Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the application.
A drum-type washing machine is composed of stainless steel inner drum, mechanical program controller, phosphating, electrophoresis and spraying three-layer protecting shell, and several heavy cement blocks for balancing the huge centrifugal force generated by drum rotation.
With the continuous development of science and technology, the washing machine is also continuously updated and iterated to meet the continuous and growing new demands of users. The new generation washing machine not only needs the laundry detergent to act on the clothes to clean the clothes, but also needs the softening liquid to carry out softening care on the clothes, so that the situations of wrinkles and the like after the clothes are washed are reduced; moreover, in some cases where viruses are more, the viruses cannot be cleaned by the laundry detergent alone. Accordingly, new generation washing machines also typically require a sanitizing liquid to sanitize the pre-treatment prior to washing the laundry.
Illustratively, a washing machine includes a drum and a water inlet box. The roller is used for bearing clothes, and the roller can drive the clothes to rotate so as to clean the clothes by beating the clothes and matching with the action of the laundry detergent. The water inlet box is arranged corresponding to the roller, and is provided with a pre-washing cavity, a main washing cavity and a softening cavity which are respectively used for containing disinfectant, laundry detergent and softening liquid, and the softening cavity is arranged between the pre-washing cavity and the main washing cavity.
The washing machine further comprises a pre-washing pipe, a pre-washing valve, a main washing pipe and a main washing valve. The pre-wash pipe is disposed toward the pre-wash chamber to deliver inlet water to the pre-wash chamber through the pre-wash pipe so as to flush liquid in the pre-wash chamber into the drum. The pre-wash valve is used for switching on or switching off the pre-wash pipe, namely whether the pre-wash cavity is washed or not is controlled by the switch of the pre-wash valve. The main wash pipe is arranged towards the main wash chamber so as to convey inlet water to the main wash chamber through the main wash pipe, thereby flushing liquid in the main wash chamber into the roller.
However, since the forward cavity is generally disposed between the main washing cavity and the pre-washing cavity, the user easily remembers that the intermediate position is a cavity for placing the softener, but the placing positions of the detergent and the disinfectant are easily confused, the user easily misplaces the detergent into the pre-washing cavity, so that the laundry in the drum is not acted by the detergent in the main washing stage, and therefore, the laundry cannot be cleaned.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above-described situation, embodiments of the present application provide a washing machine, a control method, a control apparatus, and a storage medium thereof, which will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For example, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the application. The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a washing machine, which comprises the following steps:
101. in the main washing stage, the pre-washing valve is controlled to be opened, and the pre-washing pipe is conducted so as to flush the liquid in the pre-washing cavity into the roller.
In the main washing stage, since the laundry detergent needs to be fed, the main washing valve needs to be opened to conduct the main washing pipe, and the laundry detergent in the main washing cavity is flushed into the roller through the main washing pipe.
However, in the case that the user misplaces the positions of the main washing chamber and the pre-washing chamber, if the main washing valve is opened in the main washing stage to wash the main washing chamber, the laundry detergent cannot be put into the drum, and the laundry detergent cannot act on the laundry, or the respective functions of the laundry detergent and the disinfectant cannot be well exerted, so that the phenomenon that the laundry is not washed cleanly is caused.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above-mentioned situation, the embodiment of the application adds the flushing process to the pre-washing cavity in the main washing stage, and can flush the laundry detergent misplaced in the pre-washing cavity into the roller, thereby enabling the laundry detergent to play a role in the main washing stage and improving the washing degree of clothes.
For example, the water inlet timing of the main washing stage may be set, that is, water is first introduced from the pre-washing chamber in the main washing stage, so that the laundry detergent may be thrown into the drum to clean the laundry no matter whether the user misplaces the laundry detergent.
102. And controlling the opening of the main washing valve and conducting the main washing pipe so as to flush the liquid in the main washing cavity into the roller.
For the main washing stage, whether the laundry detergent is misplaced in the pre-washing cavity or not can be controlled, the main washing valve is controlled to be opened, and the main washing pipe is conducted, so that the liquid in the main washing cavity is flushed into the roller by the inlet water, the probability that the laundry detergent enters the roller is improved, and the probability that the laundry detergent is washed is improved.
According to the control method of the washing machine, the washing of the pre-washing cavity is added in the main washing stage, so that the washing liquid can be put into the roller under the condition that a user puts the washing liquid into the pre-washing cavity by mistake, the probability of acting the washing liquid on clothes is increased, and the washing degree of the clothes is improved; in addition, the fault tolerance rate of the washing machine to the placement of the laundry detergent can be increased, so that the washing machine is more intelligent, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In order to achieve cost reduction and synergy of the washing machine, in the related technology, a prewashing pipe and a prewashing valve, a main washing pipe and a main washing valve and a softening pipe and a softening valve which originally correspond to the prewashing cavity, the main washing cavity and the softening cavity are changed into the prewashing pipe and the prewashing valve and the main washing pipe and the main washing valve, water is simultaneously fed through the prewashing pipe and the main washing pipe, and water is flushed into the softening cavity between the main washing cavity and the prewashing cavity by opposite flushing, so that the aim of saving the softening pipe and the softening valve is achieved, and the manufacturing cost of the washing machine is reduced.
In actual conditions, the switching frequency of the pre-washing valve and the main washing valve is too fast, water in the pre-washing pipe is not completely flowed, short opposite flushing occurs in the flexible cavity, and the flexible liquid is lost too early, so that the flexible effect cannot be achieved in the rinsing stage.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above situations, the control logic of the washing machine is further improved according to the embodiment of the application. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the application. The embodiment of the application also provides a control method of the washing machine, which comprises the following steps:
201. in the main washing stage, the pre-washing valve is controlled to be opened, and the pre-washing pipe is conducted so as to flush the liquid in the pre-washing cavity into the roller.
202. After the pre-washing valve is closed for a preset time, the main washing valve is controlled to be opened, and the main washing pipe is conducted so as to flush liquid in the main washing cavity into the roller.
After the pre-washing valve is closed, if the main washing valve is immediately opened, water in the pre-washing pipe is not completely flowed at the moment, and inflow water in the main washing pipe can be opposite to the main washing pipe, so that the softening liquid in the softening cavity is easy to run off prematurely, waste of the softening liquid can be caused on one hand, and the softening liquid cannot act on clothes to carry out softening treatment on the clothes on the other hand.
Therefore, in order to reduce the occurrence of the situation, the embodiment of the application opens the main washing valve after the pre-washing valve is closed for a preset time, and the preset time can be 5 seconds, for example, so as to drain the water in the pre-washing pipe, thereby reducing the phenomenon that the soft liquid is lost prematurely due to the opposite flushing in the soft cavity.
After the pre-washing valve is closed for a preset time, the main washing valve is opened, so that the phenomenon of hedging in the flexible cavity can be reduced, the problem of premature loss of flexible liquid can be further reduced, and the treatment effect on clothes is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a third flow of a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the application. The embodiment of the application also provides a control method of the washing machine, which comprises the following steps:
301. in the pre-washing stage, the pre-washing valve is controlled to be opened, and the pre-washing pipe is conducted so as to flush liquid in the pre-washing cavity into the roller.
The pre-washing stage mainly uses disinfectant to disinfect the clothes in advance so as to remove substances such as viruses, bacteria and the like in the clothes, which are easy to threat human health.
In the pre-washing stage, the pre-washing valve is controlled to be opened, the pre-washing valve can be controlled to be opened according to a set opening-closing ratio, for example, the pre-washing valve is controlled to be opened for 5 seconds and closed for 5 seconds, and the opening-closing circulation is carried out for 30 seconds, so that liquid in the pre-washing cavity such as disinfectant is flushed into the roller, the effect of flushing the pre-washing cavity can be achieved, the disinfectant can be prevented from adhering to the pre-washing cavity, the problem of clothes pollution caused by adhesion of the disinfectant is reduced, the utilization rate of the disinfectant can be improved, and the waste of materials is reduced.
302. In the main washing stage, the pre-washing valve is controlled to act at a second preset on-off ratio for a second duration to flush the liquid in the pre-washing cavity into the roller.
The second preset on-off ratio can be 1, for example, the on-off valve is controlled to be opened for 5 seconds and closed for 5 seconds, and the on-off circulation is carried out for 30 seconds, so that the liquid in the pre-washing cavity such as disinfectant is flushed into the roller, the effect of flushing the pre-washing cavity can be achieved, the disinfectant can be prevented from adhering to the pre-washing cavity, the problem of clothes pollution caused by adhesion of the disinfectant is reduced, the utilization rate of the disinfectant can be improved, and the waste of materials is reduced.
303. After the pre-washing valve is closed for a preset time period, the main washing valve is controlled to act at a first preset on-off ratio, and the first time period is continued, so that liquid in the main washing cavity is flushed into the roller.
After the pre-washing valve is closed for a preset time period, the main washing valve is controlled to act at a first preset on-off ratio, and the first time period is continued, so that liquid in the main washing cavity is flushed into the roller. The first preset on-off ratio may also be 1, for example, the main washing valve is controlled to be opened for 5 seconds and closed for 5 seconds, and the on-off cycle is performed for 30 seconds, so that liquid in the main washing cavity, such as laundry detergent, is flushed into the drum, the effect of flushing the main washing cavity can be achieved, the laundry detergent is prevented from adhering to the main washing cavity, the problem of clothes pollution caused by adhesion of the laundry detergent is reduced, the utilization rate of the laundry detergent is improved, and the waste of materials is reduced.
The first preset start-stop ratio can be smaller than or equal to the second preset start-stop ratio, and the first time length is smaller than or equal to the second time length, so that the laundry detergent which is misplaced in the pre-washing cavity is sufficiently delivered into the roller, and the treatment effect on clothes is improved.
304. And in the final rinsing sub-stage of the rinsing stage, controlling the pre-washing valve and the main washing valve to act at the same on-off ratio, and continuing for a third time period so as to wash the softening liquid in the softening cavity into the roller.
In the final rinsing sub-stage of the rinsing stage, the clothes are cleaned at the moment, and a softening liquid can be added to carry out softening treatment on the clothes so as to reduce the problems of hardening, wrinkling and the like of the clothes. At this stage, the pre-wash valve and the main wash valve may be controlled to operate at the same on-off ratio for a third period of time to flush the compliant liquid in the compliant chamber into the drum.
The pre-washing valve and the main washing valve act at the same on-off ratio, namely the pre-washing valve and the main washing valve are simultaneously opened and closed, or the pre-washing valve and the main washing valve have at least the time of being opened in a superposition mode, so that after the water flowing out of the pre-washing pipe and the main washing pipe can be subjected to opposite flushing, the water flow path is changed to enable the water to enter the flexible cavity, and the process of throwing the flexible liquid in the flexible cavity into the roller is realized.
The pre-washing valve and the main washing valve are controlled to be opened and closed for 5 seconds at the same time, and the on-off circulation is carried out for 30 seconds, so that the soft liquid in the soft cavity is flushed into the roller, the effect of flushing the soft cavity can be achieved, the soft liquid can be prevented from adhering to the pre-washing cavity, the problem of clothes pollution caused by adhesion of the soft liquid is reduced, the utilization rate of the soft liquid is improved, and the waste of materials is reduced.
After the pre-washing valve is closed for a preset time, the main washing valve is opened, so that the phenomenon of hedging in the flexible cavity can be reduced, the problem of premature loss of flexible liquid can be further reduced, and the treatment effect on clothes is improved. And the main washing valve and the pre-washing valve are respectively operated according to the set on-off ratio, so that the scouring effect can be respectively realized on the main washing cavity, the pre-washing cavity and the flexible cavity, the probability of adhesion of liquid in each cavity is reduced, the utilization rate of functional liquid can be improved, the pollution to the water inlet box can be reduced, and the cleaning effect on clothes can be further improved.
