Abstract
The invention describes a floating crude oil storage tank with good heat insulation, having a completely closed form of a float with a bottom wall, side walls and a top wall, the float being an insulated air chamber with an air inlet means arranged to supply air into said air chamber from below, while other means are arranged to expel air upwards from said air chamber.
Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a floating crude oil storage tank with good heat insulation effect, and particularly relates to a device for controlling oil products in the storage tank.
Background
The existing oil storage equipment adopted in shallow sea oilfield development mainly comprises an underwater oil storage facility which mainly comprises a movable test production platform or a fixed production platform with an annular chassis storage tank and an inverted tray with an upper storage tank, an intermittent storage tank, a double-cylinder concrete oil tank, a vertical reinforced concrete underwater concrete storage tank with a wave-proof wall, an oil storage device, an oil storage wheel with a floating production system for oil production by berthing, an underwater soft oil tank and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objects of the present invention is to keep the heat or heat influence as far away as possible from the surface where the liquid is stored.
Another object is to provide a completely closed float for placement on a surface where liquid is stored.
Another object is to provide a ventilation device on such a float, through which ventilation device.
Another object is to provide a drain for the float which can be operated at any position of the float within the tank.
Another object is to provide an insulating means between the top surface and the lower part of the float, thereby eliminating or at least reducing heat transfer from the top to the bottom.
Another object is to provide a yielding but relatively strong and rigid seal between the outer edge of the float and the interior of the tank.
Another object is to provide a support block or stop in the tank for the float to hold the float above a certain point to ensure proper operation of the discharge device.

Description of the embodiments
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the floating roof is mainly composed of a hollow tank-like structure including a bottom 3, annular sides 4 and a top 5. The top is provided with a vent or hole 6, whereby air can escape from the interior of the float.
In order to ensure positive circulation of cold air through the float or floating roof, a pipe connection 7 is provided in the bottom 3 of the float, through which pipe connection fresh air is supplied to circulate through the float through the bottom and out through the holes 6 in the top of the float. The bottom connection 7 is preferably connected to the bottom supply pipe 8 by means of a yielding connection 9. The vent 10 is used to admit air into the supply duct 8 and has a curved end 11 to prevent dust or water from entering the air supply connection.
The seal between the float or roof and the sides of the tank is achieved by a specially shaped, relatively light plate 13 applied around the float. These seal plates are firmly attached to the float along one edge (shown at 14) and the other edge of the plates is slotted or grooved as shown at 15 to allow the plates 13 to move over the bolts 16 and relative to the bolts 16.
At the bottom of the tank, a block is provided, as shown at 17, for supporting the float when the stored liquid reaches a level below a certain point. These supports or stops serve to keep the conduit connection 9 in an easy-to-handle position and, in addition, to keep the float at a level that leaves sufficient space between the bottom of the float and the bottom of the tank to prevent any damage to the bottom of the float or the conduit connection 9 from movement of the float.
Claims (5)
1. A floating crude oil storage tank with good heat insulation effect, which is characterized in that: a fully enclosed float comprising a bottom wall, side walls and a top wall, the float being an insulated air chamber having an air inlet means arranged to supply air into said air chamber from below, and other means arranged to expel air upwardly from said air chamber.
2. A floating crude oil storage tank with good heat insulation according to claim 1, further comprising a hollow float placed on the liquid in the tank, having a vent opening at a point above the surface of the liquid on which the float is placed, a conduit below the float communicating with the interior of the float and with the exterior of the tank in which the float is located.
3. A floating crude oil storage tank with good heat insulation according to claim 1, comprising a hollow float placed on the storage liquid and arranged below the float to support the float in a predetermined lowest position to protect the conduit between the bottom of the float and the bottom of the tank where the float is located.
4. A floating crude oil storage tank with good heat insulation according to claim 1, comprising a hollow float of relatively smaller internal volume than the tank in which the float is used, one edge of which is fixed to the float, and the other edge of which is provided with a groove to slidingly engage on a mating bolt to allow the sealing strip to slide up and down within the tank in which the float is located.
5. A floating crude oil storage tank with good heat insulation according to claim 1, said float comprising a bottom, sides and a top, and heat insulation means interposed between the top and bottom to avoid heat transfer from the top to the bottom, thereby protecting the liquid where the float is located from the sun.
