The outline shape and the size of the supporting plate 9 accord with the outline shape and the size of a processed workpiece, the two sides of the supporting plate 9 are respectively provided with a hanging lug structure, grooves are formed in the lower parts of the hanging lug structures from the same side, the hanging lug structures are used for avoiding lug seats 15 on the side plate assembly 7 when the supporting plate 9 is installed, the positions of the hanging lug structures accord with the positions of the holes on the side plate assembly 7, and the sizes of the hanging lug structures accord with the sizes of the holes on the side plate assembly 7 and the bolts 8. After the pallet 9 is pushed to the side plate assembly 7 along the opening direction of the upper groove until the pallet is completely assembled, a bolt 8 is inserted on each of two sides, and the pallet 9 and the side plate assembly 7 are connected into a whole.
The structure of the cross beam 4 in fig. 4 is a welding assembly, and consists of 1 beam 16 and 2 hook plates 17 which are welded. The beam 16 is provided with U-shaped grooves on both sides, and the positions and the sizes of the U-shaped grooves are consistent with the positions and the sizes of the cover nuts 5 of the screws 6 on the frame 3. Two continuous U-shaped grooves are formed on each hook plate 17, the positions and the sizes of the two continuous U-shaped grooves are consistent with those of the 2 support shaft pins 1, and the grooves on the two hook plates 17 are consistent. After 2 pieces of processed workpieces are positioned, clamped and protected on the support plate 2, the two support shaft pins 1, the two side plate assemblies 7, the supporting plate 9 and the two bolts 8, a whole is formed, the whole is hung on the cross beam 4 through the support shaft pins 1, the cross beam 4 and the whole are hung in a clamping groove formed by the screw 6 of the frame 3 and the cap nut 5, and the cross beam 4 can also be hung in the clamping groove formed by the screw 6 and the cap nut 5 first, and then the whole is hung on the cross beam 4.
