Memory 350 includes volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, and may also include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), and the volatile Memory may be a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory). The memory 350 described in embodiments of the present application is intended to comprise any suitable type of memory. In some embodiments, memory 350 is capable of storing data to support various operations, examples of which include programs, modules and data structures, or subsets or supersets thereof, as exemplified below.

In some embodiments, the apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented in a software manner, and fig. 2 shows a live broadcast processing apparatus 354 stored in a memory 350, where the live broadcast processing apparatus 354 may be a live broadcast processing apparatus in an electronic device, and may be software in the form of a program and a plug-in, and includes the following software modules: the receiving module 3541, the first determining module 3542, the second determining module 3543, the transmitting module 3544, and the presenting module 3545 are logical, and thus may be arbitrarily combined or further split according to the implemented functions. The functions of the respective modules will be described hereinafter.
In some embodiments, the apparatus provided by the embodiments of the present application may be implemented in hardware, and by way of example, the apparatus provided by the embodiments of the present application may be a processor in the form of a hardware decoding processor that is programmed to perform the live processing method provided by the embodiments of the present application, for example, the processor in the form of a hardware decoding processor may employ one or more application specific integrated circuits (ASIC, application Specific Integrated Circuit), DSP, programmable logic device (PLD, pr ogrammable Logic Device), complex programmable logic device (CPLD, complex Programmable Logic Device), field programmable gate array (FPGA, field-Programmable Gate Array), or other electronic component.
The live broadcast processing method provided by the embodiments of the present application may be performed by an electronic device, where the electronic device may be a server, that is, the live broadcast processing method of the embodiments of the present application may be performed by the server.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of an alternative live broadcast processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, and the steps shown in fig. 3 are described below, and as shown in fig. 3, the live broadcast processing method is described by taking an execution body of the live broadcast processing method as a server, where the method includes the following steps S301 to S305:
step S301, receiving a commodity recommendation request sent by a merchant client; the commodity recommendation request includes recommendation scheme information of the target commodity.
In some embodiments, the target commodity refers to a commodity that the merchant needs to sell with a commodity directly, and the recommendation scheme information of the target commodity refers to sales information of the target commodity when the target commodity is taken with a commodity by a host, for example, commodity class, platform protocol, commodity characteristics, sales type, marketable quantity, no reason for supporting seven days, logistics information, freight risk, take delivery manuscript, commission and the like of the target commodity. The recommendation scheme information is used for screening proper anchor according to the information by the goods carrying platform, and is also used for the anchor to know target goods needing to be carried based on the information and then determine whether to accept the goods carried by the goods.
In some embodiments, the recommendation scheme information of the target commodity can be filled in by a merchant on the loading platform, or can be obtained by acquiring a recommendation scheme template provided by the loading platform, and the merchant is modified on the basis of the recommendation scheme template.
After the recommendation scheme information of the target commodity is set, the merchant sends a commodity recommendation request containing the recommendation scheme information of the target commodity to a server of the commodity carrying platform, and after the server receives the commodity recommendation request, the server selects a host which can carry out commodity carrying of the target commodity from a host library of the commodity carrying platform.
In the embodiment of the application, the commodity recommendation request is used for requesting the server to select a sponsor capable of carrying the target commodity from the sponsor with the commodity on the commodity carrying platform based on the recommendation scheme information of the target commodity.
Step S302, responding to a commodity recommendation request, determining a plurality of recommendation anchors matched with target commodities in a preset anchor base based on recommendation scheme information, and sending anchor identifications of the plurality of recommendation anchors to the merchant client.
Here, the preset anchor library refers to an information library containing all anchor anchors on the goods platform, and the information library includes anchor anchors capable of carrying goods on the platform, historical anchor information (such as sales volume and sales amount information) of each anchor, sales direction (such as make-up, clothing or home, etc.), and anchor information such as anchor commission.
The embodiment of the application determines a plurality of anchors in the anchor base, which can be used for matching the recommended scheme information of the target commodity with the information of each anchor to obtain a plurality of recommended anchors with highest matching degree. For example, first, the anchor who has carried the commodity of the object commodity can be determined in the anchor base according to the class of the object commodity, for example, the object commodity is a cosmetic commodity, i.e. all cosmetic anchors with the commodity are screened out in the anchor base; and then ordering all the cosmetic products with the goods owner-broadcasting according to the sales amount of the cosmetic products with the goods owner-broadcasting, and screening the goods owner-broadcasting with the goods with the transaction amount exceeding the preset sales amount (for example, 200 ten thousand) to obtain a primary screening sequence. Second, the anchors in the prescreening sequence may be ranked according to sales, with the most sales anchor ranked in the top. And thirdly, because a plurality of anchors have stores and commodities on the goods carrying platform, a plurality of anchors do not accept the goods carrying commission of the third party merchant, so that the anchors who accept the third party merchant goods carrying application in the sequence can be adjusted to the front of the sequence, and the anchors in the front of the sequence are prevented from accepting the goods carrying of the third party commodity. And the anchor with higher charge fee than the merchant with charge fee can be deleted according to the comparison between the history charge fee of the anchor and the charge fee set by the merchant, so as to obtain a final sequence. Finally, selecting the first ten (or the first twenty) anchors in the final sequence as recommended anchors, and sending the anchor identifiers of the plurality of recommended anchors to the merchant client for the merchant to select among the plurality of recommended anchors, wherein the merchant can select at least one anchor and send the invitation information to the at least one anchor.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application screens out the anchor with the highest matching degree with the target commodity for the merchant based on the information of the target commodity, provides a convenient live broadcast commodity carrying method for the merchant without commodity carrying capacity and the new merchant, helps the merchant expand the sales channel and improves commodity sales.
Step S303, determining at least one recommended anchor as a target anchor in response to a selection message for at least one recommended anchor in a plurality of recommended anchors sent by a merchant client.
In the embodiment of the application, a merchant selects at least one recommendation anchor among a plurality of recommendation anchors sent by a server based on a merchant client, and the server determines the at least one recommendation anchor selected by the merchant as a target anchor corresponding to a target commodity after receiving a selection message sent by the merchant client.
Step S304, commodity recommendation invitation information is sent to a host client corresponding to a target host; the commodity recommendation invitation message includes recommendation scheme information.
After determining the target anchor, the server sends an article recommendation invitation message containing the target article recommendation scheme information to the target anchor, wherein the article recommendation invitation message is used for displaying the information of the target article on a display interface of an anchor client so as to enable the target anchor to determine whether live broadcast carrying of the target article is accepted or not.
In some embodiments, when the server sends the commodity recommendation invitation message to the anchor client, the anchor may be broadcasting, and at this time, after the anchor accepts the invitation on the interface, the commodity transaction channel (i.e. purchasing link) of the commodity will be displayed in the broadcasting room after the anchor introduces the commodity, so that the target commodity is sold in the broadcasting room of the anchor; if the host is not in a live state, when the target host accepts the invitation, the server determines the live time of the target host, and displays and sells target commodities in a live room of the host at the live time.
In some embodiments, the targeted anchor may also refuse to take the targeted item after seeing the targeted item's information.
Step S305, responding to the confirmation message of the commodity recommendation invitation message sent by the anchor client, and displaying the commodity transaction channel of the target commodity on the live broadcast display interface of the anchor client.
In some embodiments, after receiving the commodity recommendation invitation message based on the anchor client, the server responds to the confirmation message to display a commodity transaction channel of the target commodity on a live broadcast display interface of the anchor client, wherein if the target anchor is in live broadcast when receiving the invitation, the commodity transaction channel of the target commodity can be displayed in a live broadcast room of the target anchor after receiving the invitation (namely, the commodity is put on shelf), or the commodity can be put on shelf in the live broadcast room after the target anchor explains the target commodity; if the target anchor accepts the invitation and is not live, the live time of the target anchor can be determined, and the commodity transaction channel is displayed on a live display interface of the anchor client in the live time.
The embodiment of the application provides a way for the merchant on the goods carrying platform to find the anchor for taking goods, and a plurality of anchors with high matching degree for the target goods are selected for the merchant to select through the target goods information and the goods taking scheme set by the merchant, so that the merchant without goods taking capability can select the anchor most suitable for the target goods to take goods, thereby being capable of helping the merchant to find a proper anchor with goods, and being capable of helping the merchant to expand the sales channel and improve the sales volume of the goods; meanwhile, for the anchor on the goods carrying platform, the embodiment of the application provides a commodity source for the anchor, and the matching degree between the target commodity and the anchor is high, so that the anchor can smoothly carry goods of the commodity, and the live broadcast efficiency and live broadcast income of the anchor are improved. And determining a main broadcasting with highest matching degree with the commodity aiming at the commodity of different merchants, and helping the merchant to expand the sales channel by broadcasting the commodity through the main broadcasting, thereby expanding a deep and efficient merchant main broadcasting interaction mode in a live broadcasting application in a resource intensive mode and promoting the commodity carrying efficiency and quality.
In some embodiments, the live broadcast processing system at least includes a merchant client, a host client and a server, where the merchant client and the host client may be different clients of the live broadcast application, and the merchant can issue a link of the commodity to generate the commodity through the merchant client, sell the commodity, and the host client can perform live broadcast. The live broadcast processing method according to the embodiment of the present application will be described below by taking a merchant client, a host client and a server in a live broadcast processing system as examples.
Fig. 4 is another optional flowchart of the live broadcast processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the live broadcast processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be further implemented by the following steps S401 to S416:
step S401, a merchant client generates a recommendation scheme generation request based on the commodity identification of the target commodity.
In the embodiment of the application, the commodity identification of the target commodity is used for representing the class of the target commodity. For example, the merchandise identification characterizes that the target merchandise is a cosmetic merchandise. The recommendation generation request is used for requesting the server to determine a recommendation template matched with the target commodity based on the class of the target commodity. The recommendation scheme template is used for filling in information of the target commodity, for example, the recommendation scheme template at least comprises information of commodity class, platform protocol, commodity characteristics, selling type, selling quantity, no reason for supporting seven days, logistics information, freight insurance, commodity carrying, manuscript and commission of the target commodity, and the user can fill in corresponding information when the target commodity is sold based on the template.
Step S402, the server responds to the recommendation scheme generation request, determines the target commodity class corresponding to the target commodity, and screens a recommendation scheme template corresponding to the target commodity class from a preset recommendation scheme template library.
In some embodiments, the library of preset recommendation templates has a plurality of recommendation templates, and different categories of merchandise have at least one recommendation template. After receiving the recommendation scheme generation request, the server determines a target commodity class corresponding to the target commodity based on the commodity identification in the recommendation scheme generation request, and screens at least one recommendation scheme template corresponding to the target commodity class in a preset recommendation scheme template library according to the target commodity class.
In some embodiments, the recommendation templates in the preset recommendation template library may be generated by: first, the server obtains historical live data for each anchor in the anchor store. Then, the server determines a recommendation scheme template for each of the plurality of commodity categories based on the historical live data. And finally, the server updates the recommended scheme template of each commodity class into a recommended scheme template library.
In some embodiments, the historical live data for each anchor includes at least information for anchor history, commodity names with commodities, class, commodity generation criteria, commodity sales prices, logistics information, warranty information, commission information, advertising operations, live room activities, and mouth drafts.
The recommendation scheme template can contain information of commodity category, platform protocol, commodity characteristics, commodity type, number of sellable, seven-day support, logistic information, freight risk, manuscript with commodity port, commission and the like.
In some embodiments, the server extracts information from the historical live broadcast data of each anchor, so that live broadcast modes and sales modes corresponding to different types of commodities can be determined, and a recommendation scheme template of each commodity type can be obtained according to the extracted information. For example, when different types of commodities are live broadcast according to different anchor, the style of the mouth broadcast manuscript is different, and the server can extract general sentences of the mouth broadcast manuscripts corresponding to different types of commodities so as to form mouth broadcast templates of the types of commodities; or different commodity logistics transportation modes, such as cold chain transportation for fresh products, express transportation for cosmetic products and logistics transportation for household products, the server can extract transportation modes of different products, determine the logistics mode of transportation of each product, and finally obtain a general recommended scheme template of each commodity product.
The historical live broadcast data can comprise transaction data, basic setting information and oral broadcast explanation information of live broadcast commodities of each commodity class, wherein the basic setting information can be commodity information, advertisement and operation information, live broadcast room activities (lottery, red package and the like) and the like set by a host in a live broadcast process, and the oral broadcast explanation information can be information such as an oral broadcast manuscript with goods extracted from audio and video information of the explanation commodities based on voice recognition and AI language analysis. Thus, generating a recommendation scheme template corresponding to a commodity category may be accomplished by: first, for each commodity category, ordering the live commodities under the commodity category according to the order of the transaction data in the historical live data from big to small to form a live commodity sequence. And then, selecting a preset number of live goods from the live goods sequence as target live goods. And then, acquiring basic setting information and oral broadcast explanation information of the target live broadcast commodity in the history live broadcast process. And finally, generating a recommendation scheme template corresponding to the commodity category based on the basic setting information and the oral broadcast explanation information of the target live broadcast commodity in the history live broadcast process.
In the embodiment of the application, for each commodity category, all commodities of the commodity category are ordered from large to small according to the transaction data amount to form a live commodity sequence so as to determine the live commodity which is most popular with consumers in the live commodities of each commodity category.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset number is preset by a technician, and the first 50 commodities in the live commodity sequence can be used as target live commodities.
After the target live commodity is determined, the server can conduct data extraction on historical live broadcast data of the target live commodity, and information such as advertisement information, operation information, commodity operation activities, and broadcast manuscripts with commodity openings and the like of the target live commodity in the live broadcast process are determined. Basic setting information and oral broadcast explanation information of a plurality of live broadcast commodities of each commodity class in a historical live broadcast process can be compared, similar characteristics of the plurality of live broadcast commodities of each commodity class in the live broadcast process, such as similar oral broadcast sentences, similar operation activities or similar transportation modes, are extracted, the similar characteristics are used as unchanged characteristics of the commodity class, and recommendation scheme templates corresponding to the commodity class are generated based on the unchanged characteristics.
After determining the recommended plan template for each commodity category, the server may update the recommended plan template for each commodity category into the recommended plan template library. Here, the server may update the templates in the recommended scenario template library at regular time to ensure that the templates in the recommended scenario template library can meet the consumer's needs in the current time period.
Step S403, the server sends the recommended scheme template to the merchant client.
Step S404, the merchant client edits the recommended scheme template, generates an edited recommended scheme, and sends the edited recommended scheme to the server.
In some embodiments, after the merchant obtains the server recommendation template, the merchant may change the information on the recommendation template selected by the server based on the characteristics of the target commodity, for example, the commodity of the class is no reason for changing for seven days in the live broadcast process, so when the server generates the recommendation template of the class, the commodity of the class is default to no reason for changing for seven days, but the merchant cannot realize no reason for changing for seven days because of the specificity of the target commodity. Whether the recommendation scheme template is changed for seven days is not caused, the method is modified from yes to no, an edited recommendation scheme is obtained, and the edited recommendation scheme is sent to a server.
Step S405, the server generates recommendation scheme information of the target commodity based on the edited recommendation scheme.
The server generates recommendation scheme information of the target commodity according to the edited recommendation scheme modified by the merchant and sends the recommendation scheme information to the anchor client corresponding to the screened target anchor.
The embodiment of the application generates the recommended scheme information of the target commodity based on the commodity carrying templates corresponding to different commodity types and the commodity carrying scheme of the target commodity, thereby not only improving the live broadcast commodity carrying efficiency, but also avoiding the problem that the merchant needs to provide the recommended scheme information by itself and also avoiding the problem that the target commodity carrying effect is not ideal due to the fact that the merchant omits commodity carrying information.
In some embodiments, after determining the recommended solution information of the target commodity, in order to avoid commodity violations, the server needs to audit the recommended solution information of the target commodity, and if the audit passes, the recommended solution information is sent to the anchor client corresponding to the selected target anchor. Here, auditing the recommended scenario information may be achieved through step S406 and step S407:
and step S406, the server performs compliance verification on the recommended scheme information to obtain a compliance verification result.
In some embodiments, compliance auditing of the recommendation information refers to determining whether the recommendation information for the target commodity meets the sales criteria for the loaded platform, e.g., whether the store of the merchant that needs the load is operating normally (with or without unresolved disputes), whether the commodity is compliant, and whether the commission is within normal limits. Whether the commodity is legal or not refers to whether the commodity is legal or not, for example, if the target commodity is a national protection animal or a commodity which is legal and is not allowed to be purchased or sold, the result of the compliance audit is unqualified; or partial sentences in the mouth broadcast manuscript in the recommended proposal information are illegal, and the compliance auditing result is also unqualified.
In the embodiment of the application, the server selects a recommendation anchor for the target commodity corresponding to the approved recommendation scheme information, and when the recommendation scheme information does not pass, the target commodity cannot be sold through live broadcast.
And step S407, the server responds to the compliance audit result as audit passing, and determines a plurality of recommended anchors matched with the target commodity in a preset anchor base based on the recommended scheme information.
In some embodiments, when the target commodity recommendation scheme information compliance audit result is that the audit is passed, the server may match live broadcast information of each anchor in a preset anchor base based on the recommendation scheme information, so as to obtain a plurality of recommendation anchors matched with the target commodity. Here, determining a plurality of recommendation principals may be accomplished by: first, a target commodity class corresponding to the target commodity is determined based on recommendation scheme information. And determining a plurality of anchor who recommends live goods corresponding to the target goods class in a preset history time period as a preliminary screening anchor from the anchor library. And then, acquiring historical recommendation data of each prescreening anchor for the live goods. Then, a recommendation score for each of the preschool anchors is determined based on the historical recommendation data. Finally, a plurality of recommended anchors that match the target merchandise are determined from the plurality of primary anchors based on the recommended score for each primary anchor.
In the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of anchors that recommended live goods corresponding to the target commodity category in a preset history period (for example, in the past two months) may be determined as the prescreening anchor, that is, anchors that recommended the category in the past two months may be determined as the prescreening anchor.
In some embodiments, determining the primary screening host may also be by determining a current live status of each host in the host library, and determining as the primary screening host a plurality of hosts whose current live status is in a live status and which have recommended live merchandise corresponding to the target merchandise category for a preset historical period of time. At this time, the recommended scheme information of the target commodity can be sent to the anchor client of the anchor, and if the anchor receives the live broadcast invitation of the target commodity, the target commodity can be carried in the current live broadcast of the anchor, so that commodity carrying efficiency is improved. In some embodiments, determining the prescreening anchor may also be to obtain live schedule information for each anchor in the anchor store; and determining a plurality of anchor anchors, which are recommended to live goods corresponding to the target goods class in a preset historical time period and have live time in live schedule information within the live validity period of the target goods, as the primary screening anchor. The live broadcast valid period of the target commodity can be defaulted by a live broadcast system or set by a merchant, for example, the target commodity is fruit, and live broadcast selling is required in 7 to 9 months, at this time, a main broadcast of the class live broadcast corresponding to the target commodity in 7 to 9 months can be determined according to the live broadcast valid period of the target commodity, and the main broadcast is determined to be a preliminary screening main broadcast.
According to the embodiment of the application, the primary screening anchor can be determined in the anchor base according to the current live broadcast state and the live broadcast plan of the anchor, the probability of the anchor accepting live broadcast invitation of the target commodity can be improved, and the anchor capable of carrying the target commodity can be effectively found by merchants.
In some embodiments, the live merchandise is the same category as the target merchandise, and the historical recommendation data for the live merchandise may be information such as the on-hold performance (e.g., sales count, return rate, etc.) of the live merchandise, whether the audience is offered, and the proportion of commissions to the historical on-hold.
The recommendation score for each of the prescreening anchors may be determined by the server based on historical recommendation data for each of the prescreening anchors for the live merchandise, e.g., a highest sales rate for a particular anchor for the live merchandise, then the score for sales rate for that anchor is highest; a particular anchor may have the least commission on the live merchandise and the anchor may have the highest commission score. And the server scores each item of historical data of each primary screening anchor aiming at the live broadcast commodity, and performs weighted calculation to obtain a recommendation score of each primary screening anchor aiming at the live broadcast data. After determining the recommendation score for each of the prescreened anchors, the ranking may be performed from top to bottom based on the recommendation scores to obtain an anchor sequence, and the top 10 (or top 5) anchors with the highest recommendation scores in the anchor sequence may be determined as the plurality of recommendation anchors that match the target merchandise.
According to the embodiment of the application, when the recommended anchor is determined, the live broadcast data of the live broadcast commodity of the same class of the target commodity is searched based on the anchor, so that a plurality of recommended anchors can obtain good goods carrying effect and satisfactory sales when carrying goods on the target commodity.
In some embodiments, after determining a plurality of recommended anchors, the server sends the plurality of recommended anchors to the merchant client, the merchant selects among the plurality of recommended anchors to obtain a target anchor selected by the merchant, and then initiates a live invitation to the target anchor to request the target anchor to carry out a shipment for the target commodity.
Step S408, the server acquires the current live broadcast state of the target anchor.
Step S409, the server confirms whether the current live state of the target anchor is the live state.
In some embodiments, if the target anchor is currently live, after the target anchor accepts the live invitation, the target commodity may be taken in the current live room; if the target anchor does not conduct live broadcast currently, after the target anchor receives the live broadcast invitation, the time for carrying the target commodity can be determined according to the live broadcast plan of the target anchor.
In some embodiments, if the current live status of the target anchor is in the live status, performing step S410 and step S411; if the current live status of the target anchor is a non-live status, steps S412 and S413 are performed.
Step S410, the server pushes commodity recommendation invitation information on the current live interface of the anchor client in a message popup window mode.
In some embodiments, if the current live status of the target anchor is in the live status, the server pushes the item recommendation invite message for the target item in the form of a message pop at the current live interface of the anchor client. Here, the commodity recommendation invitation message includes at least recommendation scheme information of the target commodity.
In step S411, the server responds to the confirmation message sent by the anchor client for the commodity recommendation invitation message, and displays the commodity transaction channel of the target commodity on the current live interface of the anchor client.
In some embodiments, if the target anchor is currently live, after the target anchor accepts the live invitation, the target commodity may be brought up in the current live room, i.e., the commodity transaction channel of the target commodity is presented at the current live interface of the anchor client.
Step S412, the server sends commodity recommendation invitation information to the anchor client in the form of instant communication information.
In some embodiments, if the current live status of the target anchor is a non-live status, the server sends the merchandise recommendation invite message to the anchor client in the form of an instant communication message. The instant messaging refers to a service capable of sending and receiving internet messages and the like in real time, and for example, the instant messaging service can be an instant messaging service with a goods platform or an instant messaging service of other applications.
Here, the instant communication message includes at least recommended solution information of the target commodity, and the target anchor may directly determine whether to receive the live invitation of the target commodity after receiving the instant communication message.
In step S413, the server determines, in response to the confirmation message sent by the anchor client for the commodity recommendation invitation message, a live broadcast time of recommending the target commodity, and displays a commodity transaction channel of the target commodity on a current live broadcast interface of the anchor client when the target anchor is performing live broadcast corresponding to the live broadcast time.
In some embodiments, if the target anchor is not in a live state and the target anchor receives the commodity recommendation invitation based on the anchor client, determining a live broadcast time of recommending the target commodity by the target anchor, and when the live broadcast is performed on the live broadcast time, carrying the target commodity in a live broadcast room corresponding to the live broadcast time, that is, displaying a commodity transaction channel of the target commodity on a live broadcast room interface corresponding to the live broadcast time.
After the live broadcast is completed, the live broadcast processing method provided by the embodiment of the application further includes steps S414 to S416:
step S414, the server acquires conversion data of the target commodity; the conversion data comprises conversion source information of each order in the plurality of orders corresponding to the target commodity; the conversion source information is used for identifying a target anchor corresponding to the corresponding order.
In some embodiments, the consumer may share the shopping link with friends when watching live shopping, and let friends make purchases based on the link; or for the activity of the on-the-fly platform, the consumer needs to add various commodities to make shopping carts and pay together, and at this time, the purchase cannot be directly made in the living broadcast room, but the source of the commodity purchase is on-the-fly from the target anchor, so that the purchase of this type is on-the-fly from the target anchor, and therefore, the tracing of the purchase order is needed.
Here, the conversion source information may be a source identification of the order, such as a host identification of a host. The conversion data of the target commodity may refer to all orders of the target commodity, and since the target commodity may be carried by a plurality of target anchors, conversion source information of each order needs to be determined, namely, the order is brought by a certain target anchor, or a customer searches keywords to make an order purchase.
In some embodiments, each target anchor has a corresponding anchor identifier, and target merchandise in each anchor's corresponding anchor living room, when performing resource conversion (i.e., consumer order payment), generates a merchandise order, and adds the anchor identifier of the target anchor as conversion source information to the order.
Step 415, the server determines the number of orders corresponding to each target anchor according to the conversion source information of each order in the plurality of orders.
In some embodiments, the server may determine the quantity of the target commodity carried by each target anchor based on the conversion source information (i.e., anchor identification information) corresponding to each of the plurality of orders for the target commodity.
Step S416, the server determines the rewarding resource of each target anchor according to the order quantity.
In an embodiment of the present application, the merchant sets a commission for the target commodity, i.e., a reward for each target commodity sold by the target anchor, when inviting the take, e.g., each target commodity sold by the target anchor, the commission being 20% of the order amount. At this point, the rewards resources of each target anchor may be determined based on the order quantity and commission for that target commodity for each target anchor.
According to the embodiment of the application, after live broadcasting is finished, the source tracing is carried out on the target commodity orders, so that the resource rewards corresponding to each target anchor are accurately obtained, the situation that the orders do not belong to anchor performance due to commodity sharing and other reasons is avoided, and the benefit of the anchor with the commodity in the process of carrying the commodity is ensured.
In the following, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described.
In order to solve the problem that a small merchant without live goods capability or a merchant newly entering an electronic merchant platform is difficult to find a proper anchor with goods in a live goods channel, the embodiment of the application provides a live goods processing method, provides a way for the merchant to find anchor with goods, enables the merchant to set an own goods scheme under the assistance of the platform, and finds the proper anchor with goods in an anchor recommended by the platform.
Fig. 5 is an interface display diagram of a merchant client provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the merchant client has a display interface 501, a goods-carrying scheme editing entrance 5011 is provided on the display interface 501, a merchant clicks the goods-carrying scheme editing entrance 5011 to perform the display interface 502, a plurality of different goods-carrying scheme templates, such as templates 1 to n, are provided on the display interface 502, a merchant clicks one of the templates to enter the goods-carrying scheme editing display interface 503, and according to goods to be carried by the merchant, the merchant edits and modifies the scheme on the goods-carrying scheme template on the goods-carrying scheme editing display interface 503, such as editing information such as goods types, platform protocols, goods characteristics, types, marketable quantity, support for seven days, logistic information, freight insurance, goods-carrying opening manuscript, commission, and the like, so as to obtain a goods-carrying scheme of the merchant.
Fig. 6 is an interface display diagram of a hosting client provided by the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the hosting client has a display interface 601, a commodity carrying scheme of a merchant needing to carry commodities is provided on the display interface 601, the commodity carrying scheme includes information of commodities to be carried, commodities, platform protocols, commodity characteristics, selling types, marketable numbers, support for seven days without reason, logistics information, freight risks, a commodity carrying port manuscript, commission and the like, an accept and cancel button is provided on the display interface 601, when the hosting selects to accept, the display interface 602 is a live broadcasting interface of the hosting, the display interface 602 is provided with a commodity carrying window portal 6021 of the hosting, a consumer clicks the commodity carrying window portal 6021 to enter the display interface 603, all commodities carried by the hosting company are provided on the display interface 603, including commodities of the hosting store and commodities carried by a third party merchant, such as commodity 2, the commodities can display a third party identifier of the third party commodity on the display interface, and the consumer clicks the commodity carrying window portal 6021 to purchase the commodity.
Fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart of another alternative flow chart of the live broadcast processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application, where the live broadcast processing method may be implemented through steps S701 to S704:
Step 701, a merchant sets a loading scheme.
Fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of a merchant setup with a cargo scheme according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, where the merchant setup with cargo scheme may be implemented through steps S7011 to S7013:
step S7011, the merchant determines the commodity category of the target commodity.
Step S7012, recommending a template of the goods carrying scheme by the goods carrying platform according to the goods category.
In some embodiments, the on-demand pattern template on the on-demand platform is generated based on information such as merchandise information, advertisement and operation information, live room activities (lottery, red pack, etc.) set in the live broadcast process by the anchor on the on-demand platform, and extracting on-demand mouth-cast from audio-video information explaining the merchandise based on voice recognition and AI language analysis. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of generating a commodity carrying scheme template according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, firstly, a platform stores setting information of a host in a live broadcast process, then periodically extracts the first N principal carrying schemes on the platform, and determines information required when the host carries a commodity, such as commodity name 901, commodity class 902, commodity production standard 903, commodity selling price 904, logistics information 905, quality assurance information 906, commission information 907, principal information 908, advertisement and operation activity 909, live broadcast room activity 910 and voice or AI identified commodity carrying draft 911, where a server can generate a commodity carrying scheme template corresponding to each class for other small merchants or new merchants to reference and reference according to the information.
In some embodiments, the on-demand platform may determine at least one on-demand pattern template matching the target commodity according to the commodity class of the target commodity, and send the at least one on-demand pattern template to the merchant.
Step S7013, the merchant sets a loading scheme based on the loading scheme template.
In some embodiments, after receiving at least one of the tape-and-freighted pattern templates sent by the server, the merchant modifies the tape-and-freighted pattern template according to the characteristics of the target commodity to obtain the tape-and-freighted pattern corresponding to the target commodity.
And step S702, checking the goods carrying scheme by the goods carrying platform.
Here, the auditing is mainly to carry out compliance auditing on the goods-carrying scheme by the goods-carrying platform, and to audit whether the store of the merchant needing goods-carrying is normally operated (whether there is unresolved disputes), whether goods are in compliance, whether commission is in a normal range, and the like.
Step S703, the on-load platform determines a recommended anchor in response to the pass of the on-load scheme audit, and sends the recommended anchor to the merchant.
In some embodiments, if the shipment plan audit passes, the shipment platform determines in the platform that the anchor is able to pick the target item according to the shipment plan for the target item and sends the anchor to the merchant.
In the embodiment of the application, the platform can screen out the anchor with the goods which have carried the goods of the goods and the trading volume exceeds C from the anchor list of the platform according to the goods of the target goods to obtain an anchor primary screening list; then sorting the anchor according to the anchor's goods carrying score (such as sales, sales number, return rate, etc.), whether the audience is carried over, the commission proportion of the historical goods carrying, etc. from the anchor's preliminary screening list to obtain a recommended sequence; and finally selecting the anchor with the top score from the final recommendation sequence to recommend to the merchant for the merchant to select the proper anchor.
Fig. 10 is a schematic flow chart of a platform recommending a host in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 10, the platform determines that the recommending host is implemented in step S101 to step S106 in the host of the platform:
step S101, determining the anchor with the commodity and the transaction amount exceeding C in the platform anchor to obtain an anchor primary screening sequence.
In some embodiments, C refers to a sales amount set by the platform, e.g., 200 tens of thousands. The platform can screen the anchor with the goods and the trading volume exceeding 200 ten thousand in the anchor of the platform to obtain the anchor primary screening sequence.
Step S102, ordering the anchor in the anchor prescreening sequence according to sales.
And step 103, sorting according to the sales number to obtain a sorting sequence under the condition that sales are the same.
The embodiments of the present application order the anchor in the anchor prescreening sequence based on sales and sales amounts such that the anchor located in front of the ordering sequence is an anchor approved by the consumer.
Step S104, the anchor which receives the third party merchant with the goods application in the ordering sequence is adjusted to the front of the ordering sequence, and a first queue is obtained.
In some embodiments, since many anchors have their stores and merchandise on the loading platform, because many anchors do not accept the third party merchant's loading order, embodiments of the present application may also adjust the anchors in the sequence that have accepted the third party merchant's loading application to the front of the sequence.
Step S105, the anchor with the historical commission close to the commodity commission in the ordered sequence is adjusted to the first queue, and then the second queue is obtained.
In some embodiments, the second queue may also be obtained after the step of deleting the anchor with higher than the merchant with the shipping congestion and adjusting the anchor with the historical shipping commission close to the merchandise commission to the first queue based on the comparison of the anchor's historical shipping commission with the shipping commission set by the merchant.
Step S106, determining the ordered sequence with the first queue and the second queue as a main broadcasting recommended sequence.
According to the method and the system for screening the anchor in the platform according to the goods carrying scheme of the target goods, the anchor with the highest matching degree with the target goods can be rapidly determined from a plurality of anchors, and the efficiency of searching the anchor with the goods by merchants can be improved.
Step S704, the platform calculates the commission of the anchor.
In the embodiment of the application, if the anchor receives the goods, the background can send a notice to inform the merchant, and the goods with the goods scheme are updated to the goods show window of the living broadcast room for the anchor to buy with the goods and audiences. Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a process of receiving a target commodity by a host, where, as shown in fig. 11, the receiving of the target commodity by the host is implemented through steps S111 to S113:
step S111, the anchor receives commodity tape goods based on the anchor client.
Step S112, the goods carrying platform sends a notice to inform the merchant, and sends goods carrying information of the goods to the anchor client.
Here, the shipment information of the article includes at least a shipment scheme of the target article and a purchase link of the target article. After determining that the target anchor carries the target commodity, the merchant sends the commodity carrying information to the anchor client.
Step S113, the anchor client displays the target commodity in a show window list of the living broadcast room.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for a merchant to quickly and accurately find out the anchor with the platform, and improves the anchor finding efficiency of the merchant.
In some embodiments, the viewer may purchase the merchandise directly through a direct broadcast facility, may collect or join a shopping cart, etc., and may share the merchandise into a session, and then purchase the merchandise through a shared link. In order to avoid the influence of the income of the anchor, the platform positions the conversion source of the commodity, and when the user orders the commodity, if the source comes from the live broadcasting room of the anchor, the purchase acts should be counted into the commission of the anchor.
Fig. 12 is a schematic flow chart of conversion source positioning and commission calculation according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 12, the conversion source positioning and commission calculation is implemented through steps S121 to S125.
Step S121, the user clicks the target commodity through the live broadcasting room of the host broadcasting.
Step S122, carrying anchor information on the source tag of the commodity.
In some embodiments, when the user clicks on a commodity in the live room, the anchor information (source=anchor) is transmitted to the subsequent link for storage, and if the subsequent link makes a purchase, the order is credited to the anchor's performance.
Step S123, the user performs the actions of purchasing, collecting, joining in shopping carts and sharing target commodities.
Step S124, the target commodity presents a purchase order.
In some embodiments, the audience at the living room may purchase directly through the living room, may collect or join in a shopping cart, etc., and may share the merchandise into a session, and then purchase through the shared link. In all cases, the information of the anchor is carried by the target commodity and is calculated as the purchase behavior brought by the anchor, and when the purchase order of the target commodity occurs, the information of the anchor carried by the order is determined and the anchor commission is determined according to the commodity carrying scheme.
Step S125, source information of the order is determined, and a main broadcasting commission is calculated.
In some embodiments, if a purchase occurs in a subsequent link, the source information of the order is submitted to the background for order information registration at the time of the order, and a commission is credited to the host and issued to the host.
After the anchor is finished, the platform can record anchor information records, including received anchor information, anchor score and other information as one of the basis for recommending anchor by the subsequent platform, in addition to settlement according to the anchor's sales data, fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of live broadcast anchor information records provided by the embodiment of the present application, and after the anchor is finished, the platform can perform commission settlement 131, record anchor information 132 (including record anchor received anchor information 1321, record anchor score 1322, record merchant satisfaction score 1323, etc.), and collect anchor opinion 133 on merchant anchor to optimize merchant anchor.
The embodiment of the application provides a way for merchants to actively search the on-demand anchor which is suitable for the own commodity, expands the sales channel of the merchant commodity and brings commission benefit for the anchor.
It may be appreciated that in the embodiment of the present application, the content of the user information, for example, the recommended solution information of the target commodity, the live commission of the anchor, etc., if the data related to the user information or the enterprise information is related, when the embodiment of the present application is applied to a specific product or technology, the user permission or consent needs to be obtained, or the information needs to be subjected to blurring processing, so as to eliminate the correspondence between the information and the user; and the related data collection and processing should be strictly according to the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations when the example is applied, obtain the informed consent or independent consent of the personal information body, and develop the subsequent data use and processing behaviors within the authorized scope of laws and regulations and personal information body.
Continuing with the description below, the live broadcast processing device 354 provided in the embodiments of the present application is implemented as an exemplary structure of a software module, and in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the live broadcast processing device 354 includes: a receiving module 3541, configured to receive a commodity recommendation request sent by a merchant client; the commodity recommendation request comprises recommendation scheme information of a target commodity; a first determining module 3542, configured to determine, in response to the commodity recommendation request, a plurality of recommendation anchors that match the target commodity in a preset anchor base based on the recommendation scheme information, and send anchor identifiers of the plurality of recommendation anchors to the merchant client; a second determining module 3543 for determining at least one of the plurality of recommended principals as a target principal in response to a selection message sent by the merchant client for the at least one recommended principal; a sending module 3544, configured to send a commodity recommendation invitation message to a anchor client corresponding to the target anchor; the commodity recommendation invitation message comprises recommendation scheme information; and the display module 3545 is configured to display the commodity transaction channel of the target commodity on a live broadcast display interface of the anchor client in response to the confirmation message sent by the anchor client and directed to the commodity recommendation invitation message.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the first receiving module is used for receiving a recommendation scheme generation request sent by the merchant client; the recommendation scheme generation request comprises a commodity identification of the target commodity; the third determining module is used for responding to the recommendation scheme generating request, determining a target commodity class corresponding to the target commodity and screening a recommendation scheme template corresponding to the target commodity class from a preset recommendation scheme template library; and the first sending module is used for sending the recommendation scheme template to the merchant client so as to generate recommendation scheme information of the target commodity through editing operation of the merchant client on the recommendation scheme template.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the acquisition module is used for acquiring the historical live broadcast data of each anchor in the anchor base; a fourth determining module, configured to determine a recommendation scheme template of each of a plurality of commodity categories based on the historical live broadcast data; and the updating module is used for updating the recommended scheme template of each commodity class into the recommended scheme template library.
In some embodiments, the historical live data includes transaction data, base setting information, and mouth cast explanation information for live merchandise for each merchandise category; the fourth determining module is further used for ordering the live goods under each commodity category according to the sequence from big to small of the transaction data in the historical live broadcast data to form a live broadcast commodity sequence; selecting a preset number of live broadcast commodities from the live broadcast commodity sequence as target live broadcast commodities; acquiring the basic setting information and the oral broadcast explanation information of the target live broadcast commodity in the history live broadcast process; and generating a recommendation scheme template corresponding to the commodity category based on the basic setting information and the oral broadcast explanation information of the target live broadcast commodity in the history live broadcast process.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the compliance auditing module is used for conducting compliance auditing on the recommended scheme information before determining a plurality of recommended anchors matched with the target commodity to obtain a compliance auditing result; and a fifth determining module, configured to determine, in a preset anchor base, a plurality of recommended anchors that match the target commodity based on the recommended scenario information in response to the compliance audit result being that the compliance audit is passed.
In some embodiments, the fifth determining module is further configured to determine a target commodity class corresponding to the target commodity based on the recommendation scheme information; determining a plurality of anchor, which are recommended to be the live goods corresponding to the target goods class in a preset historical time period, from the anchor library as a preliminary screening anchor; acquiring historical recommendation data of each primary screening anchor for the live goods; determining a recommendation score for each of the prescreeners based on the historical recommendation data; and determining a plurality of recommended anchors matched with the target commodity from the plurality of primary anchors based on the recommended score of each primary anchor.
In some embodiments, the fifth determining module is further configured to determine a current live status of each anchor in the anchor store; and determining a plurality of anchor, which are recommended to be live goods corresponding to the target goods class in a preset historical time period and are in a live state, as the primary screening anchor; or acquiring live broadcast plan information of each anchor in the anchor store; and determining a plurality of anchors, which are recommended to live goods corresponding to the target goods class in a preset historical time period and have live time in the live schedule information within the live validity period of the target goods, as the primary screening anchors.
In some embodiments, the sending module 3544 is further configured to push the merchandise recommendation invite message in a message popup form at a current live interface of the anchor client if the current live status of the target anchor is in a live status; and if the current live state of the target anchor is a non-live state, sending the commodity recommendation invitation message to the anchor client in the form of an instant communication message.
In some embodiments, the presentation module 3545 is further configured to present the merchandise transaction channel of the target merchandise on the current live interface of the anchor client in response to the confirmation message for the merchandise recommendation invite message sent by the anchor client if the current live status of the target anchor is in the live status; if the current live state of the target anchor is a non-live state, determining to recommend the live site of the target commodity in response to a confirmation message sent by the anchor client for the commodity recommendation invitation message, and displaying a commodity transaction channel of the target commodity on the current live interface of the anchor client when the target anchor is performing live corresponding to the live site.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the first acquisition module is used for acquiring conversion data of the target commodity; the conversion data comprises conversion source information of each order in a plurality of orders corresponding to the target commodity; the conversion source information is used for identifying a target anchor corresponding to the corresponding order; a sixth determining module, configured to determine, according to conversion source information of each order in the plurality of orders, a number of orders corresponding to each target anchor; and a seventh determining module, configured to determine a bonus resource of each target anchor according to the order quantity.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the anchor identification of the target anchor; and the generation module is used for generating the order when the resource conversion is carried out on the target commodity, and adding the anchor identification into the order as the conversion source information.
It should be noted that, the description of the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application is similar to the description of the embodiment of the method described above, and has similar beneficial effects as the embodiment of the method, so that a detailed description is omitted. For technical details not disclosed in the present apparatus embodiment, please refer to the description of the method embodiment of the present application for understanding.

Claims (15)

1. A live broadcast processing method, the method comprising:
receiving a commodity recommendation request sent by a merchant client; the commodity recommendation request comprises recommendation scheme information of a target commodity;
responding to the commodity recommendation request, determining a plurality of recommendation anchors matched with the target commodity in a preset anchor base based on the recommendation scheme information, and sending anchor identifications of the plurality of recommendation anchors to the merchant client;
determining at least one of the plurality of recommended anchors as a target anchor in response to a selection message sent by the merchant client for the at least one recommended anchor;
sending commodity recommendation invitation information to a host client corresponding to the target host; the commodity recommendation invitation message comprises recommendation scheme information;
and responding to the confirmation message sent by the anchor client for the commodity recommendation invitation message, and displaying the commodity transaction channel of the target commodity on a live broadcast display interface of the anchor client.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a recommendation scheme generation request sent by the merchant client; the recommendation scheme generation request comprises a commodity identification of the target commodity;
responding to the recommendation scheme generation request, determining a target commodity class corresponding to the target commodity, and screening a recommendation scheme template corresponding to the target commodity class from a preset recommendation scheme template library;
and sending the recommendation scheme template to the merchant client to generate recommendation scheme information of the target commodity through editing operation of the merchant client on the recommendation scheme template.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring historical live broadcast data of each anchor in the anchor store;
determining a recommendation scheme template of each commodity category of a plurality of commodity categories based on the historical live broadcast data;
and updating the recommended scheme template of each commodity class into the recommended scheme template library.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the historical live data includes transaction data, base setting information and mouth cast instruction information for live merchandise for each merchandise category;
The determining a recommendation scheme template for each commodity category of a plurality of commodity categories based on the historical live broadcast data comprises:
ordering the live goods under each commodity category according to the sequence from big to small of transaction data in the historical live data to form a live goods sequence;
selecting a preset number of live broadcast commodities from the live broadcast commodity sequence as target live broadcast commodities;
acquiring the basic setting information and the oral broadcast explanation information of the target live broadcast commodity in the history live broadcast process;
and generating a recommendation scheme template corresponding to the commodity category based on the basic setting information and the oral broadcast explanation information of the target live broadcast commodity in the history live broadcast process.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
before determining a plurality of recommended anchors matched with the target commodity, carrying out compliance auditing on the recommended scheme information to obtain a compliance auditing result;
and determining a plurality of recommended anchors matched with the target commodity in a preset anchor library based on the recommended scheme information according to the compliance audit result as audit passing.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a plurality of recommended principals in a preset principals library that match the target commodity based on the recommendation information comprises:
determining a target commodity class corresponding to the target commodity based on the recommendation scheme information;
determining a plurality of anchor, which are recommended to be the live goods corresponding to the target goods class in a preset historical time period, from the anchor library as a preliminary screening anchor;
acquiring historical recommendation data of each primary screening anchor for the live goods;
determining a recommendation score for each of the prescreeners based on the historical recommendation data;
and determining a plurality of recommended anchors matched with the target commodity from the plurality of primary anchors based on the recommended score of each primary anchor.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the determining, from the anchor store, a plurality of anchors that recommended live merchandise corresponding to the target merchandise category for a preset historical period as an anchor comprises:
determining a current live status of each anchor in the anchor store; and determining a plurality of anchor, which are recommended to be live goods corresponding to the target goods class in a preset historical time period and are in a live state, as the primary screening anchor;
Or,
