4. Law enforcement verification

a step of coding and fixing codes, which is to generate tracing codes and corresponding electronic certificates, wherein the electronic certificates at least comprise tracing codes, livestock source information and inspection and quarantine information, the tracing code information is filled into the electronic certificates, the tracing codes are obtained and fixed on livestock carcasses, and the tracing codes and the electronic certificates are uploaded to a blockchain storage platform;
a source information association step of acquiring source information of the livestock carcasses and associating the source information with the traceability codes, filling the source information of the source into the electronic certificate, and uploading the source information of the source to the blockchain storage platform;
a quarantine information association step of acquiring quarantine information of the livestock carcasses and associating the quarantine information with the traceability codes, filling the quarantine information into the electronic certificate, and uploading the quarantine information to the blockchain storage platform;
scanning a tracing code fixed on the livestock carcass, acquiring the tracing code, acquiring a corresponding electronic certificate, associating main body information of the scanning code index to the electronic certificate, and uploading the main body information to the blockchain storage platform;
and a code scanning and evidence searching operation information association step, wherein the code scanning and evidence searching operation information is associated to the tracing code, and the code scanning and evidence searching operation information is uploaded to the blockchain storage platform.

The method for tracing a source of a livestock product according to claim 1, wherein the step of scanning the code scanning and tracing further comprises scanning a tracing code a sprayed onto the skin of the livestock carcass, scanning a tracing code B sprayed onto the skin of the livestock carcass, obtaining all tracing codes between the tracing code a and the tracing code B, and obtaining electronic certificates corresponding to all tracing codes.
