The modular aluminum alloy door and window as recited in claim 6 wherein: the transmission mechanism comprises two first pulleys (29), a plurality of second pulleys (30), a transmission belt (31), a plurality of first unidirectional ratchets (32) and a plurality of second unidirectional ratchets (33), wherein the two first pulleys (29) are fixedly sleeved on two rotating shafts (15) respectively, the plurality of first unidirectional ratchets (32) are fixedly sleeved on a main shaft (28), the plurality of second pulleys (30) are fixedly sleeved on the plurality of first unidirectional ratchets (32) respectively, the transmission belt (31) is connected with the two first pulleys (29), the outer rings of the plurality of second unidirectional ratchets (33) are fixedly installed on a sliding plate (6), the ends of the plurality of main shafts (28) are fixedly sleeved in the inner rings of the plurality of second unidirectional ratchets (33) respectively, and the first unidirectional ratchets (32) and the second unidirectional ratchets (33) on the same main shaft (28) are reversely rotated in a sliding and engaged mode.
