Abstract
一种禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,包含:一热影像感测单元,包含一红外线感测数组以感测一禁烟空间内的一热影像;以及一图像处理电路,与该热影像感测单元耦接以接收该热影像,其包含一控制单元及与该控制单元耦接的一内存及一通信接口,其中,该内存用以储存该热影像,该控制单元用以对该热影像进行一烟雾影像评估运算以产生一抽烟事件的检测结果,及将代表该检测结果的数据信号经由该通信接口传送至一外部装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及烟雾侦测装置,尤其涉及一种禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置。
背景技术
一般的室内空间均安装有烟雾侦测器以提供火灾预警功能,用以及早灭火及疏散人员。
然而,对一些室内空间而言,传统的烟雾侦测器并无法检测出一般的抽烟事件,除非室内空间密闭不通风且该空间内有太多人一起抽烟。此情形对禁烟空间的管理会造成困扰,尤其是对于旅馆从业者而言,若无法实时制止其禁烟房内的抽烟事件,该禁烟房即可能会常被不抽烟的订房客要求换房。
发明内容
本发明的一目的在于提供一种禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其可根据一禁烟空间内的一热影像自动判断该禁烟空间内是否有抽纸烟的事件。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其可根据一禁烟空间内的一热影像自动判断该禁烟空间内是否有抽电子烟的事件。
为达到上述的目的,提出一种禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,包含:一热影像感测单元,其包含一红外线感测数组以感测一禁烟空间内的一热影像;以及一图像处理电路,与该热影像感测单元耦接以接收该热影像,其包含一控制单元及与该控制单元耦接的一内存及一通信接口,其中,该内存用以储存该热影像,该控制单元用以对该热影像进行一烟雾影像评估运算以产生一抽烟事件的检测结果,及将代表该检测结果的数据信号经由该通信接口传送至一外部装置。
在一实施例中,该控制单元为一微处理器。
在一实施例中,该通信接口为一网络接口。
在一实施例中,该通信接口为一WiFi接口。
在一实施例中,该外部装置为一服务器。
在一实施例中,该抽烟事件为一抽纸烟事件。
在一实施例中,该抽烟事件为一抽电子烟事件。
在一实施例中,该图像处理电路还包含一声音警示装置,且该控制单元与该声音警示装置耦接以在该检测结果为真时驱使该声音警示装置发出警示音。
在一实施例中,该烟雾影像评估运算包含一人工智能模块。
在一实施例中,该人工智能模块为一预先训练过的类神经网络模块。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,图1为本发明的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置的一实施例的方块图。如图1所示,一禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置100具有一热影像感测单元110及一图像处理电路120。
热影像感测单元110包含一红外线感测数组111以感测一禁烟空间内的一热影像。
图像处理电路120与热影像感测单元110耦接以接收该热影像,且其包含一控制单元121及与该控制单元121耦接的一内存122、一通信接口123及一声音警示装置124,其中,内存122用以储存该热影像,控制单元121用以对该热影像进行一烟雾影像评估运算以产生一抽烟事件的检测结果,及将代表该检测结果的数据信号经由通信接口123传送至一外部装置200。
另外,控制单元121可为一微处理器;通信接口123可为一网络接口或一WiFi接口;且外部装置200可为一服务器。
另外,在本发明中,该抽烟事件可为一抽纸烟事件或一抽电子烟事件。
另外,控制单元121在该检测结果为真时可驱使声音警示装置124发出警示音。
另外,该烟雾影像评估运算可包含一人工智能模块,且该人工智能模块可为一预先训练过的类神经网络模块。详细而言,由于纸烟烟雾和电子烟烟雾均可为红外线感测数组111所感应,因此可以利用发生吸烟事件的一空间中的多张热影像来训练一人工智能模块,以使该人工智能模块建立识别烟雾事件的能力。此外,由于吸烟事件产生的烟雾形状与电子烟事件产生的烟雾形状不同,因此本发明的受训人工智能模块可以有效区分这两种不同类型的吸烟事件。
根据上述的说明可知,本发明可提供以下的优点:
1.本发明的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置可根据一禁烟空间内的一热影像自动判断该禁烟空间内是否有抽纸烟的事件。
2.本发明的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置可根据一禁烟空间内的一热影像自动判断该禁烟空间内是否有抽电子烟的事件。

Claims (10)
1.一种禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,包含:
一热影像感测单元,其包含一红外线感测数组以感测一禁烟空间内的一热影像;以及
一图像处理电路,与该热影像感测单元耦接以接收该热影像,其包含一控制单元及与该控制单元耦接的一内存及一通信接口,其中,该内存用以储存该热影像,该控制单元用以对该热影像进行一烟雾影像评估运算以产生一抽烟事件的检测结果,及将代表该检测结果的数据信号经由该通信接口传送至一外部装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,该控制单元为一微处理器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,该通信接口为一网络接口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,该通信接口为一WiFi接口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,该外部装置为一服务器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,该抽烟事件为一抽纸烟事件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,该抽烟事件为一抽电子烟事件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,该图像处理电路还包含一声音警示装置,且该控制单元与该声音警示装置耦接以在该检测结果为真时驱使该声音警示装置发出警示音。
9.根据权利要求1所述的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,该烟雾影像评估运算包含一人工智能模块。
10.根据权利要求9所述的禁烟空间的抽烟警报装置,其特征在于,该人工智能模块为一预先训练过的类神经网络模块。
