Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of mite killing, and particularly relates to a composite plant source mite-killing agent and application thereof.
Background
At present, the mite removing mode mainly comprises two modes of physical mite removing and chemical mite removing, and the physical method principle is that ultraviolet light is used for removing mites, ultrasonic waves are used for removing mites, adsorption is used for removing mites, and the like. The chemical mite removal is mainly carried out by the principle that effective chemical substances such as fenpyroximate, fenbutatin oxide, amitraz and the like have contact killing or stomach toxicity on mites.
The existing physical and chemical mite removing modes have larger limitations, the physical mite removing instrument is time-consuming and labor-consuming to use, has larger energy consumption, and cannot guarantee the effect. Although the traditional chemical mite remover has good mite killing effect and is convenient to use, most chemical mite removers are artificially synthesized, have certain potential safety hazards and possibly damage human bodies.
Tuberose (academic name: po l i anthes tuberosa) is a perennial herb of genus tuberose of family lycoris. The tuberose stems are upright and are not branched; basal leaves cluster, are linear, have sharp top ends, are dark green and gradually decrease upwards to form bracts; the spike-shaped inflorescence grows on the top, the flower is milky white, strong in fragrance and long in round shape; the capsules are egg-shaped; most seeds are slightly flat; the flowering period is 7-9 months. The fragrance is gradually rich after the near-falling day, so the name is 'tuberose'.
The leaf flowers and fruits of tuberose can be used as medicines, and have the functions of clearing liver and improving vision, removing toxicity and promoting granulation, and can also treat acute keratitis, conjunctivitis and furuncle. The tuberose has good ornamental value and is also an important cut flower material; the flower can also extract essential oil.
There is no report in the prior art about the use of tuberose extract for mite control. The composite plant acaricide prepared by the invention is a natural plant extract component, has a rapid acarid removing effect, and has good stability and safety.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the first aim of the invention is to provide a composite plant acaricide which takes main acarid-removing plant extracts as main plant extracts and combines and enhances a plurality of plant extracts, so as to achieve good acarid-removing effect in a short time, and the acarid-removing agent has stable character and is not easy to deteriorate. Another object of the present invention is to provide the use of the composite plant extract in daily chemical products. In order to achieve the object of the present invention,
the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the composite plant extract acaricide comprises the following raw materials in percentage: 50-93% of mite-removing agent, 6-40% of mite-removing synergist and 1-10% of stabilizer, wherein the mite-removing agent is tuberose extract and the stabilizer is China rose extract.
Preferably, the composite plant extract acaricide comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70-90% of mite-killing agent, 9-20% of mite-killing synergist and 1-10% of stabilizer. Wherein the mite removing agent is tuberose extract, and the stabilizer is China rose extract.
More preferably, the composite plant extract acaricide comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 80-90% of mite-killing agent, 9-15% of mite-killing synergist and 1-5% of stabilizing agent. Wherein the mite removing agent is tuberose extract, and the stabilizer is China rose extract.
The mite-removing synergistic agent is one or more of fennel oil, peppermint oil, lemon fruit extract, geranium oil, chamomile oil, star anise extract, perilla leaf extract, lightyellow sophora root extract, thyme extract, cedar bark extract, citronella extract, cinnamon bark extract, wintergreen extract, tea leaf extract, clove bud extract, bitter orange flower extract, eucalyptus extract, peppermint leaf extract, oregano extract, galangal extract, derris extract, black bean extract, marigold extract, ginger extract, calamus extract, fennel extract and cumin extract.
Preferably, the mite-removing synergist is one or more of fennel oil, peppermint oil, lemon fruit extract, geranium oil and chamomile oil.
More preferably, the mite-removing synergist is one or more than one compound of lemon fruit extract and geranium oil.
The composite plant extract mite-killing agent is prepared by the following steps: and (3) uniformly mixing the mite-killing agent, the mite-killing synergistic agent and the stabilizing agent at room temperature to obtain the composite plant extract mite-killing agent.
The application of the composite plant extract mite-killing agent in daily chemicals is selected from any one of clothes spray, laundry detergent, laundry gel, clothes softener, perfumed soap, aromatherapy, air cleaner, wet towel, disinfectant, fragrance retaining bead, pet hair care spray, pet bath lotion, pet ear washing liquid, pet skin care liquid, mask liquid, toner, essence, cream, emulsion, stock solution, face cleaning emulsion, cosmetic water, perfume, makeup remover, foundation solution, foundation cream, concealer, rouge, blush, powder, make-up spray, highlight and nose shadow.
The application of the composite plant extract mite-killing agent in preparing daily chemicals is characterized in that the dosage of the composite mite-killing agent is 0.05-5% by mass percent.
The ethanol extracts are adopted as the extracts in the invention. The specific extraction process comprises the following steps:
pulverizing plant material, soaking in 80% ethanol for 24-48 hr, reflux extracting in continuous reflux device, filtering to obtain extractive solution, adding petroleum ether, mixing, and evaporating petroleum ether to obtain plant material extract. The plant material is as follows: tuberose, rose, lemon fruit, etc.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial technical effects
The raw materials used in the invention are all from natural plants, so that not only can a good mite killing effect be provided in various daily chemical products, but also the safety hidden trouble caused by the traditional chemical synthesis mite removing agent is avoided.
According to the invention, after the mite-removing synergistic agent (such as fennel oil, peppermint oil, lemon fruit extract, pelargonium roseum oil and the like) is added to the tuberose extract, particularly the tuberose extract, the lemon fruit extract and the pelargonium roseum oil are matched for use, the various components are synergistic, and the mite-removing effect of the tuberose extract can be remarkably improved.
Because the plant essential oil contains a plurality of components which are easy to oxidize by air, the plant mite remover is easy to darken and the quality guarantee period is shortened. The rose extract is adopted as a stabilizer, has remarkable antioxidation function, and can effectively inhibit the color and smell change of the mite-killing agent and prolong the shelf life.

Example 2: formulation formula
2.1 mite-killing spray formulation
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1. sequentially adding the phase A raw materials into water, heating to 60 ℃, preserving heat and stirring until the phase A raw materials are uniformly dissolved;
2. cooling to 45deg.C, adding pre-dissolved phase B, stirring, and adjusting pH to 6.0.
2.2 mite-removing laundry detergent formula
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1. mixing and dispersing the A-phase cold water uniformly, heating to 80-85 ℃, stirring and dissolving uniformly;
2. sequentially adding phase B, and stirring at a constant temperature until the phase B is uniformly dissolved;
3. cooling to 45deg.C, adding pre-dissolved C phase, stirring, and adjusting pH to 6.5.
Example 3: test of mite-killing activity of tuberose extract
Test methods refer to the agricultural department mite killing test standard method: NY/T1151.2-2006.
3.1 experimental equipment and materials: constant temperature and humidity incubator (temperature (25+ -1) deg.C, humidity 70% -80%) capped container (about 30cm×25cm×5 cm), beaker (150 mL), stereomicroscope, disposable dish, white oil Vaseline mixture (1:1), saturated saline, dust mite adult mite, mite feed, mite counting tool (counter, dissecting needle, writing brush).
3.2 preparation of experimental samples: a suitable amount of example 2 was prepared as an anti-mite spray and anti-mite laundry detergent sample, respectively.
3.3 experimental procedure: taking disposable plates, adding 5g of sample to be measured into each plate, and uniformly smearing white petrolatum mixture on the upper edge of the inner wall of each plate. 300 mites were added to the center of each dish, and 0.05g of mite feed was placed in the center of the dish after 30 min. Placing the mites in a constant temperature and humidity incubator for 2 hours, taking out the plates, checking and recording the number of dead mites under a stereoscopic microscope, and calculating the mite killing rate.
3.4 mite killing rate calculation: mite killing rate = number of dead mites/number of experimental mites 100.
3.5 test results
Table 1. Test results of the acarid-killing spray acarid-killing test:
table 2. Test results of the mite-killing test of the mite-killing laundry detergent:
the killing rate of the tuberose extract mite-removing spray to mites is 77.33%; the killing rate of the tuberose extract mite-removing laundry detergent to mites is 46.67%. The effect of killing mites in the liquid laundry detergent is lower than that of the spray for killing mites when the tuberose extract has the same action concentration and time. The reason for this analysis is that most of the plant acaricides are fat-soluble components, are easily wrapped by a large number of micelles formed by activation in the liquid laundry detergent, influence the action time of mites and active ingredients, and reduce the acaricidal effect.
