Referring to fig. 1, in the switch air intake assembly of the present invention, a first bracket is transversely disposed in an air collecting cavity, a driving device 6 is disposed on the first bracket, and a driving end of the driving device 6 is fixedly connected to a lower end of an air door plate 4 and can drive the air door plate 4 to slide along a guide rail 3; bearings 44 capable of sliding on the guide rail 3 are arranged on two sides of the air door plate 4, and shock absorbing members 45 are sleeved on the bearings 44. When the driving device 6 is started, the driving device 6 drives the air door plate 4 to slide along the guide rail 3, when the air door plate 4 slides along the guide rail 3, the bearings 44 on two sides of the air door plate 4 slide along the guide rail 3, so that the friction force between the air door plate 4 and the guide rail 3 can be reduced, and as the shock absorbing piece 45 is arranged on the bearings 44, in the process that the bearings 44 slide along the guide rail 3, the shock absorbing piece 45 can reduce the shock generated when the bearings 44 slide along the guide rail 3, so that the driving device 6 drives the air door plate 4 to slide along the guide rail 3 more stably.
In some embodiments, the driving device 6 adopts a driving motor, an output end of the driving motor is connected with an output gear, the output gear is meshed with a rack, the rack is connected with the air door plate 4, when the driving motor is started, the output end of the driving motor drives the output gear to rotate, the output gear is meshed with the rack and drives the rack to move up and down, and then the air door plate 4 slides along the guide rail 3.
In still other embodiments, the driving device 6 adopts a driving motor, an output end of the driving motor is connected with a screw rod, a screw rod nut is sleeved on the screw rod, the screw rod nut is connected with the air door plate 4, and when the driving motor is started, the output end of the driving motor drives the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod nut slides up and down along the screw rod, and then the air door plate 4 slides along the guide rail 3.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the driving device 6 is an electric push rod, the driving end of the electric push rod is connected to the damper panel 4, and when the electric push rod is started, the electric push rod drives the damper panel 4 to slide along the guide rail 3.
The inner cleaning component of the invention also has a state of closing the air suction port, when the air door plate 4 moves from the second position to the first position on the guide rail 3, the inner cleaning component is switched from the air door plate cleaning state to the state of closing the air suction port, at the moment, the cleaning device 5 is closed, and when the cleaning device 5 is opened, the inner cleaning component is switched from the state of closing the air suction port to the cleaning state of the inner wall of the air collecting cavity. When being applied to range hood, when exhaust fan shuts down, interior cleaning element gets into the state of closing the inlet scoop, at this moment belt cleaning device 5 is closed, after the air door board 4 moves to the first position and the shielding face of air door board 4 shelters from inlet scoop 11, inlet scoop 11 is closed, interior cleaning element shuts down and be in the state of closing the inlet scoop this moment, when needs cleaning the collection wind intracavity wall, the user can start belt cleaning device 5 under the state of closing the inlet scoop, make interior cleaning element switch to collection wind intracavity wall cleaning state by the state of closing the inlet scoop, under the state of closing the inlet scoop, belt cleaning device 5 accomplishes the washing to collection wind intracavity wall, sewage when can avoid wasing collection wind intracavity wall flows to panel 1's outside along inlet scoop 11, influence panel 1's outward appearance.
In the inner cleaning assembly of the invention, when the air door plate 4 is in the first position on the guide rail 3, the inner cleaning assembly can enter a cleaning state of the inner wall of the wind collecting cavity, and the cleaning device 5 is started to clean one side of the air door plate 4 facing the rear plate 2 and the inner side of the rear plate 2. When the cleaning device is applied to the range hood, after the fume extractor is shut down, if a user needs to clean the air collecting cavity, the inner cleaning component enters the cleaning state of the inner wall of the air collecting cavity, the air door plate 4 closes the air suction opening, the cleaning device 5 is started, the cleaning device cleans the inner wall of the air collecting cavity in the air collecting cavity, the air door plate 4 faces to one side of the rear plate 2 and the inner side of the rear plate 2, so that the mixture of oil and water attached to the inner wall of the air collecting cavity is cleaned, and the inner cleaning component can automatically clean the air collecting cavity of the range hood.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the cleaning apparatus 5 of the inner cleaning assembly of the present invention includes a spray assembly that operates in a damper panel cleaning state and a smoke exhaust fan of a range hood operates. The spray assembly includes a water supply pipe 52 and cleaning nozzles 53 facing the shield surface, the water supply pipe 52 being horizontally disposed along the shield surface, and a plurality of cleaning nozzles 53 being spaced along the water supply pipe 52. When the shutter plate 4 moves to the second position on the guide rail 3, the shielding surface of the shutter plate 4 faces the spraying assembly, the spraying assembly is started, the cleaning medium is introduced into the water supply pipeline 52, enters the cleaning nozzle 53 from the water supply pipeline 52, is sprayed out from the cleaning nozzle 53, and the cleaning nozzle 53 sprays the cleaning medium towards the shielding surface to clean the shielding surface. When the air door plate 4 moves to the second position on the guide rail 3, the air suction opening 11 is opened, at this moment, a smoke exhaust fan of the smoke exhaust ventilator operates, a gap is formed between the air suction opening 11, when the spraying component is started and the shielding surface is cleaned, the cleaning nozzle 53 of the spraying component sprays cleaning media on the shielding surface, the shielding surface is flushed by the cleaning media to clean greasy dirt on the shielding surface, when the cleaning nozzle 53 sprays the cleaning media on the shielding surface, splash can be generated when the cleaning media are sprayed on the shielding surface, the splash can splash from the gap between the shielding surface and the inner wall surface of the panel 1, at this moment, due to the operation of the smoke exhaust fan, the smoke exhaust fan forms negative pressure at the air suction opening 11, the negative pressure sucks air outside the panel 1 into the wind collecting cavity through the air suction opening 11, so that the splash generated by the cleaning media when the cleaning nozzle 53 washes the shielding surface enters the gap between the inner wall surface of the panel 1 and the shielding surface can fall into the wind collecting cavity under the action of the air flow entering through the air suction opening 11, the splash can not splash can be splashed outside the air suction opening 11, and the food can be prevented from falling into the cooking medium from the air suction opening 11.
Referring to fig. 1, the inner cleaning assembly of the present invention further includes a bracket assembly 56 disposed on an inner wall of the wind collecting chamber, the water supply pipe 52 is disposed on the bracket assembly 56, and a rotation driving structure 57 capable of driving the water supply pipe 52 to rotate is disposed on the bracket assembly 56; the inner wall of the wind collecting cavity is also provided with a guide structure capable of sliding the bracket component 56, and the guide structure is provided with an up-down driving structure 58 for driving the bracket component 56 to slide along the guide structure. When the switch air suction port assembly is applied to a range hood, when the range hood works, the driving device 6 drives the air door plate 4 to move on the guide rail 3, so that the air door plate 4 moves to the second directional section 32 of the guide rail 3 and is positioned at a second position, at the moment, the air door plate 4 is positioned below the air suction port 11, the air suction port 11 is opened, the smoke exhaust fan is started, the air door plate 4 is obliquely arranged relative to the panel 1, the spraying assembly is positioned between the air door plate 4 and the panel 1, the position is set to be a first cleaning position of the spraying assembly, after the smoke exhaust fan of the range hood is started, external smoke starts to enter the wind collecting cavity through the air suction port 11, the smoke entering the wind collecting cavity flows to the smoke exhaust fan of the range hood and is discharged from the wind collecting cavity through the smoke exhaust fan, the upper and lower driving structure 58 does not operate in the first cleaning position in the process of starting the smoke exhaust fan, externally provided cleaning medium enters the water supply pipeline 52 and is conveyed to the cleaning nozzle 53 through the water supply pipeline 52, the cleaning nozzle 53 is driven to rotate by the driving structure 57, the cleaning nozzle 53 rotates along with the water supply pipeline 52 and the water supply pipeline 52 rotates 360 to clean the cleaning medium of the cleaning nozzle 4, and the cleaning medium is carried out by the cleaning medium of the cleaning nozzle plate; after the smoke exhaust fan is turned off, the driving device 6 drives the air door plate 4 to move on the guide rail 3, so that the air door plate 4 moves from the second direction section 32 of the guide rail to the first direction section 31 and moves to the first position, the shielding surface on the air door plate 4 shields the air suction inlet 11, the bulge part 42 stretches into the air suction inlet 11 and closes the air suction inlet 11, the cleaning device 5 is started at this time, the up-down driving structure 58 drives the support assembly 56 to move along the guiding structure on the inner wall of the air collecting cavity, meanwhile, the rotation driving structure 57 starts to drive the water supply pipeline 52 to rotate around the support assembly 56, the water supply pipeline 52 drives the cleaning nozzle 53 on the air door plate to rotate, and when the cleaning medium is conveyed to the cleaning nozzle 53 through the water supply pipeline 52, the cleaning nozzle 53 sprays the cleaning medium to a spraying area.
When the inner cleaning component is in the air door plate cleaning state, the spraying area of the cleaning nozzle 53 at least comprises a first spraying area corresponding to the inner wall surface of the panel 1, after the cleaning nozzle 53 sprays the cleaning medium into the first spraying area, the cleaning medium cleans the inner wall surface of the panel 1 of the range hood, so that the mixture of oil and water attached to the inner wall of the panel 1 of the range hood is cleaned, the wall surface of the air collecting cavity of the range hood and the oil dirt attached to the inner wall surface of the panel 1 can be automatically cleaned, the air collecting cavity of the range hood is kept clean, the range hood has a good cleaning effect, and the accumulated oil dirt in the air collecting cavity of the range hood can be cleaned without dismantling the range hood by a user.
The spraying region of the cleaning nozzle 53 further includes a second spraying region corresponding to the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2 when the inner cleaning assembly is in the air door panel cleaning state. When the inner cleaning component is applied to the range hood, when the range hood works, external oil smoke enters the air collecting cavity through the air suction inlet 11 on the panel 1 of the range hood and is then discharged out of the air collecting cavity; after the oil smoke enters the air collecting cavity, the oil smoke flows towards the air inlet of the smoke discharging fan under the action of the smoke discharging fan of the range hood, part of air flow formed by the oil smoke directly enters the shell of the smoke discharging fan through the air inlet of the smoke discharging fan in the flowing process of the oil smoke discharging fan, the other part of the air flow can be flushed onto the rear plate 2, then flows towards the air inlet of the smoke discharging fan along the rear plate 2, then enters the shell of the smoke discharging fan, and finally is discharged out of the air collecting cavity by the smoke discharging fan. In the whole smoke discharging process, after the oil smoke enters the air collecting cavity through the air suction inlet 11, the oil smoke flows to the smoke discharging fan, and after the smoke discharging fan is positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the oil smoke flows upwards after entering the air collecting cavity through the air suction inlet 11, so that a mixture of oil and water formed by the oil smoke in the air collecting cavity in the smoke discharging process mainly adheres to the part of the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, when the mixture of oil and water is accumulated to a certain amount on the part of the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the mixture of the oil and the water flows to the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned below the air suction inlet 11, and the spray nozzle 53 can be cleaned in the whole spray area of the first spray area and the second spray area corresponding to the inner wall surface of the panel 1 and the second spray area.
The switch air suction port assembly is provided with a second cleaning position, the cleaning nozzle 53 is positioned above the air suction port 11 in the second cleaning position, the smoke exhaust fan is turned off at the moment, the air door plate 4 is positioned at the first position, the shielding surface shields the air suction port 11, and the cleaning nozzle 53 rotates by 360 degrees and sprays cleaning media to clean the inner walls of the smoke exhaust fan and the air collecting cavity. After the switch air suction port assembly is applied to a range hood, when the range hood works, an air guide opening 41 on an air door plate 4 corresponds to an air suction port 11, the air suction port 11 is opened, a smoke exhaust fan is started, external oil smoke enters an air collection cavity through the air suction port 11 on a panel 1 and is then discharged out of the air collection cavity by a smoke exhaust fan arranged in the air collection cavity, the smoke exhaust fan is positioned above the air suction port 11, and after the oil smoke enters the air collection cavity, the oil smoke flows to an air inlet of the smoke exhaust fan under the action of the smoke exhaust fan, enters a shell of the smoke exhaust fan, and is discharged out of the air collection cavity by the smoke exhaust fan; in the process of sucking oil smoke by the smoke exhaust fan, the spraying assembly is located at the first cleaning position, a user can start the spraying assembly to enable the spraying assembly to clean the shielding surface on the air door plate 4, when the spraying assembly cleans the shielding surface of the air door plate 4, the operation of the smoke exhaust fan cannot be affected, and after the operation of the smoke exhaust fan is finished, the driving device 6 can just convey the cleaned air door plate 4 to the first direction section 31 of the guide rail 3, the air door plate 4 is enabled to move to the first position, the air suction opening 11 is closed, the clean bulge part 42 extends out from the air suction opening 11, the shielding surface seen from the user side is clean, and the appearance surface of the panel 1 of the smoke exhaust fan can be kept clean and tidy. In the whole smoke discharging process, after the oil smoke enters the air collecting cavity through the air suction inlet 11, the oil smoke flows to the smoke discharging fan, and after the smoke discharging fan is positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the oil smoke flows upwards after entering the air collecting cavity through the air suction inlet 11, so that a mixture of oil and water formed by the oil smoke in the air collecting cavity in the smoke discharging process is mainly adhered to the part of the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the shell of the smoke discharging fan, and when the mixture of oil and water is accumulated to a certain amount on the part of the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 flows to the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned below the air suction inlet 11 along the part of the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2 positioned above the air suction inlet 11; after the smoke exhaust fan is turned off, the spray assembly moves to a second cleaning position, in the second cleaning position, the cleaning nozzle 53 sprays cleaning media and cleans the part of the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2 above the air suction port 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 above the air suction port 11 and the mixture of oil and water on the shell of the smoke exhaust fan, the mixture of the cleaned oil and water flows along the part of the inner wall of the air collection cavity above the air suction port 11, and the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 above the air suction port 11 flows towards the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 below the air suction port 11 until the cleaning nozzle 53 sprays the assembly to complete cleaning operation in the second cleaning position.
According to the switch air suction port assembly, a water supply pipeline 52 of a cleaning nozzle 53 is connected with a water pump, a control valve is arranged on the water supply pipeline 52, the water pump is connected with a water tank for storing cleaning media, a connecting port is arranged between the cleaning nozzle 53 and the water supply pipeline, and a switch valve is arranged at each connecting port. When the cleaning nozzle 53 is operated, the water pump is started, the control valve is opened, the cleaning medium stored in the water tank is pumped into the water supply pipe 52 by the water pump, and the cleaning nozzle 53 sprays the cleaning medium to clean the sprayed area with the opening/closing valve opening the connection port between the cleaning nozzle 53 and the water supply pipe 52.
Referring to fig. 1, in the switch air suction inlet assembly of the present invention, the rotary driving structure 57 includes a rotary driving motor 571, an output shaft is disposed on the rotary driving motor 571, a first connecting rod 572 is connected to the output shaft, a second connecting rod 573 is connected to the water supply pipeline 52, and a third connecting rod 574 is hinged between the first connecting rod 572 and the second connecting rod 573. When the rotation driving structure 57 works, the rotation driving motor 571 is started, the output end of the rotation driving motor 571 drives the first connecting rod 572 to rotate with the end connected with the first connecting rod 572, the end connected with the first connecting rod 572 swings, the first connecting rod 572 drives the third connecting rod 574 to swing, the third connecting rod 574 drives the second connecting rod 573 to swing with the end connected with the second connecting rod 573, the other end of the second connecting rod 573 is connected with the water supply pipeline 52, the other end of the second connecting rod 573 rotates and drives the water supply pipeline 52 to rotate, and the cleaning nozzle 53 rotates along with the water supply pipeline 52.
The opening and closing suction port assembly of the present invention, the bracket assembly 56 comprises a left bracket and a right bracket, the water supply pipe 52 is rotatably connected to the left bracket and the right bracket, the water supply pipe 52 is made of hard material, the rotation driving structure 57 is fixed to the left bracket or the right bracket, and the bracket assembly 56 is disposed above the suction port 11. When the cleaning nozzle 53 is required to move from the first cleaning position to the second cleaning position or from the second cleaning position to the first cleaning position, the up-down driving structure 58 is activated and drives the support assembly 56 to slide along the guiding structure, and the water supply pipeline 52 slides along the guiding structure along with the support assembly 56, so that the cleaning nozzle 53 moves between the first cleaning position and the second cleaning position to clean the corresponding spraying area. The bracket assembly 56 is arranged above the air suction opening 11, namely, after the bracket assembly 56 is slidably connected with the guide structure, the bracket assembly 56 is not contacted with the inner wall surface of the panel 1, a gap exists between the bracket assembly 56 and the air suction opening 11, the gap enables the water supply pipeline 52 not to be contacted with the inner wall surface of the panel 1, the liquid outlet hole of the cleaning nozzle 53 is prevented from being blocked, and when the cleaning nozzle 53 sprays cleaning medium to the inner wall surface of the panel 1, a flowing space is reserved for the cleaning medium.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in other embodiments, the cleaning device 5 includes a brush assembly including a rotating brush 51 facing the shielding surface, the rotating brush 51 having a flexible brush head, the brush head being in flexible contact with and cleaning the shielding surface. When the damper plate 4 moves to the second position on the guide rail 3, the shielding surface of the damper plate 4 faces the cleaning device 5, the cleaning device 5 is started, the rotary brush 51 rotates, and the brush head elastically contacts and cleans the shielding surface to clean the shielding surface.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 7, in the illustrated embodiment, the brush assembly further includes a fixing bracket 54 disposed in the wind collecting chamber, the rotating brush 51 is disposed on the fixing bracket 54, and a brush rotation driving member 55 capable of driving the rotating brush 51 to rotate relative to the fixing bracket 54 is disposed on the fixing bracket 54. After the damper plate 4 moves onto the second directional section 32 of the guide rail 3 along the guide rail 3, the damper plate 4 is obliquely arranged, the shielding surface on the damper plate 4 and the bulge part 42 on the shielding surface face towards the cleaning device 5, the cleaning device 5 is started, the brush rotation driving part 55 drives the rotary brush 51 to rotate on the fixed support 54, the rotary brush 51 acts on the shielding surface of the damper plate 4, and the shielding surface of the damper plate 4 is cleaned by the rotary brush 51.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the rotary brush 51 of the brush assembly includes a brush shaft, and left and right bristles disposed at both sides of the brush shaft, the left and right bristles being disposed symmetrically with respect to the brush shaft, the left and right bristles being vertically distributed when the cleaning device 5 is not started, the brush rotation driving member 55 being started and driving the rotary brush 51 to rotate around the fixing bracket 54 when the cleaning device 5 is started, the rotary brush 51 pressing the wall surface of the accommodating chamber, the left and right bristles rubbing against the cleaning panel 1 being disposed at the inner wall surface of the accommodating chamber portion and the shielding surface of the air door plate 4.
Referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment, the brush assembly further includes a brush up-and-down driving structure 59, and the driving end of the brush up-and-down driving structure 59 is connected to the fixing bracket 54 for driving the fixing bracket 54 to move in the wind collecting chamber. Before the air door plate 4 moves onto the second section 32 of the guide rail 3, the brush up-down driving structure 59 moves the fixed bracket 54 to the lower part of the air suction inlet 11, and after the air door plate 4 moves onto the second section 32 of the guide rail 3, the rotary brush 51 is positioned in the accommodating cavity formed by the air door plate 4 and the panel 1; after the damper plate 4 moves onto the first section of the guide rail 3 and closes the air suction port 11, the driving fixing bracket 54 of the brush up-down driving structure 59 moves in the air collecting cavity to clean the inner cavity of the air collecting cavity.
Referring to fig. 7, in the illustrated embodiment, the rotary brush 51 of the brush assembly includes a rotating shaft and scrapers uniformly distributed on the rotating shaft, and when the brush assembly is started, the brush rotation driving member 55 starts and drives the rotary brush 51 to rotate around the fixing bracket 54, and the scrapers squeeze the wall surface of the accommodating cavity to scrape the oil dirt on the shielding surface of the air door plate 4 downwards, so as to clean the shielding surface of the air door plate 4.
Referring to fig. 4, in the illustrated embodiment, the cleaning apparatus 5 includes a brush assembly and a spray assembly, and the brush assembly cooperates with the spray assembly to clean the shield surface of the damper plate 4 only when the inner cleaning assembly is in the damper plate cleaning state.
In other embodiments, the cleaning apparatus 5 includes a brush assembly having a brush up-down driving structure 59, and a spray assembly, wherein the brush up-down driving structure 59 drives the fixing support 54 to move in the air collecting chamber when the damper panel 4 closes the air suction opening 11, and the brush rotation driving member 55 drives the rotating brush 51 to rotate and clean the wall surface of the inner cavity of the air collecting chamber. The wall surface of the inner cavity of the wind collecting cavity comprises the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2, the inner wall surface of the panel 1 and the wall surface of one side of the air door plate 4 far away from the panel 1.
In still other embodiments, the cleaning apparatus 5 includes a brush assembly and a spray assembly, the water supply conduit 52 having a scraper/brush disposed directly thereon, the scraper/brush and the cleaning nozzle 53 simultaneously rotating with the water supply conduit 52 while the rotational drive structure 57 drives the water supply conduit 52 to rotate, the water supply conduit 52 spraying cleaning medium, the scraper/brush scraping at least against the shield surface of the damper plate 4.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the inner cleaning assembly of the present invention further has a normal air supply state, the damper plate 4 has an air guiding opening 41 thereon, the damper plate 4 has a third position on the guide rail 3, in which the air guiding opening 41 corresponds to the air suction opening 11, and the air suction opening 11 is opened. When the damper plate 4 is at the third position on the guide rail 3, the air guide opening 41 of the damper plate 4 corresponds to the air suction inlet 11, the damper plate 4 also needs to be closely attached to the inner wall surface of the panel 1, the air guide opening 41 on the damper plate 4 can correspond to the air suction inlet 11 and the oil smoke outside the panel 1 cannot enter the gap between the damper plate 4 and the panel 1, so that the third position is also on the first section 31 of the guide rail 3, when the damper plate 4 slides on the first section 31 of the guide rail 3, the damper plate 4 is switched between the first position and the third position, and the bulge 42 extends from the air suction inlet 11 or the air guide opening 41 corresponds to the air suction inlet 11; when the damper plate 4 slides to the third position, the air guide opening 41 corresponds to the air suction opening 11, the air suction opening 11 is opened, the inner cleaning assembly enters a normal air supply state, and at the moment, when the smoke exhaust fan of the range hood is started, external oil smoke enters the air collection cavity through the air suction opening 11 and the air guide opening 41. That is, the suction port 11 is opened in the air flap cleaning state or the normal air supply state of the inner cleaning assembly, but only in the air flap cleaning state of the inner cleaning assembly, the cleaning device 5 cleans the shielding surface of the air flap 4.
The invention also discloses a range hood, which adopts the inner cleaning component. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the range hood disclosed by the invention further comprises a smoke exhaust fan 7, wherein the smoke exhaust fan 7 is arranged in the air collecting cavity, and when the shielding surface of the air door plate 4 shields the air suction opening 11, the smoke exhaust fan 7 is closed; when the shielding surface of the air door plate 4 leaves the air suction opening 11, the air suction opening 11 is opened, and the smoke exhaust fan operates. In the whole smoke discharging process, after the smoke enters the air collecting cavity through the air suction inlet 11, the smoke flows to the smoke discharging fan 7, and after the smoke discharging fan 7 is positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the smoke flows upwards after entering the air collecting cavity through the air suction inlet 11, so that a mixture of oil and water formed by the smoke in the air collecting cavity in the smoke discharging process mainly adheres to the part of the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the shell of the smoke discharging fan 7, and when the mixture of the oil and the water is accumulated to a certain amount on the part of the inner wall surface of the rear plate 2 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned below the air suction inlet 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the smoke discharging fan 7 positioned below the air suction inlet 11, and the second spray nozzle 53 positioned on the spray nozzle of the spray cleaning device corresponding to the second spray area 53 positioned on the third spray area of the spray nozzle of the spray device corresponding to the third spray area 53 positioned on the inner wall surface of the air suction inlet 11; when the cleaning nozzle 53 is at the first cleaning position, the cleaning nozzle 53 is located below the air suction port 11, and the cleaning nozzle 53 cleans the parts of the first spraying area and the second spraying area located below the air suction port 11, so that the inner wall surface of the whole air collecting cavity and the smoke exhaust fan 7 can be cleaned.

When the range hood is in a shutdown state, the air door plate 4 shields the air suction port 11; after the range hood is started, the PM2.5 detection module 8 is started firstly, the PM2.5 detection module 8 detects the air quality of the working environment and sends detection data to the display control device 9, the display control device 9 displays the data detected by the PM2.5 detection module 8 and judges whether the detection value of the PM2.5 detection module 8 reaches a set range, when the detection value of the PM2.5 detection module 8 reaches the set range, the display control device 9 sends a starting instruction to the smoke exhaust fan 7 and the inner cleaning component, the inner cleaning component enters a normal air supply state, the driving device 6 is started and drives the air door plate 4 to slide along the guide rail 3 and move to a third position, the air guide opening 41 is aligned with the air suction opening 11, the air suction port 11 is opened, the smoke exhaust fan 7 enters an operation state, external oil smoke enters the air collecting cavity through the air suction port 11 under the action of the smoke exhaust fan 7, then the smoke exhaust fan 7 discharges the air collecting cavity, when the smoke exhaust fan 7 works, the PM2.5 detection module 8 detects the ambient air quality in real time and sends detection data to the display control device 9, at the moment, if a user needs the cleaning device 5 to clean the shielding surface of the air door plate 4, the user switches the inner cleaning component to the air door plate cleaning state through the display control device 9, the driving device 6 moves the air door plate 4 to the second position, and the cleaning device is started and cleans the shielding surface of the air door plate 4; when the detection value of the PM2.5 detection module 8 is lower than the minimum value of the set range, the display control device 9 sends a shutdown instruction to the smoke exhaust fan 7 and the driving device 6, the smoke exhaust fan 7 enters a shutdown state, the inner cleaning component enters a state of closing the air suction port, the driving device 6 drives the air door plate 4 to slide along the guide rail 3, and when the air door plate 4 moves to a first position on the first direction section 31, the bulge part 42 extends out of the air suction port 11 and shields the air suction port 11; after the smoke exhaust fan 7 is shut down, if a user needs to clean the wind collecting cavity, the user switches the inner cleaning component to a cleaning state of the inner wall of the wind collecting cavity through the display control device 9, and the cleaning device 5 is started and cleans the wind collecting cavity.

When the smoke exhaust fan 7 is started and normally operates, if the shielding surface of the air door plate 4 needs to be cleaned, a user switches the inner cleaning assembly to an air door plate cleaning state through the display control device 9, the spraying assembly enters a first cleaning position, the spraying assembly cleans the shielding surface of the air door plate 4 and the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned below the air suction opening 11, the cleaning range is smaller, and at the moment, the spraying assembly stops operating after spraying for 1-5min, so that the shielding surface of the air door plate 4 and the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned below the air suction opening 11 can be cleaned.

Claims (10)

1. An internal cleaning assembly for a range hood, comprising:
a panel (1) on which an air suction port (11) is provided;

the cleaning device (5) is arranged in the wind collecting cavity;
the inner cleaning assembly is provided with an air door plate cleaning state and an air collecting cavity inner wall cleaning state; in a damper plate cleaning state, a shielding surface of the damper plate (4) faces the cleaning device (5), the air suction inlet (11) is opened, and the cleaning device (5) cleans the shielding surface; in the cleaning state of the inner wall of the wind collecting cavity, the shielding surface of the air door plate (4) shields the air suction opening (11), and the cleaning device (5) is started to clean one side of the air door plate (4) facing the rear plate (2) and the inner side of the rear plate (2).
