本发明属于农业生物植保技术领域,尤其涉及一种SOD聚能香生物制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于农业植保长期依赖化学农药,造成病虫害的抗药性,不但造成环境恶化,还给农作物和农产品带来大量的农药残留,严重威胁(或直接伤害)人类健康。之所以国家鼓励农业要创新,要以生物农药或植物农药取代化学农药,减轻环境污染,保护生态环境。
SOD聚能香生物制剂是发明人多年开展生态农业研究与实践的成果,用SOD聚能香生物制剂取代传统的化学农药和其它生物农药。不但为农民降低农业成本,减轻环境污染,保护生态环境。更重要的确保农产品无毒、无害、无残留,保障人类健康。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有农业植保技术的缺陷,提供一种SOD聚能香生物制剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种SOD聚能香生物制剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚能香0-75份、大蒜0-35份、尖椒0-15份、碳酸氢钠0-25份、白醋0-100份、98%苦参总碱0-20份。
SOD聚能香生物制剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚能香20-60份、大蒜10-25份、尖椒5-10份、碳酸氢钠5-20份、白醋50-100份、98%苦参总碱0-20份。
所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂,其特征在于,A型由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚能香30份、大蒜5份、尖椒5份、白醋100份、碳酸氢钠10份。
所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂,其特征在于,B型由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚能香30份、大蒜5份、尖椒5份、白醋100份、98%苦参总碱10份。
所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鲜聚能香、鲜大蒜、鲜尖椒分别用清水洗净,晾干表面水分后分别送入冷冻干燥机内进行冷冻干燥后,按〖企业标准〗配方分别计量备用;
(2)将配方分别计量备用的原料集中送高速粉碎机内粉碎至100目粉末备用,再将白醋计量投入其中浸泡2小时后再送入高速粉碎机打浆、脱液,收集纯液后备用;
(3)将上述浆液加入碳酸氢钠用高速剪切机进行充分混合均匀,检测质量后按计量装瓶(袋)装箱,检测合格后入库冷藏保存即成A型产品;
(4)将上述浆液加入98%苦参总碱用高速剪切机进行充分混合均匀,检测质量后按计量装瓶(袋)装箱,检测合格后入库冷藏保存即B型产品。

所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂A型的使用方法,其特征在于直接取A型制剂喷洒在凉干的田面上,每亩用量5-10kg兑水500-1000kg,搅拌机混匀后用高压喷灌机喷在田内,拖拉机深翻后,进水旋耕浸泡48小时,耖平即可。
A型为清除土壤农药残留及有害物质专用型;B型为农作物灭菌、杀虫通用型。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)至(5)中冷藏保存的温度控制为5-10℃。

一种如上所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂A型的使用方法:直接取A型制剂适量兑入100倍冷水搅匀后直接喷洒在犁翻旋耕的田面后3至4小时再旋耕一次即可。
本发明的优点是:
本发明产品中主要原料是聚能香,而聚能香的主要成份是天然植物SOD,无毒、无害、无污染、无残留,安全可靠。SOD是超氧化物岐化酶的英文缩写,实验证明,SOD酶可以通过水分子迅速进入植物细胞,迅速参与代谢,能彻底清除植物细胞内外的自由基。“SOD酶”将自由基歧化为无害的水,一部分被细胞直接吸收利用,多余部分可供根系吸收。聚能香还含有农作物必需的19种氨基酸,C、E、B族维生素、丰富的蛋白质和硒、钙、钾等中微量元素,这些丰富的营养成份都有助于改善和提高农产品品质。与传统农业植保技术相比,本发明是以传统中医理论为基础,从治本着手,首先清除植物体内外毒素(自由基),毒素被清除了,植物的免疫功能提升了,抗病害能力就增强了,达到了“未病先治”之目的。本发明SOD聚能香生物制剂,大蒜主要是通过加工过程的氧化效应产生的大蒜素起着强劲的广谱性杀菌作用。尖椒、大蒜、白醋、碳酸氢钠(喷施时添加适量白酒和红糖),再加上、98%苦参总碱合理配置,具有强烈辛辣性和刺激性,将有效杀死害虫的中枢神经,使之僵硬而亡。聚能香与碳酸氢钠配合可有效清除田间的农药(除草剂等)残留。白醋含醋酸、氨基酸、有机酸、乳酸、糖类、维生素B1、B2等及蛋白质和无机盐等营养成分。能够加快农作物光合作用的进行,加快农作物生长所需养分的生成和积累,让农作物能更加健壮、旺盛的生长;另外,白醋还具有很好的杀菌作用。醋中含有大量的醋酸,能够抑制和消灭病菌和害虫,安全无污染,消费者可以放心食用。像黄瓜、番茄、大白菜、空心菜、菠菜、马铃薯、南瓜、辣椒、洋葱等茄果类和叶菜类蔬菜作物都可以使用这种方法。醋有多种功能,喷施时添加适量白酒和红糖起着较好的增效作用。苦参总碱属中药苦参萃取的生物碱,属植物农药类,对害虫防治有缓效作用,实践证明使用后农产品无毒/无残留。SOD聚能香生物制剂中聚能香、大蒜、尖椒、白醋、碳酸氢钠、苦参总碱的分别合理配伍,优势互补,从而实现了综上所述之目的。

本发明SOD聚能香生物制剂用于现代农业植保技术,取代了传统农业植保技术,不但为农民降低农业成本,还减轻了环境污染,保护了生态环境。更重要的是确保农产品无毒、无害、无残留,保障人类健康。由于SOD酶提升了农作物的免疫功能,使农作物不生病而健壮生长,其收获的农产品检测其SOD酶活性非常高,蛋白质含量(以大米为例)比鸡蛋还高1-2个百分点。对水果、蔬菜的施用外观更加晶莹剔透,口感好,营养更丰富。消费者长期食用能大幅提升人体免疫功能从而达到防病抗病之特殊效应。本发明专利的实施应用,不但促进人体健康,而且为提高美好生活质量将起着积极的促进作用。

以下结合具体的实例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明:
实施例1
一种SOD聚能香生物制剂A型,由以下质量的原料制成:聚能香300g、大蒜50g、尖椒50g、白醋1000g、碳酸氢钠100g。
一种如上所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂A型的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鲜聚能香、鲜大蒜、鲜尖椒分别用清水洗净,晾干表面水分后分别送入冷冻干燥机内进行冷冻干燥后,按〖企业标准〗配方分别计量备用。
(2)将配方分别计量备用的原料集中送高速粉碎机内粉碎至100目粉末备用,再将白醋计量投入其中浸泡2小时后再送入高速粉碎机打浆、脱液,收集纯液备用;
(3)将上述浆液加入碳酸氢钠用高速剪切机进行充分混合均匀,检测质量后按计量装瓶(袋)装箱,检测合格后入库冷藏保存即成A型产品(于10-20℃冷藏保存即可)。
实施例2
一种SOD聚能香生物制剂B型,由以下质量的原料制成:聚能香300g、大蒜50g、尖椒50g、白醋1000g、98%苦参总碱100g。
一种如上所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂B型的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鲜聚能香、鲜大蒜、鲜尖椒分别用清水洗净,晾干表面水分后分别送入冷冻干燥机内进行冷冻干燥后,按〖企业标准〗配方分别计量备用。
(2)将配方分别计量备用的原料集中送高速粉碎机内粉碎至100目粉末备用,用白醋计量投入其中浸泡2小时后再送入高速粉碎机打浆、脱液,收集纯液再将苦参总碱计量投入后用高速剪切机进行充分混合均匀备用;
(3)将上述浆液检测质量后按计量装瓶(袋)装箱,检测合格后入库冷藏保存即成B型产品(于10-20℃冷藏保存即可)。

Claims (10)
1.一种SOD聚能香生物制剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚能香0-75份、大蒜0-35份、尖椒0-15份、碳酸氢钠0-25份、白醋0-100份、98%苦参总碱0-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚能香20-60份、大蒜10-25份、尖椒5-10份、碳酸氢钠5-20份、白醋50-100份、98%苦参总碱0-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂,其特征在于,A型由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚能香30份、大蒜5份、尖椒5份、白醋100份、碳酸氢钠10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂,其特征在于,B型由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚能香30份、大蒜5份、尖椒5份、白醋100份、98%苦参总碱10份。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鲜聚能香、鲜大蒜、鲜尖椒分别用清水洗净,晾干表面水分后分别送入冷冻干燥机内进行冷冻干燥后,按〖企业标准〗配方分别计量备用;
(2)将配方分别计量备用的原料集中送高速粉碎机内粉碎至100目粉末备用,再将白醋计量投入其中浸泡2小时后再送入高速粉碎机打浆、脱液,收集纯液后备用;
(3)将上述浆液加入碳酸氢钠用高速剪切机进行充分混合均匀,检测质量后按计量装瓶(袋)装箱,检测合格后入库冷藏保存即成A型产品;
(4)将上述浆液加入98%苦参总碱用高速剪切机进行充分混合均匀,检测质量后按计量装瓶(袋)装箱,检测合格后入库冷藏保存即B型产品。
6.一种如权利要求1、2、4、5任一项所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于浆液如现场检测SOD活性达不到〖企业标准〗,应及时补充(市购)萃取的SOD精品(酶活≧10万U/g)进行融合,直至检验合格方可装瓶(袋)装箱,再检测合格后入库冷藏保存。
7.根据权利要求5所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(3)、(4)中冷藏保存的温度控制为10-20℃。
8.一种如权利要求1、2、4、5任一项所述的SOD聚能香生物制剂的使用方法,其特征在于直接取SOD聚能香生物制剂B型适量兑入500-800倍清洁冷水搅匀后用喷雾机(无人机)直接喷在农作物叶面上即可,根据不同农作物和不同生育期分别决定喷施量。
