Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a temporary blocking wall structure of a tunnel constructed by an open cut method and a construction method.
Background
Along with the large number of construction of underground open cut tunnels, the crossing situation is more and more unavoidable, so that the construction time sequence difference between different tunnels can be generated, and interfaces are required to be reserved at the end parts of the tunnels and the positions of intersections; in addition, due to the requirements of construction conditions and construction progress, the tunnel can be subjected to sectional construction, so that temporary plugging is needed to be performed at the end part of the tunnel, at a reserved interface or at a sectional part, the safety and the integrity of a tunnel structure are ensured, and temporary plugging is removed when the tunnel is constructed to the position in the later stage, so that the whole tunnel is penetrated.
In order to facilitate connection on a later newly-built tunnel structure, temporary plugging of the tunnel is usually arranged at the deformation joint. The current temporary plugging method for the underground open cut tunnel mainly fills flexible materials at the position of a buried water stop in the end part of the tunnel, protects the water stop, and then plugs the outside of the plugging structure by utilizing steel plates or cast concrete.
The disadvantage of this form of construction is that: a. the shutoff wall in tunnel tip outside can not effectually be connected with tunnel main part structure, and overall stability is poor. b. The flexible material filled in the water stop is easy to be extruded and deformed, so that the performance of the water stop is affected.
Therefore, in the existing temporary plugging structure, when plugging is performed, the integrity of the main structure is protected, but the sealing effect of the plugging structure is poor, and the waterproof effect is poor.

According to another aspect of the application, a construction method of temporary plugging structures at two ends or reserved intersections of an open cut tunnel is provided, comprising the following steps: pouring a tunnel structure top plate, a tunnel structure bottom plate and a cushion layer at the lower part of the tunnel structure bottom plate, and then pouring a tunnel structure side wall; and secondly, embedding glass fiber ribs at the intersection of the tunnel structure top plate and the temporary plugging wall, the intersection of the tunnel structure bottom plate and the temporary plugging wall and the intersection of the tunnel structure side wall and the temporary plugging wall, and finishing the construction of the tunnel main body structure.
Preferably, after the second step, the method further includes: and thirdly, pouring the temporary plugging wall and paving a steel edge rubber water stop belt outside the temporary plugging wall.
Preferably, after the third step, the method further includes: and fourthly, constructing a first brick wall on the outer side of the steel edge rubber water stop belt, paving a full-package waterproof layer, and constructing a second brick wall. The application discloses a temporary plugging structure for two ends or reserved intersections of an open cut tunnel and a construction method. The temporary plugging structure comprises a tunnel structure top plate, a tunnel structure bottom plate, a tunnel structure side wall and a temporary plugging wall, wherein the temporary plugging structure further comprises: the steel edge rubber water stop belt is paved on the outer side of the temporary plugging wall; the first brick wall is arranged at the outer side of the steel edge rubber water stop; the full-package waterproof layer is arranged on the outer side of the first brick wall; and the second brick wall is arranged at the outer side of the full-package waterproof layer. The temporary plugging structure of the end or the reserved intersection of the tunnel is an indispensable link in the construction process, and the existing plugging structure is difficult to disassemble in the later period, so that the cost is usually increased, the main structure is damaged, or the sealing effect is poor, and the water stopping performance is poor. When the temporary plugging structure is used for plugging, the temporary plugging structure can be conveniently detached, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the sealing property and the effective water stop of the structure can be ensured, so that the temporary plugging structure provides an excellent choice for the effective application of the temporary plugging structure of the open-cut tunnel.
