Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile protection device, in particular to a protection device for improving the head collision and absorption performance of an automobile pedestrian.
Background
The collision energy absorption area is designed to gradually deform the vehicle body when collision occurs so as to absorb most of collision energy generated in an accident, and the strong collision force born by pedestrians can be greatly reduced after the vehicle body is changed into the deformable design.
The concept of the collision energy absorption area is first proposed in the 60 s of the 20 th century, and the buffering energy absorption area must be designed into an 'external soft internal rigid' structure, namely, the junction between the buffering energy absorption area and the passenger safety area is designed into a structure with larger rigidity, and the periphery of the buffering energy absorption area is designed into a structure with smaller rigidity and better buffering energy absorption.
Because the structural characteristics of the automobile are limited, the lateral and upper collision resistance of the buffer energy absorbing area is poor, and the front collision resistance and the rear collision resistance are relatively good.
At present, the energy-absorbing mounting bracket is made of PC-PBT/POM material, and is assembled and connected with the bumper skin in the up-down direction; all the spaces in the front-back direction are released; however, the matching size qualification rate of the actual whole vehicle bumper and the engine cover is poor, and the control is only controlled by means of high-cost electronic components after the whole vehicle collides with the pedestrian (the engine cover is sprung up, so that the head of the pedestrian is directly lifted up); at the same time, the opening device can not be started due to the influence of electronic interference occasionally, and energy can not be absorbed in the direction towards the downside of the ground. The safety performance of the vehicle is still required to be further improved due to the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve at least one of the problems and provide a protection device for improving the head collision and absorption performance of an automobile pedestrian, which effectively realizes that when the whole automobile collides with the pedestrian in the running process (or in a stop state), the head contact position absorbs the energy impact force in the impact force energy transmission direction through a differential wall thickness structure and a crumple (such as multiple C-shaped, arch-shaped, pagoda-shaped and other energy absorption equivalent structures) structure, thereby reducing the head injury to the pedestrian.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme:
the protection device for improving the collision and absorption performance of the head of the automobile pedestrian is arranged at the front end of the automobile body and comprises a bumper skin, an engine cover, an automobile body supporting piece, a bumper energy absorbing bracket, a bumper reinforcing bracket and a bumper supporting bracket, wherein the engine cover is fixed on the automobile body and is in clearance fit with the bumper skin;
the upper end of the bumper energy absorption bracket is fixedly connected with the bumper skin and the vehicle body supporting piece respectively, and the lower end of the bumper energy absorption bracket is fixedly connected with the bumper supporting bracket;
the bumper support bracket is fixed on the vehicle body support piece;
the bumper reinforcing support is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the bumper skin, and the upper end of the bumper reinforcing support is fixedly connected with the bumper energy absorbing support.
Preferably, the bumper energy absorbing bracket is fixedly connected with the bumper supporting bracket through a crumple structure.
Preferably, the bumper energy absorbing bracket is of a multiple C-shaped structure, an arch-shaped structure or a pagoda-shaped structure.
Preferably, the bumper energy absorbing bracket is of a double C-shaped structure.

Preferably, the bumper energy absorbing bracket is fixedly connected with the bumper skin through a fastener.
Preferably, the bumper support bracket is fixedly connected with the vehicle body support member through bolts.
Preferably, the bumper energy absorbing bracket and the bumper reinforcing bracket are fixedly connected through clamping, welding or bonding.
Preferably, the bumper energy absorbing bracket is fixedly connected with the bumper reinforcing bracket through a fastener.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention relates to a protection device for improving the head collision energy absorption performance of an automobile pedestrian, which can effectively realize that when the whole automobile collides with the pedestrian in the running process (or in a stop state), the head contact position can absorb the energy impact force in the direction of impact force energy transmission through a differential wall thickness structure and a crumple (such as a multiple C-shaped, arch-shaped, pagoda-shaped and other energy absorption equivalent structure) structure, thereby reducing the head injury to the pedestrian.
2. The bumper energy-absorbing bracket is a stable triangle constructed by multiple C-shaped structural features, the anti-overturning structural features and the supporting feature arrangement method can be constructed, the head regulation performance advantage of the whole vehicle pedestrian protection is ensured, and meanwhile, the size matching qualification rate of the bumper assembly and the engine cover is effectively improved, so that the collision energy-absorbing performance can be improved, and the yield of products can be improved through the use of the invention.
3. When the head of a pedestrian collides with the whole vehicle, the energy can be absorbed by 25-30% through the multiple C-shaped structure and the differential wall thickness structure of the bumper energy absorption bracket; after energy is continuously transmitted to the Q position of the bumper support bracket mark, the energy is continuously absorbed through the crumple structure; when the instantaneous impact force of the head of the pedestrian reaches the fracture stress critical value of the energy-absorbing bracket material, the crumple structure is broken; finally, the injury severity of impact force to pedestrian protection is reduced.

the upper end of the bumper energy absorption bracket 4 is fixedly connected with the bumper skin 1 and the vehicle body support piece 3 respectively, and the lower end is fixedly connected with the bumper support bracket 6;
the bumper support bracket 6 is fixed to the vehicle body support 3;
the bumper reinforcement bracket 5 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the bumper skin 1, and the upper end of the bumper reinforcement bracket is fixedly connected with the bumper energy absorption bracket 4.
More specifically, in the present embodiment:
the whole body consists of a bumper energy absorbing bracket 4, a bumper reinforcing bracket 5 and a bumper supporting bracket 6 which are arranged in a bumper skin 1 and a bonnet 2 (the bumper skin 1 and the bonnet 2 are respectively and fixedly connected with a vehicle body through conventional fasteners, and the bumper skin 1 and the bonnet 2 are arranged in a clearance fit mode, as shown in fig. 9-12), and the bumper supporting bracket 6 is fixed on a vehicle body supporting piece 3 through a plurality of pairs of bolts 7 which are arranged up and down, and the structure of the bumper energy absorbing bracket is shown in fig. 7; the bumper energy absorbing bracket 4 is fixedly connected to the upper part of the bumper supporting bracket 6, and is a main component for absorbing energy, as shown in fig. 5, the bumper supporting bracket 6 and the bumper supporting bracket 6 are fixed through the crumple structure shown in fig. 6 and 8, and when the impact exceeds the stress, the bumper supporting bracket and the bumper supporting bracket can break to absorb the impact force. The bumper energy absorbing bracket 4 adopts a double C-shaped structure, as shown in fig. 9, the upper part of the bumper energy absorbing bracket is fixedly connected with the end part of the bumper skin 1 through a buckle, and the bottom of the bumper energy absorbing bracket is fixed with the bumper supporting bracket 6 through a crumple structure after passing through two 180-degree turning (namely, two C-shaped). As shown in fig. 11, a slightly thick wall surface is arranged at the clamping position of the bumper skin 1, so that the whole body presents a differential wall thickness structure, and the energy absorption effect is further improved; near its location of engagement with the bumper skin 1, the attachment is also achieved with the body support 3 by means of bolts 7.
