In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the heat dissipation assembly 130 further includes: a heat dissipation air duct 132 provided in the main body 110; the heat dissipation fan 133 is disposed in the heat dissipation air duct 132, and the heat dissipation fan 133 can form an air flow, and the heat dissipation air duct 132 discharges the air flow, so as to blow out the steam discharged from the steam outlet 131 to the outside through the air flow.
In this embodiment, the structure of the heat dissipation assembly 130 is further defined. In order to discharge the steam in the cooking cavity 111 discharged from the steam discharge port 131 to the outside, the present application further provides a wind-dispersing duct and a wind-dispersing fan in the heat-radiating assembly 130. The heat dissipation air duct 132 is disposed in the main body 110, and a fan is disposed in the heat dissipation air duct 132, and can form an air flow, the heat dissipation air duct 132 discharges the air flow formed by the heat dissipation fan 133, and the air flow blows out the water vapor and the oil smoke discharged from the steam outlet 131 to the outside. Therefore, the steam exhaust speed can be improved, the steam exhaust efficiency is improved, the accumulation of water steam and oil smoke in the cooking utensil is avoided, and the service life and the safety of the cooking utensil are influenced.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, the cooking enclosure 100 further comprises: the outer cover 150, the main body 110 is located in the outer cover 150, the outer cover 150 is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings 151, the air outlet of the heat dissipation air duct 132 is close to the ventilation openings 151, the heat dissipation air duct 132 discharges air flow, and steam discharged from the steam outlet 131 is discharged to the outside through the ventilation openings 151.
In this embodiment, the structure of the cooking chamber 100 is further defined. The cooking chamber 100 further includes a housing 150, and the housing 150 is used to protect the main body 110. Specifically, the main body 110 is located in the outer cover 150, the outer cover 150 is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings 151, and the ventilation openings 151 are communicated with the outside, so that the steam and the oil smoke discharged from the steam discharge opening 131 can be discharged to the outside through the ventilation openings 151.
Further, in order to increase the exhaust speed of the vent 151, the present application provides the heat dissipation assembly 130 with the heat dissipation air duct 132 and the heat dissipation fan 133, wherein the heat dissipation fan 133 is located in the heat dissipation air duct 132, the heat dissipation fan 133 can form an air flow, the air flow flows along the heat dissipation air duct 132, and the air outlet of the heat dissipation air duct 132 is close to the vent 151, so that the heat dissipation air duct 132 can blow the water vapor and the oil smoke exhausted from the exhaust port 131 to the vent 151 along with the exhausted air flow, and then the vent 151 can exhaust the water vapor and the oil smoke to the outside. Therefore, the steam exhaust speed can be improved, the steam exhaust efficiency is improved, the accumulation of water steam and oil smoke in the cooking utensil is avoided, and the service life and the safety of the cooking utensil are influenced.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the heat dissipation tunnel 132 extends to the air frying assembly 140.
In this embodiment, the heat dissipation air duct 132 is further defined. Specifically, the heat dissipation air duct 132 extends to the air fryer assembly 140. As can be appreciated, during operation of the air fryer assembly 140, the air fryer assembly 140 itself may heat up, which may result in reduced safety of the cooking appliance if the air fryer assembly 140 is overheated. In order to avoid the above problems, the heat dissipation air duct 132 is extended to the air frying component 140, and the air blown out by the heat dissipation air duct 132 can dissipate heat of the air frying component 140, so that the problem of overheating of the air frying component 140 is avoided, and the safety and reliability of the cooking utensil are improved.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 11, the microwave assembly 120 includes: a microwave generating device 121, the microwave generating device 121 being configured to generate microwaves; a plurality of waveguide plates 122, the waveguide plates 122 enclosing a waveguide cavity 123, the microwave generating device 121 communicating with the waveguide cavity 123; and a plurality of feed ports 124 provided at the top wall of the waveguide cavity 123, the feed ports 124 being used for feeding microwaves into the cooking cavity 111.
In this embodiment, the structure of the microwave assembly 120 is defined. The microwave assembly 120 includes a microwave generating device 121 and a plurality of waveguide plates 122, wherein the microwave generating device 121 is used for generating microwaves, the waveguide plates 122 are surrounded to form a waveguide cavity 123, and the waveguide cavity 123 is used for conducting microwaves. Specifically, the waveguide cavity 123 communicates with the microwave generating device 121, and microwaves generated by the microwave generating device 121 first enter the waveguide cavity 123, and propagate in the waveguide cavity 123 in a direction toward the cooking cavity 111. The top wall of the wave guiding cavity 123 is provided with a plurality of feed openings 124, and microwaves are fed into the cooking cavity 111 through the feed openings 124, so as to realize propagation of the microwaves.
By providing the microwave generating device 121 and the plurality of waveguide plates 122 in the microwave module 120, the microwaves generated by the microwave generating device 121 can be introduced into the cooking cavity 111 through the waveguide cavity 123 surrounded by the plurality of waveguide plates 122, thereby realizing propagation of the microwaves.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 11, the microwave assembly 120 further comprises: the waveguide port 125 is provided at the bottom wall of the waveguide cavity 123, and the waveguide port 125 is used for communicating the waveguide cavity 123 with the microwave generating device 121.
In this embodiment, the structure of the cooking chamber 100 is further defined. In order to make the microwave generated by the microwave generating device 121 be transmitted into the guided wave cavity 123, the bottom wall of the guided wave cavity 123 is further provided with a guided wave port 125, the guided wave port 125 can communicate the microwave generating device 121 with the guided wave cavity 123, and the microwave generated by the microwave generating device 121 can be transmitted into the guided wave cavity 123 through the guided wave port 125, so that the propagation of the microwave can be realized.
By providing the bottom wall of the waveguide cavity 123 with the waveguide port 125 communicating with the microwave generator 121, microwaves generated by the microwave generator 121 can be introduced into the waveguide cavity 123 through the waveguide port 125, and propagation of the microwaves can be realized.
In some embodiments, microwave assembly 120 and air fryer assembly 140 may optionally be capable of operating independently of each other.
In this embodiment, microwave assembly 120 and air fryer assembly 140 are further defined. The microwave assembly 120 and the air frying assembly 140 can operate independently, the cooking utensil can independently heat food materials through the microwave assembly 120, can independently fry the food materials through the air frying assembly 140, and can enable the microwave assembly 120 and the air frying assembly 140 to operate simultaneously so as to enrich the cooking modes of the food materials. Under the condition that the microwave assembly 120 operates, by enabling the air frying assembly 140 to operate simultaneously, water vapor and oil smoke in the cooking cavity 111 can be discharged through air flow formed by the air frying assembly 140, and the taste and cooking effect of food materials are improved.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the cooking enclosure 100 further comprises: and a control device 160 disposed on the main body 110, wherein the control device 160 is used for controlling the operation of the microwave assembly 120 and the air frying assembly 140.
In this embodiment, the structure of the cooking chamber 100 is further defined. The cooking chamber 100 further includes a control device 160, wherein the control device 160 is provided on the main body 110, and the operation of the microwave assembly 120 and the air frying assembly 140 can be controlled by the control device 160. Control 160 may be capable of controlling microwave assembly 120 and air fryer assembly 140 to operate separately and may also be capable of controlling microwave assembly 120 and air fryer assembly 140 to operate simultaneously. In one possible embodiment, the control device 160 can control the air fryer assembly 140 to begin operation after a preset period of operation of the microwave assembly 120 to expel water vapor and cooking fumes from the cooking chamber 111.
In some embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 6, the cooking enclosure 100 further comprises: the door 170 is movably connected with the main body 110, the door 170 is used for opening or closing the cooking cavity 111, and the door 170 can open the cooking cavity 111 to discharge steam in the cooking cavity 111 under the condition that the microwave assembly 120 operates.
In this embodiment, the structure of the cooking chamber 100 is further defined. The cooking chamber 100 further includes a door 170, the door 170 being movably coupled to the main body 110, the door 170 being for opening or closing the cooking cavity 111. In the case where the microwave assembly 120 is operated, the water vapor in the cooking cavity 111 may be discharged by opening the door 170. Specifically, in case that the microwave assembly 120 is operated, the door 170 may be controlled to be moved to an open position with a gap between the door 170 and the main body 110, and the cooking cavity 111 is opened at this time, and water vapor and oil smoke in the cooking cavity 111 may be discharged through the gap between the door 170 and the main body 110.
In one possible embodiment, the cooking apparatus of the present application includes a main body 110, and the main body 110 includes a cooking cavity 111, a microwave system (i.e., the microwave assembly 120), an air frying system (i.e., the air frying assembly 140), a heat dissipation air duct 132 system (i.e., the heat dissipation assembly 130), and a control system (i.e., the control device 160). Wherein the microwave system and the air frying system are installed at the lower and upper portions of the main body 110, respectively, and the cooling air duct 132 system is located at the bottom and right sides of the main body 110.
During cooking, a user may select a microwave cooking or air-fry mode. In the microwave cooking mode, the microwave system emits microwaves into the interior of the cooking cavity 111, rapidly heating the food. Meanwhile, the fan blades (i.e., the fan assembly 141) in the air frying system are driven to rotate by a motor (i.e., the driving motor 142), air disturbance is generated in the cooking cavity 111, and water vapor generated by microwave cooking is blown out of the cooking cavity 111 through the cavity right air exhaust hole and the cavity left air exhaust hole (i.e., the air exhaust hole 131). In the air frying mode, the air frying system sprays high temperature air into the cooking cavity 111 to cook the food to golden and crisp. Similarly, the fan blades generate wind power to blow the steam generated by the air frying and baking out of the cooking cavity 111.
In the cooking process, when the steam and the oil smoke generated in the cooking cavity 111 blow out of the cooking cavity 111, the heat dissipation fan 133 in the heat dissipation air duct 132 system is driven by the heat dissipation motor 134 to rotate to generate wind power, the wind power is transmitted to the top of the air frying system through the heat dissipation air duct 132, the steam and the oil smoke are driven to be discharged out of the cooking equipment through the exhaust hole (namely the vent 151) of the outer cover 150, and the problem of accumulated water and smoke diffusion on the surface of food is avoided. Meanwhile, the control system can adjust parameters such as time, temperature, wind power and the like of microwave cooking and air frying and baking according to the needs of users so as to achieve more accurate cooking effects.
The cooking utensil provided by the application integrates the functions of the microwave oven and the air fryer, and can realize a cooking mode of combining microwave heat energy and hot air baking, so that food can be heated more uniformly, and the baking effect is better. In addition, the cooking utensil has the advantages of being simple in operation, convenient to clean and the like, and a user can finish the cooking process by only putting food into the cooking utensil and pressing a corresponding button. Meanwhile, the cooking utensil also has a plurality of cooking modes and preset menus, so that the cooking requirements of different users can be met, and the use experience of the users is improved.
The second aspect of the present application also proposes a cooking appliance comprising the cooking chamber 100 according to the first aspect of the present application.
The cooking appliance according to the second aspect of the present application includes the cooking enclosure 100 according to the first aspect of the present application, and thus has all the advantages of the cooking enclosure 100.
The cooking utensil can be a microwave air frying integrated machine.

Claims (15)

1. A cooking enclosure comprising:
a main body including a cooking cavity;
the microwave assembly is arranged on the main body and is used for radiating microwaves into the cooking cavity;
the heat dissipation assembly is arranged on the main body and can be used for communicating the cooking cavity with the outside;
and the air frying component is arranged on the main body and can blow air flow into the cooking cavity so as to discharge steam in the cooking cavity from the heat dissipation component.
2. The cooking chamber of claim 1, wherein the air fryer assembly comprises:
the fan assembly is arranged on the main body, and the heat dissipation assembly is close to the fan assembly;
and the driving motor is connected with the fan assembly and is used for driving the fan assembly to rotate.
3. The cooking chamber of claim 2, wherein the air fryer assembly comprises:
the heating piece is arranged on the main body, and the heating piece and the driving motor run independently.
4. The cooking chamber of claim 1, wherein the heat sink assembly comprises:
the steam exhaust ports are arranged on the wall surface of the main body, and the steam exhaust ports can be used for communicating the cooking cavity with the outside.
5. The cooking chamber of claim 4, wherein the cooking chamber comprises a plurality of cooking chambers,
the steam exhaust ports are respectively arranged on two side walls of the main body which are oppositely arranged.
6. The cooking chamber of claim 4, wherein the heat sink assembly further comprises:
the radiating air duct is arranged on the main body;
the heat dissipation fan is arranged in the heat dissipation air duct and can form air flow, the air flow is exhausted from the heat dissipation air duct, and steam exhausted from the steam exhaust port is blown out to the outside through the air flow.
7. The cooking chamber of claim 6, further comprising:
the main body is positioned in the outer cover, the outer cover is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings, the air outlet of the heat dissipation air duct is close to the ventilation openings, the heat dissipation air duct discharges the air flow, and steam discharged from the steam outlet is discharged to the outside through the air flow.
8. The cooking chamber of claim 6, wherein the cooking chamber comprises a plurality of cooking chambers,
the heat dissipation air duct extends to the air frying component.
9. The cooking cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the microwave assembly comprises:
a microwave generating device for generating microwaves;
the microwave generating device is communicated with the wave guide cavity;
the feed ports are arranged on the top wall of the guided wave cavity and used for feeding microwaves into the cooking cavity.
10. The cooking chamber of claim 9, wherein the microwave assembly further comprises:
the wave guide port is arranged on the bottom wall of the wave guide cavity and is used for communicating the wave guide cavity with the microwave generating device.
11. The cooking chamber as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein,
the microwave assembly and the air frying assembly can operate independently of each other.
12. The cooking enclosure of any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
and the control device is arranged on the main body and used for controlling the operation of the microwave assembly and the air frying assembly.
13. The cooking enclosure of any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
the door body is movably connected with the main body and is used for opening or closing the cooking cavity, and under the condition that the microwave assembly operates, the door body can open the cooking cavity so as to discharge steam in the cooking cavity.
14. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a cooking chamber according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
15. The cooking appliance of claim 14, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a handle,
the cooking utensil comprises a microwave air frying integrated machine.
