Description

Creeping pest attractant, creeping pest attracting method and creeping pest catcher
Technical Field
The invention relates to a creeping pest attractant, a creeping pest attracting method and a creeping pest catcher. More specifically, the present invention relates to a creeping pest attractant for attracting creeping pests such as mites, a creeping pest attracting method, and a creeping pest catcher.
Background
In recent years, in a living environment in which air tightness has been increased, there has been a problem that mites are easily propagated. Since mites are a major cause of atopic dermatitis, asthma, allergic diseases, etc., means and methods for reliably and safely controlling mites are desired from the general standers.
Methods for controlling mites include methods using pesticides, repellents, and other agents. However, this method does not actively reduce the number of mites, and thus has a problem of dead bodies of the remaining mites. Further, since people who are sensitive to chemicals are concerned about the influence of drugs, means and methods for preventing and controlling mites easily without using drugs as much as possible are being sought.
For this reason, products (mite tablets) have been developed for controlling mites, which attract and capture mites instead of killing or repelling mites. In such a mite sheet, the capturing performance of the attractant is important.
As for attractants, it is known that: the acarid attracting composition comprises 1 or more compounds selected from linear fatty acids having 4 to 18 carbon atoms as an active ingredient, and exhibits an acarid attracting effect (for example, see patent document 1).
Furthermore, it is also known that: an attractant for mites comprising a linear fatty acid having 6 to 18 carbon atoms and at least one of a fermented food and a microorganism that ferments the food (for example, refer to patent document 2).

Moreover, the creeping pest attractant of the present invention is effective for attracting mites for at least 1 to 48 hours, although it depends on the size or amount of the attractant per 1. Therefore, when the creeping pest attractant is arranged in the creeping pest attracting device, the replacement frequency can be reduced.
[ method for attracting creeping pests ]
One embodiment of the invention is as follows: a creeping pest attracting method for attracting creeping pests by using a creeping pest attractant containing fatty acid with 5-18 carbon atoms and plant components and/or animal components.
The creeping pest attractant according to the present invention is described as "creeping pest attractant" described above.
The creeping pest attracting method of the present invention is carried out by appropriately disposing the creeping pest attractant as described above at any place or the like where creeping pests such as mites are to be attracted. In view of availability and capturing of creeping pests such as attracted mites, the creeping pest attracting method of the present invention is preferably carried out by providing a creeping pest trap or the like containing a creeping pest attractant, a cockroach trap or the like, at an arbitrary place where creeping pests such as mites are to be attracted, or the like.
[ creeping pest catcher ]
One embodiment of the present invention includes:
creeping pest attractant containing fatty acid of 5-18 carbon atoms and plant and/or animal components, and
a creeping pest trap adhered to the trapping part.
The creeping pest attractant of the present invention is as described in the above "creeping pest attractant".
The arrangement of the creeping pest attractant and the adhesion trap in the creeping pest trap is not particularly limited as long as the creeping pest trap has at least the creeping pest attractant and the adhesion trap having adhesion to the surface thereof. The following examples are illustrative. For example, in the creeping pest trap, the creeping pest attractant may be disposed so as to contact the adhesion trap. The creeping pest attractant and the base material may be combined to form a composite, and the composite may be disposed in the creeping pest trap so as to be in contact with the adhesion trap (in other words, so that at least one of the creeping pest attractant and the base material is in contact with the adhesion trap). In the creeping pest trap, the creeping pest attractant and/or the composite may be mixed with a part or the whole of the adhesion trap. Alternatively, in the creeping pest trap, the creeping pest attractant and/or the composite may be disposed in the vicinity of the adhesion trap without contacting the adhesion trap. Further, in the creeping pest trap, the creeping pest attractant and the adhesion trap may be disposed at a part of the creeping pest trap, at a plurality of places, or at the whole.
The base material is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include those which can hold the creeping pest attractant, and examples thereof include synthetic resins and natural resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, and polyester, and mixed resins, synthetic fibers and natural fibers thereof, mixed fibers thereof, and materials containing metals such as glass, aluminum, stainless steel, and zinc as main raw materials. The form of the substrate is not limited, and a solid form is preferable, and examples thereof include a sheet-like substrate (paper, woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, leather, fiber, film, plastic sheet, etc.) capable of being coated, sprayed, impregnated, stored, coated, etc. with the creeping pest attractant, a container-like or bag-like substrate capable of storing the creeping pest attractant, a solid form (powder, granule, etc.) capable of being mixed with the creeping pest attractant, and the like. The complex is thus obtained according to a conventionally known method. The content of the creeping pest attractant in the composite is not limited as long as the effect of the present invention can be obtained.
As the adhesive capturing portion, a substance having adhesiveness is used, but not particularly limited, and a widely used substance such as a rubber-based adhesive, an acrylic-based adhesive, a silicone-based adhesive, a protein-based adhesive, and a polysaccharide-based adhesive can be used. Any of solvent-based adhesives, emulsion-based adhesives, and hot melt-based adhesives may be used as these adhesives. Examples of the rubber-based adhesive include natural rubber-based adhesives, styrene-butadiene rubber-based adhesives, reclaimed rubber-based adhesives, polyisobutylene-butene rubber-based adhesives, polybutene-based adhesives, and block copolymer-based adhesives. These binders may be used alone or in combination of 2 or more. These adhesives are attached to paper such as cardboard and corrugated paper, resin sheets such as PE, PP, PET and PVC, metal plates, and the like, or coated to form an adhesive trap.
The creeping pest trap is obtained by disposing the creeping pest attractant and the adhesion trap as described above. For example, the creeping pest attractant and the adhesion capturing portion are disposed so as to be in contact with each other, and the creeping pest catcher can be obtained by housing the creeping pest attractant and the adhesion capturing portion in a sheet-like fiber base material.
The place where the creeping pest trap of the present invention is provided is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a vestibule, a kitchen, a wash basin, a bedroom, a living room, a closet, a wardrobe, a food storage, a clothing case, and a storage furniture such as a doll box, and the creeping pest attracting method of the present invention can be carried out in these places.
Examples
Hereinafter, examples of the creeping pest attractant, the creeping pest attracting method, and the creeping pest trap according to the present invention are shown. However, the present invention is not limited to these examples.
[ insect pest attracting test based on creeping insect pest attractant ]
The compositions (talc for excipient, the numerical values in table are mass%) of examples 1 to 13, comparative examples 1 to 5 and reference example 1 described in tables 1 and 2 were set with 1mg of the solid creeping pest attractant on filter paper (1×1 cm), attached to the center of an adhesive tape (5×5 cm), set on a blanket (10×20 cm) for feeding dust mites or Tyrophagus putrescentiae, and after 48 hours, the number of mites caught by the adhesive tape was counted under a physical microscope.
The results are shown in tables 1 and 2. The adhesive tapes attached to the filter papers of examples 1 to 13, which were solid-state, clearly showed an increase in the number of captured mites, and confirmed the excellent mite attracting effect by the creeping pest attractant of the present invention. For example, the number of trapped house dust mites of comparative example 1 containing only linoleic acid as a fatty acid was 13, the number of trapped house dust mites of comparative example 3 containing only rice bran as a vegetable powder was 15, and the number of trapped house dust mites of example 1 containing linoleic acid and rice bran was 36, and more house dust mites than the total of 2 comparative examples each containing a single component could be trapped. Further, in examples 11 to 13 containing plant-based powder and animal-based powder, further increase in the number of captured mites was confirmed for examples 1 to 10 containing plant-based powder or animal-based powder.
TABLE 1
TABLE 2
[ Pest attracting test 1 Using creeping pest trap ]
The creeping pest attractant of example 13 was punched into a disc shape having a diameter of 15mm and a thickness of 2mm, and tablets (weight 1 g) were produced. Then, an adhesive composed of 95 parts of polybutene (molecular weight 900) and 5 parts of polyisobutylene (molecular weight 120 ten thousand) was prepared, and the adhesive was applied to corrugated paper having a width of 8×15cm and a thickness of 1mm, and the corrugated paper was coated with the adhesive at a thickness of 0.5mm, to obtain an adhesive trap. The creeping pest trap is obtained by placing a tablet prepared previously in the center of the adhesive trap part. The creeping pest trap was placed at the end of the kitchen and after 48 hours, 5 German cockroaches were trapped.
