Referring to fig. 1, a quick replacement device for a grinding wheel head comprises a blank transporting vehicle body 101, a grinding wheel head 102, a rotating shaft 103, a locking bolt 104 and a replacement device 1, wherein the grinding wheel head 102 is arranged on a grinding machine through the locking bolt 104 in cooperation with the rotating shaft 103; a guide rail 2 is arranged above the blank transporting vehicle body 101, the guide rail 2 is connected with a replacing device 1, the replacing device 1 consists of a moving trolley 3, a lifting mechanism 4, a rotating table 5, a cross beam 6, an installing mechanism 7, a disassembling and assembling mechanism 8 and a positioning mechanism, the lifting mechanism 4, the positioning mechanism and a guide wheel 20 are arranged on the moving trolley 3, and the moving trolley is placed on the guide rail 2 through the guide wheel 20; firstly, the replacing device 1 is arranged on the guide rail 2, and the movable trolley 3 and the guide rail 2 are fixed through the positioning plate 21; then, a new grinding head is arranged on the first imitation shaft part 91 of the mounting mechanism, the beam 5 is rotated 180 degrees to enable the second imitation shaft part 92 of the dismounting mechanism on the other side to be aligned with the grinding machine body, the blank conveying trolley 101 is used for conveying the replacing device 1 to the lower part of the grinding machine body, then the locking device 104 on the grinding head is dismounted, and the grinding head is removed.

Referring to fig. 3, the lifting mechanism 4 drives and controls the height of the rotating table 5 connected with the worm through the first rotating disc 17, the lifting mechanism is rotated through the first rotating disc 17 to enable the worm to lift the rotating table 5 to a set height, and the center of the simulated shaft part II 92 on the dismounting mechanism is enabled to be consistent with the center of the rotating shaft of the grinding machine.
Referring to fig. 4, the rotating table 5 is composed of a circular steel sleeve, a shaft and a bearing, wherein the bottom of the steel sleeve is connected with a flange plate on a worm of the lifting mechanism 4 through a bolt, a cross beam 6 is arranged at the top of the steel sleeve and fixed with a bearing gland thereof through a bolt, two sides of the cross beam 6 are respectively provided with a screw thread and a round nut 13, and two ends of the cross beam are provided with screw holes for fixing the mounting mechanism 7 and the dismounting mechanism 8;
referring to fig. 5-7, the mounting mechanism 7 is composed of a first dummy shaft part 91, a front push disk 10, a push rod 11, a rear push disk 12 and a round nut 13, wherein the first dummy shaft part 91 is arranged in a hollow sleeve type, and a round hole is arranged on a ring at the end part; the dummy shaft part 9 is provided with a cavity matched with the rotating shaft 103, the front push disc 10 and the rear push disc 12 are made of steel plates, the front push disc 10 penetrates through a round hole in the dummy shaft part one 91 through a push rod 11 arranged on the front push disc and is connected with the rear push disc 12, a round nut 13 rotates and drives the cross beam 6 to operate, the cross beam 6 rotates 180 degrees, the dummy shaft part one 91 provided with a new grinding head is aligned with the rotating shaft of the grinding machine, and the moving device 3 is aligned and connected with the grinding machine until the dummy shaft part 9 is aligned with the interface of the rotating shaft 103 through a driving device.
Referring to fig. 8-10, the dismounting mechanism 8 is composed of a pseudo-shaft part two 92 and a round nut 13, and a pulling claw 14 and a top plate 18, wherein the pseudo-shaft part two 92 is provided with a U-shaped guide groove, the pulling claw 14 passes through the U-shaped guide groove to connect and fix the top plate 18 through a bolt part arranged on the pulling claw, and the round nut 13 rotates and drives on the cross beam 6 to operate; the new grinding head is slowly pushed to the rotating shaft 103 by the forward push disc on the second imitation shaft part 92 through the round nut 13 on the rotating beam 6 until the new grinding head is separated from the second imitation shaft part 92 and then the moving device 3 is withdrawn to the initial position, and finally the new grinding head is locked and fixed on the rotating shaft 103 through the locking device 104, so that the whole replacing action can be quickly and conveniently completed.
