Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
It should be noted that, the method and the device for personalized display of the client provided by the application can be used in the financial field and any field except the financial field, and the application field of the method and the device for personalized display of the client provided by the application is not limited.
According to the technical scheme, the acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like of the data meet the relevant regulations of laws and regulations.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, in order to enable different client interfaces to be displayed for different merchants, different client functions are provided, so that the merchants can experience better order-receiving service with lower cost, the application provides a method for displaying clients in a personalized manner, which includes:
s101: determining a corresponding client light-weight function module according to the acquired merchant basic information, and displaying the client light-weight function module on a client interface;
s102: the client light-weight function module is adjusted according to the collected merchant operation data, and the reorganization function module obtained by adjusting the client light-weight function module is displayed on the client interface in a personalized manner; the merchant operation data are data stored when the merchant operates the client.
It can be understood that the method for personalized display of clients provided by the application aims at providing clients capable of personalized display of various functional modules for merchants. In the application scenario of the embodiment of the application, the merchant relies on the bank to realize transaction receipt. In the process, the bank (server side) displays the matched or commonly used client function modules according to the requirements of the merchant (client side), so that the inconvenience of the merchant in downloading and using the client side caused by excessive client body quantity due to excessive function modules is avoided, and meanwhile, the difficulty in developing of the merchant in using the client side caused by too few or not matched function modules is also avoided. Wherein the client is also called a receipt client.
Therefore, when the client is initially used by the merchants, the server provides a lightweight client for the merchants, only provides basic functional modules, and the lightweight client is not uniformly provided for each merchant but provided according to the areas and types of the merchants. And then, in the process that the merchant continuously uses the client, providing an adjustment scheme for the client display for the merchant, namely accurately displaying the required function modules for the merchant at the client by adding the personalized function modules. The modified functional module may be referred to as a reorganization functional module as opposed to a lightweight functional module.
The overall architecture of the client system in the embodiment of the application is as follows.
The client system can push different application functions for different merchants, so that the client is lighter and more convenient to use. The main content and advantages are as follows:
first, a new merchant is provided with a base version of "lightweight" clients that only support: voice broadcast, collection, refund, detail inquiry and statement function.
Secondly, data acquisition of merchant use regions, merchant use time, merchant use functions, merchant transaction amounts and page jump sequences is carried out on the basis functions through the client.
Thirdly, the collected data are transmitted to a server end for data analysis so as to carry out different function display aiming at different merchants.
Fourth, the merchants (clients) are classified through the early data collection, and the merchants are prompted to upgrade the clients. For example, for areas where the transaction amount is large as shown in the data collection, the client downloaded by the merchant may include a merchant loan function and an advertisement carousel function, so as to be used for targeted business service information pushing for the merchant in the subsequent steps; for areas with small transaction amount displayed in data acquisition, the client downloaded by the merchant can comprise self-help inspection of the merchant so as to push corresponding personalized bills to assist the merchant in making analysis decisions.
Fifth, if the merchant needs other functions, a separate download may be performed in the function management of the client.
Sixthly, the data updating is matched with the client side componentization and plug-in technology to continuously optimize the merchant experience.
Seventh, in the future, business personnel can also adjust the information of the received products according to market change and the use condition of the clients by merchants, and perform risk prevention and control, marketing strategy formulation, accurate prediction and the like.
From the above description, the method for displaying the client in a personalized manner provided by the application can provide an adaptive lightweight client for a merchant when the merchant uses the client initially based on the idea of combining componentization and plug-in, and provide an adjustment scheme for displaying the client for the merchant when the merchant uses the client continuously, and accurately display the required order-receiving function of the merchant when the client is used, thereby being convenient for the merchant to operate the client, reducing the conflict mind generated by complex and complicated operation steps when the merchant uses the client, and reducing the dependence of the client on hardware resources.
Steps S101 to S103 are described in detail below.
Step S101: and determining a corresponding client lightweight functional module according to the acquired merchant basic information, and displaying the client lightweight functional module on a client interface.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for implementing a personalized presentation client according to an embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the merchant basic information includes: merchant region, merchant type; the method for determining the corresponding client lightweight function module according to the acquired merchant basic information and displaying the client lightweight function module on a client interface comprises the following steps:
S201: respectively reading regional fields corresponding to the merchant regions and type fields corresponding to the merchant types from the merchant basic information;
s202: judging whether the merchant type belongs to a typical type or rare type of the merchant region according to the region field and the type field;
s203: if the merchant type belongs to the typical type of the merchant region, displaying a region representing function module corresponding to the merchant region as the client lightweight function module on the client interface; wherein the region representative function module is pre-analyzed;
s204: if the merchant type belongs to the rare type of the merchant region, displaying a type representing function module corresponding to the merchant type as the client lightweight function module on the client interface; wherein the type representative function module is pre-analyzed.
It will be appreciated that in order to provide a suitable "lightweight" client for a merchant at the beginning of its download, it is first necessary to know where the merchant is located, e.g., a city, and also the type of production operations (referred to as the merchant type) the merchant is engaged in, e.g., the small goods transaction. The server side can be assisted in determining a 'lightweight' client which is relatively adapted to the merchant by the merchant region and the merchant type.
Specifically, firstly, respectively reading regional fields corresponding to merchant regions and type fields corresponding to merchant types from merchant basic information; and then judging that the merchant type belongs to the typical type or rare type of the merchant region according to the contents recorded in the region field and the type field. In general, typical types and rare types corresponding to a merchant region may be recorded in advance and stored in a data table, so as to provide a basis for subsequent type judgment.
If the merchant type belongs to the typical type of the merchant region, displaying a region representing function module corresponding to the merchant region as a client lightweight function module on a client interface; and if the merchant type belongs to the rare type of the merchant region, displaying the type representative function module corresponding to the merchant type as the client lightweight function module on the client interface.
For example, if the "merchant region" of a merchant is "xx city", the "merchant type" is "small commodity transaction class", and the "small commodity transaction class" is just a typical type of "xx city", the region representative function module corresponding to the merchant region is displayed as the client lightweight function module on the client interface. If the small commodity transaction class belongs to the typical type of the 'x city', but belongs to the rare type of the 'x city', the type representing function module corresponding to the merchant type is displayed on the client interface as the client lightweight function module. The region representative functional module and the type representative functional module are obtained by pre-analysis, and specific analysis methods are described below.
In specific implementation, referring to fig. 14, different data can be obtained through each functional module of the client for supporting each function, and regional merchant distribution data, regional feature merchant types and development trends can be obtained through a zone-merno-type module, so that data support is provided for regional feature popularization. The data distribution of APP used by local merchants can be obtained through a zone-time (local area-time) module, and data support is provided for business service information pushing. The use condition of the current regional function can be obtained through a zone-function module, and personalized functions conforming to the local characteristics are recommended for a local newly added merchant to use a client; the module can return function numbers A1- "collection", A2- "statement", A3- "detail inquiry", A4- "voice broadcast" and the like. The zone-type (local area-merchant type analysis) module can acquire the data distribution of the function module with the most analysis and local use, acquire the merchant type and also provide support for business service information pushing.
If the local statistics are below a certain threshold (e.g., less than 30%), the following 2 models may also be used: the type-function module can be used for recommending functions of the same type of new merchants under the condition of insufficient local data, and the type-time module can be used for analyzing the time of using clients by the same type of merchants under the condition of insufficient local data.
And after the flow is finished, returning the recommended function number of the client, and displaying the function by the client.
Specific examples are described below: the merchant A applies for becoming a bank order-receiving merchant and opens the application authority of a bank merchant side order-receiving APP (client). In the application flow, merchant basic information such as the region where the merchant is located, the type of the merchant and the like is input into a banking system. When the merchant logs in the bank order-receiving APP for the first time, the merchant number is input, the data is transmitted to a back-end server, the merchant type and merchant regional information stored in a bank merchant system are obtained through the merchant number, the data is input into a zone-merno-type module, and whether the regional merchant number reaches 30% is counted. If the data condition is met, inputting regional information, acquiring the using frequency of the regional merchant function through a zone-function module, and returning the function number of the high-frequency function to the client for function display; if the number of the regional merchants is insufficient, the merchant type information is input into a type-function module, the common function information of the merchant of the type is returned, and the function number is returned to the client for function display for the use of the client.
From the above description, the method for personalized display of the client provided by the application can determine the corresponding client lightweight function module according to the acquired merchant basic information and display the client lightweight function module on the client interface.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for implementing a personalized presentation client according to an embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the step of analyzing the region representative function module includes:
s301: screening a first client to be analyzed according to the merchant region;
s302: acquiring first merchant operation history data of the first client to be analyzed; wherein the first merchant operation history data includes regional function information;
s303: determining the use frequency of each function module in the merchant region according to the region function information;
s304: and determining the regional representative function module according to the use frequency of each function module in the merchant region.
It will be understood that steps S301 to S304 illustrate how the process of obtaining the region representing functional module is analyzed. Generally, the above steps may be performed for each region to determine that the region corresponding to the region represents a functional module. The area representing function modules can be multiple.
For example, when it is desired to determine the region representing function module corresponding to "xx city", it is first determined which clients belong to "xx city" according to the "merchant region" registered by each client, thereby determining a number of first clients to be analyzed. Typically, the merchant may leave an operation trace as the first operation history data when operating the first client to be analyzed. The first operation history data can show which function modules (corresponding to regional function information) are commonly used by merchants of "xx cities". The regional function information at least further comprises the using frequency of the merchant for each function module.
Next, a locale representative functional module is determined based on the frequency of use of each functional module at the merchant locale. Specifically, the functional modules may be ordered according to frequency of use. And taking a plurality of function modules positioned in the front as regional representative function modules.
In practice, the method can be carried out as follows.
(1) And (3) data collection: and information acquisition is carried out by utilizing the embedded point function of the client, and the information is recorded to the server for storage. The data table at the server side is searched and divided into a zone-merno-type module, a zone-function module, a type-function module, a zone-time module, a type-time module, a time-function module, a type-time module, a zone-type analysis module and the like.
(2) Data cleaning: and starting the batch operation at the end of the day to clean and preprocess the collected data. And (3) carding the data conditions of each functional module, and cleaning the repeated data, the missing value and the abnormal value to ensure the reliability and consistency of the data.
(3) Regional analysis: converting the region code into city names through the data stored by zone-merno-type (region-merchant number-merchant type), counting to obtain region information containing more than 30% of merchants, taking the region as a hot region, and independently analyzing and using the region as a region to know the use condition of merchants in different regions, calculating the occupation ratio and the growth rate of the merchants in each region and the like. And counting the time of using the client by the merchant in the hot spot region through data stored in zone-time (region-time), knowing the liveness of the merchant in different time periods in the day, and determining the typical using time period of the merchant to provide references for pushing messages and activities in the region. And sequencing the data collected by the region through the data stored by the zone-function (region-function), and obtaining the use frequency and proportion of each function module. Through analyzing the preference of the function, the interests and the preference of different areas to different function modules are determined, and a basis is provided for improving the client functions of the areas and realizing personalized recommendation. For non-hot spots, data of other related areas can be used to recommend functional modules to merchants in the areas.
From the above description, the method for personalized display of clients provided by the application can analyze regional representative functional modules.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for implementing a personalized presentation client according to an embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the step of analyzing the type to represent a functional module includes:
s401: screening a second client to be analyzed according to the merchant type;
s402: acquiring second merchant operation history data of the second client to be analyzed; wherein the second merchant operation history data includes type function information;
s403: determining the use frequency of each function module in the merchant type according to the type function information;
s404: and determining the type representing functional module according to the use frequency of each functional module in the merchant type.
It will be appreciated that following the embodiments of steps S301 to S304, steps S401 to S404 illustrate the process of analyzing the obtained type representing functional module. Generally, the above steps may be performed for each merchant type to determine that the type corresponding to the merchant type represents the functional module. Wherein, the type representative functional module can be a plurality of. The data is stored by zone-type (zone-merchant type analysis), and the merchant type within a certain zone can be analyzed.
In the implementation, the type-function (type-function) storage information statistical analysis is used for displaying functions commonly used by the merchant types, and the function module can be recommended individually according to different types of merchants. The time distribution and the use frequency of the client used by different merchant types can be counted through the type-time (type-time), and then all the functional modules are ordered according to the use frequency, so that the interests and the preferences of the different merchant types for the different functional modules are determined, and the basis is provided for improving the client functions of the merchant types and realizing personalized recommendation.
From the above description, the method for personalized presentation of clients provided by the present application can analyze type representative function modules.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for implementing a personalized presentation client according to an embodiment of the present application.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the adjusting the client lightweight function module according to the collected merchant operation data, and displaying the reorganized function module obtained by adjusting the client lightweight function module on the client interface in a personalized manner includes:
s501: performing point burying operation on the merchant operation data to obtain corresponding point burying data;
S502: determining merchant activity periods and habits of merchants for using clients according to the buried data;
s503: during the merchant active period, corresponding business service information is pushed to the client according to the habit of using the client by the merchant;
s504: and based on the response behavior of the merchant to the business service information, adjusting the client lightweight function module, and displaying the reorganization function module on the client interface in a personalized way.
It can be understood that, after the "lightweight" client is recommended to the merchant in step S501 to step S502, the functional module is further adjusted according to the habit of the merchant for using the client, and finally the personalized display process is implemented.
In the implementation, the merchants can be classified according to the use habits of the merchants, and the classification marks are transmitted to the client. The client can assemble different functional modules according to different classification marks, and accurately display the functional modules to different types of merchants.
(1) And (3) performing point burying operation at basic functional modules such as application login, transaction detail, statement and the like, recording merchant areas, function use time, function jump sequences and page residence time, and corresponding merchant operation data.

merchant A uses the receipt client, merchant A is the information which is irrelevant to collection, such as information pushing and the like, of automatically shielding notification messages when the merchant opens the client in the period of 11:00-14:00, wherein the merchant A frequently uses the client detail query and refund functions in the period of 11:00-14:00 noon every day, and the transaction amount of the merchant increases rapidly. Merchant a views the statement for a longer browsing time at 21:00-22:00 a night, then the client may push information during this time period. If the click rate of the loan function of the small-amount merchant is higher in the region where the merchant A is located, the business service information of the corresponding function module can be pushed for the merchant A.
As can be seen from the above description, the method for personalized display of a client provided by the present application can adjust the lightweight functional module of the client according to the collected merchant operation data, and personalized display the adjusted functional module on the client interface.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a method for implementing a personalized presentation client according to an embodiment of the present application.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the adjusting the lightweight function module of the client based on the response behavior of the merchant to the business service information, and displaying the reorganization function module on the client interface individually includes:
s601: receiving a response instruction of the merchant to the business service information, and determining whether the response behavior is an acceptance behavior according to the response instruction;
s602: if the response behavior is an acceptance behavior, transmitting a corresponding installation package to the client based on a function module downloading instruction corresponding to the response behavior;
s603: and adjusting the client lightweight function module by using the installation package, and displaying the recombined function module on the client interface in a personalized way.
It will be appreciated that after the merchant receives the business service information, its response may be either acceptance or rejection (or ignoring). The merchant can send a response instruction according to own will (for example, by clicking a mouse); and the server receives a response instruction of the merchant to the business service information and determines whether the response behavior is an acceptance behavior according to the response instruction. If the response behavior is an acceptance behavior, transmitting a corresponding installation package to the client based on a function module downloading instruction corresponding to the response behavior; and then adjusting the lightweight function module of the client by using the installation package, and displaying the adjusted function module (the weighing group function module) on the client interface in a personalized way.
After the steps, the client interface not only has the client lightweight function module, but also has the personalized function module combined with the merchant demand.
As can be seen from the above description, the method for personalized display of a client provided by the present application can adjust the lightweight functional module of the client based on the response behavior of the merchant to the business service information, and personalized display the adjusted functional module on the client interface.
In summary, the client used by the merchant utilizes the ideas of componentization and plugin to complete dynamic layout of functions of the cash register display, voice broadcasting during cash collection, refund and transaction details, statement, merchant loan, merchant management, merchant inspection and information. The clients presented to the merchant may be presented with different functional modules. The merchant can download the functional modules as needed.
The personalized display client has the following characteristics:
(1) By utilizing the ideas of componentization and plugin, the most basic functions of collection, detail, statement and voice broadcasting are provided for the merchant, and the merchant downloads a lightweight client for the first time.
(2) The function module which is not downloaded can be displayed by adopting a gray icon, the merchant clicks the function which is not downloaded, and the client side pops up a prompt to indicate whether the function is not downloaded or not to continue downloading. If the merchant confirms, the function may continue to be downloaded.
(3) After the merchant uses the client for a period of time, the server analyzes the collected operation data of the merchant, the client can receive the corresponding flag bit transmitted by the server, for the current function of the client, the function frequently used by the merchant is distributed to the position convenient to click in the middle of application by utilizing the componentization thought, and the function possibly used by the merchant is downloaded and installed.
(4) And pushing business service information according to the type of the merchant in a time period when the transaction amount of the merchant is small and the merchant stays at the client for a long time according to an instruction returned by the server. The method has the advantages that the normal use of the client side by the merchant is not affected, the stay time of the information providing page is longer, and the information pushing benefit is improved.
(5) And dynamically updating the function of the display client according to the using habit of the merchant.
For example, merchant a uses a client for the first time, which has only the most basic functions of "collect", "statement" and "voice broadcast". After a few days of use, merchant a finds it necessary to create multiple merchants to perform the order taking operation. Then, the merchant a clicks the "merchant management" function, and the client pops up a prompt "whether to download the merchant management function", and the merchant downloads the function for use after confirming. And then, after the merchant A uses for a period of time, the server-side data analyzes that the transaction amount of the merchant is large, and the number of the merchants using the client-side is large, and the merchant belongs to the rising period, and automatically pushes and displays a merchant loan function module and pushes corresponding business service information in the transaction stationary period. The merchant A has longer stay time in the merchant loan function and more clicking times, and local business personnel can provide business service information in a targeted manner.
