Auxiliary equipment adjustment: the data of the number of the participants in the target meeting room and the like can be uploaded to the cloud platform, and the cloud platform can inquire the weather condition at the time and adjust the ventilation time length, the temperature and the like of the air conditioning system. When the projector is used, auxiliary equipment such as light and the like are automatically dimmed so as to ensure the comfort and safety of the conference environment;

According to the embodiment of the invention, based on the separated RFID system, the service condition of the conference room is effectively monitored, and the service rate of the conference room is improved. The number of meeting personnel in the meeting room is detected rapidly, the meeting room can be released in time when the meeting is finished, the effective supervision of the service condition of the meeting room is simply and efficiently realized, the meeting room is prevented from being idle, and the waste of meeting room resources is reduced.
The non-inductive meeting room authority detection mode is simple in equipment deployment, does not need to be subjected to traditional card swiping to remove access control, efficiently identifies whether staff has meeting room use authority, improves identification passing speed, and guarantees privacy and safety of a meeting room.
And the conference room terminal equipment is intelligently controlled, so that the power consumption, the energy conservation and the emission reduction are reduced. The light, air conditioner and other equipment are not required to be manually adjusted, the light and shade degree of the light, the air conditioner temperature, the ventilation time length and the like are automatically adjusted by monitoring the number of participants in the conference room in real time, and therefore energy is saved, and the comfort of the conference environment can be guaranteed.

and sending the adjusting instruction to auxiliary equipment in the target conference room in a wireless mode, wherein the adjusting instruction is used for adjusting the use state of the auxiliary equipment.
Optionally, the transceiver module 81 may be further configured to:
When the reservation time of the target conference room is finished and the identification information of the participants sent by the receiver is not received within a preset period, detecting the state of a door lock of the target conference room, issuing a conference finishing command to the door lock, and releasing the target conference room in a conference room reservation system; and the conference ending instruction is used for controlling the door lock of the target conference room to be locked.

1. A conference management method, applied to a cloud platform, the method comprising:
receiving identification information of pre-consultants sent by a receiver of a separated Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system, wherein the identification information is sent to the receiver after a tag of the RFID system receives an excitation signal sent by an exciter;
when the use permission of the target meeting room of the pre-meeting personnel in a target time period is determined according to the identification information of the pre-meeting personnel, a door opening instruction is sent to a door lock of the target meeting room, the door opening instruction is used for opening the door lock of the target meeting room, and the target meeting room is located in the coverage range of an excitation signal of the exciter.
2. The conference management method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said determining that the pre-meeting person has the use right of the target conference room in the target period of time based on the identification information of the pre-meeting person comprises:
inquiring identification information of the pre-meeting participants in a target database corresponding to the target meeting room, wherein the target database stores identification information of the meeting participants reserved for the target meeting room in the target time period, and the identification information of the meeting participants reserved for the meeting is determined based on meeting room reservation requests submitted by a meeting room reservation system;
And if the identification information of the pre-meeting personnel is inquired, determining that the pre-meeting personnel has the use authority of the target meeting room in the target time period.

when the target conference room is detected to be in a use state, the receiver is controlled to send a first detection signaling to the exciter, and the first detection signaling is used for enabling the exciter to emit an excitation signal and detecting the change condition of the use state of the target conference room;
and sending an adjustment instruction to the control equipment of the target conference room in a wireless mode according to the change condition of the use state of the target conference room.
5. The conference management method as claimed in claim 2, wherein, in determining that the pre-meeting personnel have a use right of a target conference room for the target period of time, the method further comprises:
recording the identification information of the pre-consultation personnel in a sign-in list;
comparing the check-in list with the target database to determine a non-check-in attendee, wherein the identification information of the non-check-in attendee is stored in the target database, and the identification information of the non-check-in attendee is not recorded in the check-in list;
and sending reminding information to the terminal to which the non-registering consultant belongs.
6. The conference management method according to claim 1, wherein after said sending an opening instruction to the door lock of the target conference room, the method further comprises:
when the target meeting room is in a use state, the receiver controls the exciter to send a second detection signaling, and the second detection signaling is used for enabling the exciter to transmit an excitation signal;
the number of the labels of the target conference room fed back by the receiver is received, wherein the number of the labels is obtained by counting signals sent by the receiver according to the labels in the target conference room, and the labels send out the signals after receiving the excitation signals;
And if the number of the labels reaches the upper limit of the number of the receivable personnel in the target conference room, controlling an alarm device in the target conference room to send alarm reminding information.

when the reservation time of the target conference room is finished and the identification information of the participants sent by the receiver is not received within a preset period, detecting the state of a door lock of the target conference room, issuing a conference finishing command to the door lock, and releasing the target conference room in a conference room reservation system; and the conference ending instruction is used for controlling the door lock of the target conference room to be locked.
