For the above steps, firstly, extracting the trip information of the target object from the reimbursement bill request, evaluating the authenticity index of the reimbursement bill by using the trip information, wherein the index can be measured according to the consistency, the accuracy and the like between the reimbursement bill image and the trip information, then determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill according to the information on the reimbursement bill when the authenticity index of the reimbursement bill is larger than a preset threshold value according to a preset threshold value, namely, comparing and matching the trip information of the reimbursement bill and the target object, and determining the authenticity of the reimbursement bill and the corresponding item type more accurately so as to determine that the authenticity index is larger than the preset threshold value to continuously judge the item type of the reimbursement bill.
By the steps, the corresponding item type in the reimbursement bill image can be determined by comprehensively considering the travel information of the target object and the authenticity index of the reimbursement bill, and the method can improve the accuracy and efficiency of reimbursement flow.
As an alternative embodiment, invoking the target template corresponding to the item type includes: m form templates corresponding to the item types are called, wherein M is an integer greater than 1; respectively matching the reimbursement bill image with a plurality of form templates to obtain a plurality of matching indexes; and determining the form template corresponding to the highest matching index from the M form templates as a target template.
In this embodiment, the M form templates may be called according to the item type and the requirement, that is, the M form templates corresponding to the item type may be selected from the existing form template library, and the specific form templates are not limited herein, and may be set in a self-defining manner according to the specific scenario and the application requirement.
For the above steps, according to the required item type, M form templates corresponding to the item type are selected from the existing form template library, further, the reimbursement bill images can be respectively compared with the selected form templates by a certain method, the matching index of each form template and the reimbursement bill image is determined, and finally, the form template with the highest index is selected from a plurality of matching indexes as the target template, namely, the form template corresponding to the highest matching index is used as the target template to be applied to the reimbursement flow.
It should be noted that, through the above steps, M form templates corresponding to the item types may be called, and the matching degree of each form template and the reimbursement bill image may be evaluated by using the matching index, and finally, the form template with the highest matching index is selected as the target template, so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the reimbursement flow.
Based on the foregoing embodiments and optional embodiments, an optional implementation is provided, and is specifically described below.
In the related art, when the cost is reimbursed by adopting the related method, the technical problem that the form is difficult to automatically generate exists.
In view of this, an alternative embodiment of the present application provides a form generating method, and a detailed description of the alternative embodiment of the present application is provided below.
S1, receiving a travel expense reimbursement bill request based on a target account, wherein the travel expense reimbursement bill request carries a travel expense reimbursement bill image and travel information of a business person;
it should be noted that, the request for the travel expense reimbursement bill of the target account may be that the sponsor selects the corresponding business trip application to initiate reimbursement, and the system may determine the approval process corresponding to the business trip reimbursement according to the mechanism and the role of the sponsor. The bill image for reimbursement for the travel cost can be obtained by photographing and uploading bills for reimbursement by a sponsor, and the journey information of the business trip can comprise information such as outbound, arrival and the like.
S2, determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill in the reimbursement bill image for the travel expense according to the travel information;
Before determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill, determining an authenticity index of the reimbursement bill in the business trip reimbursement bill image according to the trip information, and then determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill in the business trip reimbursement bill image under the condition that the authenticity index is larger than a preset threshold.
S3, a plurality of form templates corresponding to the item types are called, and the form template with the highest matching degree with the item types is determined to be used as a target template;
the target template includes a detection filling area and a calling filling area, wherein the detection filling area includes a content area of personal information related to a business trip person, and the calling filling area includes some content areas related to a business trip reimbursement bill image.
In the above step, before the target template corresponding to the item type is called, it may be determined whether the business person can cancel the cancel result of the item type ticket, and if the cancel result is that the business person can cancel the item type ticket, the target template corresponding to the item type is further called.
S4, detecting a first position corresponding to the detection filling area in the reimbursement bill image, acquiring filling form data recorded in the first position, and calling the calling data corresponding to the calling filling area according to the identity of the target object;
In the above steps, the system can recognize the bill information by the optical character recognition OCR technology, convert the bill amount, the arrival of the departure station and other information into reimbursement amount, travel information and the like, and automatically complete filling.
S5, filling the filling data into the detection filling area, filling the calling data into the calling filling area to obtain a target form, and determining a flow object of the auditing target form.
In the process of obtaining the target form, a first key item and a second key item in the target form need to be determined, a reimbursement limit allowing a business person to reimburse can be determined according to the first key item, and a process object of the target form can be determined according to the second key item, so that the process object can process related reimbursement tasks.
The foregoing steps of the method S1-S5 may be embodied in an overall structure diagram of a travel cost reimbursement flow, as shown in fig. 2, and the foregoing steps of the method may be described by a system operation manner when the travel flow is configured, as shown in fig. 3, and the specific steps thereof are as follows:
1) The user clicks the new button, the system displays the optional action mechanism in the mode of mechanism tree, displays the optional roles in the mode of drop-down list, and needs to select to be directly added or added from the template to trigger a new event, and then the system enters 2). If the user wants to modify a certain flow, the system defaults to all flow data governed by the mechanism to which the system belongs, the system can also select the mechanism, the action mechanism and the action role as query conditions, the system receives a query instruction, returns a query result, displays the query result in a list form, and the parameter manager selects the flow which the user wants to modify, clicks a query button, triggers an editing event and enters 3).
2) If the user triggers a new event and selects to directly add, the system displays a visual editing component, and defaults two primitives of 'start' and 'approval end', wherein the visual editing area is provided with operation items such as adding nodes, edges, node attributes and the like, pre-checking, saving, returning and the like, and the final editing effect is shown in figure 3. E.g., trigger pre-verify event, enter 4), trigger save event, enter 5).
3) The node elements added, modified and deleted by the user, the attributes thereof, the entry conditions thereof and the connecting lines therebetween are corresponding to all the attributes of the approval process. See section A1 for details.
4) The system pre-checks the logic and compliance of the flow edited by the user, wherein the logic comprises whether the configuration entry conditions are crossed, whether default connecting lines exist or not, and the like. Compliance checking is based on rules of configuration, e.g. no paths around a certain role are allowed, etc. And (3) triggering a save event if passing through according to the result of the verification, entering 5), and returning to 3) if not passing through.
5) The node elements added, modified and deleted by the user, the attributes thereof, the entry conditions thereof and the connecting lines therebetween are corresponding to all the attributes of the approval process. See section A1 for details and store in section A2.
For the method steps shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the sponsor selects the corresponding business trip application to initiate reimbursement, and the system judges the approval process corresponding to the business trip reimbursement according to the mechanism and the role of the business trip. The sponsor shoots and uploads the bill for reimbursement, the system recognizes the information of the bill through OCR recognition technology, the information such as the amount of money in the bill, arrival of a departure station and the like is converted into reimbursement amount, travel information and the like, and the reimbursement is automatically completed, so that the workload of a user for filling in reimbursement bill is reduced, the user experience is improved, and the accuracy of reimbursement information is also improved. The system checks the set approval process regularly, when the approval process has the risk of not normally completing the closed loop due to the work adjustment of the approval personnel or the adjustment of other parameters such as the monetary authority, the mail reminds the parameter manager and gives out a plurality of adjustment suggestions, the parameter manager can select to adjust according to the suggestions, the system can automatically adjust according to the selected category, and the system can also select to enter the visual configuration page for self-adjustment. Table 1 shows the conversion relation table between each visual graphic element and the structure in the approval process, as follows:

By the alternative embodiments, at least the following advantages can be achieved:
(1) Because the item types are determined according to the reimbursement bill images, the expenditure conditions of different items can be better analyzed through the determined item types, budgets can be better controlled and managed to a certain extent, and according to the budget limit of each item type, each item is ensured not to be hyperbranched or exceed the budget range, so that the fund management capability and the financial efficiency of enterprises can be improved;
(2) The target template is called through the item type corresponding to the target template, namely, the extraction and filling process of reimbursement information can be automated through calling the target template, so that the accuracy and efficiency of processing are improved, and meanwhile, the target template is also beneficial to the subsequent data analysis and approval process, so that reimbursement information is easier to manage and understand;
(3) Because the target form is obtained by filling the form filling data into the detection filling area and filling the calling data into the calling filling area, accurate data can be provided, time and resources can be saved, decision making can be supported, traceability and management efficiency of a reimbursement flow can be enhanced, reimbursement processing quality of a company can be improved, risks can be reduced, and a better data base can be provided for business decision and management analysis.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all described as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required for the present invention.
From the description of the above embodiments, it will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus the necessary general hardware platform, but of course also by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (e.g. ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) comprising several instructions for causing a terminal device (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method of the various embodiments of the present invention.
According to an embodiment of the present application, there is further provided an apparatus for implementing the form generating method, and fig. 4 is a block diagram of a form generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, where the apparatus includes: the device is described in detail below as a receiving module 401, a first determining module 402, a retrieving module 403, a detecting module 404 and a second determining module 405.
A receiving module 401, configured to receive a reimbursement ticket request based on a target account, where the reimbursement ticket request carries a reimbursement ticket image;
a first determining module 402, connected to the receiving module 401, for determining a type of an item corresponding to the reimbursement ticket in the reimbursement ticket image;
a retrieving module 403, coupled to the first determining module 402, for retrieving a target template corresponding to the item type, where the target template includes a detection filling area and a retrieving filling area;
the detection module 404, connected to the retrieving module 403, is configured to detect a first position corresponding to the detection filling area in the reimbursement ticket image, obtain filling data recorded in the first position, and retrieve the retrieving data corresponding to the retrieving filling area according to the identity of the target object;
The second determining module 405 is connected to the detecting module 404, and is configured to fill the filling data into the detecting filling area, and fill the calling data into the calling filling area, so as to obtain the target form.
Here, the receiving module 401, the first determining module 402, the invoking module 403, the detecting module 404, and the second determining module 405 correspond to steps S101 to S105 in the form generating method, and the plurality of modules are the same as the examples and application scenarios implemented by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to those disclosed in the foregoing embodiments.
The form generation device provided by the embodiment of the application receives the reimbursement bill request based on the target account, wherein the reimbursement bill request carries reimbursement bill images. Determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill in the reimbursement bill image, and calling a target template corresponding to the item type, wherein the target template comprises a detection filling area and a calling filling area. Detecting a first position corresponding to a detection filling area in the reimbursement bill image, acquiring filling data recorded in the first position, and calling the calling data corresponding to the calling filling area according to the identity of the target object, so as to achieve the purposes of filling the filling data into the detection filling area and filling the calling data into the calling filling area to obtain the target form. Because the target form is obtained by filling the form filling data into the detection filling area and filling the call data into the call filling area, that is, the generated target form can provide accurate data, the management efficiency of the reimbursement flow is improved, and the technical problem that forms are difficult to automatically generate in the related technology is solved.
The form generating device comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the modules are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor includes a kernel, and the kernel fetches the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be provided with one or more than one kernel, and the technical problem that forms are difficult to automatically generate in the related technology is solved by adjusting kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory, random Access Memory (RAM), and/or nonvolatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), among other forms in computer readable media, the memory including at least one memory chip.
The embodiment of the invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having a program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, implements a form generating method.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor which is used for running a program, wherein the program runs to execute a form generation method.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, where the device includes a processor, a memory, and a program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the processor implements the following steps when executing the program: receiving a reimbursement bill request based on a target account, wherein the reimbursement bill request carries reimbursement bill images; determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill in the reimbursement bill image; invoking a target template corresponding to the item type, wherein the target template comprises a detection filling area and an invoking filling area; detecting a first position corresponding to a detection filling area in the reimbursement bill image, acquiring filling table data recorded in the first position, and calling the calling data corresponding to the calling filling area according to the identity of the target object; filling the filling data into the detection filling area, and filling the calling data into the calling filling area to obtain the target form.
Optionally, after filling the filling data into the detection filling area and filling the calling data into the calling filling area to obtain the target form, the method further comprises: determining a first key item in a target form; determining a reimbursement limit allowing reimbursement of the target object according to the first key item; and sending prompt information to the target object under the condition that the reimbursement amount in the target form is larger than the reimbursement amount, wherein the prompt information comprises unredeemed amount which is the difference between the reimbursement amount and the reimbursement amount.
Optionally, after filling the filling data into the detection filling area and filling the calling data into the calling filling area to obtain the target form, the method further comprises: determining a second key item in the target form; determining a flow object of the auditing target form according to the second key item; and sending the target form to the flow object.
Optionally, sending the target form to the flow object includes: under the condition that a plurality of flow objects are provided, determining sub-tables respectively corresponding to the plurality of flow objects; and sending the corresponding sub-forms to the corresponding flow objects respectively.
Optionally, retrieving a target template corresponding to the item type includes: determining whether the target object can cancel the canceling result of the bill of the project type according to the identity; and when the reimbursement result is that the target object can reimburse the bill of the project type, calling a target template corresponding to the project type.
Optionally, determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement ticket in the reimbursement ticket image includes: under the condition that the reimbursement bill request also carries the journey information of the target object, determining the authenticity index of the reimbursement bill in the reimbursement bill image according to the journey information; and under the condition that the authenticity index is larger than a preset threshold value, determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill in the reimbursement bill image.

1. A form generation method, comprising:
receiving a reimbursement bill request based on a target account, wherein the reimbursement bill request carries reimbursement bill images;
determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill in the reimbursement bill image;
invoking a target template corresponding to the item type, wherein the target template comprises a detection filling area and an invoking filling area;
detecting a first position corresponding to the detection filling area in the reimbursement bill image, acquiring filling form data recorded in the first position, and retrieving retrieval data corresponding to the retrieval filling area according to the identity of the target object;
and filling the filling data into the detection filling area, and filling the calling data into the calling filling area to obtain a target form.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after filling the form filling data into the detection filling area and filling the call data into the call filling area, the method further comprises:
determining a first key item in the target form;
determining a reimbursement limit allowing reimbursement of the target object according to the first key item;
And sending prompt information to the target object under the condition that the reimbursement amount in the target form is larger than the reimbursement amount, wherein the prompt information comprises unredeemed amount which is the difference value between the reimbursement amount and the reimbursement amount.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after filling the form filling data into the detection filling area and filling the call data into the call filling area, the method further comprises:
determining a second key item in the target form;
determining a flow object for auditing the target form according to the second key item;
and sending the target form to the flow object.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said sending said target form to said flow object comprises:
under the condition that a plurality of flow objects are provided, determining sub-tables respectively corresponding to the plurality of flow objects;
and sending the corresponding sub-forms to the corresponding flow objects respectively.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the retrieving the target template corresponding to the item type comprises:
Determining whether the target object can reimburse the reimbursement result of the item type bill according to the identity;
and under the condition that the reimbursement result is that the target object can reimburse the bill of the item type, calling a target template corresponding to the item type.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement ticket in the reimbursement ticket image comprises:
under the condition that the reimbursement bill request also carries the journey information of the target object, determining the authenticity index of the reimbursement bill in the reimbursement bill image according to the journey information;
and under the condition that the authenticity index is larger than a preset threshold value, determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill in the reimbursement bill image.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the retrieving a target template corresponding to the item type comprises:
m form templates corresponding to the item types are called, wherein M is an integer greater than 1;
respectively matching the reimbursement bill image with the plurality of form templates to obtain a plurality of matching indexes;
And determining a form template corresponding to the highest matching index from the M form templates as the target template.
8. A form generation apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a reimbursement bill request based on the target account, wherein the reimbursement bill request carries reimbursement bill images;
the first determining module is used for determining the item type corresponding to the reimbursement bill in the reimbursement bill image;
the calling module is used for calling a target template corresponding to the item type, wherein the target template comprises a detection filling area and a calling filling area;
the detection module is used for detecting a first position corresponding to the detection filling area in the reimbursement bill image, acquiring form filling data recorded in the first position, and calling the calling data corresponding to the calling filling area according to the identity of the target object;
and the second determining module is used for filling the form filling data into the detection filling area and filling the calling data into the calling filling area to obtain a target form.
9. A processor for running a program, wherein the program when run performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
