Referring to fig. 4, the bellows assembly of the present invention, the bellows assembly 2 includes a backplate 25, and the spraying region of the spraying assembly 43 further includes a second spraying region corresponding to the inner wall surface of the backplate 25. When the bellows assembly of the invention is applied to a range hood, and the range hood works, external oil smoke enters the air collecting bellows 2 through the air suction inlet 11 on the panel 1 of the range hood and is then discharged out of the air collecting bellows 2; after the oil smoke enters the air collecting box 2, under the action of the smoke exhaust fan 5 of the range hood, the oil smoke flows to the air inlet of the smoke exhaust fan 5, in the flowing process of the oil smoke to the smoke exhaust fan 5, part of air flow formed by the oil smoke directly enters the shell of the smoke exhaust fan 5 through the air inlet of the smoke exhaust fan 5, the other part of the air flow is flushed onto the back plate 25, then flows to the air inlet of the smoke exhaust fan 5 along the back plate 25, then enters the shell of the smoke exhaust fan 5, and finally the air collecting box 2 is discharged by the smoke exhaust fan 5. In the whole smoke discharging process, after the oil smoke enters the air collecting box 2 through the air suction inlet 11, the oil smoke flows to the smoke discharging fan 5, because the smoke discharging fan 5 is positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the oil smoke flows upwards after entering the air collecting box 2 through the air suction inlet 11, the mixture of oil and water formed by the oil smoke in the air collecting box 2 in the smoke discharging process is mainly adhered to the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, when the mixture of oil and water is accumulated to a certain amount on the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the mixture of the oil and the water flows to the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 positioned below the air suction inlet 11 along the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25, and the spraying assembly 43 comprises the first spraying assembly and the second spraying assembly 43 corresponding to the inner wall surface of the panel 1 of the smoke discharging machine and the first spraying assembly and the second spraying assembly 43 can be cleaned.
Referring to fig. 4, in the bellows assembly of the present invention, a smoke exhaust fan 5 is disposed in the bellows 2, a spray assembly 43 is disposed at a first cleaning position and a second cleaning position, in the first cleaning position, the spray assembly 43 is located above the air suction port 11, the air door plate 32 shields the air suction port 11, the smoke exhaust fan 5 is turned off, and the spray assembly 43 sprays cleaning medium to clean the inner cavity of the bellows 2; in the second cleaning position, the spray assembly 43 is located in the accommodating cavity, the damper plate 32 is located in the second directional section 312 of the guide rail 31, the smoke exhaust fan 5 is operated at this time, the spray assembly 43 faces the top surface of the bulge portion 322, and the spray mechanism sprays cleaning media to clean the shielding surface. When the air box assembly is applied to a range hood, when the range hood works, the smoke exhaust fan 5 is started, external oil smoke enters the air box 2 through the air suction opening 11 on the panel 1, then is discharged out of the air box 2 by the smoke exhaust fan 5 arranged in the air box 2, the smoke exhaust fan 5 is positioned above the air suction opening 11, and after the oil smoke enters the air box 2, the oil smoke flows to the air inlet of the smoke exhaust fan 5 under the action of the smoke exhaust fan 5, enters the shell of the smoke exhaust fan 5, and is discharged out of the air box 2 by the smoke exhaust fan 5. In the whole smoke discharging process, the oil smoke enters the air collecting box 2 through the air suction inlet 11 and flows towards the smoke discharging fan 5, and because the smoke discharging fan 5 is positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the oil smoke enters the air collecting box 2 through the air suction inlet 11 and flows upwards, so that the mixture of oil and water formed by the oil smoke in the air collecting box 2 in the smoke discharging process is mainly adhered to the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the face plate 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the shell of the smoke discharging fan 5, when the mixture of oil and water is accumulated to a certain amount on the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the face plate 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the shell of the smoke discharging fan, since the mixture of oil and water flows along the portion of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 above the suction port 11 to the portion of the inner wall surface of the back plate above the suction port 11 and the portion of the inner wall surface of the face plate 1 above the suction port 11 to the portion of the inner wall surface of the face plate 1 below the suction port 11, the shower unit 43 is provided with a first cleaning position in which the shower unit 43 is located above the suction port 11, the air door plate 32 shields the suction port 11, the smoke exhaust fan 5 is turned off, the shower unit 43 sprays a cleaning medium to clean the mixture of oil and water on the portion of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 above the suction port 11, the portion of the inner wall surface of the face plate 1 above the suction port 11, and the housing of the smoke exhaust fan 5, the mixture of the cleaned oil and water flows along the portion of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 above the suction port 11 to the portion of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 below the suction port 11, the portion of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 above the suction port 11 flows toward the portion of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 below the suction port 11 until the shower assembly 43 completes the cleaning operation at the first cleaning position. After the spray assembly 43 finishes the cleaning operation in the first cleaning position, the up-down driving structure 45 drives the bracket assembly 41 to move along the guide structure 22, so that the spray assembly 43 moves to the second cleaning position and is positioned below the air suction port 11, then the driving device 33 drives the air door plate 32 to move along the guide rail 31, so that the air door plate 32 moves from the first direction section 311 to the second direction section 312 of the guide rail 31, after the air door plate 32 moves to the second direction section 312, the air door plate 32 is inclined, a containing cavity is formed between the air door plate 32 and the panel 1, and the cleaning device 4 is positioned in the containing cavity and cleans a shielding surface in the containing cavity; when the cleaning device 4 cleans the shielding surface of the air door plate 32, the operation of the smoke exhaust fan 5 is not affected, and after the operation of the smoke exhaust fan 5 is finished and the smoke exhaust fan is closed, the driving device 33 just can convey the cleaned air door plate 32 to the first direction section 311 of the guide rail 31, and the air door plate 32 moves to the first position to close the air suction inlet 11, the clean bulge part 322 extends out of the air suction inlet 11, the shielding surface seen from the user side is clean, and the appearance surface of the panel 1 of the range hood can be kept clean and tidy.
Referring to fig. 4, in the bellows assembly of the present invention, the spraying area of the spraying assembly 43 further includes a third spraying area corresponding to the area where the smoke exhaust fan 5 is located, and when the water supply pipe 42 rotates, the spraying assembly 43 can spray the inner wall surface of the face plate 1, the inner wall surface of the back plate 25, and the smoke exhaust fan 5. When the bellows assembly is applied to a range hood, when the range hood works, the smoke exhaust fan 5 is started, external oil smoke enters the air collecting box 2 through the air suction inlet 11 on the panel 1 of the range hood, then is discharged out of the air collecting box by the smoke exhaust fan 5 arranged in the air collecting box 2, the smoke exhaust fan 5 is positioned above the air suction inlet 11, after the oil smoke enters the air collecting box 2, the oil smoke flows towards the air inlet of the smoke exhaust fan 5 under the action of the smoke exhaust fan 5, in the flowing process of the oil smoke, part of air flow formed by the oil smoke directly enters the shell of the smoke exhaust fan 5 through the air inlet of the smoke exhaust fan 5, the other part of air flow is flushed onto the back plate 25, then flows towards the air inlet of the smoke exhaust fan 5 along the back plate 25, then enters the shell of the smoke exhaust fan 5, and finally the smoke exhaust fan 5 discharges the air collecting box 2. In the whole smoke discharging process, the oil smoke enters the air collecting box 2 through the air suction inlet 11 and flows to the smoke discharging fan 5, and because the smoke discharging fan 5 is positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the oil smoke enters the air collecting box 2 through the air suction inlet 11 and flows upwards, so that the mixture of oil and water formed by the oil smoke in the air collecting box 2 in the smoke discharging process is mainly adhered to the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the face plate 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the shell of the smoke discharging fan 5, when the mixture of oil and water is accumulated to a certain amount on the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 positioned above the air suction inlet 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the face plate 1 positioned above the air suction inlet 11 and the shell of the smoke discharging fan 5, the mixture of oil and water flows along the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 above the air suction port 11 to the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 below the air suction port 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 above the air suction port 11 to the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 below the air suction port 11 and the shell of the smoke exhaust fan 5 flows downwards, so that the spraying area of the spraying assembly 43 comprises a first spraying area corresponding to the inner wall surface of the panel 1 of the range hood, a second spraying area corresponding to the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 and a third spraying area corresponding to the area of the smoke exhaust fan 5, the spraying assembly 43 is positioned above the air suction port 11 when the spraying assembly 43 is in the first cleaning position, and the spraying assembly 43 cleans the part of the first spraying area and the second spraying area above the air suction port 11 and the third spraying area; when the spraying component 43 is at the second cleaning position, the spraying component 43 is positioned below the air suction port 11, and the spraying component 43 cleans the parts of the first spraying area and the second spraying area below the air suction port 11, so that the inner wall surface of the back plate 25, the inner wall surface of the panel 1 and the shell of the smoke exhaust fan 5 can be cleaned.
Referring to fig. 1, the blower assembly of the present invention, the shower assembly 43 includes a plurality of shower nozzles uniformly distributed on the water supply pipe 42, the water supply pipe 42 is connected with a water pump, a control valve is provided on the water supply pipe 42, the water pump is connected with a water tank for storing a cleaning medium, a connection port is provided between the shower nozzle and the water supply pipe, and a switching valve is provided at each connection port. When the spray assembly 43 is operated, the water pump is started, the control valve is opened, the cleaning medium stored in the water tank is pumped into the water supply pipeline 42 by the water pump, and the spray head sprays the cleaning medium to clean the spray area under the condition that the switching valve opens the connection port between the spray head and the water supply pipeline 42.
Referring to fig. 1, in the bellows assembly of the present invention, the rotary driving structure 44 includes a rotary driving motor 441, an output shaft is provided on the rotary driving motor 441, a first connecting rod 442 is connected to the output shaft, a second connecting rod 443 is connected to the water supply pipe 42, and a third connecting rod 444 is hinged between the first connecting rod 442 and the second connecting rod 443; the up-down driving structure 45 is an electric push rod for driving the bracket assembly 41 to slide along the guiding structure 22. When the rotation driving structure 44 works, the rotation driving motor 441 is started, the output end of the rotation driving motor 441 drives the first connecting rod 442 to rotate with the end connected with the first connecting rod 442, and enables the end connected with the first connecting rod 442 and the third connecting rod 444 to swing, the first connecting rod 442 drives the third connecting rod 444 to swing, the third connecting rod 444 drives the second connecting rod 443 to swing with the end connected with the second connecting rod 443, the other end of the second connecting rod 443 is connected with the water supply pipeline 42, the other end of the second connecting rod 443 rotates and simultaneously drives the water supply pipeline 42 to rotate, and the spraying assembly 43 rotates along with the water supply pipeline 42.
The bellows assembly of the present invention, the bracket assembly 41 comprises a left bracket and a right bracket, the water supply pipe 42 is rotatably connected to the left bracket and the right bracket, the water supply pipe 42 is made of hard material, the rotation driving structure 44 is fixed to the left bracket or the right bracket, and the bracket assembly 41 is disposed above the suction port 11. When the spray assembly 43 is required to move from the first cleaning position to the second cleaning position or from the second cleaning position to the first cleaning position, the up-down driving structure 45 is started, and drives the support assembly 41 to slide along the guiding structure 22, and the water supply pipeline 42 slides along the guiding structure 22 along with the support assembly 41, so that the spray assembly 43 moves between the first cleaning position and the second cleaning position to clean the corresponding spray area. The bracket assembly 41 is arranged above the air suction opening 11, namely, after the bracket assembly 41 is in sliding connection with the guide structure 22, the bracket assembly 41 is not contacted with the inner wall surface of the panel 1, a gap exists between the bracket assembly 41 and the air suction opening 11, the gap enables the water supply pipeline 42 not to be contacted with the inner wall surface of the panel 1, the liquid outlet hole of the spray assembly 43 is prevented from being blocked, and when the spray assembly 43 sprays cleaning medium to the inner wall surface of the panel 1, the cleaning medium has a flowing space.
The invention also discloses a range hood, which adopts the bellows assembly and comprises a control system capable of controlling the running state of the smoke exhaust fan 5, wherein the smoke exhaust fan 5 and the driving device 33 are electrically connected with the control system, when the smoke exhaust fan 5 is closed, the driving device 33 drives the air door plate 32 to shield the air suction opening 11 so as to close the air suction opening 11, the cleaning device 4 enters a first cleaning position, the spraying assembly 43 starts to work and can spray cleaning media at 360 degrees; when the smoke exhaust fan 5 is started, the cleaning device 4 enters the second cleaning position, the driving device 33 drives the air door plate 32 to be far away from the air suction opening 11 so that the air suction opening 11 is opened, and the spraying assembly 43 cleans the bulge 322. The smoke exhaust fan 5 is arranged in the air collecting box 2 and is positioned above the air suction opening 11, when the smoke exhaust fan 5 works, the air door plate 32 is positioned at a second position or the air door plate 32 is positioned on the second directional section 312 of the guide rail 31, when the air door plate 32 is positioned at the second position, the air guide opening 321 on the air door plate 32 corresponds to the air suction opening 11, the air suction opening 11 is opened, and when the air door plate 32 is positioned on the second directional section 312 of the guide rail 31, the air door plate 32 is positioned below the air suction opening 11 and is inclined, and at the moment, the air suction opening 11 is also in an opened state; when the smoke exhaust fan 5 works, only when the cleaning device 4 moves to the second cleaning position and the air door plate 32 is positioned on the second directional section 312 of the guide rail 31, the cleaning device 4 starts to work and cleans the shielding surface of the air door plate 32; when the smoke exhaust fan 5 is turned off, the air door plate 32 is located at the first position, the bulge part 322 on the shielding surface of the air door plate 32 extends out of the air suction opening 11 and shields the air suction opening 11, at this time, the cleaning device 4 can work at the first cleaning position to clean the part of the inner wall surface of the back plate 25 above the air suction opening 11, the part of the air door plate 32 above the air suction opening 11, the part of the inner wall surface of the panel 1 above the air door plate 32 and the shell of the smoke exhaust fan 5, and when the cleaning device 4 moves to the second cleaning position, the cleaning device 4 cleans the part of the inner cavity of the air collecting box 2 below the air suction opening 11, the part of the air door plate 32 below the air suction opening 11 and the part of the panel 1 below the air door plate 32.
Referring to fig. 4, in the range hood of the present invention, an oil drain hole 23 and an oil cup 24 for receiving oil stain flowing out of the oil drain hole 23 are provided at the bottom of an air collecting box 2, a liquid level sensor is provided in the oil cup 24, and in a first cleaning position, a cleaning device 4 adjusts a spraying time according to the amount of oil stain collected in the oil cup 24, and the cleaning device 4 stops running after reaching the spraying time; when the spray assembly 43 enters the second cleaning position, the cleaning device 4 stops running after working for 1-5 min. When the cleaning device 4 works, the cleaning medium sprayed by the spraying component 43 and the mixture of the cleaned oil and water flow downwards along the inner wall surface of the back plate 25, the inner wall surface of the face plate 1, the air door plate 32 and the shell of the smoke exhaust fan 5, drop to the bottom of the air collecting box 2, and then drop downwards through the oil leakage hole 23 arranged at the bottom of the air collecting box 2 and are received by the oil cup 24 at the bottom of the air collecting box 2. When the spraying component 43 is at the first cleaning position, the spraying component 43 is larger in cleaning range, when the liquid level sensor in the oil cup 24 does not give an alarm to the control system, the spraying component 43 can continuously work and clean greasy dirt in a spraying area, when the greasy dirt collected in the oil cup 24 reaches the early warning amount of the liquid level sensor, the liquid level sensor gives an alarm to the control system, and the control system adjusts the spraying time of the spraying component 43 to avoid the greasy dirt in the oil cup 24 from overflowing. When the spraying component 43 enters the second cleaning position, the spraying component 43 cleans the shielding surface of the air door plate 32 and the inner wall surface of the panel 1 below the air suction port 11, the cleaning range is smaller, and at the moment, the spraying component 43 stops running after spraying for 1-5min, so that the shielding surface of the air door plate 32 and the inner wall surface of the panel 1 below the air suction port 11 can be cleaned.

1. A bellows assembly for a range hood, comprising:
a panel (1) on which an air suction port (11) is provided;
a wind collecting box (2) connected with the wind suction inlet (11);
the air door plate assembly (3) comprises a guide rail (31) arranged in the air collecting box (2), an air door plate (32) connected with the guide rail (31) in a sliding mode and a driving device (33) for driving the air door plate (32) to move on the guide rail (31), a shielding surface and an air guide opening (321) arranged in parallel with the shielding surface are arranged on the air door plate (32), a bulge part (322) protruding towards the air suction opening (11) is arranged on the shielding surface, the bulge part (322) is matched with the air suction opening (11), and the air door plate (32) is provided with a first position and a second position on the guide rail (31); when the air door plate (32) is positioned at the first position, the bulge part (322) stretches into the air suction inlet (11), and the top surface of the bulge part (322) is flush with the outer side surface of the panel (1) and forms the appearance surface of the panel (1); when the air door plate (32) is in the second position, the air guide opening (321) corresponds to the air suction inlet (11), and the air suction inlet (11) is opened and used for sucking air.

The bellows assembly according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail (31) comprises a first (311) and a second (312) segment, the driving means (33) driving the shutter plate (32) to switch between the first and second positions when the shutter plate (32) slides in the first segment (311), the bulge (322) protruding from the suction opening (11) or the air guiding opening (321) corresponding to the suction opening (11); when the driving device (33) drives the air flap (32) to move to the second section (312) of the guide rail (31), the air flap (32) is inclined at an angle of 10-30 degrees, and a gap exists between the bulge part (322) and the panel (1).

A bellows assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that the bottom of the air collecting bellows (2) is provided with a first bracket (21), the driving device (33) is fixed on the first bracket (21), the driving end of the driving device (33) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the damper plate (32) and drives the damper plate (32) to slide on the guide rail (31), and when the damper plate (32) moves to the second directional section (312) of the guide rail (31), a containing cavity is formed between the damper plate (32) and the panel (1).

A bellows assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that a cleaning device (4) is further arranged in the air collecting box (2), the cleaning device (4) comprises a bracket assembly (41) arranged on the inner wall of the air collecting box (2) and a water supply pipeline (42) arranged on the bracket assembly (41), a spraying assembly (43) facing to one side is arranged on the water supply pipeline (42), and a rotation driving structure (44) capable of driving the water supply pipeline (42) to rotate is arranged on the bracket assembly (41); the inner wall of the air collecting box (2) is also provided with a guide structure (22) capable of sliding the support assembly (41), and the guide structure (22) is provided with an up-down driving structure (45) for driving the support assembly (41) to slide along the guide structure (22).

The bellows assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that a smoke exhaust fan (5) is arranged in the air collection bellows (2), the spraying assembly (43) is provided with a first cleaning position and a second cleaning position, the spraying assembly (43) is positioned above the air suction inlet (11) in the first cleaning position, the air door plate (32) shields the air suction inlet (11), the smoke exhaust fan (5) is closed, and the spraying assembly (43) sprays cleaning media to clean the inner cavity of the air collection bellows (2); in the second cleaning position, the spraying component (43) is located in the accommodating cavity, the air door plate (32) is located on the second section (312) of the guide rail (31), the smoke exhaust fan (5) operates at this time, and the spraying component (43) faces the top surface of the bulge part (322) and sprays cleaning media to clean the shielding surface.
