s5: after reaching the designated position, slowly lowering the whole lifting appliance system 1, and adjusting the position of the lifting appliance through a traction rope; when the lifting appliance system is close to the space above the water surface, the inclination angle of the lifting appliance system 1 is adjusted;
s6: starting an automatic positioning system 3 near the ground, measuring the distance between the lifted precast concrete segments 4 and the precast concrete segments 4 which are already placed by a first ranging module 107, adjusting the position of the whole lifting appliance by a second jack 304, and accurately recording the displacement distance of the whole lifting appliance by the first ranging module 107 so as to realize the accurate placement of the precast concrete segments;
s7: slowly lowering the whole lifting appliance device after the displacement adjustment is completed;
s8: after the placement is completed, the remote controller is used for tightening the automatic unhooking system 2, so that the side suspension arm 102 is opened to realize unhooking;
s9: and (3) repeating the steps S1-S8 until the placement of all the 4 blocks of the slope protection precast concrete is completed.

the lifting hook comprises a lifting hook body (10), and is characterized by further comprising a detachable fixing unit (9) arranged on the lifting hook (10), wherein the fixing unit (9) comprises a fixed pulley (901), two fixing cables (7) are wound on the fixed pulley (901) in parallel, and two ends of each fixing cable (7) are respectively fixed on two sides of the main lifting frame (101).
