As shown in fig. 2, the end of the bit leg shaft neck 2 is integrally provided with a embedded post 25; the embedded column 25 is embedded and welded with the bit leg 1, and a core hole 26 communicated with the oil duct 8 is formed in the center of the embedded column 25; the core hole 26 is communicated with the first oil passing hole 10, the bit leg journal 2 and the bit leg are assembled in an independent processing and integral welding mode, and during installation, the embedded post 25 is directly embedded into the bit leg 1 and is integrally welded and assembled, and lubricating oil in the oil duct 8 enters the first oil passing hole 10 through the core hole 26 to supply oil and lubricate the bearing.
The lower guide seat comprises a beam plate 27 and a concave seat 28 which are welded with the drilling tool; the top surface of the concave seat 28 is of a slope structure, and first limiting holes 29 are formed in two sides of the concave seat 28; the inner side of the concave seat 28 is provided with a guide hole 31; the bottom of the concave seat 28 is provided with a bayonet 30; the bayonet 30 is clamped with the beam plate 27; the hole sealing needle body is welded on the top surface of the beam plate 27; the clamping groove 5 is in sliding clamping with the beam plate 27; the bolt body 22 and the powerful spring 24 are movably embedded into the inner side of the guide hole 31; the upper guide seat 21 is provided with a second limiting hole 32; a first bolt limiting column 33 is arranged between the first strip sliding hole 6 and the first limiting hole 29; a second bolt limiting column 34 is arranged between the second long strip sliding hole 11 and the second limiting hole 32. The beam plate 27 is welded at the notch of the drilling tool, the concave seat 28 is embedded into the notch, the concave seat 28 is embedded with the beam plate 27, the outer edge of the concave seat 28 is welded with the notch, after the bayonet 30 of the concave seat 28 is embedded with the beam plate 27, a groove body is formed between the two ends of the beam plate 27 and the bayonet 30, then the groove body is filled with welding materials, the concave seat 28 and the beam plate 27 are welded into a whole, the welding materials do not protrude out of the concave seat 28, and the square column 4 is prevented from sliding inside the lower guide seat; because beam plate 27 and concave seat 28 are welded with the drilling tool notch first, then beam plate 27 and concave seat 28 are welded integrally, thereby making the lower guide seat form a three-dimensional welding structure, and being capable of bearing the shearing force transmitted by rotation of the roller bit or revolution of the drilling tool, when the drilling tool deeply transmits the impact force, the roller bit transmits the impact force to square cylinder 4, after square cylinder 4 is stressed, first long-strip slide hole 6 slides along first bolt limit column 33 linearly, second long-strip slide hole 11 slides along second bolt limit column 34 linearly, thereby transmitting pressure to strong spring 24, and strong spring 24 is compressed and then performs impact force pressure relief.
The first long strip slide hole 6 and the second long strip slide hole 11 are embedded with oval slide keys 35, the first bolt limiting column 33 and the second bolt limiting column 34 are movably embedded with the slide keys 35, and the slide keys 35 can linearly slide in the first long strip slide hole 6 and the second long strip slide hole 11 and limit the sliding stroke.
As shown in fig. 5, a rubber body 36 pressed with the top surface of the lower guide seat is fixed on the bottom surface of the sliding column 7, and elastic buffering is performed between the sliding column 7 and the lower guide seat through the rubber body 36.
The top of the square column body 4 is integrally provided with an outer edge seat body 37; the outer edge seat 37 is provided with a perforation 38, the perforation 38 is movably embedded with a pin 39, the bottom of the pin 39 is fixed with a drilling tool, the pin 39 can limit the square column 4 through the cooperation of the pin 39 and the outer edge seat 37, and meanwhile, the square column 4 can conduct linear reciprocating motion to guide.
The bottom of the pressing column 16 is sleeved with a lower sealing gasket 40 pressed with the clamping groove 5; the bottom of the needle section 18 is sleeved with an upper sealing gasket 41 pressed with the macroporous body 9, the bottom of the oil duct 8 and the inner side of the macroporous body 9 can be sealed by the upper sealing gasket 41 and the lower sealing gasket 40, and when a drilling tool is rotationally dug, the pressure of the oil duct 8 can be kept by the sealing ring 17 of the hole sealing needle body and the rubber sleeve body 19.
As shown in fig. 9, a drilling tool comprises a quick-assembling roller bit and further comprises a drill cylinder 42, wherein a plurality of notches are formed in the drill cylinder 42 at intervals; the upper guide seat 21 and the lower guide seat are welded on the inner side of the notch, the bottom surface of the lower guide seat is attached to the top surface of the inner side of the notch, and the directions of the adjacent quick-assembly roller bit are opposite.
As shown in fig. 10, the slot is of a T-shaped slot structure, and the pin 39 is welded to the upper part of the inner side of the slot; the outer edge seat 37 is pressed on the upper part of the inner side of the notch and movably jogged with the pin 39, the bottom of the square column 4 is limited by the beam plate 27, the upper side part of the square column 4 is limited by the sliding clamping of the upper guide seat 21, and the lower side part of the square column 4 is limited by the jogging of the lower guide seat; the top of the square cylinder 4 is limited by the pin 39, so that the square cylinder 4 can be limited in the circumferential direction, the square cylinder 4 can be limited all the time when the drilling tool is rotationally dug, and meanwhile, the square cylinder 4 can slide linearly along the notch.
As shown in fig. 11, the front side and the rear side of the notch are fixed with sealing plates 43 by bolts; counter bores are formed in the sealing plates 43, the bolts are arranged on the inner sides of the counter bores, the outside of the notch is sealed through the sealing plates 43, and drill cuttings are prevented from entering the notch to influence the sliding stroke of the roller bit.

Claims (9)

1. A quick-assembling roller bit comprises a bit leg, wherein the upper end of the bit leg is provided with a bit leg shaft neck; the cone is arranged on the cone leg shaft neck through a bearing; the method is characterized in that: the bit leg comprises:
the square cylinder is of a block structure, the bit leg shaft neck is arranged at the upper end of the square cylinder, square clamping grooves are integrally formed in the lower end of the square cylinder, and the front side and the rear side of the square cylinder are opposite to each other and provided with two groups of first strip sliding holes; the sliding columns are integrally formed on two sides of the upper part of the square column body; the inner side of the square cylinder is provided with an oil duct; the bottom end of the oil passage is integrally provided with a large hole body, the upper end of the oil passage is connected to the inner side of a bit leg journal, and the bit leg journal is provided with a first oil passing hole for communicating a bearing and the oil passage; two groups of second long strip sliding holes are formed between the square column body and the sliding column;
the upper part of the inner side of the square cylinder is provided with a cup groove, an oil cup is embedded in the cup groove, and the oil cup is welded and fixed with the cup groove; the oil cup does not protrude out of the square cylinder; an oiling bolt is screwed on the oil cup; the inner side of the oil cup is provided with a second oil passing hole communicated with the oil duct;
the hole sealing needle body comprises a pressing column, a sealing ring is integrally formed outside the pressing column, a needle section is integrally formed at the top of the pressing column, and the inside of the needle section is hollow; the top of the outer side of the needle section is fixedly covered with a rubber sleeve body; the needle section is provided with a third oil passing hole at the lower part of the rubber sleeve body; the pressing column is embedded into the inner side of the large hole body, the sealing ring is pressed with the inner wall of the large hole body, the needle section is embedded into the inner side of the oil duct, the rubber sleeve body is pressed with the inner wall of the oil duct, and the second oil passing hole is communicated with the third oil passing hole;
the guide seat assembly comprises an upper guide seat and a lower guide seat which are fixed on a drilling tool, the hole sealing needle body is fixed on the lower guide seat, the sliding column is slidably arranged on the upper guide seat, and the clamping groove is slidably clamped with the lower guide seat;
the positioning limiting piece comprises a bolt body screwed on the four ends of the bottom surface of the square cylinder, spring hole seats are formed in two sides of the middle of the bottom surface of the square cylinder, and strong springs are embedded in the inner sides of the spring hole seats.

The quick-fit roller cone drill bit of claim 1 wherein: the end part of the shaft neck of the bit leg is integrally provided with a embedded column; the embedded column is embedded and welded with the bit leg, and a core hole communicated with the oil duct is formed in the center of the embedded column; the core hole is communicated with the first oil passing hole.

The quick-fit roller cone drill bit of claim 1 wherein: the lower guide seat comprises a beam plate and a concave seat which are welded with the drilling tool; the top surface of the concave seat is of a slope structure, and first limiting holes are formed in two sides of the concave seat; the inner side of the concave seat is provided with a guide hole; the bottom of the concave seat is provided with a bayonet; the bayonet is clamped with the beam plate; the hole sealing needle body is welded on the top surface of the beam plate; the clamping groove is in sliding clamping with the beam plate; the bolt body and the powerful spring are movably embedded into the limiting hole; the upper guide seat is provided with a second limiting hole; a first bolt limiting column is arranged between the first strip sliding hole and the first limiting hole; and a second bolt limiting column is arranged between the second long strip sliding hole and the second limiting hole.
4. The quick-fit roller cone drill bit of claim 3 wherein: oval sliding keys are embedded in the first long-strip sliding holes and the second long-strip sliding holes, and the first bolt limiting column and the second bolt limiting column are movably embedded with the sliding keys.
5. The quick-fit roller cone drill bit of claim 1 wherein: the bottom surface of the sliding column is fixed with a rubber body pressed with the top surface of the lower guide seat.

The quick-fit roller cone drill bit of claim 1 wherein: the top of the square column body is integrally provided with an outer edge seat body; the outer edge seat body is provided with a perforation, a pin column is movably embedded in the perforation, and the bottom of the pin column is fixed with the drilling tool.
7. The quick-fit roller cone drill bit of claim 1 wherein: the bottom of the pressing column is sleeved with a lower sealing gasket which is pressed with the clamping groove; the bottom of the needle section is sleeved with an upper sealing gasket which is pressed with the macroporous body.

A drilling tool comprising the quick-fit roller cone drill bit of any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that: the drilling machine further comprises a drilling barrel, wherein a plurality of notches are formed in the drilling barrel at intervals; the upper guide seat and the lower guide seat are welded on the inner side of the notch, and the bottom surface of the lower guide seat is attached to the top surface of the inner side of the notch; the notch is of a T-shaped groove structure, and the pin is welded to the upper part of the inner side of the notch; the outer edge seat body is pressed on the upper part of the inner side of the notch and is movably embedded with the pin.
9. The drilling tool of claim 8, wherein: sealing plates are fixed on the front side and the rear side of the notch through bolts; and a counter bore is formed in the sealing plate, and the bolt is arranged on the inner side of the counter bore.
