The figure shows the actions associated with unlocking the common vestibule door 22 of the common vestibule 16. The processing of each device described below may be implemented by a computer program stored in each device. The CPU of each device may also realize the processing of each device by reading out the computer program to the main memory and executing the computer program.
The common interphone 24 stands by until a predetermined call operation is input (no at S10). When a predetermined call operation is input to the common interphone 24 (yes in S10), the common interphone 24 starts a process of photographing a person existing in the common vestibule 16 (hereinafter also referred to as "authentication target person") (S11). The authentication target person may be a resident of the collective housing 10 or a visitor. The call operation in the embodiment is an operation of the call button provided in the common interphone 24 by the authentication target person. When the common interphone 24 receives an operation for the call button, the photographing process by the built-in camera is started.
The shared intercom 24 notifies the shared vestibule control device 28 that shooting has been started, and the shared vestibule control device 28 controls the shared vestibule reading device 26 to be in a state in which an authentication operation can be accepted (S12). The authentication operation in the embodiment is an operation in which the authentication target person brings the smart key 42 (for example, a smart phone that has a smart key application started) close to the shared vestibule reading device 26.
If the authentication operation using the smart key 42 by the authentication target person is not input for a predetermined time, in other words, if the short-range wireless communication with the smart key 42 is not started for a predetermined time (no in S13), the common vestibule reading device 26 skips the subsequent processing and ends the flow of the present figure. When an authentication operation using the smart key 42 by the authentication target person is input, in other words, when the short-range wireless communication with the smart key 42 is started (yes in S13), the shared vestibule reading device 26 reads out authentication information on the authentication target stored in the smart key 42 from the smart key 42 (S14).
The shared vestibule reader 26 transmits the authentication information read from the smart key 42 to the shared vestibule controller 28. The shared vestibule control device 28 checks the normal authentication information stored in the storage device 40 with the authentication information received from the shared vestibule reading device 26, and determines whether the authentication information received from the shared vestibule reading device 26 is normal information. If the authentication information received from the shared vestibule reading device 26 is authorized information, the shared vestibule control device 28 determines whether the authentication target person is the resident or visitor of the collective residence 10 based on the value indicated by the authentication information (S15). When it is determined that the authentication target person is the visitor based on the authentication information, the shared vestibule control device 28 may execute the processing after S19 described later on, taking the correspondence between the authentication information and the permission information indicating permission to enter the shared section 14 in the storage device 40 as a further condition.
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a resident of the integrated house 10 (yes in S16), the shared vestibule control device 28 transmits a door unlock signal to the shared vestibule door 22 to enable the shared vestibule door 22 to be opened (S17). The shared vestibule control device 28 ends the photographing process by the shared interphone 24 (S18). In the case where the authentication target person is a resident, the data of the imaging result of the common interphone 24 (which may be also referred to as the recorded data of the resident) may be deleted without being stored. Alternatively, the shared vestibule control device 28 may acquire data of the imaging result from the shared interphone 24, and store the data of the imaging result in the storage device 40 in association with authentication information of the authentication target person (or identification information of the resident specified by the authentication information).
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a visitor (no in S16), the shared vestibule control device 28 controls the shared interphone 24 to cause the display unit to display contents for prompting the visitor to input a room number or to output a sound of the contents from the speaker (S19). The common interphone 24 receives the room number input to the input unit by the authentication target person (hereinafter referred to as visitor), and transmits the input room number to the common vestibule control device 28 (S20). When receiving the room number from the common interphone 24, the common entrance control device 28 transmits a door unlock signal to the common entrance 22, thereby enabling the common entrance 22 to be opened (S21).
Next, the shared vestibule control device 28 ends the photographing process by the shared interphone 24 (S22). The shared vestibule control device 28 obtains the data of the photographing result (may also be referred to as the video data of the photographed visitor) from the shared interphone 24, and associates the data of the photographing result with the room number inputted by the visitor (S23).
The common vestibule control device 28 transmits the data of the photographing result to the indoor interphone 30 corresponding to the room number inputted by the visitor (S24). The indoor interphone 30 displays the data of the photographing result on the display unit. Thus, the resident of the resident to which the visitor will visit thereafter can confirm the image of the visitor. The data of the photographing result transmitted to the indoor interphone 30 may also contain authentication information of the visitor (or identification information of the visitor determined by the authentication information). The common vestibule control device 28 also stores the data of the photographing result in the storage device 40 in association with the authentication information of the visitor (or the identification information of the resident specified by the authentication information) and the room number input by the visitor.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the interphone system 20 for a collective housing. This figure shows an operation related to unlocking of the resident's door opening/closing 32 of a specific resident (hereinafter also referred to as "specific resident") of the integrated house 10. The resident-in-the-counter reading device 36 stands by until an unlocking operation using the smart key 42 by a person who is to enter a specific resident (also referred to as an "authentication subject") is input (no at S30). The unlocking operation using the smart key 42 may also be referred to as an authentication operation for unlocking, and is, for example, an operation of bringing the smart key 42 set in the unlocking mode into proximity to the resident's vestibule reading device 36.
When an unlocking operation using the smart key 42 by the authentication target person is input, in other words, when the near field communication with the smart key 42 in the unlock mode is started (yes in S30), the resident-front reading device 36 reads out authentication information about the authentication target person stored in the smart key 42 from the smart key 42 (S31).
The resident-in-the-air reading device 36 transmits the authentication information read out from the smart key 42 to the resident-in-the-air control device 38. The resident's vestibule control device 38 checks the authorized authentication information stored in the storage device 40 with the authentication information received from the resident's vestibule reading device 36, and determines whether the authentication information received from the resident's vestibule reading device 36 is authorized information. If the authentication information received from the resident-in-the-air reading device 36 is authorized information, the resident-in-the-air control device 38 determines whether the authentication target person is the resident or the visitor of the integrated home 10 based on the value indicated by the authentication information (S32). In addition, when it is determined that the authentication target person is the visitor based on the authentication information, the resident-in-the-counter control device 38 may execute the processing after S35 described later on the further condition that the authentication information in the storage device 40 corresponds to the permission information indicating permission of the access to the exclusive part 12.
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a resident of the integrated house 10 (yes in S33), the resident ' S entrance control device 38 transmits a door unlock signal to the resident ' S entrance door 32 to enable the resident ' S entrance door 32 to be opened (S34).
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a visitor (no in S33), the resident hall control device 38 controls the outdoor interphone 34 to start a process of photographing the authentication target person (hereinafter referred to as visitor.) (S35). The resident hall control device 38 controls the indoor interphone 30 to cause the indoor interphone 30 to perform a resident-in call process (for example, output a bell sound) (S36). The resident ' S vestibule control device 38 waits for a predetermined time (for example, several seconds to ten seconds) (S37), and then transmits an unlocking signal to the resident ' S vestibule door 32 to open the resident ' S vestibule door 32 (S38). By placing a call from inside the resident for a certain period of time until the resident's access door 32 is unlocked, it is possible to provide an idea of the resident entering the visitor.
Next, the resident-in-the-air control device 38 ends the photographing process by the outdoor interphone 34 (S39). The resident-in-the-counter control device 38 acquires data of the photographing result (which may also be referred to as video data of the photographed visitor) from the outdoor interphone 34, and associates the data of the photographing result with the room number of the specific resident into which the visitor is to enter. The resident-in-the-counter control device 38 transmits the data of the photographing result to the indoor interphone 30 (S40). The data of the photographing result transmitted to the indoor interphone 30 may also contain authentication information of the visitor (or identification information of the visitor determined by the authentication information). The resident's vestibule control device 38 also stores the data of the photographing result in the storage device 40 in association with the authentication information of the visitor (or the identification information of the resident specified by the authentication information) and the room number of the specific resident.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing the operation of the intercom system 20 for a residential complex. The figure shows an action related to the locking of the resident's entrance door 32 of a specific resident (specific resident) of the integrated home 10. The resident-in-the-counter reading device 36 stands by until a locking operation using the smart key 42 by a person to be logged out from a specific resident (also referred to as "authentication target") is input (no at S50). The locking operation using the smart key 42 may also be referred to as an authentication operation for locking, for example, an operation of bringing the smart key 42 set in the locking mode into proximity to the resident's vestibule reading device 36.
When a locking operation using the smart key 42 by the authentication target person is input, in other words, when the near field communication with the smart key 42 in the locking mode is started (yes in S50), the resident-vestibule reading device 36 reads out authentication information about the authentication target person stored in the smart key 42 from the smart key 42 (S51).
If the authentication information received from the resident-in-the-air reading device 36 is authorized information, the resident-in-the-air control device 38 determines whether the authentication target person is the resident or the visitor of the integrated home 10 based on the value indicated by the authentication information (S52). In addition, when it is determined that the authentication target person is the visitor based on the authentication information, the resident-in-the-air control device 38 may execute the processing after S55 described later on the condition that the authentication information corresponds to the permission information of the permission access exclusive part 12.
If it is determined that the authentication target person is a resident of the integrated house 10 (yes in S53), the resident ' S vestibule control device 38 transmits a door lock signal to the resident ' S vestibule door 32 to lock the resident ' S vestibule door 32 (S54).
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a visitor (no in S53), the resident hall control device 38 controls the outdoor interphone 34 to start a process of photographing the authentication target person (hereinafter referred to as visitor.) (S55). The resident ' S vestibule control device 38 waits for a predetermined time (for example, several seconds to ten seconds) (S56), and then locks the resident ' S vestibule door 32 by transmitting a door lock signal to the resident ' S vestibule door 32 (S57). By leaving the resident for a certain time until the locking of the resident's entrance/exit door 32 is completed, it is possible to form an idea preparation for the resident to exit the visitor or lock the resident's entrance/exit door 32.
Next, the resident-in-the-air control device 38 ends the photographing process by the outdoor interphone 34 (S58). The resident's vestibule control device 38 obtains the data of the photographing result (which may also be referred to as the video data of the photographed visitor) from the outdoor interphone 34, and associates the data of the photographing result with the room number of the specific resident to which the visitor is to be locked. The resident-in-the-counter control device 38 transmits the data of the photographing result to the indoor interphone 30 (S59).
According to the intercom system 20 for a collective housing 10 of the embodiment, the security-related process can be switched according to whether the person who is to enter the sharing section 14 of the collective housing 10, the person who is to enter and use the resident of the collective housing 10, and the person who is to exit from the resident of the collective housing 10 are the resident of the collective housing 10 or the visitor outside the resident, respectively. Thus, the security and convenience at the time of entry and exit using the smart key 42 in the integrated house 10 can be achieved. In addition, when the shared access door 22 is unlocked by the smart key 42 and when the resident access door 32 is unlocked/locked by the smart key 42, the security of the integrated housing 10 can be further improved by storing the visitor's captured data in association with the access destination room number and providing the visitor's captured data to the access destination indoor interphone 30.
Above, the present disclosure is explained based on the embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that this embodiment is merely an example, various modifications are possible for each constituent element of the embodiment or for each combination of processing flows, and such modifications are also within the scope of the present disclosure.

In the above embodiment, the common interphone 24 starts shooting the authentication object upon receiving the call button operation of the common interphone 24 as the call operation. As a modification, the call operation may be an operation of inputting a registration number notified to the authentication target person (for example, resident and visitor) in advance. That is, the common interphone 24 may start shooting the authentication target person when the registration number notified to the authentication target person in advance is input.
The registration number may be assigned a unique number for each type of service person (postal service, home agency service, etc.). The shared vestibule control device 28 may transmit and display the data of the photographing result of the shared interphone 24, the authentication information read from the visitor's smart key 42, and the registration number (or the type of service person identified by the registration number) input by the call operation to the indoor interphone 30. The shared vestibule control device 28 may store the data of the photographing result of the shared intercom 24, the authentication information read from the visitor's smart key 42, and the registration number (or the type of service person identified by the registration number) input by the call operation in the storage device 40 in association with each other.
As another modification, the common interphone 24 may start the photographing process of the person existing in the common vestibule 16 without using the input of the reading operation by the user as a condition. For example, when a person is detected to be present in the shared vestibule 16 by a camera, the shared intercom 24 may automatically start shooting the person (authentication target person).
Modification 2 will be described. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the intercom system 20 for a residential complex according to a modification. The figure shows actions related to photographing of visitors sharing the vestibule 16. The shared vestibule reading device 26 stands by until an authentication operation using the smart key 42 by a person (also referred to as "authentication target person") who is to enter the shared portion 14 from the shared vestibule 16 of the collective housing 10 is input (no at S60).
When an authentication operation using the smart key 42 by the authentication target person is input (yes in S60), the shared vestibule reading device 26 reads out authentication information on the authentication target person stored in the smart key 42 from the smart key 42 (S61). If the authentication information received from the shared vestibule reading device 26 is authorized information, the shared vestibule control device 28 determines whether the authentication target person is the resident or visitor of the collective residence 10 based on the value indicated by the authentication information (S62).
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a visitor (yes in S63), the shared vestibule control device 28 controls the shared interphone 24 to start photographing the authentication target person (hereinafter referred to as visitor) (S64). When a predetermined time has elapsed after the start of the photographing process, the common vestibule control device 28 ends the photographing process by the common interphone 24 (S65). That is, the shared vestibule control device 28 continues the photographing process of the visitor by the shared interphone 24 for a predetermined time.
The shared vestibule control device 28 acquires data of the photographing result (may also be referred to as video data of the photographed visitor) from the shared interphone 24, and transmits the data of the photographing result to the indoor interphone 30 (S66). The destination of the data of the imaging result may be the indoor interphone 30 corresponding to the room number input by the visitor in a step not shown in fig. 5. The common vestibule control device 28 stores the data of the imaging result in the storage device 40.
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a resident of the house 10 (no in S63), the subsequent processing is skipped and the flow of the present figure is ended. In the present embodiment, the photographing process of the authentication target person is performed only in the case where the authentication target person is a visitor. In the configuration of the present modification, the security-related process is switched depending on whether the person who enters the shared portion 14 of the collective housing 10 is a resident of the collective housing 10 or a visitor outside the resident, and thus both security and convenience can be achieved when entering the collective housing 10 using the smart key.
Modification 3 will be described. The common interphone 24 of the above embodiment incorporates a camera, and a person present in the common vestibule 16 is photographed by the incorporated camera. As a modification, a camera for capturing a person existing in the shared vestibule 16 may be provided in the shared vestibule 16 as a device independent of the shared intercom 24. As a configuration in which modification 2 and modification 3 are combined, the shared vestibule control device 28 may control a camera independent of the shared intercom 24 to capture a visitor for a predetermined time when it is determined that the authentication target person is a visitor. The shared vestibule control device 28 may acquire data of the imaging result from the camera and transmit the data of the imaging result to the indoor interphone 30.
Modification 4 will be described. The technology of the intercom system 20 for a collective residence of the above embodiment can also be applied to a separate residence. Fig. 6 shows a configuration of the intercom system 50 for home. The resident intercom system 50 is a technology for applying the technology described in the embodiment related to entering and exiting the private part 12 (resident) of the collective residence 10 to entering and exiting the residence 51 as the independent residence.
The house 51 includes a house 52 and a vestibule 54. The house 52 is provided with an indoor intercom 62 used by the resident of the house 51. The indoor interphone 62 has the same function as the indoor interphone 30 of the embodiment.
The vestibule 54 is provided with a vestibule door 56, an outdoor intercom 58, and a reading device 60. The vestibule door 56 is a door separating the vestibule 54 from the house 52. The outdoor interphone 58 may also be called a vestibule interphone, and is an interphone shared by the resident of the house 51 and the visitor. The outdoor interphone 58 has the same function as the outdoor interphone 34 of the embodiment. The reader 60 has the same function as the resident hall reader 36 of the embodiment.
The vestibule control 64 corresponds to the resident vestibule control 38 of the embodiment. The vestibule control device 64 communicates with the vestibule door 56, the outdoor intercom 58, the reading device 60, and the indoor intercom 62, and controls these devices. In the present modification, the entrance control device 64 is integrated with the indoor interphone 62, in other words, the function of the entrance control device 64 is assembled to the indoor interphone 62.
The operation of the intercom system 50 for a house configured as described above will be described.
First, an operation when a resident of the house 51 or a visitor outside the resident enters the house 52 from the vestibule 54 will be described. When an unlocking operation using the smart key 42 by a person who is going to enter the house 52 (also referred to as an "authentication subject") is input, in other words, when the near field communication with the smart key 42 in the unlocking mode is started, the reader 60 reads authentication information on the authentication subject stored in the smart key 42 from the smart key 42. The reader 60 transmits the authentication information read from the key fob 42 to the vestibule control 64. The authentication information read from the smart key 42 in the present modification can also identify whether the holder of the smart key 42 is a resident or a visitor of the house 51 based on the value.
The vestibule control device 64 checks the authorized authentication information stored in the storage device 40 with the authentication information received from the reading device 60, and determines whether the authentication information received from the reading device 60 is authorized information. If the authentication information received from the reader 60 is authorized information, the vestibule control device 64 determines whether the authentication target person is the resident or visitor of the house 51 based on the value indicated by the authentication information. In addition, when it is determined that the authentication target person is the visitor based on the authentication information, the vestibule control device 64 may execute the subsequent processing on the condition that the authentication information corresponds to the permission information indicating permission to enter the house 52.
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a resident of the house 51, the vestibule control device 64 transmits a door unlock signal to the vestibule door 56, thereby enabling the vestibule door 56 to be opened.
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a visitor, the vestibule control device 64 controls the outdoor interphone 58 to start a process of photographing the authentication target person (hereinafter referred to as visitor). The vestibule control device 64 controls the indoor interphone 62, and causes the indoor interphone 62 to execute a house call process (output a bell sound or the like). The vestibule control device 64 waits for a predetermined time (for example, several seconds to ten seconds) and then transmits a door unlock signal to the vestibule door 56 to open the vestibule door 56.
Then, the vestibule control device 64 ends the photographing process by the outdoor interphone 58. The vestibule control device 64 acquires data of the photographing result (may also be referred to as video data of the photographed visitor) from the outdoor interphone 58, and transmits the data of the photographing result to the indoor interphone 62. The data of the photographing result transmitted to the indoor interphone 30 may also contain authentication information of the visitor (or identification information of the visitor determined by the authentication information). The vestibule control device 64 also stores the data of the photographing result in the storage device 40 in association with the authentication information of the visitor (or the identification information of the resident specified by the authentication information).
Next, an operation when a resident or visitor of the house 51 is to exit from the house 52 to the vestibule 54 will be described. When a locking operation using the smart key 42 by a person who is to exit from the house 52 (also referred to as an "authentication target person") is input, in other words, when the near field communication with the smart key 42 in the locking mode is started, the reader 60 reads authentication information on the authentication target person stored in the smart key 42 from the smart key 42. The reader 60 transmits the authentication information read from the key fob 42 to the vestibule control 64.
As described above, the vestibule control device 64 determines whether the authentication target person is the resident or visitor of the house 51 based on the authentication information received from the reading device 60. When it is determined that the authentication target person is a resident of the house 51, the vestibule control device 64 transmits a door lock signal to the vestibule door 56 to lock the vestibule door 56.
When it is determined that the authentication target person is a visitor, the vestibule control device 64 controls the outdoor interphone 58 to start a process of photographing the authentication target person (hereinafter referred to as visitor). The vestibule control device 64 waits for a predetermined time (for example, several seconds to ten seconds) and then sends a door lock signal to the vestibule door 56 to lock the vestibule door 56.
The intercom system 50 for a house of the present modification also has the same effects as the intercom system 20 for a collective house of the embodiment. For example, the intercom system 50 switches the security-related process according to whether the person who is to enter and exit the intercom system using the key fob 42 is a resident or visitor of the intercom system 51. This makes it possible to achieve both safety and convenience when the smart key 42 is used to enter and exit the house 51.
