the device further comprises a second driving mechanism, wherein when the second inner storage box (43) and the first inner storage box (9) are positioned above the outer storage box (1), the top of the second inner storage box (43) is covered by an inner box cover plate (32) at the top of the second inner storage box (43), and the top of the first inner storage box (9) is leaked out by the inner box cover plate (32) at the top of the first inner storage box (9); or when the second inner storage box (43) and the first inner storage box (9) are positioned above the outer storage box (1), the inner box cover plate (32) at the top of the second inner storage box (43) enables the top of the second inner storage box (43) to leak out, and the inner box cover plate (32) at the top of the first inner storage box (9) covers the top of the first inner storage box (9); or when the second inner storage box (43) and the first inner storage box (9) are positioned inside the outer storage box (1), the inner box cover plate (32) at the top of the second inner storage box (43) covers the top of the second inner storage box (43), and the inner box cover plate (32) at the top of the first inner storage box (9) covers the top of the first inner storage box (9);
the two sides of the bottom of the outer storage box (1) are fixedly connected with supporting rods (2), and universal wheels (3) are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the supporting rods (2);
the first driving mechanism comprises a threaded column mounting plate (48), wherein threaded column mounting plates (48) are fixedly connected between two supporting rods (2), a first threaded rod (6) is rotatably connected between the threaded column mounting plate (48) and the bottom of an outer storage box (1), a rotating mechanism which enables the threaded rod to rotate is arranged on the first threaded rod (6), a transverse plate (5) is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the first threaded rod (6), sliding plates (4) are fixedly connected to two sides of the transverse plate (5), the two sliding plates (4) are all in limiting sliding connection in a first limiting sliding hole (7) formed in the bottom of the outer storage box (1), and the tops of the two sliding plates (4) are fixedly connected with a box mounting plate (8) together;

the second driving mechanism comprises a rotating column mounting plate (27), one side, close to each other, of the second inner storage box (43) and the first inner storage box (9) is fixedly provided with the rotating column mounting plate (27), the two rotating column mounting plates (27) are rotatably connected with a third rotating column (26), the outer wall of the third rotating column (26) is fixedly connected with a rotary table (24), the outer wall of the rotary table (24) is fixedly connected with a connecting rod (31), and one side, far away from the rotary table (24), of the connecting rod (31) is hinged with the middle part of the inner box cover plate (32), and the second driving mechanism further comprises a driving piece enabling the two rotary tables (24) to rotate along a preset state;
the driving piece comprises a first gear (25), the outer walls of two third rotating columns (26) are fixedly connected with the first gear (25), two rotating column mounting plates (27) are in left-right limit sliding connection with a sleeve plate (29) through a second limit sliding groove (28), first teeth (30) are arranged at the top of the two sleeve plates (29), the two first teeth (30) can be matched with the two first gears (25) respectively, and a left-right back-and-forth movement mechanism which enables the sleeve plate (29) to move left and right back and forth is arranged on the two sleeve plates (29);
the first teeth (30) at the top of the two sleeve plates (29) are distributed at preset positions, and are used for enabling the first teeth (30) at the two sides and the first gear (25) to be in different matched states, wherein when the first teeth (30) at the left side and the first gear (25) are not meshed, the first teeth (30) at the right side and the first gear (25) are not meshed; when the first tooth (30) on the left side is not meshed with the first gear (25), the first tooth (30) on the right side is meshed with the first gear (25); when the first tooth (30) on the left side is meshed with the first gear (25), the first tooth (30) on the right side is not meshed with the first gear (25); when the first tooth (30) on the left side is not meshed with the first gear (25), the first tooth (30) on the right side is meshed with the first gear (25);
the left-right round trip movement mechanism comprises a second rotating column (19), a first rotating column (16) and an auxiliary column (33), wherein the second rotating column (19), the first rotating column (16) and the auxiliary column (33) are rotationally connected to the box mounting plate (8), the second rotating column (19) and the auxiliary column (33) are sleeved with a second toothed belt (18) through belt gears, the auxiliary column (33) and the first rotating column (16) are sleeved with a first toothed belt (17) through belt gears, incomplete gears (37) are respectively arranged at the tops of the second rotating column (19) and the first rotating column (16), a square groove (44) is formed in the middle of the sleeve plate (29), and second toothed teeth (38) are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the inner wall of the square groove (44), and the incomplete gears (37) are meshed with the second toothed teeth (38);
