Abstract

In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 12, the stool and urine nursing system comprises a stool body 10 and a shooting device 20, wherein the stool body 10 is provided with a sewage outlet 11, a flushing port 12 and a wearing port 13, the sewage outlet 11 is arranged at the bottom of the stool body 10, the flushing port 12 is arranged above the sewage outlet 11 and faces the wearing port 13, the wearing port 13 is arranged at the side part of the stool body 10 and is positioned above the sewage outlet 11 at intervals so as to form a sewage collecting cavity 14 in the stool body 10 and below the wearing port 13, the sewage outlet 11 is used for communicating with a sewage collecting device 32, the stool body 10 is also provided with a visual position 101, and the visual position 101 is positioned above the sewage outlet 11; the imaging device 20 is mounted on the toilet main body 10 and located outside the visible position 101, and the imaging device 20 is disposed toward the inner cavity of the toilet main body 10 through the visible position 101.

Specifically, the toilet main body 10 has a substantially C-shape, and when the user lies on his back, the toilet main body 10 can be attached to the buttocks of the user through the wearing opening 13 such that a portion of the toilet main body 10 below the wearing opening 13 is located below the buttocks of the user, and a portion of the toilet main body 10 is located above the user. When the toilet is used, the sewage drain 11 can be connected with the sewage collecting device 32, the flushing port 12 is connected with the water purifying and supplying device, the toilet body 10 is arranged on the buttocks of a user through the wearing port 13, so that the buttocks of the user are positioned in the inner cavity of the toilet body 10, and when the user urinates and defecates, excrement can be discharged into the toilet body 10 and falls into the sewage collecting cavity 14, and then discharged into the sewage collecting device 32 from the sewage drain 11. After the urination and defecation, water can be supplied to the flushing port 12 through the purified water supply means so as to spray water toward the buttocks of the user to clean the buttocks of the user. Optionally, the toilet body 10 is further provided with a drying port, and the drying port is connected with a drying device through a ventilation pipe, so that after the buttocks of a user are cleaned, air can be supplied to the inner cavity of the toilet body 10 through the drying device, so as to dry the buttocks of the user. The lying toilet body 10 can be used by persons who cannot or cannot move easily, such as botanicals and critically ill patients.

The photographing device 20 may be disposed towards the wearing opening 13, and may be used for photographing buttocks of a user, so as to determine whether the buttocks of the user are washed and cleaned, and determine whether skin problems such as erosion occur on the buttocks of the user; or can be arranged towards the sewage outlet 11 and the periphery thereof to check whether the lying toilet is washed and cleaned; it is also possible to adjust the installation position of the photographing device 20 so that the photographing device 20 can photograph the buttocks of the user and the drain 11 at the same time. In some embodiments, the visual position 101 is provided with a transparent plate embedded in the urinal body 10, and the camera 20 is located outside the transparent plate. Specifically, the transparent plate is made of plastic, namely, the transparent plate separates the photographing device 20 from the inner cavity of the lying toilet, so that the photographing device 20 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled while the tightness is ensured. In some embodiments, the wall of the dirt collecting chamber 14 is provided with a visible position 101, and the photographing device 20 is provided at the bottom position of the urinal body 10 and is disposed toward the wearing port 13. By such arrangement, the photographing device 20 can photograph the anus of the user better, thereby facilitating the check of whether the buttocks of the user are washed clean or not and whether the buttocks of the user have skin problems such as erosion or not.

The number of flushing ports 12 may be one or more, for example, in some embodiments, at least one flushing port 12 is provided at the bottom of the dirt collection chamber 14 and at the front side of the drain 11, and at least one flushing port 12 is provided in the dirt collection chamber 14 or above the dirt collection chamber 14 and at the rear side of the drain 11, so that the user can be better cleaned after the user has performed the cleaning. The reference is made to the toilet body 10 when the user wears the toilet body 10, and the side of the toilet body 10 near the abdomen of the user is the front side and the side near the feet is the rear side.

In some embodiments, the camera 20 includes a circuit board 21, a camera 22, and an illumination assembly 23, where the camera 22 and the illumination assembly 23 are mounted to the circuit board 21 and each face the inner cavity of the urinal body 10 through the visual site 101. That is, the camera 22 and the illumination assembly 23 are integrated on the circuit board 21, so that the photographing device 20 is integrally mounted on the toilet main body 10, and when in use, the photographing device can illuminate through the illumination assembly 23 to obtain a clear picture, and is convenient to distinguish. The manner of forming the accommodating through holes 41 on the nursing mattress 40 and supporting the lying toilet body 10 through the flexible supporting belt 43 is convenient for the installation of the lying toilet body 10, and the nursing mattress 40 has simple structure and reduces the production cost.

In some embodiments, the two mounting grooves 42 are disposed on two opposite sides of the receiving through hole 41, the two mounting grooves 42 are distributed along the width direction of the nursing mattress 40, the stool and urine nursing system further comprises a buttocks-raking device, the buttocks-raking mechanism 50 comprises two buttocks-raking mechanisms 50, each buttocks-raking mechanism 50 is correspondingly mounted on one mounting groove 42, and the two buttocks-raking mechanisms 50 are used for poking buttocks of a user. Specifically, the upper surface of the nursing mattress 40 is provided with the mounting groove 42, in other words, the surface of the nursing mattress 40 provided with the mounting groove 42 is the upper surface, and the upper surface of the nursing mattress 40, that is, the surface facing upward when the nursing mattress 40 is placed on the bed frame. When the urinal body 10 is placed in the accommodating through hole 41, that is, the urinal body 10 is located between the two mounting grooves 42, and when the buttocks-raking mechanisms 50 are placed at both the mounting grooves 42, that is, the two buttocks-raking mechanisms 50 are separately provided at opposite sides of the urinal body 10. When a user lies on the nursing mattress 40 and wears the lying-down toilet body 10, one of the buttocks-raking mechanisms 50 contacts one side of the user's buttocks and the other buttocks-raking mechanism 50 contacts the other side of the user's buttocks, so that after the buttocks-raking mechanism 50 is activated, the user's buttocks can be pulled out by the two buttocks-raking mechanisms 50. At this time, both be convenient for wash user's buttock, also can observe whether user's buttock washs cleanly and skin condition through camera device better, promote result of use.

In some embodiments, the hip-raking mechanism 50 includes a base 51, a roller assembly 52 and a driving assembly 53, the driving assembly 53 and the roller assembly 52 are both disposed on the base 51, the driving assembly 53 is in transmission connection with the roller assembly 52 so as to enable the roller assembly 52 to rotate, when the hip-raking mechanism 50 is placed in the mounting groove 42, the rotation axis of the roller assembly 52 extends along the length direction of the nursing mattress 40, and the roller assembly 52 is used for contacting the buttocks of a user so as to stir the buttocks of the user to open or close when the driving assembly 53 drives the roller assembly 52 to rotate. By this arrangement, the hip-raking mechanism 50 can be made simple in structure, reliable in structure and convenient to use. Of course, in other embodiments, a belt pulley and belt may be provided on the hip-raking mechanism 50 for contacting the user's buttocks to drive the belt by the motor 531 to move the user's buttocks open or close. Or a tray having a shape substantially the same as that of the buttocks and a driving motor 531 (for example, a linear motor 531) for driving the tray are provided to the buttocks-raking mechanism 50, and the tray is driven to move in the width direction of the nursing mattress 40 by the driving motor 531, thereby driving the buttocks of the user to be opened or closed.

The roller assembly 52 includes a plurality of (at least two) roller members 521, the plurality of roller members 521 being mounted in parallel in turn to the base 51 and each being connected to the drive assembly 53, the axes of rotation of the plurality of roller members 521 each extending generally along the length of the nursing mattress 40, the plurality of roller members 521 each being adapted to contact the buttocks of the user. In this way, the roller members 521 are contacted with different parts of the buttocks at the same side respectively, that is, the buttocks contacted with the roller members 521 are separated from each other, and the driving assembly 53 is started to drive each roller member 521 to move so as to drive different parts of the buttocks at the same side to synchronously move in the same direction. Therefore, the buttocks raking mechanism 50 provided by the invention forms multi-point, multi-line or multi-surface contact with each other with the buttocks of the user, and combines the softness property of the buttocks of the user, compared with the traditional buttocks raking mechanism which contacts with the buttocks at a single point, a single line or a single side, the buttocks raking mechanism 50 provided by the invention is less prone to slipping and has better grabbing force, and as the driving component 53 drives the rolling wheel components 521 to drive different parts of the buttocks at the same side to synchronously move in the same direction, even though the buttocks are contacted with each other at multiple intervals, the buttocks are not clamped and partially pulled, the comfort is improved, and the user experience is optimized.

In some embodiments, the driving assembly 53 includes a motor 531 and a gear set 532, and the motor 531 is connected to the plurality of roller members 521 through the gear set 532, so that the plurality of roller members 521 can be driven to rotate synchronously by one motor 531, thereby simplifying the structure of the hip-raking mechanism 50. Of course, in some embodiments, the drive assembly 53 may also include a plurality of motors 531, each motor 531 being in driving connection with a respective one of the roller members 521.

In some embodiments, the hip-raking mechanism 50 is removably mounted to the mounting groove 42. This facilitates the disassembly and assembly of the hip-raking mechanism 50. Optionally, the hip-raking mechanism 50 (the base 51) is provided with a binding portion 511, and the binding portion 511 is fixed on the nursing mattress 40 by a binding belt, so that the hip-raking mechanism 50 is simple in structure, simple in fixing manner and convenient to use.

In some embodiments, the upper surface of the nursing mattress 40 is provided with mounting grooves 42, and the mounting grooves 42 are spaced from the lower surface of the nursing mattress 40, and the portion of the nursing mattress 40 where the mounting grooves 42 are formed is made of a soft material. Namely, the part between the bottom wall of the mounting groove 42 and the lower surface of the nursing mattress 40 and the peripheral part of the mounting groove 42 are made of soft materials, so that when the buttocks-raking mechanism 50 is placed in the mounting groove 42, the buttocks-raking mechanism 50 can do a certain degree of freedom motion relative to the nursing mattress 40, so that when the buttocks of a user are pressed on the buttocks-raking mechanism 50, the buttocks-raking mechanism 50 has a certain space and a resetting trend, the buttocks-raking mechanism 50 is ensured to be better attached to the buttocks, the comfort level can be improved, and the conditions of excrement leakage and the like caused by poor attachment of the buttocks and the buttocks-raking mechanism 50 are avoided. In this case, only the portion of the nursing mattress 40 where the installation groove 42 is formed may be made of a soft material, or the whole nursing mattress 40 may be made of a soft material. The soft material may be soft silica gel, latex or sponge, etc. In addition, in other embodiments, an elastic structure (such as a spring, a shrapnel, or an elastic pad) may be disposed between the roller assembly 52 and the base 51, so that the roller assembly 52 can move up and down relative to the base 51. So that the hip-raking mechanism 50 has a certain abdication space and a resetting trend, and the hip-raking mechanism 50 can be well attached to the hip. Or the portion of the nursing mattress 40 where the mounting groove 42 is formed is made of a soft material while providing a resilient structure between the roller assembly 52 and the base 51.

Claims (10)

1. A stool and urine care system comprising:

the water closet comprises a water closet body, a flushing port and a wearing port, wherein the water closet body is provided with a sewage outlet, the flushing port is arranged at the bottom of the water closet body, the flushing port is arranged above the sewage outlet and faces the wearing port, the wearing port is arranged at the side part of the water closet body and is positioned above the sewage outlet at intervals so as to form a sewage collecting cavity in the water closet body and below the wearing port, the sewage outlet is used for communicating with a sewage collecting device, and the water closet body is also provided with a visual position which is positioned above the sewage outlet; and

the shooting device is arranged on the inner cavity of the lying closet body and located outside the visible position, and the shooting device is arranged towards the inner cavity of the lying closet body through the visible position.

2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the visible position is provided with a transparent plate, the transparent plate is embedded in the toilet body, and the photographing device is located outside the transparent plate.

3. The urine and faeces care system according to claim 2, wherein said transparent plate is integrally injection molded with said urinal body; or the main body of the lying toilet is provided with an installation opening, the transparent plate is installed at the installation opening, and the transparent plate and the edge of the installation opening are arranged in a sealing way.

4. The system according to claim 1, wherein the visible position is provided on the wall of the dirt collecting chamber, and the photographing device is provided at the bottom of the urinal body and is provided toward the wearing opening; and/or the number of the groups of groups,

the shooting device comprises a circuit board, a camera and an illumination assembly, wherein the camera and the illumination assembly are both installed on the circuit board and face the inner cavity of the main body of the lying toilet through the visible positions.

5. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the lying toilet body comprises an inner case provided with the photographing position, the sewage discharge port, the flushing port, and the wearing port, and an outer case mounted outside the inner case and covering at least the photographing device.

6. The urine and faeces nursing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main body of the urinal comprises a flexible rubber sleeve, a hard bottom shell, a hard support shell and a hard top cover, wherein the flexible rubber sleeve is provided with the wearing port, the flexible rubber sleeve is further provided with a first assembling port, a second assembling port and a third assembling port which are all spaced from the wearing port, the first assembling port is positioned at the bottom of the flexible rubber sleeve, the hard bottom shell is arranged at the first assembling port, the hard bottom shell is provided with the shooting position, the sewage draining port and the flushing port, the second assembling port is positioned at the top of the flexible rubber sleeve, the hard top cover is arranged at the second assembling port, the third assembling port is positioned between the first assembling port and the second assembling port at intervals, and the hard support shell is arranged at the third assembling port.

7. The system according to claim 1, further comprising a collection treatment device comprising a device housing, a sewage collection device and a clean water supply device, both of which are installed in the device housing, the sewage collection device being connected to the sewage drain through a sewage pipe, the clean water supply device being connected to the flushing port through the clean water pipe.

8. The urinary and urinary care system of claim 7, wherein the collection and processing device further includes a display module mounted to the device housing, the display module being coupled to the photographing means to display images photographed by the photographing means through the display module.

9. The system of claim 8, wherein the top of the device housing is provided with a first display port, the display module comprises a fixing base and a display main body, the fixing base is provided with a second display port, the display main body is mounted at the second display port so that the fixing base and the display main body form an integral module, a first sealing ring is arranged between the edges of the display and the second display port, the fixing base is mounted at the inner side of the first display port, the second display port corresponds to the first display port so that the display main body is exposed through the first display port, and a second sealing ring is arranged between the fixing base and the edge of the first display port.

10. The system of claim 1, further comprising a nursing mattress, wherein the nursing mattress is provided with a containing through hole and a flexible supporting belt, one end of the flexible supporting belt is connected to one side of the containing through hole, and the other end of the flexible supporting belt is connected to the other side opposite to the containing through hole; the bed pan main body is detachably arranged in the accommodating through hole and is abutted to the upper part of the flexible supporting belt, and when the bed pan main body is arranged in the accommodating through hole, the wearing opening is at least partially higher than the nursing mattress;

the two opposite sides of the accommodating through hole are respectively provided with an installation groove, the two installation grooves are distributed along the width direction of the nursing mattress, the stool and urine nursing system further comprises a buttocks scraping device, each buttocks scraping mechanism comprises two buttocks scraping mechanisms, each buttocks scraping mechanism is correspondingly arranged in one installation groove, and the two buttocks scraping mechanisms are used for poking buttocks of a user.
