The curbstone transferring device and the curbstone transferring method provided by the embodiment of the application are used for transferring the curbstone 30, and compared with the existing shoulder-lifting transferring mode, the curbstone transferring device and the curbstone transferring method reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the working efficiency. One embodiment of the locking mechanism 14 is shown in fig. 4. Referring to fig. 4, the locking mechanism 14 includes a fixing seat 141 and a locking lever 142; the fixed seat 141 is arranged below the boom 13 and connected with the upright 12, and the locking rod 142 sequentially penetrates through the upright 12 and the fixed seat 141 from top to bottom; the upright 12 and the fixed seat 141 are respectively provided with a locking hole 143 through which the locking rod 142 passes.
When the boom 13 is required to be locked, only the boom 13 is required to be rotated, the locking holes 143 on the boom 13 are opposite to the locking holes 143 on the fixed base 141, and then the locking rods 142 are sequentially inserted into the locking holes 143 on the vertical rod 12 and the locking holes 143 on the fixed base 141 from top to bottom, and at this time, the boom 13 cannot rotate around the vertical rod 12. When the boom 13 is unlocked, the locking lever 142 is simply pulled out of the locking hole 143. To improve the reliability of the locking, the locking mechanisms 14 are arranged in two groups, and the two groups of locking mechanisms 14 are respectively arranged at two sides of the upright 12.
Another embodiment of the locking mechanism 14 is shown in fig. 5 and 6. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the locking mechanism 14 includes a locking seat 144, a latch 145, and a connector 146; the locking seat 144 sets up in the below of jib 13 and is connected with pole setting 12, and the quantity of fixture block 145 is two, and two fixture blocks 145 set up respectively in the both sides of jib 13, and the bottom and the locking seat 144 of two fixture blocks 145 are articulated, and the top of two fixture blocks 145 is through connecting piece 146 detachable connection, connecting piece 146 is located the top of jib 13.
The locking seat 144 is a rod-shaped structure which is obliquely arranged from top to bottom, the lower end of the locking seat is fixedly connected with the vertical rod 12, and the upper end of the locking seat is hinged with the bottoms of the two clamping blocks 145. For example, the bottoms of the two clamping blocks 145 are connected with the locking seat 144 through the horizontal rotating shaft 147, so that the clamping blocks 145 can be turned up and down around the horizontal rotating shaft 147, and the clamping blocks 145 can be turned below the hanging rod 13. The connector 146 may be a bolt, a latch, a wire, or the like. When the connecting member 146 is a bolt, one of the clamping blocks 145 is provided with a bolt hole through which the bolt passes, and the other clamping block 145 is provided with a threaded hole in threaded connection with the bolt. When the connecting piece 146 is a bolt or an iron wire, through holes for the bolt or the iron wire to pass through are formed in the two clamping blocks 145.
When the boom 13 needs to be locked, only the boom 13 needs to be rotated to enable the boom 13 to be located between the two clamping blocks 145, then the two clamping blocks 145 are turned upwards to enable the two clamping blocks 145 to be abutted with the boom 13, and then the two clamping blocks 145 are connected together through the connecting piece 146, at the moment, the boom 13 cannot rotate around the vertical rod 12. When the locking of the boom 13 needs to be released, the connecting piece 146 is removed, and the clamping block 145 is turned to the lower side of the boom 13. To improve the reliability of the locking, the locking mechanisms 14 are arranged in two groups, and the two groups of locking mechanisms 14 are respectively arranged at two sides of the upright 12.
In order to improve the connection between the upright 12 and the cross bar 10, see fig. 2, a diagonal brace 16 is provided between the cross bar 10 and the upright 12. In operation, the position of the counterweight 19 on the boom 13 is adjusted according to the weight of the curbstone to be transported, and after the position of the counterweight 19 is adjusted, the counterweight 19 is locked on the boom 13 by the locking member 20.
Illustratively, the weight 19 is provided with a through hole through which the boom 13 passes so that the weight 19 can move on the boom 13. Of course, in other embodiments, the counterweight 19 may be coupled to a sleeve that fits over the boom 13 and is movable on the boom 13, such that the counterweight 19 is also movable on the boom 13. Illustratively, the locking member 20 comprises a bolt with a threaded through hole provided in the counterweight 19, the bolt being threadedly connected in the threaded through hole, an end of the bolt being adapted to abut a surface of the boom 13. In operation, the bolt is tightened to bring the end of the bolt into abutment with the surface of the boom 13, thus locking the position of the counterweight 19. In other embodiments, the locking member 20 may also be a clip connected to the weight 19, and the position of the weight 19 may be locked by mounting the clip on the boom 13.
