In the embodiment of the invention, the material replacement scheme is carried out on the material lacking in the actual storage materials in the BOM matching result by comparing the online acquired order data with the material data stored in the material library, the actual production information of the BOM list and the substitution rate which can be actually manufactured is sent to a customer for confirmation, and the BOM list which can ensure that the online order of the user is completely consistent with the actual production order after the user determines, thereby solving the technical problem that the deviation between the finished product and the online order is caused to influence the user order experience due to the fact that the material data of the current electronic commerce platform is inconsistent with the material data of a manufacturing factory.
The above-mentioned fig. 2 and fig. 3 describe in detail the production feedback device of the online order in the embodiment of the present invention from the point of view of the modularized functional entity, and the following describes in detail the production feedback device of the online order in the embodiment of the present invention from the point of view of hardware processing.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an on-line order production feedback device 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the on-line order production feedback device 400 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (central processing units, CPU) 410 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 420, and one or more storage media 430 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing an application 433 or data 432. Wherein memory 420 and storage medium 430 may be transitory or persistent storage. The program stored on the storage medium 430 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations in the production feedback device 400 for an online order. Still further, the processor 410 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 430 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 430 on the production feedback device 400 of the online order.
The online order based production feedback apparatus 400 may also include one or more power supplies 440, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 450, one or more input/output interfaces 460, and/or one or more operating systems 431, such as Windows Serve, mac OS X, unix, linux, freeBSD, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the production feedback device configuration of the online order shown in FIG. 4 does not constitute a limitation of the production feedback device based on the online order, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or a different arrangement of components.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which may be a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, or a volatile computer readable storage medium, having stored therein instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of the online order production feedback method.
It will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the system or apparatus and unit described above may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
The integrated units, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as stand-alone products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in part or all of the technical solution or in part in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (random access memory, RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The production feedback method of the online order is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving user order data of a network platform, wherein the user order data comprises: an order BOM table;
according to the order BOM table, matching processing is carried out in a preset factory material library, and a BOM material shortage set is generated;
based on a preset replacement algorithm and the BOM material shortage set, inquiring and processing replacement materials in the factory material library, and generating a replacement material table corresponding to the BOM material shortage set;
based on the replacement material table, carrying out material shortage replacement processing on the order BOM table to obtain a production BOM table and a replacement rate;
transmitting the production BOM table, the replacement material table and the replacement rate to the network platform, and monitoring user confirmation information of the network platform;
when the user confirmation information is monitored, replacing the order BOM table in the user order data based on the production BOM table to obtain production order data;
the production order data is sent to a factory order port for the factory to make a product based on the production order data.
2. The method for feeding back production of online orders according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing query processing of replacement materials in the factory material library based on a preset replacement algorithm and the BOM missing material set, and the step of generating a replacement material table corresponding to the BOM missing material set comprises the steps of:
extracting the names of the materials in the BOM material shortage set;
according to a preset material replacement rule, carrying out replacement processing on the material names to generate a replacement material alternative set;
according to the alternative material set, carrying out inventory query processing on the factory material library to generate an alternative material set corresponding to the material name;
and writing the replacement material set corresponding to the material name into a preset replacement material table frame to generate a replacement material table.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the production BOM table, the replacement materials table, and the replacement rate to the network platform comprises:
splicing and packaging the production BOM table, the replacement material table and the replacement rate to generate a transmission packet;
and sending the transmission packet to the network platform by using a TCP/IP protocol.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the production order data to a factory order port for a factory to make a product based on the production order data comprises:
backing up the production order data to a preset cloud database;
and when receiving backup success information fed back by the preset cloud database, sending the production order data to a factory order port so that a factory can manufacture products based on the production order data.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein monitoring the network platform for user confirmation information comprises:
and monitoring information transmission of the confirmed API interface in the network platform by using Webhook.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein replacing the order BOM table in the user order data based on the production BOM table, obtaining production order data comprises:
and copying and replacing the order BOM table in the user order data by the production BOM table based on the subject name of the order BOM table to generate production order data.
7. The method for feeding back production of online orders according to claim 1, wherein said performing a material shortage replacement process on the order BOM table based on the replacement material table, to obtain a production BOM table and a replacement rate comprises:
based on the UPDATE statement, modifying data corresponding to the target replacement code in the order BOM table by utilizing the target replacement code of the replacement material table, and generating a production BOM table;
and calculating the modification rate of the material codes in the order BOM table to obtain the replacement rate.
8. A production feedback device for an online order, wherein the production feedback device for an online order comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving user order data of the network platform, wherein the user order data comprises: an order BOM table;
the matching module is used for carrying out matching processing in a preset factory material library according to the order BOM table to generate a BOM material shortage set;
the query module is used for carrying out query processing on the replacement materials in the factory material library based on a preset replacement algorithm and the BOM material shortage set, and generating a replacement material table corresponding to the BOM material shortage set;
the replacement module is used for carrying out material shortage replacement processing on the order BOM table based on the replacement material table to obtain a production BOM table and a replacement rate;
the monitoring and confirming module is used for sending the production BOM table, the replacement material table and the replacement rate to the network platform and monitoring user confirmation information of the network platform;
the order modification module is used for replacing the order BOM table in the user order data based on the production BOM table when the user confirmation information is monitored, so as to obtain production order data;
and the order transmission module is used for sending the production order data to a factory order port so that a factory can manufacture products based on the production order data.
9. A production feedback device for an online order, the production feedback device for an online order comprising: a memory and at least one processor, the memory having instructions stored therein, the memory and the at least one processor being interconnected by a line;
the at least one processor invoking the instructions in the memory to cause the production feedback device of the online order to perform the production feedback method of an online order of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the method of production feedback of an online order according to any of claims 1-7.
