Abstract
The invention discloses a method for measuring the fixed length of a continuous casting blank. The length of the cut continuous casting blank realized by the invention does not need to be stopped, and operators can pick out unqualified products before the cut continuous casting blank enters the next working procedure according to the measuring result output by the computer, thereby meeting the requirements of the continuous casting blank hot-feeding process.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field, in particular to a method for measuring the fixed length of a continuous casting billet.
Background
At present, continuous casting billets have certain specification requirements, and in order to enable the produced continuous casting billets to meet the specification requirements, the fixed-size length of the continuous casting billets needs to be measured when the continuous casting billets are produced, so that the continuous casting billets meeting the specification requirements can be obtained by cutting according to the measured fixed-size length.
Currently, a continuous casting billet normally advances on a roller way at a billet drawing speed of 0.5-3m/min under the action of a withdrawal and straightening machine, an infrared camera fixed-length measuring device is installed on the roller way, the infrared camera fixed-length measuring device shoots images of the continuous casting billet advancing on the roller way, the fixed-length of the continuous casting billet is measured through image processing, and when the measured fixed-length reaches a preset fixed-length specification, the continuous casting billet meeting the fixed-length specification is obtained through cutting by a fixed-length cutting machine.
However, the infrared camera fixed-length measuring device is difficult to meet the fixed-length measuring requirements of continuous casting billets of various specifications. Moreover, the accuracy of measuring the fixed length by taking an image is limited, and particularly when measuring a short-specification continuous casting billet, the fixed length is easily interfered by cutting sparks, so that the accuracy of measuring the fixed length is low.
Therefore, there is a need to design a method for measuring the fixed length of a continuous casting billet by measuring the distance by laser.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for measuring the fixed length of a continuous casting billet, which aims to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following solutions: the invention provides a method for measuring the fixed length of a continuous casting blank, which comprises the following steps:
obtaining the fixed-length specification of a continuous casting blank to be cut;
obtaining a preset demarcation length, and setting the demarcation length according to the sizing specification of the continuous casting blank to be cut;
determining the horizontal distance D between the trigger switch and the distance meter in the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet according to the fixed length L0 of the cut continuous casting billet, and enabling D to be larger than L0;
the synchronous trigger controls the trigger switch to intermittently detect the trigger signal and synchronously controls the distance meter to measure the horizontal distance between the distance meter and the billet head or the billet tail of the cut continuous casting billet in the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet;
when the billet tail of the cut continuous casting billet moves to the position of the trigger switch or the billet head of the cut continuous casting billet moves to the position of the trigger switch, the trigger switch is triggered, the horizontal distance L1 between the distance meter and the billet head or the billet tail of the cut continuous casting billet in the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet is marked and stored according to time sequence;
calculating the actual length of the cut continuous casting blank: l=d-L1; correcting the fixed-size length L0 of the fixed-size cutting device according to the actual length of the cut continuous casting billet;
when the cut continuous casting billet advances to the position of the distance meter, the cut continuous casting billet pushes the distance meter to rotate around the mounting shaft of the mounting device so as to allow the cut continuous casting billet to pass through; after the cut continuous casting billet completely passes through the position of the distance meter, the distance meter returns to the original position by means of gravity or spring force.

The invention discloses the following technical effects: according to the invention, the trigger switch and the range finder are controlled by the synchronous trigger to respectively and simultaneously measure the length of the cut continuous casting blank, so that the product percent of pass is improved and the cost is reduced. The length of the cut continuous casting blank realized by the invention does not need to be stopped, and operators can pick out unqualified products before the cut continuous casting blank enters the next working procedure according to the measuring result output by the computer, thereby meeting the requirements of the continuous casting blank hot-feeding process.

The invention provides a method for measuring the fixed length of a continuous casting blank, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining the fixed-length specification of a continuous casting blank to be cut;
obtaining a preset demarcation length, and setting the demarcation length according to the sizing specification of the continuous casting blank to be cut;
determining the horizontal distance D between the trigger switch and the distance meter in the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet according to the fixed length L0 of the cut continuous casting billet, and enabling D to be larger than L0;
the synchronous trigger controls the trigger switch to intermittently detect the trigger signal and synchronously controls the distance meter to measure the horizontal distance between the distance meter and the billet head or the billet tail of the cut continuous casting billet in the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet;

In one embodiment of the invention, the light path sensor is arranged at the upstream of the bloom roller way, and the emitted light beam is vertical to the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting bloom; the laser distance measuring instrument is arranged at the downstream of the billet discharging roller way, and the emitted light beam is parallel to the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet.
Further, the photoelectric sensor is arranged at the downstream of the billet ejection roller way, and the emitted light beam is perpendicular to the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet; the laser distance measuring instrument is arranged at the upstream of the billet discharging roller way, and the emitted light beam is parallel to the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet.
In one embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises a mounting device; the distance meter is arranged on the mounting device and can rotate around a mounting shaft of the mounting device; when the cut continuous casting billet advances to the position of the distance meter, the cut continuous casting billet pushes the distance meter to rotate so as to allow the cut continuous casting billet to pass through; after the cut continuous casting billet completely passes through the position of the distance meter, the distance meter returns to the original position by means of gravity or spring force.

Furthermore, since continuous casting billets with different sizing specifications can be produced, when the laser range finder corresponding to the continuous casting billets to be cut is determined, the demarcation length can be preset in the control terminal, and the demarcation length is used for dividing the continuous casting billets with different sizing specifications into two types, one type is the continuous casting billets with sizing specifications smaller than the demarcation length, and the other type is the continuous casting billets with sizing specifications larger than or equal to the demarcation length. In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset demarcation length may be a distance between a laser rangefinder and the sizing cutter, where the laser rangefinder is not the laser rangefinder farthest from the sizing cutter.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the invention, the demarcation length can be set according to the sizing specification of the continuous casting blank to be cut. Setting the demarcation length as the sum of the fixed-length specification and the preset value of the continuous casting blank to be cut, and in order to ensure that the set demarcation length is smaller than the distance between the furthest laser range finder and the fixed-length cutting machine, presetting a plurality of preset values, when the demarcation length is set according to the fixed-length specification of the continuous casting blank to be cut, firstly determining the preset value which enables the demarcation length to be smaller than the distance between the furthest laser range finder and the fixed-length cutting machine, randomly selecting one preset value from the determined preset values, and setting the sum of the selected preset value and the fixed-length specification of the continuous casting blank to be cut as the demarcation length.
Further, the distance between each laser range finder arranged on the roller table and the fixed-length cutting machine is respectively obtained through the demarcation length, and the obtained distance corresponding to each laser range finder is respectively determined to be the fixed distance corresponding to each laser range finder; comparing the fixed-length specification and the demarcation length of the continuous casting blank to be cut, if the fixed-length specification is smaller than the demarcation length, selecting the laser range finder with the minimum fixed distance from the laser range finders with the fixed distance larger than the demarcation length, and determining the selected laser range finders as the laser range finders corresponding to the continuous casting blank to be cut; and if the fixed size is larger than or equal to the demarcation length, determining the laser range finder with the minimum fixed distance in the laser range finders with the fixed distance larger than the fixed size as the laser range finders corresponding to the continuous casting billets to be cut.
Further, a current distance corresponding to the laser distance meter is obtained through the laser distance meter arranged on the roller way, and the current distance is the distance between the current laser distance meter and the fixed-length cutting machine; selecting a laser range finder with the smallest difference between the current distance and the sizing specification from a plurality of laser range finders arranged on a roller way; determining a position point on a roller way, wherein the distance between the position point and the fixed-length cutting machine is the sum of fixed-length specifications and preset length; and controlling the selected laser rangefinder to move to the position point, and determining the laser rangefinder moving to the position point as the laser rangefinder corresponding to the continuous casting blank to be cut.

1. A method for measuring the specified length of a continuous casting billet, comprising the steps of:
obtaining the fixed-length specification of a continuous casting blank to be cut;
obtaining a preset demarcation length, and setting the demarcation length according to the sizing specification of the continuous casting blank to be cut;
determining the horizontal distance D between the trigger switch and the distance meter in the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet according to the fixed length L0 of the cut continuous casting billet, and enabling D to be larger than L0;
the synchronous trigger controls the trigger switch to intermittently detect the trigger signal and synchronously controls the distance meter to measure the horizontal distance between the distance meter and the billet head or the billet tail of the cut continuous casting billet in the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet;
when the billet tail of the cut continuous casting billet moves to the position of the trigger switch or the billet head of the cut continuous casting billet moves to the position of the trigger switch, the trigger switch is triggered, the horizontal distance L1 between the distance meter and the billet head or the billet tail of the cut continuous casting billet in the advancing direction of the cut continuous casting billet is marked and stored according to time sequence;
calculating the actual length of the cut continuous casting blank: l=d-L1; correcting the fixed-size length L0 of the fixed-size cutting device according to the actual length of the cut continuous casting billet;
when the cut continuous casting billet advances to the position of the distance meter, the cut continuous casting billet pushes the distance meter to rotate around the mounting shaft of the mounting device so as to allow the cut continuous casting billet to pass through; after the cut continuous casting billet completely passes through the position of the distance meter, the distance meter returns to the original position by means of gravity or spring force.

4. The method for measuring the specified length of a continuous casting billet according to claim 1, wherein: the trigger switch and range finder response times are no greater than 7ms.

6. The method for measuring the specified length of a continuous casting billet according to claim 5, wherein: measuring the distance between the distance meter and the billet head of the continuous casting billet to be cut through the distance meter;
the preset upstream ranging sensor measures the distance between the upstream ranging sensor and the starting point of the sizing cutter;
acquiring a determined distance between the range finder and the upstream range finding sensor;
obtaining the fixed-size length of the continuous casting blank to be cut through the following formula (1);
