优选的,所述表面活性剂为甜菜碱类的两性表面活性剂,复配椰油酰甘氨酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂和烷基糖苷类非离子表面活性剂的混合物。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、椰油酰胺甲基MEA和月桂基葡糖苷的复配混合物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种如权利要求1~8任意一项所述的具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取去离子水、表面活性剂并混合,使其完全溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将增稠剂、调理剂加入至混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,进而冷却至45℃;
(3)在混合液B中加入发用活性成分,搅拌均匀,得到混合液C;
(4)继续在混合液C中加入非氧化型染发成分和防腐剂,并完全分散均匀,然后冷却至室温,即可获得本发明的染发洗发水产品。
优选的,上述第(1)步中溶解过程采用水浴加热至70~80℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明选择使用非氧化型染发成分,是基于非氧化型染发成分在使用过程中与头发的作用为物理吸附作用,没有化学反应的发生,因此对头发和头皮没有任何伤害;非氧化型染发组分进一步选择碱性染发组分和硝基染发组分复配,具有良好的协同效果,对健康的头发和有损伤的头发均有良好的吸附作用,在本洗发水的使用过程中,染发组分会伴随着洗发水中的调理剂吸附在头发上,随着使用频率的增加慢慢改变头发的颜色,达到去白发的效果;为了得到更佳的上色效果和更好的产品温和性,表面活性剂的选择和复配也是至关重要的技术难点,本发明的表面活性剂是基于配方的稳定性、温和性以及最终产品的泡沫和清洁效果去选择,阴离子表面活性剂与两性表面活性剂在一起使用可快速形成胶束,并为产品提供良好的发泡性能和清洁性能,复配非离子表面活性剂为产品带来一定的稠度,增强产品的稳定性,这是基于整个配方体系完成的选择,同时结合侧柏叶提取物促进毛囊器官生长,调节头发的生长周期,具有舒缓头皮的作用,进一步结合泛醇的长效保湿、水杨酸的控油杀菌、薄荷醇的清凉、烟酰胺的头皮保障、生物素的促毛发生长等,协同滋养头皮、营养毛发;通过本发明的配方设计和制备方法,使得洗发水同时具有染发和防脱发效果,完美实现消费者一直追求的既安全、温和又有美容上色效果的需求,具有良好的技术和市场推广价值。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称取质量百分比为34.18%的去离子水、32.00%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、15.00%的月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、5.00%的椰油酰甘氨酸钾(21%溶液)、5.00%的月桂基葡糖苷(55%溶液)和2.00%的椰油酰胺甲基MEA混合,水浴加热至75℃,使其完全溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将质量百分比为2.00%的增稠剂、2.50%的调理剂加入至混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,进而冷却至45℃;
(3)在混合液B中加入质量百分比为0.50%的侧柏叶提取物、0.20%的泛醇、0.20%的水杨酸、0.20%的薄荷醇、0.20%的烟酰胺和0.10%的生物素,搅拌均匀,得到混合液C;
(4)继续向混合液C中加入质量百分比为0.50%的防腐剂、0.15%的碱性橙31、0.10%的碱性黄87、0.11%的2-氨基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚和0.06%的4-羟丙氨基-3-硝基苯酚,完全分散均匀,然后冷却至室温,即获得本发明的染发洗发水产品。
实施例2:
一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称取质量百分比为34.18%的去离子水、35.00%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、12.00%的月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、5.00%的椰油酰甘氨酸钾(21%溶液)、5.00%的月桂基葡糖苷(55%溶液)和2.00%的椰油酰胺甲基MEA混合,水浴加热至78℃,使其完全溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将质量百分比为2.00%的增稠剂、2.50%的调理剂加入至混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,进而冷却至45℃;
(3)在混合液B中加入质量百分比为0.50%的侧柏叶提取物、0.20%的泛醇、0.20%的水杨酸、0.20%的薄荷醇、0.20%的烟酰胺和0.10%的生物素,搅拌均匀,得到混合液C;
(4)继续向混合液C中加入质量百分比为0.50%的防腐剂、0.15%的碱性橙31、0.10%的碱性黄87、0.11%的2-氨基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚和0.06%的4-羟丙氨基-3-硝基苯酚,完全分散均匀,然后冷却至室温,即获得本发明的染发洗发水产品。
实施例3:
一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称取质量百分比为34.35%的去离子水、32.00%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、15.00%的月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、5.00%的椰油酰甘氨酸钾(21%溶液)、5.00%的月桂基葡糖苷(55%溶液)和2.00%的椰油酰胺甲基MEA混合,水浴加热至80℃,使其完全溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将质量百分比为2.00%的增稠剂、2.50%的调理剂加入至混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,进而冷却至45℃;
(3)在混合液B中加入质量百分比为0.50%的侧柏叶提取物、0.20%的泛醇、0.20%的水杨酸、0.20%的薄荷醇、0.20%的烟酰胺和0.10%的生物素,搅拌均匀,得到混合液C;
(4)继续向混合液C中加入质量百分比为0.50%的防腐剂、0.15%的碱性橙31和0.10%的碱性黄87,完全分散均匀,然后冷却至室温,即获得本发明的染发洗发水产品。
实施例4:
一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称取质量百分比为34.43%的去离子水、32.00%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、15.00%的月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、5.00%的椰油酰甘氨酸钾(21%溶液)、5.00%的月桂基葡糖苷(55%溶液)和2.00%的椰油酰胺甲基MEA混合,水浴加热至70℃,使其完全溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将质量百分比为2.00%的增稠剂、2.50%的调理剂加入至混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,进而冷却至45℃;
(3)在混合液B中加入质量百分比为0.50%的侧柏叶提取物、0.20%的泛醇、0.20%的水杨酸、0.20%的薄荷醇、0.20%的烟酰胺和0.10%的生物素,搅拌均匀,得到混合液C;
(4)继续向混合液C中加入质量百分比为0.50%的防腐剂、0.11%的2-氨基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚和0.06%的4-羟丙氨基-3-硝基苯酚,完全分散均匀,然后冷却至室温,即获得本发明的染发洗发水产品。
实施例5:
一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称取质量百分比为36.18%的去离子水、5.00%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、15.00%的月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、30.00%的椰油酰甘氨酸钾(21%溶液)、5.00%的月桂基葡糖苷(55%溶液)和2.00%的椰油酰胺甲基MEA混合,水浴加热至72℃,使其完全溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将质量百分比为2.00%的增稠剂、2.50%的调理剂加入至混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,进而冷却至45℃;
(3)在混合液B中加入质量百分比为0.50%的侧柏叶提取物、0.20%的泛醇、0.20%的水杨酸、0.20%的薄荷醇、0.20%的烟酰胺和0.10%的生物素,搅拌均匀,得到混合液C;
(4)继续向混合液C中加入质量百分比为0.50%的防腐剂、0.15%的碱性橙31、0.10%的碱性黄87、0.11%的2-氨基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚和0.06%的4-羟丙氨基-3-硝基苯酚,完全分散均匀,然后冷却至室温,即获得本发明的染发洗发水产品。
实施例6:
一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称取质量百分比为31.18%的去离子水、15.00%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、5.00%的月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱(30%溶液)、35.00%的椰油酰甘氨酸钾(21%溶液)、5.00%的月桂基葡糖苷(55%溶液)和2.00%的椰油酰胺甲基MEA混合,水浴加热至77℃,使其完全溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将质量百分比为2.00%的增稠剂、2.50%的调理剂加入至混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,进而冷却至45℃;
(3)在混合液B中加入质量百分比为0.50%的侧柏叶提取物、0.20%的泛醇、0.20%的水杨酸、0.20%的薄荷醇、0.20%的烟酰胺和0.10%的生物素,搅拌均匀,得到混合液C;
(4)继续向混合液C中加入质量百分比为0.50%的防腐剂、0.15%的碱性橙31、0.10%的碱性黄87、0.11%的2-氨基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚和0.06%的4-羟丙氨基-3-硝基苯酚,完全分散均匀,然后冷却至室温,即获得本发明的染发洗发水产品。
为了更清楚的体现上述六组实施例的配方数据,列表如下所示:
上述染发洗发水的使用效果通过白色人工毛发进行测试,具体分析如下:
图1,是使用实施例1的染发洗发水,连续使用15天,每天使用一次的染发效果;图2,是使用实施例2的染发洗发水,连续使用15天,每天使用一次的染发效果。
在实施例1和实施例2中,配方中的表面活性剂以甜菜碱类的两性表面活性剂,复配椰油酰甘氨酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂和烷基糖苷类非离子表面活性剂的混合物,测试证明此种复配方式配制的洗发水上色效果最佳,调理性最好,同时具有良好的温和性;同时,实施例1和实施例2配方中两性表面活性剂的含量做了调整,且两性表面活性剂占主导地位,用于验证当选用表面活性剂的复配方式不变时,同一类型的表面活性剂在一定用量范围内的少量变化,对染色效果的差异并不大。
图3,是使用实施例5的洗发水,连续使用15天,每天使用一次的染发效果;图4,是使用实施例6的洗发水,连续使用15天,每天使用一次的染发效果。在实施例5和实施例6中,以阴离子表面活性剂椰油酰甘胺酸盐为主,以甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂及烷基糖苷类非离子表面活性剂为辅,测试证明此种复配方式上色效果和调理性一般,温和性良好;同时通过实施例5和实施例6也可看出,当配方中的两性表面活性剂含量不多,阴离子表面活性剂在一定范围内波动时,染发的效果差异并不大。
同时,通过图1、图2、图3和图4对比可看出,选择合适的表面活性剂搭配对洗发水的上色效果具有显著作用。
图5,是使用实施例3的洗发水,连续使用15天,每天使用一次的染发效果;图6,是使用实施例4的洗发水,连续使用15天,每天使用一次的染发效果。实施例3是仅使用两种碱性染发成分,实施例4是仅使用两种硝基染发成分,可看出无论单独使用碱性染发成分,还是单独使用硝基染发成分,上色效果都不如两者复配时效果好,只有采用碱性染发成分和硝基染发组分的复配,才能得到预期的上色效果,预期的效果为棕红色。
继续对本发明产品进行防脱发效果的测试,选择20名头发密度低的受试者,每天使用一次该洗发水,连续使用84天后,70%以上的受试者自我评估认为该洗发水具有防止脱发、增加头发密度,增强头发韧性的效果;其中,图7和图8为防脱发效果的测试结果,以其中一名受试者为研究对象,使用高分辨率的照相机拍摄了使用产品前和使用产品84天后的局部效果,(拍摄面积为2cm*2cm),结果显示,使用之前头发梳理为138根,使用84天后头发数量为165根,说明该染发洗发水确实具有防脱发的技术效果。
本产品在开发过程中,经过多轮重复性测试,其他的实施方式不再做详细赘述。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水,其特征在于,由以下组分组成:去离子水、表面活性剂、发用活性成分、染发成分、增稠剂、调理剂和防腐剂,所述染发成分为非氧化型染发成分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水,其特征在于,上述组分的质量百分比分别为:
上述各组分含量之和为100%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水,其特征在于:所述非氧化型染发成分包括碱性染发成分和硝基染发成分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水,其特征在于:所述碱性染发成分为阳离子性且分子量介于200~400之间的碱性染料;所述硝基染发成分为非离子性且分子量介于150~250之间的硝基染料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水,其特征在于:所述碱性染发成分包括碱性橙31和碱性黄87,所述硝基染发成分包括2-氨基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚和4-羟丙氨基-3-硝基苯酚。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水,其特征在于:所述发用活性成分为生物素、烟酰胺、薄荷醇、泛醇、水杨酸和侧柏叶提取物的混合物。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为甜菜碱类的两性表面活性剂,复配椰油酰甘氨酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂和烷基糖苷类非离子表面活性剂的混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、椰油酰胺甲基MEA和月桂基葡糖苷的复配混合物。
9.一种如权利要求1~8任意一项所述的具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取去离子水、表面活性剂并混合,使其完全溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将增稠剂、调理剂加入至混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,进而冷却至45℃;
(3)在混合液B中加入发用活性成分,搅拌均匀,得到混合液C;
(4)继续在混合液C中加入非氧化型染发成分和防腐剂,并完全分散均匀,然后冷却至室温,即可获得本发明的染发洗发水产品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种具有防脱发效果的染发洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于:上述第(1)步中溶解过程采用水浴加热至70~80℃。
