Description

Multi-purpose ammeter recharging management method and system based on fund pool
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of distributed system management technology, and in particular, to a fund pool-based multi-purpose ammeter recharging management method, system, computer device, storage medium and computer program product.
Background
Power is a costly resource and power companies need to invest in funds and resources to produce, transmit and distribute power. Billing is a fair and reasonable way to ensure that the power company can reclaim costs and maintain operation, while also motivating users to save electricity. Through billing, the power supply company can charge fees according to the actual power consumption of the user, and the user is ensured to pay according to the actual consumed power. Therefore, resource waste and abuse can be avoided, and users are encouraged to save electricity so as to reduce the influence on the environment. Charging by electricity meters is a common way of charging electricity, and is one of the most common ways. Through ammeter charging, the power supply company can accurately measure the electricity consumption of the user and calculate the cost according to the electricity consumption. The electricity meter is typically installed at an electric wire inlet of a house or building to record the consumption of electric power. The electricity meter may be a mechanical electricity meter or an electronic electricity meter. The mechanical electricity meter measures the consumption of electric energy through a rotating mechanical structure, and the electronic electricity meter measures the consumption of electric energy through an electronic chip and a sensor. The power company periodically reads the data on the electricity meter, typically monthly or quarterly. The read data comprise a start reading and an end reading, and the electricity consumption of the user can be obtained by calculating the difference between the two readings. The power supply company calculates a fee according to the amount of electricity and the price of electricity, and issues a bill to the user. The manner in which power is charged is typically different according to the specifications of different regions and power supply companies. The following are several common ways of charging electricity: average charging (Flat Rate); time of Use (Time of Use); step charging (Tiered Rate); seasonal billing (seal Rate); renewable energy billing (Renewable Energy Rate), and the like.
In the related art, under the large-amount electricity consumption field of enterprise electricity consumption, in order to improve electricity consumption management efficiency, an independent charging ammeter is generally set for a lower-level electricity consumption unit, and the charging ammeter can be prepaid according to a certain amount, so that the electricity consumption management of the electricity consumption unit is realized through the prepaid charging ammeter and a corresponding power supply access control unit.
