Further, the tension adjusting assembly 21 is further provided with a guide roller 7, and the guide roller 7 is not only rotatably connected to the mounting portion 2121, but also the guide roller 7 can move up and down along the mounting portion 2121 to guide the transfer of the double-sided tape 20.

the supply mechanism 31 includes a conveying roller group 311, a third driving assembly 312, and a regulating roller 313. The conveying roller group 311 is rotatably arranged on the workbench 10; the power output shaft of the third driving assembly 312 is connected with the conveying roller set 311 and is used for driving the conveying roller set 311 to rotate; the adjusting roller 313 is rotatably provided on the table 10, and the adjusting roller 313 is provided downstream of the conveying roller group 311 and is provided in parallel with the conveying roller group 311.
The conveying roller set 311 includes a first conveying roller and a second conveying roller, the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller are vertically and correspondingly arranged on the workbench 10, the rotation directions of the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller are opposite, a feeding space is formed between the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller, when the coiled material 30 passes through the feeding space, the coiled material 30 moves downstream under the driving action of the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller, when the coiled material 30 passes through the lower part of the regulating roller 313, the double faced adhesive tape 20 also flows through the regulating roller 313 when being regulated by the tension force through the tension regulating component, and the double faced adhesive tape 20 passes through the upper part of the regulating roller 313. When the coiled material 30 and the double-sided tape 20 pass through the regulating roller 313 at the same time, the coiled material and the double-sided tape 20 are uniformly conveyed to the attaching mechanism 33 for bonding, so that the technical problem that the conveying of the double-sided tape 20 and the coiled material 30 is asynchronous is solved.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5 together, the following embodiments are provided on the basis of the above embodiments: the attachment mechanism 33 includes a carriage 331, two conveyor belts 332, and a fourth drive assembly 333. The conveying frame 331 is arranged on the workbench 10; the two conveying belts 332 are correspondingly arranged on the conveying frame 331 up and down, the rotation directions of the two conveying belts 332 are opposite, and a clamping and conveying space is formed between the advancing sections of the two conveying belts 332; the fourth driving component 333 is disposed on the carriage 331, and the fourth driving component 333 is configured to drive the two conveyor belts to rotate respectively.
The coiled material 30 and the double faced adhesive tape 20 enter the clamping and conveying space at the same time at the same speed, the coiled material 30 and the double faced adhesive tape 20 are mutually bonded together under the extrusion action of the conveying belt 332, a product is finally formed, and the bonded product is far away from the clamping and conveying space under the driving of the conveying belt.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the following embodiments are provided on the basis of the above embodiments: the two conveyor belts 332 are a first conveyor belt 3321 and a second conveyor belt 3322, respectively, and the carriage 331 includes a base 3311, a movable base 3312, and a slide rail 3313. The base 3311 is arranged on the workbench 10, and the first conveying belt 3321 is rotatably connected with the base 3311; the movable seat 3312 is arranged on the upper portion of the base 3311, the second conveying belt 3322 is rotatably connected with the movable seat 3312, the slide rail 3313 is vertically arranged on the base 3311, and the movable seat 3312 is provided with a slide sleeve in sliding fit with the slide rail 3313. The size of the gap between the movable seat 3312 and the base 3311 is adjusted by controlling the movement of the movable seat 3312 on the slide rail 3313, so that the adhesive bonding between the coiled material 30 and the double faced adhesive tape 20 with different specifications is applicable.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5 together, the following embodiments are provided on the basis of the above embodiments: the carriage 331 further includes a scale 4 vertically disposed thereon. The graduated scale 4 is arranged to facilitate an operator to check the size of a gap between the first conveyor belt 3321 and the second conveyor belt 3322.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 6, the following embodiments are provided on the basis of the above embodiments: a pneumatic shearing unit 5 is further arranged between the material changing and discharging unit 1 and the tensioning unit 2, and the pneumatic shearing unit 5 comprises a connecting piece 51, a first shearing piece 52, a second shearing piece 53 and a pneumatic piece 54. The connecting piece 51 is arranged on the workbench 10; the first shearing member 52 is arranged on the connecting member 51; the second shearing member 53 is slidably disposed on the connecting member 51 and is disposed corresponding to the first shearing member 52. The pneumatic element 54 is fixedly arranged on the connecting element 51, and the pneumatic element 54 is connected with the second shearing element 53. Wherein a shearing space is formed between the first shearing member 52 and the second shearing member 53.
When the discharging of the double faced adhesive tape 20 is completed, the pneumatic piece 54 drives the second shearing piece 53 to slide on the connecting piece 51, so that the second shearing piece 53 is close to the first shearing piece 52 to form a shearing action, and the double faced adhesive tape 20 is sheared.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 5, the following embodiments are provided on the basis of the above embodiments: the sealing strip adhesive tape production equipment further comprises a cutting unit 6, the cutting unit 6 is arranged at the downstream of the attaching unit 3, the cutting unit 6 is electrically connected with the control unit, the cutting unit 6 is used for cutting the coiled material 30 attached to the double-sided adhesive tape 20, and operators can input different parameters on the control unit according to the rice number requirements of different customers to control the operation of the cutting unit 6 so that the cut product meets the customer requirements.

Claims (10)

1. The sealing strip bonding tape production equipment comprises a workbench (10), and is characterized by further comprising:
the material changing and discharging unit (1) is arranged on the workbench (10), and the material changing and discharging unit (1) is used for changing and discharging the double-sided adhesive (20);
the tensioning unit (2) is arranged on the workbench (10) and is arranged at the downstream of the material changing and discharging unit (1), and the tensioning unit (2) is used for adjusting the tensioning force of the double-sided adhesive tape (20);
an attaching unit (3) arranged on the workbench (10), wherein the attaching unit (3) comprises a conveying mechanism (32), a supply mechanism (31) arranged on the upstream of the conveying mechanism (32) and sequentially transferring coiled materials (30) onto the conveying mechanism (32), and an attaching mechanism (33) arranged on the downstream of the conveying mechanism (32) and used for attaching the double-sided adhesive tape (20) and the coiled materials (30) to each other; and
and the control unit is respectively and electrically connected with the material changing and discharging unit (1), the tensioning unit (2) and the attaching unit (3) and is used for respectively controlling the material changing and discharging unit (1), the tensioning unit (2) and the attaching unit (3).
2. The sealing-tape adhesive tape production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the reloading and discharging unit (1) comprises:
the rotating frame (11) is rotatably arranged on the workbench (10) through a first rotating shaft (12), at least two placement parts (13) are arranged on the rotating frame (11), and the placement parts (13) are used for placing the material trays (14);
the first driving assembly (16) is arranged on the workbench (10), and a power output shaft of the first driving assembly (16) is connected with the first rotating shaft (12) and used for driving the first rotating shaft (12) to rotate;
the material tray (14) is rotationally connected with the rotating frame (11) through a second rotating shaft (15), and the material tray (14) rotates around the central axis of the second rotating shaft (15).
3. The sealing-tape adhesive tape production apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the tensioning unit (2) comprises:
the tension adjusting assembly (21) is arranged on the workbench (10) in a sliding manner, and the tension adjusting assembly (21) is used for adjusting the tension of the double-sided adhesive (20);
the second driving assembly (22) is vertically arranged on the workbench (10), a power output shaft of the second driving assembly (22) is connected with the tension adjusting assembly (21), and the second driving assembly (22) is used for driving the tension adjusting assembly (21) to slide.
4. A sealing-tape adhesive tape production apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the tension adjusting assembly (21) comprises:
a sliding seat (211) arranged on the workbench (10);
the fixing piece (212) comprises an installation part (2121) and a limiting part (2122), wherein the installation part (2121) is in sliding fit with the sliding seat (211), and the installation part (2121) slides up and down along the vertical direction of the sliding seat (211); the limiting part (2122) and the mounting part (2121) are arranged at an included angle, and a sliding groove (2123) is formed in the limiting part (2122);
the adjusting frame (213) is arranged on one side, away from the limiting part (2122), of the mounting part (2121), and the adjusting frame (213) is rotationally connected with the mounting part (2121);
the tension roller (214) is arranged on the adjusting frame (213), and the tension roller (214) is rotationally connected with the adjusting frame (213);
one end of the supporting rod (215) is connected with the adjusting frame (213), and the other end of the supporting rod is arranged in the sliding groove (2123) in a penetrating way;
the spring (216) is sleeved on the supporting rod (215), and two ends of the spring (216) are respectively abutted with the adjusting frame (213) and the limiting part (2122).
5. A sealing-tape-bonding tape production apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said supply mechanism (31) comprises:
a conveying roller set (311) rotatably arranged on the workbench (10);
the power output shaft of the third driving assembly (312) is connected with the conveying roller set (311) and used for driving the conveying roller set (311) to rotate;
and the regulating roller (313) is rotatably arranged on the workbench (10), and the regulating roller (313) is arranged at the downstream of the conveying roller group (311) and is arranged in parallel with the conveying roller group (311).
6. The apparatus for producing a weather strip adhesive tape as defined in claim 5, wherein the attaching mechanism (33) comprises:
a carriage (331) provided on the table (10);
the two conveying belts (332), the two conveying belts (332) are correspondingly arranged on the conveying frame (331) up and down, the rotation directions of the two conveying belts (332) are opposite, and a clamping and conveying space is formed between the advancing sections of the two conveying belts (332); and
and the fourth driving assembly (333) is arranged on the conveying frame (331), and the fourth driving assembly (333) is used for driving the two conveying belts (332) to rotate respectively.
7. The apparatus for producing a weather strip adhesive tape as defined in claim 6, wherein the two conveyor belts (332) are a first conveyor belt (3321) and a second conveyor belt (3322), respectively, and the carriage (331) comprises:
a base (3311) arranged on the workbench (10), and the first conveying belt (3321) is rotationally connected with the base (3311);
a movable seat (3312) arranged on the upper part of the base (3311), the second conveyer belt (3322) is rotatably connected with the movable seat (3312),
the slide rail (3313) is vertically arranged on the base (3311), and the movable seat (3312) is provided with a sliding sleeve which is in sliding fit with the slide rail (3313).
8. The apparatus for producing a sealing-tape adhesive tape according to claim 7, wherein the carriage (331) further comprises a vertically arranged scale (4).
9. The sealing-tape adhesive tape production apparatus according to claim 8, wherein a pneumatic shearing unit (5) is further provided between the reloading and discharging unit (1) and the tensioning unit (2), the pneumatic shearing unit (5) comprising:
a connecting piece (51) arranged on the workbench (10);
a first shearing member (52) provided on the connecting member (51);
the second shearing piece (53) is arranged on the connecting piece (51) in a sliding manner and is arranged corresponding to the first shearing piece (52);
the pneumatic piece (54) is fixedly arranged on the connecting piece (51), and the pneumatic piece (54) is connected with the second shearing piece (53);
wherein a shearing space is formed between the first shearing member (52) and the second shearing member (53).
10. The apparatus for producing a sealing-tape adhesive tape according to claim 9, further comprising a cutting unit (6), said cutting unit (6) being provided downstream of said attaching unit (3), said cutting unit (6) being electrically connected to said control unit, said cutting unit (6) being configured to cut said roll (30) after the attachment to said double-sided tape (20) is completed.
