When the extrusion plate 1307 moves down, the extrusion plate 1307 can drive the fixed shaft 1401 to move synchronously, and because of the sliding fit of the embedded block 1406 and the track 1402, the fixed shaft 1401 drives the embedded block 1406 to move down, the track 1402 is extruded by the embedded block 1406, the rotary ring 1405 rotates under the drive of the track 1402, the rotary ring 1405 can drive the drive ring 1407 to rotate synchronously, the turntable 1410 can rotate under the transmission action of the transmission belt 1411, when the turntable 1410 rotates, the turntable 1410 can drive the lead screw 1413 to rotate through the transmission rod 1412, and the lead screw 1413 and the thread of the thread hole 1418 are matched, so that the lead screw 1413 can drive the connecting plate 1416 to move down in the rotation process, the connecting plate 1416 can drive the down-pressing rod 1419 on the linkage plate 1415 to press down the plate, and the plate can be prevented from tilting in the punching process.
