Referring to fig. 8, 9, 11 and 12, the range hood of the present invention, the air collecting box assembly 5 further comprises a box side plate 52 disposed at two sides of the front side plate 51, the box side plate 52 has a vertical section 521 and an expansion section 522, the vertical section 521 is located at the upper part of the box side plate 52, the expansion section 522 is located at the lower part of the box side plate 52, the expansion section 522 extends to the left and right sides and forms a cavity with the front side plate 51 with a side surface projected as big top and small bottom; the outer wall surface of the expansion 522 and the side baffle 3 enclose an intermediate chamber which is wide at the upper part and narrow at the lower part and gradually changes from the upper part to the lower part. The air collecting box assembly 5 comprises a front side plate 51, air box side plates 52, an air box bottom plate 53 and a vertically arranged air box rear plate 54, wherein the front side plate 51 is arranged at the front side of the air collecting box assembly 5 and is opposite to a user, the air box side plates 52 are arranged at the left side and the right side of the front side plate 51 and are in sealing connection with the front side plate 51, the air box bottom plate 53 is arranged at the bottom of the air collecting box assembly 5 and is connected with the air box side plates 52 at the front side plate 51 and the left side and the right side, an oil drain hole 531 is formed in the air box bottom plate 53, and waste oil dropping on the air box bottom plate 53 flows out of a cavity of the air collecting box assembly 5 through the oil drain hole 531; the vertical section 521 of the bellows side plate 52 corresponds to the vertical section 512 of the front side plate 51, the expansion section 522 of the bellows side plate 52 corresponds to the inclined section 511 of the front side plate 51, the vertical section 512 of the front side plate 51, the vertical sections 521 of the bellows side plates 52 on the left side and the right side and the corresponding parts of the bellows rear plate 54 enclose a smoke exhaust duct section of the air collecting box assembly 5, the smoke exhaust fan 6 is arranged in the smoke exhaust duct section, the expansion section 522 of the bellows side plate 52 extends towards the left side and the right side, the distance from the outer wall of the upper end of the expansion section 522 of the bellows side plate 52 to the side baffle 3 is greater than the distance from the outer wall of the lower end of the expansion section 522 of the bellows side plate 52 to the side baffle 3, a cavity with the side projected as the upper side and the lower side is formed, the cavity is sealed by the bellows rear plate 54 from the rear side, so that the cavity becomes a smoke cavity, and when the smoke exhaust fan works, the smoke cavity forms a first negative pressure zone d; when the air collecting box assembly 5 is placed in the shell, since the inclined section 511 of the front side plate 51 is obliquely arranged from top to bottom, that is, the distance from the upper end of the inclined section 511 of the front side plate 51 to the air box rear plate 54 is larger than the distance from the lower end of the inclined section 511 of the front side plate 51 to the air box rear plate 54, and the inclined section 21 is applied to the inclined section 511 of the front side plate 51 with the same inclination angle, the upper part of the shell surrounded by the inclined section 21 of the panel 2, the side baffle 3 and the back plate 4 is large and small, and when the air collecting box assembly 5 is placed in the shell, the inclined section 511 of the front side plate 51 is applied to the inclined section 21 of the panel 2, the back plate 4 is applied to the air box rear plate 54, so that the middle chamber is positioned between the outer wall surface of the expansion section 522 and the side baffle 3, and the middle chamber is a chamber which gradually changes from the upper part to the lower part; when the smoke exhaust fan 6 is started, air in the smoke exhaust fan can enter the oil smoke cavity of the air collecting box assembly 5 through the oil drain hole 531, so that external air enters the middle cavity through the air inlet gap a under the action of negative pressure, the external air flows downwards along the outer wall surface of the expansion section 522 from the upper part of the middle cavity after entering the middle cavity, and the space between the external air and the side baffle 3 is smaller and smaller due to gradual inclination change of the middle cavity from the upper part.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the front side plate 51 of the range hood of the present invention further includes a transition section 513, wherein the transition section 513 is vertically disposed and connects the inclined section 511 and the vertical section 512, and the width of the transition section 513 is equal to the width of the inclined section 511 and is greater than the width of the vertical section 512. When the air collection box assembly 5 is installed in the housing, since the inclined section 511 is connected with the panel 2, the width of the inclined section 511 is adapted to the width of the panel 2, but the width of the vertical section 512 is smaller than the width of the inclined section 511, i.e. the width of the vertical section 512 is smaller than the width of the panel 2, so that after the panel 2 is connected with the inclined section 511, the existence of the transition section 513 can enclose an electric control cavity with the side baffle 3 and the panel 2 of the range hood.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, in the wind collecting box assembly 5 of the present invention, the expansion section 522 of the wind collecting box side plate 52 is divided into a first section 5221 and a second section 5222 which are disposed up and down, a lower bend 5223 with a front projection as a curve is formed between the first section 5221 and the second section 5222, an upper bend 5224 with a front projection as a curve is formed between the first section 5221 and the vertical section 521, and the height of the upper end of the inclined section 511 is lower than the height of the position where the upper bend 5224 is located. The front projection of the lower bending 5223 and the upper bending 5224 are both curved, which means that the lower bending 5223 and the upper bending 5224 are both cambered surfaces, and the cambered surfaces are used as transition surfaces, so that two surfaces which are connected with each other and have an included angle larger than zero degree can be smoothly connected. According to the wind collecting box assembly 5 disclosed by the invention, as the first section 5221 is obliquely arranged, the vertical section 521 is vertically arranged, if the upper bending 5224 is not arranged between the vertical section 521 and the expansion section 522 of the wind box side plate 52, the connection position of the vertical section 521 and the expansion section 522 is a connecting line, an included angle is formed on the appearance surface of the wind box side plate 52, meanwhile, as the inclination angles of the first section 5221 and the second section 5222 of the expansion section 522 of the wind box side plate 52 are different, the lower bending 5223 is not arranged between the first section 5221 and the second section 5222 of the expansion section 522, the connection position of the first section 5221 and the second section 5222 is a connecting line, and a protruding apex angle is formed on the appearance surface of the wind box side plate 52, so that the appearance of the wind box side plate 52 is influenced, the apex angle and the included angle are easy to break, the strength of the side plate 52 is influenced, the connection position between the vertical section 521 and the first section 5221 can be smooth, and the connection position between the first section 5221 and the second section 5222 can be smooth, and the first section 5223 can be smoothly connected between the first section 5221 and the second section 5223. In addition, since the vertical section 521 and the vertical section 512 enclose a smoke exhaust duct section, the smoke exhaust fan 6 is installed inside the smoke exhaust duct section, the chamber only needs to be matched with the size of the smoke exhaust fan 6, the vertical section 521 and the vertical section 512 are matched in height, the upper bending 5224 is connected with the first sections 5221 of the vertical section 521 and the expansion section 522, the transition section 513 is further arranged between the vertical section 512 and the inclined section 511, and the height of the upper end of the inclined section 511 is lower than that of the position where the upper bending 5224 is located.
Referring to fig. 3, 8, 9, 11 and 12, the panel 2 of the range hood of the present invention includes an inclined section 21 and a horizontal section 22, a first arc-shaped bending section 23 is disposed between the inclined section 21 and the horizontal section 22, an air inlet fixing portion 212 is disposed on a side of the inclined section 21 facing the inclined section 511, a connection structure 5112 corresponding to the air inlet fixing portion 212 is disposed on the inclined section 511, the air inlet fixing portion 212 is connected with the connection structure 5112, and the inclined section 21 and the inclined section 511 are attached and the panel air inlet 211 is communicated with the bellows air inlet 5111, and the first arc-shaped bending section 23 and the inclined section 511 form a gradually expanding noise reduction gap j. When the inclined section 21 of the panel 2 is connected with the inclined section of the front side plate 51 of the air collecting box assembly 5, the panel air inlet 211 on the inclined section 21 is connected with the connecting structure 5112 at the air box air inlet 5111 through the air inlet fixing part 212, so that the panel air inlet 211 and the air box air inlet 5111 can be connected in a sealing manner, and the oil smoke passing through the panel air inlet 211 and the air box air inlet 5111 cannot leak from the connecting position of the panel air inlet 211 and the air box air inlet 5111, so that the air inlet fixing part 212 and the connecting structure 5112 have the function of connecting the panel air inlet 211 and the air box air inlet 5111 with each other, and also have the function of sealing the connecting position of the panel air inlet 211 and the air box air inlet 5111. The tuyere fixing portion 212 is independent of a structure of the panel 2, the tuyere fixing portion 212 needs to be connected with the inclined section 21 of the panel 2 through a fixing connection portion 213, the tuyere fixing portion 212 and the inclined section 21 of the panel 2 are not of an integrated structure, a fixing connection portion 213 is arranged on one side of the panel 2 facing the wind collecting box assembly 5, the tuyere fixing portion 212 is fixed to the inner side of the panel 2 through the fixing connection portion 213, the fixing connection portion 213 is formed by bending outwards around the edge of the panel wind inlet 211, and when the inclined section 21 of the panel 2 is connected with the inclined section 511 of the front side plate 51, the tuyere fixing portion 212 is connected with the connecting structure on the front side plate 51 and enables the panel wind inlet 21 to be aligned with the wind box wind inlet 5111. Referring to fig. 17 and 18, in the illustrated embodiment, the tuyere fixing portion 212 is a plate structure, a protruding portion is formed by protruding upward from one side of the front side plate 51 of the wind collecting box assembly 5, a strip-shaped hole corresponding to the panel wind inlet 211 is formed on the protruding portion, the size of the strip-shaped hole is smaller than that of the protruding portion, a top surface is formed on the upper surface of the protruding portion, the top surface is bent toward the side where the panel 2 is located, a first connecting surface is formed, a portion of the inclined section 21 surrounding the panel wind inlet 211 is bent toward the direction where the wind collecting box assembly 5 is located, a fixed connecting portion 213 is formed, the fixed connecting portion 213 is in a flared shape, the strip-shaped hole on the tuyere fixing portion 212 is sleeved on the fixed connecting portion 213, a wind inlet is formed between the wall surface of the fixed connecting portion 213 and the first connecting surface, a portion of the protruding portion located on the outer side of the fixed connecting portion 213 and the outer wall of the fixed connecting portion 213 form a long noise reduction cavity g, and when the wind inlet is passed through the panel wind inlet 211, the long noise reduction cavity g can enter the long noise reduction cavity g through the opening of the long noise reduction cavity g, and when the wind fume passes through the panel 211 can be reduced. In addition, the inclined section 21 of the panel 2 faces towards one side of the air collecting box assembly 5 and the air port fixing portion 212, a sealing noise reduction piece is arranged between the air port fixing portion 212 and the inclined section, the sealing noise reduction piece is made of noise reduction cotton or cotton felt, the sealing noise reduction piece can enable the joint of the air port fixing portion 212 and the panel 2 to be sealed, and vibration to the air port fixing portion 212 can be avoided when oil smoke passes through the panel air inlet 211. After the inclined section 21 of the panel 2 is connected with the inclined section 511 of the front side plate 51, the horizontal section 22 and the first arc-shaped bending section 23 of the panel 2 are in different planes with the inclined section 511, so that a gradually expanding noise reduction gap j is formed between the first arc-shaped bending section 23 and the inclined section 511 of the front side plate 51 in the direction in which the first arc-shaped bending section 23 extends to the horizontal section 22, after the air collecting box assembly 5 is placed in the shell, external air enters the middle chamber through the air inlet gap a and flows downwards along the front side plate 51 of the air collecting box assembly 5, enters a space formed by the vertical section 512 of the front side plate 51, the top cover and the panel, and flows in a narrow direction where the noise reduction gap j is wider, and when the air enters the gradually expanding noise reduction gap j, the generated noise is attenuated by the gradually expanding noise reduction gap j.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the panel 2 of the range hood of the present invention further includes a lower portion 24 disposed vertically below the inclined section 21, the side baffle 3 and the back plate 4 and the portion corresponding to the lower portion 24 enclose a transition chamber below the air collecting box assembly 5 together with the lower portion 24, the bottom of the intermediate chamber is communicated with the transition chamber, the bottom of the housing is provided with an oil drop hole 271, and the oil smoke on the front side of the panel 2 is communicated with the transition chamber through the oil drop hole 271. A second arc-shaped bending section 26 is arranged between the lower part 24 of the panel 2 and the inclined section 21, the second arc-shaped bending section 26 enables the inclined section 21 to be smoothly connected with the lower part 24, air flows from the middle chamber to the transition chamber, air flow formed by the air can be guided, the lower end of the lower part 24 is bent to form a lower end face 27, at least one oil drop hole 271 is formed in the lower end face 27, and oil smoke in the air collecting box assembly 5 is dropped down onto the lower end face 27 of the panel 2 through the oil drain hole 531 and then is discharged through the oil drop hole 271 in the lower end face 27. The lower end surface 27 is fixedly connected with an oil groove sliding connection track 272, and the oil groove sliding connection track 272 is used for enabling the oil groove 9 of the range hood to slide from a disengaged state to a seated state. During the long-term oil fume extraction process, condensed liquid waste oil is deposited on the bellows bottom plate 53 of the bellows assembly 5 and drops downwards from the oil drain hole 531 on the bellows bottom plate 53 of the bellows assembly 5, the oil groove sliding connection track 272 on the lower end surface 27 is used for installing the oil groove 9, and the oil groove 9 is used for receiving the waste oil dropped from the oil drain hole 531 on the bellows bottom plate 53 of the bellows assembly 5. The oil groove 9 can be dismantled with oil groove sliding connection track 272 and be connected, when the waste oil in the oil groove 9 fills up oil groove 9, can slide oil groove 9, make oil groove 9 dismantle from oil groove sliding connection track 272, conveniently clear up oil groove 9 to the process of taking off oil groove 9 that fills up waste oil is for making oil groove 9 slide along oil groove sliding connection track 272, can avoid taking off oil groove 9 from oil groove sliding connection track 272 when, oil groove 9 rocks, makes the waste oil in the oil groove 9 unrestrained, the dirty top of a kitchen range.
Referring to fig. 3, in the range hood of the present invention, an electric control cavity b is formed between a top cover 1 and a panel 2, the electric control cavity b is communicated with an intermediate chamber, at least one guiding fan 7 is disposed in the electric control cavity b, and the guiding fan 7 exhausts air outwards through a guiding air port 221 disposed on the panel 2, thereby forming a second negative pressure region in the electric control cavity b. The panel 2 further comprises an upper connecting part 28, the upper connecting part 28 is positioned at the front end of the horizontal section 22, the guide air opening 221 is arranged on the horizontal section 22, when the panel 2 is connected with the top cover 1, the upper connecting part 28 is connected with the top cover 1, the horizontal section 22, the upper connecting part 28, the corresponding part of the side baffle 3 and the corresponding part of the front side plate 51 of the air collecting box assembly 5 enclose an electric control cavity b, a guide fan 7 is arranged in the electric control cavity b, when the oil smoke cavity is started, the guide fan 7 is started and extracts air in the electric control cavity b, and then the extracted air is discharged to the lower side of the panel 2 along the guide air opening 221 on the panel 2, so that a second negative pressure area is formed in the electric control cavity b. When a user performs cooking operation, the range hood is started and extracts the oil smoke generated above the kitchen range, but part of the oil smoke escapes upwards, the part of the oil smoke escaping upwards can be inhaled by the user, the health of the user can be influenced for a long time, the guiding fan 7 is started and extracts air in the electric control cavity b when the range hood works, the air in the electric control cavity b is extracted by the guiding fan 7 and is blown to the lower part of the panel 2 through the guiding air opening 221, the air blown by the guiding air opening 221 can be inhaled by the user when the horizontal section 22 of the panel 2 is positioned above the head of the user, and the air blown by the guiding air opening 221 forms downward flowing air flow when the air flows downwards, and the part of the air flow can generate an impact force for escaping to the oil smoke, so that the escaped oil smoke is wrapped by the range hood and extracted again, the intensity of the oil smoke extracted by the range hood can be improved, and the air quality of a cooking environment of the user is improved. It should be understood that the horizontal section 22 of the panel 2 may be a horizontal plane parallel to the cooking bench, at this time, the air blown by the air guiding port 221 flows vertically downward to form downward airflow, when the upward escaping oil smoke encounters the part of airflow, the downward airflow is pressed down and is extracted by the range hood again, when the part of the oil smoke not impacted by the downward flowing airflow rises to the horizontal section 22 of the panel 2, the part of the oil smoke guided by the horizontal section 22 of the panel 2 and located below the horizontal section 22 of the panel 2 flows downward and is extracted by the range hood, and the horizontal section 22 of the panel 2 forms a guiding surface of the oil smoke; the vertical downward projection of the guide air opening 221 exceeds the vertical downward projection boundary of the panel air inlet 211, so that the distance between the leftmost end surface of the guide air opening 221 and the left side of the panel 2 is smaller than that between the left side of the panel air inlet 211 and the left side of the panel 2, and the distance between the rightmost end surface of the guide air opening 221 and the right side of the panel 2 is smaller than that between the right side of the panel air inlet 211 and the right side of the panel 2, and thus the downward exhaust air flow through the guide air opening 221 can play a blocking role on the oil smoke escaping from the left side and the right side of the panel air inlet 211, the outward escape of the oil smoke can be avoided, and the extraction effect of the range hood on the oil smoke is better.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the upper connecting portion 28 of the range hood of the present invention includes a vertical folding section 281 and a free end horizontal section 282 formed by bending a free end of the vertical folding section 281, the free end horizontal section 282 is abutted against the top cover 1, the upper end of the side baffle 3 is provided with a circular arc bending portion 31, a bending connecting section 311 is formed on the bending portion 31, the bending connecting section 311 is horizontally arranged, the bending connecting section 311 is in the same horizontal plane with the free end horizontal section 282 and abutted against the top cover 1, and when the top cover 1 is connected with the panel 2 and the side baffle 3, the front end and the left and right ends of the top cover 1 are respectively disposed on the free end horizontal section 282 and the bending connecting section 311; the vertical folding section 281 comprises a first vertical folding section 2811, a connecting section 2812 and a second vertical folding section 2813, two ends of the connecting section 2812 are respectively connected with one ends of the first vertical folding section 2811 and the second vertical folding section 2813, the other end of the first vertical folding section 2811 is connected with a horizontal section 22, the other end of the second vertical folding section 2813 is bent to form a free end horizontal section 282, the first vertical folding section 2811 and the second vertical folding section 2813 are parallel to each other, the height of the first vertical folding section 2811 is smaller than that of the second vertical folding section 2813, a bending surface 312 is formed at the front end of the bending part 31, the bending surface 312 is positioned at the same angle with the second vertical folding section 2813, the bending surface 312 is connected with the second vertical folding section 2813, the connecting section 2812 corresponds to the extension of the horizontal section 22 of the panel 2, the width of the horizontal section 22 in the front-back direction of the panel 2 is increased, a negative pressure area is formed near the panel air inlet when the panel is operated, the air flowing backwards to the panel 2813 flows to the position of the panel 2812, and then the smoke can be prevented from escaping upwards by the first vertical folding section 2811. In addition, since the horizontal segment 22 of the panel 2 is connected to the first vertical hemming segment 2811 of the panel 2, during the processing, the horizontal segment 22 of the panel 2 may be a horizontal plane parallel to the cooking bench, so that the horizontal segment 22 of the panel 2 is only used as a guiding surface for the upward-overflowed oil smoke, so that the oil smoke overflowed upward and rising to the horizontal segment 22 can be guided and extracted by the range hood again, in other embodiments, the horizontal segment 22 of the panel 2 may be a slope near one end of the first vertical hemming segment 2811 and slightly tilted upward, so long as the slope of the slope is small enough not to affect the guiding effect of the horizontal segment 22 of the panel 2, and meanwhile, the processing precision of the panel 2 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 10, the side baffle 3 of the range hood of the present invention includes a first wall 32 facing the fume space, a second wall 33 facing the outside, and a plate-shaped cavity formed between the first wall 32 and the second wall 33; the plate-shaped cavity is a rectangular cavity or a cavity with a large upper part and a small lower part, the square of the thickness of the plate-shaped cavity is far smaller than the area of the plate-shaped cavity, a bending part 31 facing to the first wall surface 32 is formed on the top of the second wall surface 33, a bending connecting section 311 is formed on the bending part 31, a bending surface 312 is formed at the front end of the bending part 31, the bending surface 312 is positioned at the same angle with the first vertical folding section 2811 of the panel 2, and the bending surface 312 is connected with the first vertical folding section 2811 of the panel 2. The side baffle 3 has a double-layer structure, the first wall surface 32 has an inner wall of the double-layer structure, the second wall surface 33 has an outer wall of the double-layer structure, the space between the first wall surface 32 and the second wall surface 33 is a plate-shaped cavity defined by the first wall surface 32 and the second wall surface 33, the upper end of the plate-shaped cavity has an opening, that is, the upper end of the first wall surface 32 is not in sealing connection with the upper end of the second wall surface 33, the second wall surface 33 is provided with a bending part 31 facing the first wall surface 32 at the top, a bending connecting section 311 is formed at the bending part 31, the connecting section 311 is connected with the top cover 1, the panel 2 is formed with the connection face 25 of bending in the left and right sides between lower terminal surface 27 and the upper junction 28, the connection face 25 of bending and the inboard edge sealing connection of the first wall 32 of corresponding side, when the lampblack absorber is during operation, the outside air that gets into the intermediate chamber also can get into the platy cavity that forms between first wall 32 and the second wall 33, because the side shield 3 is bilayer structure, the entering air in the platy cavity makes platy cavity form the bilateral structure that has the air intermediate layer, can play noise reduction and shock attenuation's effect, noise and vibration that the air current in the collection bellows produced can further be reduced when the lampblack absorber is during operation. In application, the weight and occupied space of the side baffle 3 need to be considered, so the distance between the first wall surface 32 and the second wall surface 33 of the thickness of the side baffle 3 is far smaller than the distance between the height from the upper end to the lower end of the second wall surface of the height of the side baffle 3 and the front side and the rear side of the depth side baffle 3, the square of the thickness of the plate-shaped cavity is far smaller than the area of the plate-shaped cavity, the structure does not influence the space occupied by the side baffle 3, the gap of the plate-shaped cavity is smaller, and the small gap silencing effect is better.
Referring to fig. 3, in the range hood of the present invention, the outer wall surface of the side plate 52 of the bellows and the housing enclose a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion, and the depth of the first wall surface 32 and the second wall surface 33 gradually decreases from top to bottom, and the plate-shaped cavity formed between the first wall surface 32 and the second wall surface 33 is also a cavity with a large upper portion and a small lower portion. The first wall surface 32 has a smaller area than the second wall surface 33, and forms a relief surface with a larger inner side and a smaller outer side on the same plane, and the edge of the relief surface is defined by the edge of the first wall surface 32 and forms a relief space with the second wall surface 33. That is, the upper end of the first wall 32 or a part of the upper end of the first wall 32 is not connected with the upper end of the second wall 33, and the upper end of the first wall 32 is closer to the user than the upper end of the first wall 32 is farther away from the user, that is, the upper end of the first part is gradually inclined downwards from front to back, the part of the first wall 32 lower than the second wall 33 forms a relief surface, the edge of the relief surface is defined by the edge of the upper end of the first wall 32, and the width of the inner side of the relief surface is greater than the width of the outer side, so that when the side baffle 3 is used on the range hood, the edge of the panel of the range hood is connected with the side baffle 3 along the edge of the inner side of the first wall 32, the relief surface is located on the inner side of the panel of the range hood and becomes the air inlet of the plate-shaped cavity, and the relief surface increases the area of the air inlet when the air flow in the transitional air cavity enters the plate-shaped cavity.
In the range hood, a third negative pressure region is formed outside the panel air inlet 211 on the panel 2, and air exhausted from the guide air inlet 221 arranged on the panel 2 by the guide fan 7 enters the third negative pressure region and enters the first negative pressure region d through the panel air inlet 211 and the air box air inlet 5111.
