The carrier tape releasing part, the cover tape releasing part and the braid winding part are all completed by utilizing the rotation of an induction motor, the upper position and the lower position of a braid are inducted by utilizing a proximity switch, and the braid is released when the upper position induction is effective; when the lower position sensing is effective, the tape discharging is stopped.
The front side of the outer cover main body is also provided with a display, a touch screen, a control panel and an operation button.
The temperature of the working environment of the product is between 5 and 40 ℃, and the relative humidity range is between 20 and 95 percent; the device is arranged on a flat working surface to avoid the influence of unbalance factors on normal braiding work when the device runs.
The product is qualified before leaving the factory, the adjusting work of each instrument is basically finished, and a user only needs to adjust various required keys on a control panel according to an operation flow, such as temperature control and sealing pressure of a hot pressing head, and set braiding parameters to be taught completely, so that the equipment can be directly used.

When the machine runs, the data of the current progress, the set quantity of the tape heads, the set quantity of the tapes, the set quantity of the tape tails, the set quantity of the tape heads, the finished quantity of the tapes, the finished quantity of the tape tails and the like of the tapes are tracked and displayed in real time above the main interface according to different working stages of the tapes.
Enter the parameter setting interface by pressing the parameters to set the operation parameters. After the setting of the parameters is completed, pressing the [ (home) key and returning to the home interface, pressing the [ (startup) ] key, the braiding operation can be performed.
