The vertical plate 2 and the limiting plate 4 can be attached by arranging the limiting plate 4, and then the limiting plate 4 and the limiting plate 2 can be fixed by the fixing component 5 inserted into the top ends of the two components; the lower bottom plate 1 can be pressed by fixing from the upper part, so that the vertical plate 2 and the bottom plate 1 are tightly attached, the shaking of the vertical plate 2 and the bottom plate 1 during welding is avoided, and the practical training and examination results are more accurate; in addition, the plugging mode is convenient to disassemble, assemble and fix.
In this embodiment, the welding table 3 and the limiting plate 4 are connected in a welding manner, so that the combination of the two is more stable. Meanwhile, in order to achieve normal welding, the welding machine 6 is movably disposed on the welding table 3, and the welding machine 6 and the vertical plate 2 are located at both sides of the limiting plate 4, so that the seam between the vertical plate 2 and the bottom plate 1 can be welded through the notch 41 on the limiting plate 4.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure normal welding, when the bottom plate 1 passes through the notch 41, the welding machine 6 can be welded to the contact position between the bottom plate 1 and the vertical plate 2, and the depth of the notch 41 is greater than the thickness of the bottom plate 1, so that when the bottom plate 1 passes through the notch 41, the limiting plate 4 is prevented from being tightly attached to the end surface of the bottom plate 1, and the seam between the bottom plate 1 and the vertical plate 2 is prevented from being blocked.
In some embodiments, to enable the welder 6 to move along the limiting plate 4, maintaining the linearity of the weld, the welder 6 is provided with an abutment wheel 61, the abutment wheel 61 being in movable abutment against the limiting plate 4 between the fixed assembly 5 and the notch 41, avoiding misalignment. Thus, in order to avoid interference between the abutment wheel 61 and the fixing assembly 5 when the fixing assembly 5 is provided, the height of the first side plate 52 is smaller than the distance between the top end of the limiting plate 4 and the notch 41, so that a space for the abutment wheel 61 to move is reserved between the notch 41 and the first side plate 52. Illustratively, the welder 6 is an automatic fillet welder.
In this embodiment, a propping block 54 is disposed in the limiting space, the propping block 54 is fixed on the fixed plate 51, the side wall of the propping block 54 is attached to the second side plate 53, and the limiting plate 4 is limited between the first side plate 52 and the side wall of the propping block 54; the height of the propping block 54 is smaller than that of the second side plate 53, the vertical plate 2 is limited between the second side plate 53 and the limiting plate 4 for fixing, the top end of the vertical plate 2 is limited by propping the propping block 54, and the side wall of the vertical plate 2 is limited by the first side plate 52 and the limiting plate 4; in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the manufacture of the limiting plate 4, the height of the limiting plate 4 is generally higher than that of the vertical plate 2, so that the height difference between the limiting plate 4 and the vertical plate is compensated by the supporting block 54, and the fixing assembly 5 is convenient to fix the limiting plate and the vertical plate, so as to avoid contact gaps.
Optionally, the supporting block 54, the fixing plate 51, the first side plate 52 and the second side plate 53 are integrally formed, which is convenient for manufacturing.
In some embodiments, in order to make the limiting plate 4 and the vertical plate 2 more stable in limiting, a detachable wedge block 7 is inserted between the second side plate 53 and the limiting plate 4, so that the abutting force between the limiting plate 4 and the vertical plate 2 can be adjusted by selecting wedge blocks 7 with different sizes.

s6, removing the wedge block 7 and the fixing assembly 5 after welding is completed, and removing the welded vertical plate 2 and the bottom plate 1.
