Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a wind box side plate 12 of the wind box assembly of the present invention has a vertical section 121 and an expansion section 122, the vertical section 121 is located at an upper portion of the wind box side plate 12, the expansion section 122 is located at a lower portion of the wind box side plate 12, the expansion section 122 extends to left and right sides, a fan cavity for arranging a smoke exhaust fan 2 is formed between the wind box side plates 12 at the left and right sides, and the fan cavity is communicated with a wind box air inlet 1111. After the oil smoke enters the wind collecting cavity through the wind box air inlet 1111, the expansion section 122 of the wind box side plate 12 flows upwards, passes through the wind guide part 32 of the wind guide oil baffle plate 3 and enters the exhaust cavity, and is discharged out of the exhaust cavity by the exhaust fan 2. The vertical section 121 of the bellows side plate 12 corresponds to the vertical section 112 of the front side plate 11, the expansion section 122 of the bellows side plate 12 corresponds to the inclined section 111 of the front side plate 12, an arc section 123 is further arranged between the vertical section 121 and the expansion section 122, and the arc section 123 enables the connection between the vertical section 121 and the expansion section 122 to be smooth. Referring to fig. 5, in the wind collecting box assembly of the present invention, the wind guiding and oil blocking plate 3 is located at the upper side of the expansion section 122 of the side plate, and is disposed at the center of the wind inlet 1111 of the wind box, and forms a central air flow passing through the wind guiding portions 32 and two side air flows flowing from the left and right sides along the expansion section 122 of the wind box side plate 12 of the left and right sides by the wind guiding and oil blocking plate 3, and the ratio of the width of the wind channel surface of the wind guiding and oil blocking plate 3 at the location thereof is 0.6-1.2 times of the actual size. That is, although the air guide portions 32 are provided in the air guide oil baffle 3, since the air guide strips 33 are formed between the adjacent two air guide portions 32, when the oil smoke passes through the air guide portions 32, the oil smoke blocked by the air guide strips 33 flows from the expansion sections 122 of the windbox side plates 12 on the left and right sides of the windbox assembly, and the air flows along the expansion sections 122 of the windbox side plates 12 on the left and right sides are formed, and the air flow blocked by the air guide oil baffle 3 flows along the expansion sections 122 of the windbox side plates 12, the flow velocity is reduced, and the noise generated in the air collecting chamber by the oil smoke can be reduced. The existence of the wind-guiding oil baffle plate 3 can not only prevent waste oil flowing downwards along the front side plate 11 of the wind-collecting box assembly from entering the wind-collecting box air inlet 1111, but also change the popularity of oil fume entering the wind-collecting cavity of the wind-collecting box assembly, so that when the oil fume enters the wind-collecting cavity of the wind-collecting box assembly, the oil fume tends to face the rear plate 14 of the wind-collecting box assembly, and the width of the wind-guiding oil baffle plate 3 is only 0.5 times larger than the width of the wind channel surface, so that the effect of changing the flow direction of the oil fume is more obvious and effective.
Referring to fig. 5, in the wind collecting box assembly of the present invention, the wind inlet 1111 of the wind collecting box assembly is inclined, the air flow passing through it is opposite to the air guiding portion 32, and the angle between the air guiding portion 32 and the air flow is an obtuse angle. Since the air guide oil baffle 3 forms an inclination angle with a high front side and a low rear side, the air guide portion 32 on the air guide oil baffle 3 also has an inclination angle with a low front side, and the air guide oil baffle 3 is connected with the front side plate 11, and one end of the air guide oil baffle 3 connected with the rear plate 14 is located at the upper portion of the air box air inlet 1111, if the inclination of the air guide oil baffle 3 is large enough, one end of the air guide oil baffle 3 connected with the rear plate 14 is located at the lower end of the air box air inlet 1111 or aligned with the lower end of the air box air inlet 1111, and since the air guide portion 32 on the air guide oil baffle 3 is located at one side of the air guide oil baffle 3 close to the rear plate 14, even if the end of the air guide oil baffle 3 connected with the rear plate 14 is aligned with the lower end of the air box air inlet 1111, the height of the air guide portion 32 is higher than the height of the air box air inlet 1111, the air box air inlet 1111 is inclined, and the air outlet direction of the air box 1111 is made upward, and the air guide portion 32 is located in the flowing direction of the oil smoke flowing out from the air inlet 1111, and the exhaust fan 2 can be increased in efficiency when the oil smoke passes through the air guide portion 32 and the exhaust fan. The oil smoke flowing out of the air box air inlet 1111 and the air guide portion 32 form a right angle, the air flow vertically passes through the air guide portion 32, the air flow passing through the air guide portion 32 is smaller, the oil smoke density is larger, the flowing angle of the air guide portion 32 and the air is obtuse, and the air passing through the uppermost end of the air guide portion 32 can still pass through other parts of the air guide portion 32 in the sinking process.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the present invention further relates to a range hood, which includes the above-mentioned air collecting box assembly, and further includes a housing, wherein the air collecting box assembly is disposed in the housing, includes an oil collecting structure, and oil flowing down from the air guiding and oil blocking plate 3 is collected in the oil collecting structure and enters an oil collecting groove of the range hood through an oil drain hole of the range hood. According to the range hood provided by the invention, due to the adoption of the air collecting box assembly, waste oil collected by the air guide oil baffle plate 3 drops through the first oil leakage holes 34 on the air guide oil baffle plate 3 and flows downwards along the rear plate 14 of the air collecting box assembly, finally flows onto the air box bottom plate 13 of the air collecting box assembly, then drops into the oil collecting structure through the second oil leakage holes 131 on the air box bottom plate 13, finally enters the oil collecting groove of the range hood through the oil drain hole of the oil collecting structure, and the oil fume cannot flow out through the air box air inlet 1111 of the air collecting box assembly and flows downwards to the cooking bench along the panel of the range hood, so that the range hood is attractive in appearance, and the sanitary condition of a kitchen can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4 to 13, the range hood of the present invention includes a housing including a panel 4, a top cover 5 and a back plate 6, wherein the panel 4 is provided with a panel air inlet 411 corresponding to a bellows air inlet 1111, and a side of the panel 4 facing the front side plate 11 is provided with an air inlet fixing portion 412 for connecting with a connecting structure 1112; the top cover 5 comprises a top cover body 51, a top cover side plate 52 integrally connected with the left side and the right side of the top cover body 51, and a supporting part 53 connected with the top cover side plate 52 on the left side and the right side, wherein the supporting part 53 is provided with at least one third oil leakage hole 531, and the oil collecting structure comprises the supporting part 53 and the third oil leakage hole 531 arranged on the supporting part 53.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, in the range hood according to the present invention, a panel 4 is integrally bent, left and right sides of the panel 4 are respectively connected with a top cover side plate 52 at a corresponding side, a lower end of the panel 4 is connected with a supporting portion 53, a horizontally extending strip-shaped panel air inlet 411 is provided in the panel 4, an air inlet fixing portion 412 for connecting a wind collecting box assembly is provided at an inner side of the panel air inlet 411, an upper connecting portion 43 is provided at an upwardly extending end of the panel 4, and at least one elongated through hole 421 is formed at a position close to the upper connecting portion 43 of the panel 4. According to the range hood, the panel 4 is a thin-wall panel with a bent shape, so that the bending performance of the panel 4 is improved, after the air port fixing part 412 is connected with the connecting structure 1112 on the front side plate 11 of the air collecting box assembly, if other parts do not correspond, the panel 4 can be deformed within an acceptable range by properly bending the panel 4, other mounting positions can be corresponding, and other mounting positions can also correspond to each other; and the panel 4 is provided with the horizontally extending strip-shaped panel air inlets 411, so that the bending strength of the panel 4 at the position is reduced, the panel 4 is easier to bend, and the panel 4 is convenient to connect with the top cover side plate 52; the upper connecting portion 43 of the panel 4 is connected with the top cover body 51, and at least one long through hole 421 is formed in the position, close to the upper connecting portion 43, of the panel 4, so that bending strength of the panel 4 at the position can be reduced, and when the upper connecting portion 43 of the panel 4 is connected with the top cover body 51, the bending degree between the position, close to the upper connecting portion 43, of the panel 4 and the upper connecting portion 43 can be adjusted to enable the upper connecting portion 43 to better correspond to the top cover body 51.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, the panel 4 includes an inclined section 41, a horizontal section 42 and an upper connecting portion 43, the front end of the horizontal section 42 is connected with the upper connecting portion 43, the rear end of the horizontal section 42 is connected with the upper end of the inclined section 41, the lower end of the inclined section 41 is formed with a lower end surface 44 by bending inwards, the left and right sides of the panel 4 between the lower end surface 44 and the upper connecting portion 43 are formed with bending connecting surfaces 45, the bending connecting surfaces 45 are used for connecting a top cover side plate 52, the horizontal section 42 is horizontally arranged, the inclined section 41 is inclined from top to bottom to back, so that the panel 4 is in a bent shape, the panel air inlet 411 is arranged on the inclined section 41 and is positioned at the lower end of the inclined section 41, the panel 411 is arranged along the width direction of the inclined section 41, the strip through hole 421 is positioned on the horizontal section 42, the strip through hole 421 is arranged along the width direction of the horizontal section 42, the horizontal section 42 and the upper connecting portion 43 are connected with a top cover body 51, and after the panel 411 is connected with the top cover 1111 at the front side plate 11 of the air collecting assembly, the panel air inlet 411 is connected with the top cover body through the bending section 42 and the inclined section 42 to the upper connecting portion 43 correspondingly to the upper connecting portion 43 b and the horizontal section 43.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the range hood of the present invention, a plurality of fixing connection portions 413 are disposed on the inner wall surface of the panel 4 along the panel air inlet 411, the air inlet fixing portions 412 are connected by the fixing connection portions 413, the thickness of the plate wall of the air collecting box assembly is greater than that of the panel 4, and the width of the air collecting box assembly at the panel air inlet 411 is smaller than that of the panel 4. When the panel 4 is connected with the air collecting box assembly, an air port fixing part 412 arranged around the panel air inlet 411 on the back surface of the inclined section 41 of the panel 4 is connected with the inclined section 111 of the front side plate 11 of the air collecting box assembly, and the panel air inlet 411 is communicated with the air box air inlet 1111; the tuyere fixing portion 412 is a part independent of the panel 4, the appearance of the panel 4 is not affected by the integral processing of the panel 4, and because the panel 4 is a thin-wall panel, the material is relatively thin and the hardness is relatively small, the tuyere fixing portion 412 and the panel 4 are mutually independent, the tuyere fixing portion 412 can be processed by adopting a material with relatively high strength according to the assembly requirement, and the tuyere fixing portion 412 is connected to one side of the inclined section 41 of the panel 4 facing the air collecting box assembly through a plurality of fixing connection portions 413 on the panel 4; of course, in other embodiments, the tuyere fixing portion 412 may be fixed to the inclined portion 41 of the panel 4 by welding, screwing or screwing, and when the inclined portion 41 of the panel 4 is not provided with the tuyere fixing portion 412, the inclined portion 41 of the panel 4 may also be connected to the inclined portion 111 of the air collecting box assembly by bonding, so that in summary, the connection between the inclined portion 41 of the panel 4 and the inclined portion 111 of the air collecting box assembly needs to be firm, and it is ensured that the soot entering the panel air inlet 411 can only enter the air collecting chamber of the air collecting box assembly through the air collecting box air inlet 1111, but cannot leak from the connection between the panel air inlet 411 and the air collecting box air inlet 1111. When the inclined section 41 of the panel 4 is connected with the inclined section 111 of the air collecting box assembly, the panel 4 is a thin-wall panel, the strength is lower, the wall thickness of the air collecting box assembly needs to be larger than that of the panel 4 in order to prevent the whole range hood from being deformed, and therefore the connection position of the panel 4 can be corresponding to the air collecting box assembly, deformation of the air collecting box assembly in the connection process can be avoided, and the appearance of the range hood is influenced. Furthermore, since the bellows assembly is mounted within the housing, the width of the bellows assembly at the panel inlet 411 is smaller than the width of the panel 4 at that location, i.e., the width of the angled section 111 is no greater than the width of the angled section 41, such that the angled section 41, after connection with the angled section 111 of the bellows assembly, may also be connected on both sides to the roof side panels 52.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, in the range hood of the present invention, a first bend 46 with an arc-shaped side projection is formed between a panel air inlet 411 and an upper connecting portion 43 on a panel 4, and a long through hole 421 is located between the first bend 46 and the upper connecting portion 43; the elongated through holes 421 are two or three in parallel and sequentially arranged, wherein the central lines of at least two elongated through holes 421 are the same. That is, between the first bending 46 and the inclined section 41 and the horizontal section 42, the inclined section 41 is attached to the inclined section 111 of the air collecting box assembly, and both sides thereof are connected to the top cover side plate 52, the horizontal section 42 and the upper connecting portion 43 are connected to the top cover body 51, after the inclined section 41 is connected to the inclined section 111 and the top cover side plate 52, if the connection between the horizontal section 42 and the upper connecting portion 43 and the top cover body 51 is not over, the connection between the horizontal section 42 and the horizontal section 42 can be made to correspond to the connection between the horizontal section 42 and the upper connecting portion 43 and the top cover body 51 by bending the first bending 46 between the inclined section 41 and the horizontal section 42, thereby improving the bending performance of the panel 4 and improving the appearance of the connected rear panel 4. The elongated through hole 421 of the horizontal segment 42 is disposed along the width direction of the horizontal segment 42 and is close to the upper connecting portion 43, so that the bending strength of the horizontal segment 42 can be reduced, and the horizontal segment 42 can better correspond to the top cover body 51 when being connected with the top cover body 51, so that the upper connecting portion 43 can be connected with the corresponding position of the top cover body 51. The two or three strip through holes 421 are arranged in parallel in sequence and are arranged along the width direction of the horizontal section 42, when the horizontal section 42 is connected with the top cover body 51, the bending strength of the horizontal section 42 can be reduced, the strip through holes 421 correspond to the guiding fans of the range hood, and the guiding fans exhaust air to the lower part of the horizontal section 42 of the panel 4 through the strip through holes 421; when rectangular through hole 421 is three, the central line of two at least rectangular through holes 421 is the same, in the horizontal direction of panel 4 to section 42, three rectangular through holes 421 set gradually to only the clearance department of three rectangular through holes 421 links up, can make panel 4's horizontal to section 42 bending strength reduce like this, makes horizontal to section 42 better be connected with top cap body 51. Of course, when the number of the elongated through holes 421 is two, the two elongated through holes 421 are sequentially arranged along the horizontal segment 42 of the panel 4 and the center lines are the same, so that only the gaps of the two elongated through holes 421 are engaged with each other, and the bending strength of the horizontal segment 42 of the panel 4 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 13, in the range hood of the present invention, an air duct via hole 511 is formed on the rear side of a top cover body 51, an air collecting box assembly connecting portion 513 connected to the side wall of the air collecting box assembly is formed on the top cover body 51 extending upward at the left and right side edges of the air duct via hole 511, a smoke exhaust duct section of the air collecting box assembly passes through the air duct via hole 511 and is connected to the air collecting box assembly connecting portion 513, an air inlet gap a is formed between the air duct via hole 511 and the outer wall surface of the smoke exhaust duct section, an access hole 512 is further provided on the front side of the air duct via hole 511, an access cover 54 is sealed on the access hole 512, and a detection air hole 541 is provided on the access cover 54. According to the range hood, the access cover 54 is aligned with the electric control cavity b, and the electric control cavity b is internally provided with the device for detecting the air quality, other electric devices and the guide fan 7, and when the electric devices need to be maintained, the electric control cavity b can be opened by opening the access cover 54, so that the electric devices are convenient to maintain; in addition, the device for detecting air quality comprises a guide fan 7 and a detection piece, when the range hood works, the guide fan 7 can extract air in a kitchen to the detection piece, so that the detection piece can detect the air quality in the kitchen, when the guide fan 7 extracts the air in the kitchen, the air enters an air inlet of the guide fan 7 through a detection air hole 541 in an access cover 54 and is blown to the detection piece, the air is discharged after being detected by the detection piece, and when the detection piece detects that the air quality is unqualified, the wind power of a fan main body of the range hood can be enhanced, so that the extraction of the range hood on the oil fume is strong. The air inlet gap a and the detection air hole 541 are both communicated with the electric control cavity b, the guide fan 7 is started when the range hood works, the guide fan 7 is used for extracting air in the electric control cavity b and discharging the air in the electric control cavity b, negative pressure is formed in the electric control cavity b after the air in the electric control cavity b is extracted by the guide fan 7, the air in a kitchen can enter the electric control cavity b through the air inlet gap a and the detection air hole 541, the air in the electric control cavity b is timely supplemented, and meanwhile, the quality of the air entering the air inlet gap a and the detection air hole 541 just represents the real-time air quality in the kitchen when the range hood works.
Referring to fig. 7 to 10, the blower 7 is guided to exhaust air outwards through the long through holes 421 provided on the panel 4; when the guiding fan 7 operates, a negative pressure area is formed in the electric control cavity b, and external air enters the electric control cavity b through the detection air hole 541 and the air inlet gap a. When the range hood works, the fan main body in the air collecting box assembly is started, oil smoke generated in the cooking process of a user enters the air inlet 1111 of the air collecting box through the air inlet of the panel and is discharged, as the fan main body extracts the oil smoke, a negative pressure area is formed near the air inlet of the panel, the fan 7 is guided to extract air in the electric control cavity b and is discharged through the long strip through hole 421 on the panel, the other negative pressure area is formed in the electric control cavity b, external air enters the electric control cavity b through the detection air hole 541 and the air inlet gap a to be detected by a detection piece, meanwhile, the air is discharged downwards through the long strip through hole 421 on the panel, the oil smoke generated in the cooking process of the user is impacted downwards by the air flow of the discharged air, and the oil smoke generated in the cooking process is prevented from continuously rising and being inhaled by the user. When the range hood works, waste oil entering the air duct of the air collecting box assembly is collected in the oil receiving part 31 of the air guiding and oil blocking plate 3, then flows along one end of the air guiding strip 33, which is connected with the rear plate 14, finally drops through the first oil leakage holes 34 on the air guiding and oil blocking plate 3, flows downwards along the rear plate 14, finally flows onto the air box bottom plate 13, then drops to the supporting part 53 through the second oil leakage holes 131 on the air box bottom plate 13, and finally drops into the oil collecting groove through the third oil leakage holes 531 on the supporting part 53. The support portion 53 and the third oil drain hole 531 provided on the support portion 53 form an oil collecting structure of the range hood.
Referring to fig. 5, 7, 9 and 13, the front side of the hood side plate 52 of the present invention is inclined from top to bottom to the rear side and forms a plate-like structure with a large top and a small bottom. The top end of the top cover side plate 52 has a larger width than the lower end thereof, that is, the front side of the top cover side plate 52, which is close to the user, is an inclined surface, and the distance from the upper end of the inclined surface to the rear end of the range hood is larger than the distance from the lower end of the inclined surface to the rear end of the range hood. That is, the front plate 55 is a U-shape, both ends of the U-shape are connected to the roof side plate 52 on the corresponding side, and the roof body 51, the roof side plate 52 and the front plate 55 are integrally formed.

The range hood according to claim 9, wherein the housing comprises a panel (4), a top cover (5) and a back plate (6), a panel air inlet (411) corresponding to a bellows air inlet (1111) is provided on the panel (4), and an air inlet fixing portion (412) for connecting with the connecting structure (1112) is provided on a side of the panel (4) facing the front side plate (11); the top cover (5) comprises a top cover body (51), a top cover side plate (52) integrally connected with the left side and the right side of the top cover body (51) and a supporting portion (53) connected with the left side and the right side of the top cover side plate (52), wherein at least one third oil leakage hole (531) is formed in the supporting portion (53), and the oil collecting structure comprises the supporting portion (53) and the third oil leakage hole (531) formed in the supporting portion (53).
