When the crushed petroleum coke falls down through the grinding cylinder 1, the petroleum coke is discharged into the cloth cover 14, the petroleum coke is discharged into the collecting container through the cloth cover 14, and dust generated in the discharging process is blocked by the cloth cover 14. Therefore, dust can be prevented from flying around to influence the environment, and the cleanness of the surrounding environment is ensured.
