A ring cooling machine trolley wheel and bearing dismounting device is disclosed, wherein a circle of flange is arranged on the outer side of the ring cooling machine trolley wheel, the dismounting device comprises a base, a back plate and a hydraulic cylinder are fixedly mounted on the base, the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a push-pull rod, the push-pull rod is perpendicular to the back plate, and a plurality of clamping claws capable of clamping the flange are arranged in front of the back plate; the pull plate is detachably connected with the end part of the push-pull rod. Technical Field

In iron-making production, the circular cooler is a main machine device of a sintering workshop and comprises a driving device, an air box, a trolley, a discharging device, a rail device and the like. The trolley of the ring cooling machine is connected to the rotary frame through a hinge, and after the trolley receives material in the material receiving area, the trolley does circular motion along the horizontal circular track along with the rotary frame. c) fixing the pulling plate 7 at the tail end of the push-pull rod 4, so that the pulling plate 7 is pressed on an outer ring of the bearing 14;
d) and starting the hydraulic cylinder 6, enabling the hydraulic cylinder 6 to drive the push-pull rod 4 to retract backwards, and applying pressure to the outer ring of the bearing 14 by the pull plate 7 to enable the bearing 14 to be detached from the ring cooling machine trolley wheel 1. The back plate 5 is provided with an opening or notch to allow the bearing 14 to move to the left during disassembly.
The dismounting device for the trolley wheels and the bearings of the circular cooler can realize the quick replacement of the trolley wheels and the bearings, shortens the shutdown maintenance time, avoids the manual carrying of manually dismounting the wheels from the rails, reduces the labor intensity, has obvious use effect especially when a large number of trolley wheels need to be sequentially replaced in a short time, and can improve the production efficiency of equipment.
