymolysis for 3-5 hours, and heating to inactivate enzyme to obtain hydrolysate;
mixing the hydrolysate, starch and highland barley powder according to the mass ratio of 1:4-5:0.3-0.5, spraying on yucca, drying, and pulverizing to obtain the final product.
By adopting the technical scheme, the fish offal refers to wastes generated in the processing process of the fish, such as viscera and skin of the fish. The fish scales, the fish heads, the fish bones, the fish tails and the like are rich protein resources, and at present, the treatment method of the fish offal in China mainly discards the buried treatment, so that resources are wasted, and the environment is polluted, therefore, the fish offal is subjected to enzymolysis by using composite protease to obtain protein hydrolysate containing more amino nitrogen, highland barley powder used as a Maillard reaction substrate for the protein hydrolysate is rich in glucose, the Maillard reaction of the protein hydrolysate is promoted, amino acids and small molecular peptides in the hydrolysate are further decomposed into nitrogen-containing flavor compounds with volatile flavor components, and the phagostimulation effect of the silk orchid powder is improved; the starch is added into the hydrolysate, preferably potato pregelatinized starch, and has strong cohesiveness and good film forming property compared with other pregelatinized starch, so that the cohesiveness of the hydrolysate on yucca can be improved, the cohesiveness among highland barley powder, the hydrolysate and the yucca can be increased, and the feeding attraction of the yucca can be improved.

By adopting the technical scheme, the proper enzymolysis temperature and pH value of trypsin and flavourzyme are similar, so that more ammonia nitrogen can be obtained in the hydrolysate of grass carp leftover enzymolysis, maillard reaction can be conveniently generated, cat food has better meat flavor and better food calling effect.
Optionally, the natural vitamin E is pretreated by:
uniformly mixing natural vitamin E, spore oil and vegetable oil to obtain an oil phase;
uniformly mixing resistant dextrin, clostridium tenecum, yeast selenium and distilled water to obtain a liquid phase;
adding the oil phase into the liquid phase while stirring the liquid phase, and homogenizing.
By adopting the technical scheme, the vitamin E is extremely easy to oxidize, and the wall material is prepared from the resistant dextrin, the clostridium tenecum, the yeast selenium and the distilled water and is coated outside the oil phase prepared from the natural vitamin E, the spore oil and the vegetable oil, so that the natural vitamin E is not easy to oxidize and lose effect.

Optionally, during pretreatment of the natural vitamin E, the following raw materials are in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of natural vitamin E, 0.5-1 part of spore oil, 2.5-3.5 parts of vegetable oil, 2-4 parts of resistant dextrin, 0.05-0.1 part of clostridium tenecum, 0.1-0.3 part of yeast selenium and 5-10 parts of distilled water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the raw materials with the above dosage can enhance the antioxidant capacity of the natural vitamin E and improve the intestinal tract improving capacity of senior cats.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of a high-protein cat food, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of high-protein cat food comprises the following steps:
mixing probiotics, nutrition enhancer, yucca powder, rosemary extract, natural vitamin E and taurine to obtain powdery raw materials;
chopping and uniformly mixing the powdery raw materials with ostrich meat, chicken, beef lung, chicken liver and chicken heart to obtain a pasty raw material;
extruding or bracing the mud-like raw materials to form, and sequentially carrying out quick freezing, slitting or dicing, quick freezing, vacuum drying, gold detecting and packaging to obtain the product.
By adopting the technical scheme, the components except the meat are firstly mixed, then are chopped and mixed with the meat, and quick-freeze after bracing or extrusion, the preparation method is simple, and the industrial production is easy.
In summary, the application has the following beneficial effects:
1. because the application adopts high-content ostrich meat, chicken heart and other meats, the protein content of cat food is high, the application is suitable for cats with short digestive tracts, improves SOD activity, eliminates superoxide anion free radicals, plays the role of delaying aging, can change the intestinal flora structure of old cats, and enhances the intestinal absorption capacity.
2. In the application, beer yeast powder, bradyyeast and bacillus licheniformis are preferably used as probiotics, so that the balance of flora in the intestinal tract can be maintained, the normal digestion and absorption of the intestinal tract can be maintained, and the application is more suitable for senior cats with reduced intestinal functions.
3. In the application, the hydrolysate obtained after enzymolysis of fish leftovers is preferably added with starch and highland barley powder, and then mixed with yucca, dried and crushed to prepare the silk orchid powder, so that the food calling effect of the silk orchid powder can be improved.
4. According to the application, the natural vitamin E, the spore oil and the vegetable oil are preferably coated by adopting the resistant cyclodextrin, the clostridium tenectum and the yeast selenium as liquid phases, so that the antioxidation effect of the natural vitamin E is improved, the yeast selenium can be matched with the natural vitamin E to cooperatively play the roles of antioxidation, free radical removal, cell integrity protection and organism immunity improvement, the yeast selenium can promote the absorption of the vitamin E and relieve stress reaction, the spore oil is used as a prebiotic to promote the growth of the clostridium tenectum, the intestinal environment is improved, the resistant cyclodextrin can improve the blood sugar and cholesterol content of old cats, the SOD activity is improved, and the anti-aging capability of the old cats is improved.
Detailed Description
Preparation example of Silk orchid powder
Preparation example 1: mixing grass carp leftovers with water according to the mass ratio of 1:4, pulping, regulating the pH value to 7.5, preparing mixed slurry, heating to 55 ℃, adding compound protease with the mass of 1.5wt% of the mixed slurry, preserving heat and hydrolyzing for 5 hours, heating to 100 ℃ for inactivating enzyme, and obtaining hydrolysate, wherein the compound protein comprises trypsin (4000U/g) and flavor protease (20 ten thousand U/g) with the mass ratio of 4:1;

the preparation method of the high-protein cat food comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing probiotics, nutrition enhancer, yucca powder, rosemary extract, natural vitamin E and taurine to obtain powdery raw materials;

adding the oil phase into the liquid phase while stirring the liquid phase, and homogenizing.
Example 12: a high protein cat food differs from example 11 in that no spore oil was added to pretreat the natural vitamin E.
Example 13: a high protein cat food differs from example 11 in that no Clostridium tenecum was added to the pretreatment of natural vitamin E.
Example 14: a high protein cat food differs from example 11 in that no yeast selenium is added when the natural vitamin E is pre-treated.

Comparative example 1: a high protein cat food differs from example 1 in that no probiotics are added.

Comparative example 3: a high protein cat food differs from example 1 in that no natural vitamin E is added.
Comparative example 4: a cat food for improving oxidation resistance of senior cats comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of brown rice flour, 50 parts of chicken powder, 23 parts of chicken meat paste, 15 parts of fermented soybean meal, 0.5 part of glutamine, 2 parts of procyanidine and 5 parts of animal fat.
Comparative example 5: a cat food is selected from sea pet food limited company.
Performance test
Cat food was prepared according to the methods of examples and comparative examples, and the efficacy of cat food was tested according to the following method, and the test results are recorded in table 2.
(1) Test animals: 120 cats over 10 years old are selected, and after 1 week of adaptive feeding, the cats are divided into 20 groups according to body weight, 6 cats in each group adopt a cage mode, and 3 cats/cage are adopted.
(2) Sample collection: blood sampling is carried out on leg veins before the test, serum is separated, and the blood is preserved at the temperature of minus 20 ℃ for standby; during the test, 1-20 groups of senior cats eat the cat foods prepared in examples 1-15 and comparative examples 1-5 respectively, eat freely, use natural light, maintain the temperature at 20-28 ℃, change cat litter for 2 days for 1 time, keep the cage clean and tidy, measure the feed intake once a week, test for 60 days, take blood from the tested cats by veins again at the end of the test, separate serum, and store at-20 ℃ for later use.
(3) And (3) measuring indexes: the total superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde content in the blood plasma are respectively measured by adopting a hydroxylammonium method and a thiobarbituric acid method, and the test actual box is purchased from Nanjing to build a bioengineering institute; blood sugar was measured using a biochemical glucose test kit (glucose oxidase-peroxidase method) for Shanghai Rong Cheng, and total plasma cholesterol was measured using a kit for Nanjing institute of biological engineering.

As can be seen by combining the data in examples 1-15 and Table 2, the use of beer yeast powder, bradyyeast and Bacillus licheniformis as probiotics, the use of grass carp leftovers, highland barley powder, starch and the like for preparing silk orchid powder, the use of ostrich meat, chicken meat and the like as main materials of cat food can obviously reduce lipid peroxidation products in aged cats, reduce blood sugar and cholesterol, improve SOD activity, help aged cats to remove superoxide anion free radicals and play a role in delaying aging.
In examples 5 and 6, bacillus licheniformis and Bradyyeast were omitted, respectively, and in example 7, only brewer's yeast powder was used as a probiotic, and compared with example 1, the cat food prepared in examples 5-7 had a reduced intestinal digestion ability and an insignificant increase in resistance to senior cats.
Examples 8-10 the yucca powders prepared in preparation examples 3-5, respectively, gave the least attractive feed for cats than example 1, and the yucca powders prepared in example 10 gave less attractive feed for cats than example 8 and example 9.
In example 11, the natural vitamin E was also pretreated to improve the physical enhancement of the senior cat by the natural vitamin E, and table 2 shows that after eating the cat food, the senior cat has reduced blood sugar, cholesterol, SOD activity and anti-aging ability.
Examples 12-15 the cat food prepared in examples 12-15 had reduced anti-aging effects on senior cats compared to example 11 without the addition of spore oil, clostridium tenectosum, yeast selenium and resistant dextrin, respectively, to the pre-treated natural vitamin E, as shown in table 1.
In comparative example 1, no probiotics were added, in comparative example 2, no silk orchid powder was added, in comparative example 3, no natural vitamin E was added, and compared with example 1, the effect of lowering blood sugar, cholesterol, etc. was reduced and the rate of increasing SDO activity was reduced after the senior cats were fed cat foods prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3.
Comparative example 4 is cat food suitable for senior cats prepared in the prior art, while comparative example 5 is cat food sold in the market, and after senior cats eat the cat food in comparative example 4 and comparative example 5, the SOD activity is not obviously increased, and the anti-aging effect is not good.

Claims (10)
1. The high-protein cat food is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25-40% of ostrich meat, 30-40% of chicken, 5-10% of beef lung, 5-10% of chicken liver, 5-10% of chicken heart, 5-10% of egg yolk, 0.4-1% of probiotics, 0.5-1% of nutrition enhancer, 0.05-0.2% of silk orchid powder, 0.7-1.2% of premix, 0.1-0.3% of rosemary extract, 0.05-0.1% of natural vitamin E and 0.02-0.1% of taurine.
2. The high protein cat food of claim 1 wherein the probiotic is selected from at least one of brewer's yeast powder, saccharomyces boulardii, enterococcus faecalis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus subtilis.
3. The high protein cat food of claim 2 wherein the probiotics comprise brewer's yeast powder, saccharomyces boulardii and bacillus licheniformis in a mass ratio of 1:0.1-0.3:0.2-0.6.
4. The high protein cat food of claim 1 wherein the nutritional enhancer is selected from at least one of tricalcium phosphate, dicalcium phosphate, calcium phosphate, riboflavin sodium phosphate, tripotassium phosphate.
5. The high protein cat food of claim 1 wherein: the premix comprises vitamins and minerals in a mass ratio of 1:0.9-1.
6. The high protein cat food of claim 1 wherein the yucca powder is made by the process of:
mixing fish scraps with water according to a mass ratio of 1:3-4, pulping, regulating pH to 7-7.5 to obtain mixed slurry, heating to 50-55 ℃, adding compound protease with the mass of 0.1-1.5wt% of the mixed slurry, carrying out heat preservation and enzymolysis for 3-5 hours, and heating to inactivate enzyme to obtain hydrolysate;
mixing the hydrolysate, starch and highland barley powder according to the mass ratio of 1:4-5:0.3-0.5, spraying on yucca, drying, and pulverizing to obtain the final product.
7. The high protein cat food of claim 6 wherein the complex protease comprises trypsin and flavourzyme in a mass ratio of 3-4:1.
8. The high protein cat food of claim 1 wherein the natural vitamin E is pretreated by:
uniformly mixing natural vitamin E, spore oil and vegetable oil to obtain an oil phase;
uniformly mixing resistant dextrin, clostridium tenecum, yeast selenium and distilled water to obtain a liquid phase;
adding the oil phase into the liquid phase while stirring the liquid phase, and homogenizing.
9. The high protein cat food of claim 8 wherein the natural vitamin E pre-treatment comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of natural vitamin E, 0.5-1 part of spore oil, 2.5-3.5 parts of vegetable oil, 2-4 parts of resistant dextrin, 0.05-0.1 part of clostridium tenecum, 0.1-0.3 part of yeast selenium and 5-10 parts of distilled water.
10. A method of preparing a high protein cat food as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 comprising the steps of:
mixing probiotics, nutrition enhancer, yucca powder, rosemary extract, natural vitamin E and taurine to obtain powdery raw materials;
chopping and uniformly mixing the powdery raw materials with ostrich meat, chicken, beef lung, chicken liver and chicken heart to obtain a pasty raw material;
extruding or bracing the mud-like raw materials to form, and sequentially carrying out quick freezing, slitting or dicing, quick freezing, vacuum drying, gold detecting and packaging to obtain the product.
