(3) Placing a skid outside a turnout platform corresponding to a wheel shaft, installing a drawing screw rod on a welded drawing nut, screwing the drawing screw rod with the drawing nut in a matching way, inserting a supporting sleeve, placing a jack supporting frame on the skid, enabling a through hydraulic jack to penetrate through the screw rod, and reserving a position gap for a flange positioning end of the supporting sleeve by a lifting center hollow shaft of an electric hydraulic pump station before the jack is used, wherein the supporting end of the supporting sleeve is combined with a web plate surface of a trolley, the other end of the supporting sleeve is immersed into an inner hole of the jack, a flange surface is combined with a top surface of the jack to form a surface parallel to the web plate of the trolley, adjusting a screw rod at four corners of the supporting frame, and adjusting the center hole of the jack and the center of the wheel shaft to be relatively positioned on the same horizontal line, and if the adjustment amount is too large, adding a wood padding block or a steel cushion block; after the jack is adjusted horizontally, sequentially loading a pressing plate and a gasket, and screwing an adjusting nut;
(4) A high-pressure outlet oil pipe and a high-pressure inlet oil pipe are connected between the through hydraulic jack and the electric hydraulic pump station, the electric hydraulic pump station is connected with electricity, a hydraulic electric pump station switch is turned on, a trolley wheel shaft is slowly pulled, when the penetrating hydraulic jack reaches the maximum stroke, a return switch is opened to enable the penetrating hydraulic jack to reach an initial state, a power supply of the electro-hydraulic pump station is closed, a pressing plate and a gasket are moved, and an adjusting nut is screwed; and repeating the process for 3 to 4 times, and pulling out any wheel shaft.
