In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset acoustic model may be a classification model based on deep learning, where a large number of parameters are included to confirm the state corresponding to the speech frame, and further, the parameters may be obtained by training a large number of speech data.
In one embodiment of the invention, before starting speech recognition, silence at the head end and the tail end is sometimes required to be cut off, so that interference to subsequent steps is reduced, and the accuracy and reliability of speech recognition are improved. In the embodiment of the invention, the stop words may be common nonsensical words, for example, words such as "are" in "and the like. In order to ensure the stability and fluency of television video call, in an alternative embodiment of the invention, webRTC technology can be used to develop the video call function based on the television network, thereby improving the stability of television video inquiry.

In detail, as an optional embodiment of the present invention, after the displaying the diagnostic information on the preset television display screen, the method further includes:
judging whether the patient has a history inquiry record;
if the patient has a history inquiry record, updating the history inquiry record according to the diagnosis information to obtain an updated history inquiry record;

Fig. 4 is a functional block diagram of a set-top box-based video inquiry apparatus according to the present invention.
The set-top box-based video inquiry apparatus 100 of the present invention may be installed in an electronic device. Depending on the implementation, the set-top box-based video interrogation apparatus 100 may include a patient identity verification module 101, an interrogation department selection module 102, and a tv video interrogation module 103, which may also be referred to as a unit, refers to a series of computer program segments that can be executed by a processor of an electronic device and that can perform a fixed function, and are stored in a memory of the electronic device.
In the present embodiment, the functions concerning the respective modules/units are as follows:

The inquiry department selection module 102 is configured to obtain a history inquiry record of the patient when the identity information is confirmed, select an inquiry department for the patient according to the history inquiry record, remind the patient to select the inquiry department if the identity information is not confirmed or the patient does not have the history inquiry record, record patient voice data when the patient selects the inquiry department through voice, perform voice recognition on the patient voice data, obtain patient text data, and select the inquiry department according to the patient text data.
The television video inquiry module 103 is configured to send a television inquiry video request to the patient when the inquiry time of the patient arrives, diagnose the patient when the patient responds to the television inquiry video request through the set top box, obtain diagnostic information, and display the diagnostic information on a preset television display screen.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device for implementing a set-top box-based video inquiry method according to the present invention.
The electronic device may comprise a processor 10, a memory 11, a communication bus 12 and a communication interface 13, and may further comprise a computer program stored in the memory 11 and executable on the processor 10, such as a set-top box based video interrogation program.
The memory 11 includes at least one type of readable storage medium, including flash memory, a mobile hard disk, a multimedia card, a card memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc. The memory 11 may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of the electronic device, such as a mobile hard disk of the electronic device. The memory 11 may in other embodiments also be an external storage device of the electronic device, such as a plug-in mobile hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card) or the like, which are provided on the electronic device. Further, the memory 11 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the electronic device. The memory 11 may be used not only for storing application software installed in an electronic device and various types of data, such as codes of a video inquiry program based on a set-top box, etc., but also for temporarily storing data that has been output or is to be output.
The processor 10 may be comprised of integrated circuits in some embodiments, for example, a single packaged integrated circuit, or may be comprised of multiple integrated circuits packaged with the same or different functions, including one or more central processing units (Central Processing Unit, CPU), microprocessors, digital processing chips, graphics processors, combinations of various control chips, and the like. The processor 10 is a Control Unit (Control Unit) of the electronic device, connects various components of the entire electronic device using various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions of the electronic device and processes data by running or executing programs or modules (e.g., a set-top box-based video interrogation program, etc.) stored in the memory 11, and calling data stored in the memory 11.
The communication bus 12 may be a peripheral component interconnect standard (PerIPheral Component Interconnect, PCI) bus, or an extended industry standard architecture (Extended Industry Standard Architecture, EISA) bus, among others. The bus may be classified as an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. The communication bus 12 is arranged to enable a connection communication between the memory 11 and at least one processor 10 etc. For ease of illustration, the figures are shown with only one bold line, but not with only one bus or one type of bus.
Fig. 5 shows only an electronic device with components, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 5 is not limiting of the electronic device and may include fewer or more components than shown, or may combine certain components, or a different arrangement of components.
For example, although not shown, the electronic device may further include a power source (such as a battery) for supplying power to the respective components, and preferably, the power source may be logically connected to the at least one processor 10 through a power management device, so that functions of charge management, discharge management, power consumption management, and the like are implemented through the power management device. The power supply may also include one or more of any of a direct current or alternating current power supply, recharging device, power failure detection circuit, power converter or inverter, power status indicator, etc. The electronic device may further include various sensors, bluetooth modules, wi-Fi modules, etc., which are not described herein.
Optionally, the communication interface 13 may comprise a wired interface and/or a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface, bluetooth interface, etc.), typically used to establish a communication connection between the electronic device and other electronic devices.
Optionally, the communication interface 13 may further comprise a user interface, which may be a Display, an input unit, such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), or a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the display may be an LED display, a liquid crystal display, a touch-sensitive liquid crystal display, an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) touch, or the like. The display may also be referred to as a display screen or display unit, as appropriate, for displaying information processed in the electronic device and for displaying a visual user interface.

The set-top box based video interrogation program stored by the memory 11 in the electronic device is a combination of a plurality of computer programs which, when run in the processor 10, may implement:
when an account login instruction input by a patient is received, confirming the identity of the patient inputting the account login instruction according to prestored biological information of the patient and basic information of the patient;
when the identity information is confirmed, acquiring a historical inquiry record of the patient, and selecting an inquiry department for the patient according to the historical inquiry record;
If the identity information is not confirmed or the patient does not have a history consultation record, reminding the patient to select a consultation department, and recording patient voice data when the patient selects the consultation department through voice;
performing voice recognition on the patient voice data to obtain patient text data, and selecting a consultation department according to the patient text data;
when the inquiry time of the patient arrives, a television inquiry video request is sent to the patient;
when the patient responds to the television inquiry video request through the set top box, diagnosing the patient to obtain diagnosis information, and displaying the diagnosis information on a preset television display screen.
In particular, the specific implementation method of the processor 10 on the computer program may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.
Further, the electronic device integrated modules/units, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as stand-alone products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The computer readable medium may be non-volatile or volatile. The computer readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, a recording medium, a U disk, a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a computer Memory, a Read-Only Memory (ROM).
Embodiments of the present invention may also provide a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, may implement:
when an account login instruction input by a patient is received, confirming the identity of the patient inputting the account login instruction according to prestored biological information of the patient and basic information of the patient;
when the identity information is confirmed, acquiring a historical inquiry record of the patient, and selecting an inquiry department for the patient according to the historical inquiry record;
if the identity information is not confirmed or the patient does not have a history consultation record, reminding the patient to select a consultation department, and recording patient voice data when the patient selects the consultation department through voice;
performing voice recognition on the patient voice data to obtain patient text data, and selecting a consultation department according to the patient text data;
when the inquiry time of the patient arrives, a television inquiry video request is sent to the patient;
when the patient responds to the television inquiry video request through the set top box, diagnosing the patient to obtain diagnosis information, and displaying the diagnosis information on a preset television display screen.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed electronic device, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical function division, and there may be other manners of division when actually implemented.
The modules described as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and components shown as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A set-top box-based video interrogation method, wherein the method is applied to video interrogation software pre-installed in a set-top box, and comprises:
when an account login instruction input by a patient is received, confirming the identity of the patient inputting the account login instruction according to prestored biological information of the patient and basic information of the patient;
when the identity information is confirmed, acquiring a historical inquiry record of the patient, and selecting an inquiry department for the patient according to the historical inquiry record;
if the identity information is not confirmed or the patient does not have a history consultation record, reminding the patient to select a consultation department, and recording patient voice data when the patient selects the consultation department through voice;
performing voice recognition on the patient voice data to obtain patient text data, and selecting a consultation department according to the patient text data;
When the inquiry time of the patient arrives, a television inquiry video request is sent to the patient;
when the patient responds to the television inquiry video request through the set top box, diagnosing the patient to obtain diagnosis information, and displaying the diagnosis information on a preset television display screen.
2. The set-top box based video interview method of claim 1 wherein said selecting an interview department for said patient based on said historical interview record comprises:
extracting disease names in the historical inquiry records;
inquiring medical knowledge related to the disease name in a preset medical knowledge base;
analyzing human organs related to the diseases corresponding to the disease names according to the medical knowledge;
and confirming the consultation department of the patient according to the matching relation between the preset human body organ and the consultation department.
3. The set-top box based video interview method of claim 1 wherein said selecting an interview department based on said patient text data comprises:
performing word segmentation processing on the patient text data to obtain patient word segmentation text data;
performing stop word removal processing on the patient word segmentation text data to obtain concise word segmentation text data;
Performing part-of-speech tagging on words in the succinct word segmentation text data to obtain word part-of-speech data of the succinct word segmentation text data;
according to the word part-of-speech data, carrying out grammar analysis on the succinct word segmentation text data to obtain a grammar structure of the succinct word segmentation text data;
according to the grammar structure, keyword screening is carried out on the succinct word segmentation text data to obtain target keywords;
and determining the consultation department corresponding to the target keyword according to the matching relation between the preset keyword and the consultation department.
4. The set-top box-based video interrogation method of claim 1, wherein said validating the patient identity of the input account login instruction based on the pre-stored patient biometric information and patient basic information comprises:
performing biological recognition on a patient inputting an account login instruction to obtain biological information to be confirmed;
judging whether the biological information to be confirmed is consistent with prestored biological information of a patient;
if the biological information to be confirmed is consistent with the prestored biological information of the patient, judging that the identity of the patient inputting the account login instruction is correct;
if the biological information to be confirmed is inconsistent with the prestored biological information of the patient, basic information identification is carried out on the patient inputting the account login instruction, and basic information to be confirmed is obtained;
Judging whether the basic information to be confirmed is consistent with prestored basic information of a patient;
if the basic information to be confirmed is consistent with the prestored basic information of the patient, judging that the identity of the patient inputting the account login instruction is correct;
and if the basic information to be confirmed is inconsistent with the prestored basic information of the patient, judging that the identity of the patient inputting the account login instruction is wrong.
5. The set-top box-based video interrogation method of claim 1, wherein said performing speech recognition on said patient speech data to obtain patient text data comprises:
performing mute cutting and noise reduction treatment on the patient voice data to obtain readable voice data;
carrying out voice framing on the readable voice data to obtain patient voice frame data;
extracting acoustic characteristics of the patient voice frame data to obtain multidimensional characteristic vectors of the patient voice frame data;
carrying out state recognition on the multidimensional feature vector by using a preset acoustic model to obtain a state corresponding to the patient voice frame data;
combining the states to obtain phonemes corresponding to the patient voice frame data;
Combining the phonemes to obtain words corresponding to the patient voice frame data;
outputting the words, and combining the words to obtain the text data of the patient.
6. The set-top box based video interrogation method of claim 1, wherein said prior to the arrival of the patient's interrogation time further comprises:
reminding the patient of selecting the inquiry time and receiving the inquiry time selected by the patient;
and when the system time is different from the inquiry time by a preset time interval, carrying out inquiry reminding on the patient.
7. The set-top box-based video interrogation method of claim 1, wherein said presenting said diagnostic information on a preset television display screen further comprises:
judging whether the patient has a history inquiry record;
if the patient has a history inquiry record, updating the history inquiry record according to the diagnosis information to obtain an updated history inquiry record;
if the patient does not have a historical questionnaire record, a historical questionnaire record associated with the patient is created and the diagnostic information is added to the historical questionnaire record.
8. A set-top box-based video interrogation apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the patient identity confirmation module is used for confirming the identity of the patient inputting the account login instruction according to prestored patient biological information and patient basic information when the account login instruction input by the patient is received;
