Abstract
本发明公开了一种足部抗菌喷雾剂及其制备方法和应用,属于医药制备技术领域,该制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)称量:以重量计,称量以下组分:苦参碱1~3份,蛇床子素1~3份,土槿皮3~5份,冰片5~10份,冰醋酸3~5份,野菊花1~3份,金银花1~5份,地肤子1~5份,维生素1~2份,苯甲酸2~3份,乙醇2~3份;(2)将苦参碱1~3份和蛇床子素1~3份溶于1~2份的乙醇中,混合搅拌溶解均匀,向上述溶液中加入辅料,过滤得到第一混合溶液;本发明制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂的均一性和稳定性非常好,且无刺激性;产品经真菌杀灭试验证明,对须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、出芽短梗霉、链格孢均有较强的杀菌作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药制备技术领域,特别是涉及一种足部抗菌喷雾剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
足癣(又称脚气),是由致病性真菌引起的足部皮肤病。足癣在全世界广为流行,在我国,足癣的发病率也相当高。人的足底和趾间没有皮脂腺,从而缺乏抑制皮肤丝状真菌的脂肪酸,生理防御机能较差,而这些部位的皮肤汗腺却很丰富,出汗比较多,加之空气流通性差、局部潮湿温暖,有利于丝状真菌的生长。此外,足底部位皮肤角质层较厚,角质层中的角蛋白是真菌的丰富营养物质,有利于真菌的生长。足癣的主要致病菌为须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、出芽短梗霉、链格孢等真菌,临床表现为皮肤糜烂、脱皮、脚臭、溃疡、水泡样、瘙痒、皲裂等。足癣具有传染性强、难治愈、易复发等特点。
目前,临床上治疗足癣多使用外用药。外用药分西药类和中药类,西药对皮肤真菌有很强的抑制作用,但西药刺激性强,易造成皮肤过敏,副作用大,复发率高;中药药性温和,副作用小,且中药成分性质稳定,相互配伍后可产生协同效应,但中药普遍存在着渗透性差、用药时间长、易复发等缺陷。可见目前治疗足癣的外用药都存在治疗不彻底、易复发等问题,而且有些外用药功效单一,不能做到全面防护。
因此,我们需要研究出一种足部抗菌喷雾剂来解决以上问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种快速杀菌消炎、疗效显著,同时可提高皮肤免疫力,能做到全面防护,且用药时间短、无刺激性、无副作用、无复发的治疗足癣的足部抗菌喷雾剂。
根据本发明的第一个方面,提供了一种足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:以重量计,称量以下组分:苦参碱1~3份,蛇床子素1~3份,土槿皮3~5份,冰片5~10份,冰醋酸3~5份,野菊花1~3份,金银花1~5份,地肤子1~5份,维生素1~2份,苯甲酸2~3份,乙醇2~3份;
(2)将苦参碱1~3份和蛇床子素1~3份溶于1~2份的乙醇中,混合搅拌溶解均匀,向上述溶液中加入辅料,过滤得到第一混合溶液;
(3)将维生素1~2份溶于剩余的乙醇中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;
(4)将土槿皮3~5份、野菊花1~3份、金银花1~5份、地肤子1~5份洗净后,用3~5倍体积量的纯净水煎煮1~2小时,取得提取物并过滤残渣,取过滤液得到第三混合溶液;
(5)将冰片5~10份溶于2~3份的苯甲酸中,得到第四混合溶液;
(6)将上述第一混合溶液、第二混合溶液分别静置12~48小时后再将二者混合均匀,然后加入第三混合溶液、第四混合溶液、冰醋酸并用纯净水配平,将最终的混合溶液静置15~30天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体;
(7)灌装,制成足部抗菌喷雾剂。
在某些实施方式中,所述辅料为活性炭和矫味剂。
在某些实施方式中,所述矫味剂为阿司帕坦、甜菊素、枸橼酸、草莓香精中的一种或多种。
在某些实施方式中,所述足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:以重量计,称量以下组分:苦参碱2份,蛇床子素2份,土槿皮4份,冰片7.5份,冰醋酸4份,野菊花2份,金银花3份,地肤子3份,维生素1.5份,苯甲酸2.5份,乙醇2.5份;
(2)将苦参碱2份和蛇床子素2份溶于1.5份的乙醇中,混合搅拌溶解均匀,向上述溶液中加入活性炭、阿司帕坦和草莓香精,脱碳过滤得到第一混合溶液;
(3)将维生素1.5份溶于剩余的乙醇中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;
(4)将土槿皮4份、野菊花2份、金银花3份、地肤子3份洗净后,用4倍体积量的纯净水煎煮1.5小时,取得提取物并过滤残渣,取过滤液得到第三混合溶液;
(5)将冰片7.5份溶于2.5份的苯甲酸中,得到第四混合溶液;
(6)将上述第一混合溶液、第二混合溶液分别静置30小时后再将二者混合均匀,然后加入第三混合溶液、第四混合溶液、冰醋酸并用纯净水配平,将最终的混合溶液静置25天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体;
(7)灌装,制成足部抗菌喷雾剂。
根据本发明的第二个方面,提供了一种足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法制备的足部抗菌喷雾剂。
根据本发明的第三个方面,提供了一种足部抗菌喷雾剂在治疗足部开裂、溃烂、脚部瘙痒、足部水泡、脱皮、脚部皮肤增厚、脚趾头红肿、足癣、灰指甲上的应用。
根据本发明的第四个方面,提供了一种足部抗菌喷雾剂在抑制须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、出芽短梗霉、链格孢中任一菌种或多种菌种组合上的应用。
本发明的各组分作用如下:
苦参碱:是从豆科植物苦参的干燥根、植株、果实经乙醇等有机溶剂提取得到的生物碱,具有清热燥湿、杀虫、利尿的功效,用于热痢、便血、黄疸尿闭、赤白带下、阴肿阴痒、湿疹、湿疮、皮肤瘙痒、疥癣麻风;外治滴虫性阴道炎;对皮肤真菌有抑制作用。
蛇床子素:是从伞形科植物蛇床的干燥成熟果实中提取得到的香豆素类活性物质,具有杀虫、祛风止痒、清热燥湿的功效,用于阴痒带下、湿疹瘙痒、湿痹腰痛、肾虚阳痿、宫冷不孕;外治外阴湿疹、妇人阴痒、滴虫性阴道炎;对皮肤真菌有抑制作用。
土槿皮:为松科植物金钱松的干燥根皮或近根树皮,具有杀虫、止痒的功效,用于疥癣瘙痒;对多种皮肤真菌有不同程度抑制作用。
冰片:由菊科艾纳香茎叶或樟科植物龙脑樟枝叶经水蒸汽蒸馏并重结晶而得,具有开窍醒神、清热散毒、明目退翳的功效,用于热病高热神昏、中风痰厥惊痫、暑湿蒙蔽清窍、喉痹耳聋、口疮齿肿、疮痈疳痔、目赤肿痛、翳膜遮睛;较高浓度(0.5%)对葡输球菌、链球菌、肺炎双球菌、大肠杆菌及部分致病性皮肤真菌等有抑制作用。
冰醋酸:能降低微生物生长环境的pH值,破坏微生物的生存环境,对皮肤浅部的真菌有一定抑制作用,用于各种皮肤浅部真菌感染、鸡眼疣;但是冰醋酸对皮肤的刺激性强,容易引起接触性皮炎和化学性甲沟炎,且有刺痛或烧灼感。
野菊花:为菊科植物野菊的干燥头状花序,具有清热解毒,抗肿瘤,抗病原微生物的功效,用于脓疱疮、疔疮痈肿;对多种致病菌如金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、霍乱弧菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌等均有一定抑制作用,对肺炎球菌、脑膜炎双球菌、绿脓杆菌、结核杆菌亦有效;对皮肤快速恢复有促进作用。
金银花:为忍冬科忍冬属植物忍冬及同属植物干燥花蕾或带初开的花,具有清热解毒、疏风散热、抗氧化、抗病原微生物的功效,用于慢性肛周湿疹,女性尖锐湿疣,中重度痤疮,各种痈疽疔疮、皮疹;对多种致病菌如金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、霍乱弧菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌等均有一定抑制作用,对肺炎球菌、脑膜炎双球菌、绿脓杆菌、结核杆菌亦有效;对皮肤快速恢复有促进作用。
地肤子:为藜科植物地肤子的干燥成熟果实,具有清热燥湿、祛风止痒、利尿的功效,用于皮肤瘙痒症、荨麻疹;对皮肤快速恢复有促进作用。
维生素:能够促进皮肤快速恢复,提高皮肤免疫力。
苯甲酸:助溶剂,具有渗透性强的特点,可抑制真菌生长,外用于体癣、手足癣等浅部真菌感染。
乙醇:助溶剂,具有渗透性强的特点。
活性炭:辅料,脱色剂。
阿司帕坦、甜菊素、枸橼酸、草莓香精:辅料,矫味剂。
本发明所用药物,以冰醋酸为西药杀菌成分,冰醋酸对导致足癣的真菌有良好的杀灭作用;以苦参碱、蛇床子素、土槿皮、冰片为中药杀菌成分,苦参碱、蛇床子素、土槿皮、冰片同样有很好的杀真菌作用,加入这些中药杀菌成分,不仅可减少冰醋酸的使用量,使患者的皮肤少受刺激,还可进一步起到杀真菌的效果;以野菊花、金银花、地肤子、维生素为消炎护理成分,这些消炎护理成分的加入,不仅对于治疗后皮肤快速恢复有促进作用,还能辅助增强杀菌效果,使制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂集杀菌、保养为一体,治疗与免疫同时进行,起到全面防护的作用;以苯甲酸、乙醇为加速药效渗透剂,苯甲酸、乙醇的运用加快了药物的渗透作用,能使药物更快到达病灶,起到快速消炎、杀菌的作用。全方配伍得当,治疗与免疫有机结合,具有协同杀菌、消炎作用。本发明制备的足部抗菌喷雾剂疗效显著,无刺激性、无复发,疗效优于目前市面上治疗足癣的外用药。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明全方配伍得当可产生协同效应,起到快速消炎、杀菌的作用;采用了中西药结合的方法,充分发挥了西药杀菌成分(冰醋酸)的强渗透性、杀菌性的特点,同时以中药杀菌成分(苦参碱、蛇床子素、土槿皮、冰片)改善冰醋酸的强刺激性,以中药消炎护理成分(野菊花、金银花、地肤子、维生素)来促进治疗后皮肤的快速恢复及辅助增强杀菌效果,以西药加速药效渗透剂(苯甲酸、乙醇)使药物更快到达病灶,起效快。因此,本发明制备的足部抗菌喷雾剂可直达病变部位,快速杀菌消炎、疗效显著,同时可提高皮肤免疫力,能做到全面防护,且用药时间短、无副作用、无复发。
2.本发明制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂的均一性和稳定性非常好,且无刺激性;产品经真菌杀灭试验证明,对须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、出芽短梗霉、链格孢均有较强的杀菌作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明提供了一种足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:以重量计,称量以下组分:苦参碱1~3份,蛇床子素1~3份,土槿皮3~5份,冰片5~10份,冰醋酸3~5份,野菊花1~3份,金银花1~5份,地肤子1~5份,维生素1~2份,苯甲酸2~3份,乙醇2~3份;
(2)将苦参碱1~3份和蛇床子素1~3份溶于1~2份的乙醇中,混合搅拌溶解均匀,向上述溶液中加入辅料,过滤得到第一混合溶液;
(3)将维生素1~2份溶于剩余的乙醇中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;
(4)将土槿皮3~5份、野菊花1~3份、金银花1~5份、地肤子1~5份洗净后,用3~5倍体积量的纯净水煎煮1~2小时,取得提取物并过滤残渣,取过滤液得到第三混合溶液;
(5)将冰片5~10份溶于2~3份的苯甲酸中,得到第四混合溶液;
(6)将上述第一混合溶液、第二混合溶液分别静置12~48小时后再将二者混合均匀,然后加入第三混合溶液、第四混合溶液、冰醋酸并用纯净水配平,将最终的混合溶液静置15~30天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体;
(7)灌装,制成足部抗菌喷雾剂。
步骤(2)中的辅料为活性炭和矫味剂,矫味剂为阿司帕坦、甜菊素、枸橼酸、草莓香精中的一种或多种。
根据上述制备方法制备的足部抗菌喷雾剂可应用于治疗足部开裂、溃烂、脚部瘙痒、足部水泡、脱皮、脚部皮肤增厚、脚趾头红肿、足癣、灰指甲,也可应用于抑制须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、出芽短梗霉、链格孢中任一菌种或多种菌种组合。

本发明制备的足部抗菌喷雾剂的规格为50ml/瓶,其使用方法为将产品喷在患处,每天喷施2次,早上穿鞋前喷施1次,晚上洗澡擦干后再喷施1次。
实施例1
一种足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:以重量计,称量以下组分:苦参碱1份,蛇床子素1份,土槿皮3份,冰片5份,冰醋酸3份,野菊花1份,金银花1份,地肤子1份,维生素1份,苯甲酸2份,乙醇2份;
(2)将苦参碱1份和蛇床子素1份溶于1份的乙醇中,混合搅拌溶解均匀,向上述溶液中加入活性炭和阿司帕坦,脱碳过滤得到第一混合溶液;
(3)将维生素1份溶于剩余的乙醇中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;
(4)将土槿皮3份、野菊花1份、金银花1份、地肤子1份洗净后,用3倍体积量的纯净水煎煮1小时,取得提取物并过滤残渣,取过滤液得到第三混合溶液;
(5)将冰片5份溶于2份的苯甲酸中,得到第四混合溶液;

一种足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:以重量计,称量以下组分:苦参碱3份,蛇床子素3份,土槿皮5份,冰片10份,冰醋酸5份,野菊花3份,金银花5份,地肤子5份,维生素2份,苯甲酸3份,乙醇3份;
(2)将苦参碱3份和蛇床子素3份溶于2份的乙醇中,混合搅拌溶解均匀,向上述溶液中加入活性炭、阿司帕坦和甜菊素,脱碳过滤得到第一混合溶液;
(3)将维生素2份溶于剩余的乙醇中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;
(4)将土槿皮5份、野菊花3份、金银花5份、地肤子5份洗净后,用5倍体积量的纯净水煎煮2小时,取得提取物并过滤残渣,取过滤液得到第三混合溶液;
(5)将冰片10份溶于3份的苯甲酸中,得到第四混合溶液;
(6)将上述第一混合溶液、第二混合溶液分别静置48小时后再将二者混合均匀,然后加入第三混合溶液、第四混合溶液、冰醋酸并用纯净水配平,将最终的混合溶液静置30天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体;
(7)灌装,制成足部抗菌喷雾剂。
实施例3
一种足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:以重量计,称量以下组分:苦参碱2份,蛇床子素2份,土槿皮4份,冰片7.5份,冰醋酸4份,野菊花2份,金银花3份,地肤子3份,维生素1.5份,苯甲酸2.5份,乙醇2.5份;
(2)将苦参碱2份和蛇床子素2份溶于1.5份的乙醇中,混合搅拌溶解均匀,向上述溶液中加入活性炭、阿司帕坦和草莓香精,脱碳过滤得到第一混合溶液;
(3)将维生素1.5份溶于剩余的乙醇中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;
(4)将土槿皮4份、野菊花2份、金银花3份、地肤子3份洗净后,用4倍体积量的纯净水煎煮1.5小时,取得提取物并过滤残渣,取过滤液得到第三混合溶液;
(5)将冰片7.5份溶于2.5份的苯甲酸中,得到第四混合溶液;
(6)将上述第一混合溶液、第二混合溶液分别静置30小时后再将二者混合均匀,然后加入第三混合溶液、第四混合溶液、冰醋酸并用纯净水配平,将最终的混合溶液静置25天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体;
(7)灌装,制成足部抗菌喷雾剂。

组分中无土槿皮和冰片,其他与实施例3相同。
对比例2
组分中无蛇床子素、土槿皮和冰片,其他与实施例3相同。
对比例3
组分中无苦参碱、土槿皮和冰片,其他与实施例3相同。
对比例4
组分中无苦参碱、蛇床子素、土槿皮和冰片,其他与实施例3相同。
对比例5
组分中无冰醋酸,其他与实施例3相同。
对比例6
组分中无野菊花、金银花、地肤子和维生素,其他与实施例3相同。
一、各组杀菌效果比较试验
试验分为10组,即分为对照组、实施例组(实施例1-3)和对比例组(对比例1-6),对照组为无菌生理盐水,培养基为改良沙氏葡萄糖琼脂,选用须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌2种常见致足癣真菌。试验浓度为原液,作用时间2min,试验方法参照《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版)第二部分(2.1.1.9),试验结果如下:

根据《消毒技术规范》规定的评价标准,杀菌率≥90%,产品有杀菌作用。试验结果显示:实施例1-3制得的足部抗菌喷雾剂对须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌2种常见致病真菌均有较强杀菌作用;实施例3制得的足部抗菌喷雾剂,其杀菌效果最好,故实施例3为本发明的最佳实施例。
二、样品检测
参照卫生部《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版)对实施例3制得的足部抗菌喷雾剂进行检测,结果如下:
1.稳定性试验
以实施例3制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂的保质期为24个月,以每50ml一罐进行灌装包装成样品,取100个样品经过24个月的保管后,每个样品仍是均一透明的液体。再经过12个月后的保管,只有其中2个样品有白色浑浊,其余98个样品仍然是均一透明的液体,随机选取5瓶样品打开后,喷出的液体气味合适。由此可以看出,本发明制备的足部抗菌喷雾剂的均一性和稳定性非常好。
2.皮肤刺激试验
分为多次完整皮肤刺激试验和一次性破损皮肤刺激试验:
(1)多次完整皮肤刺激试验
选择体重2-3kg健康白色家兔3只,试验前24h将白色家兔背部脊柱两侧的毛剪掉,去毛范围左、右各约3cm*3cm。次日,将实施例3制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂0.2ml喷涂于一侧去毛皮肤表面,另一侧去毛皮肤作为空白对照。喷涂4h后,用蒸馏水清除残留受试物,每天涂抹一次,连续喷涂14d,必要时剪毛,不损伤皮肤。在每次喷涂后24h观察结果;
(2)一次性破损皮肤刺激试验
选择体重2-3kg健康白色家兔3只,试验前24h将家兔背部脊柱两侧的毛剪掉,去毛范围左、右各约3cm*3cm。次日,先用浓度为75%酒精擦拭消毒去毛部位皮肤,用注射针头在皮区内划一个“井”形的破损伤口,将实施例3制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂0.2ml喷涂于破损部位皮肤上覆盖的4层纱布上,然后用一层油纸覆盖,再用无刺激性胶布固定。另一侧去毛破损皮肤用等量灭菌蒸馏水作为对照,与前作同样处理。敷用4h后,用蒸馏水除去残留的足部抗菌喷雾剂,分别于去除受试物后1、24、48h,观察皮肤局部反应。
两组皮肤刺激性试验的结果表明:实施例3制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂对家兔完整皮肤多次刺激试验家兔表皮无明显变化,判定为无刺激性;对家兔破损皮肤一次性刺激试验,家兔表皮无明显变化判定为无刺激性。可见,实施例3制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂无刺激性。
三、真菌杀灭试验
将实施例3制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂进行真菌杀灭试验,以测其对须癣毛癣菌GIM3.598、红色毛癣菌GIM3.629、出芽短梗霉CGMCC3.3984、链格孢CGMCC3.4255的杀灭效果,试验浓度为原液,试验方法参照《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版)第二部分(2.1.1.9),试验结果如下:

根据《消毒技术规范》规定的评价标准,杀菌率≥90%,产品有杀菌作用。试验结果表明:本发明制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂对须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、出芽短梗霉、链格孢的杀灭率均>99.999,符合《消毒技术规范》杀菌率≥90%的要求,故产品对须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、出芽短梗霉、链格孢均有较强的杀菌作用。
综上所述,本发明制备得到的足部抗菌喷雾剂的均一性和稳定性非常好,且无刺激性;产品经真菌杀灭试验证明,对须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、出芽短梗霉、链格孢均有较强的杀菌作用。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:以重量计,称量以下组分:苦参碱1~3份,蛇床子素1~3份,土槿皮3~5份,冰片5~10份,冰醋酸3~5份,野菊花1~3份,金银花1~5份,地肤子1~5份,维生素1~2份,苯甲酸2~3份,乙醇2~3份;
(2)将苦参碱1~3份和蛇床子素1~3份溶于1~2份的乙醇中,混合搅拌溶解均匀,向上述溶液中加入辅料,过滤得到第一混合溶液;
(3)将维生素1~2份溶于剩余的乙醇中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;
(4)将土槿皮3~5份、野菊花1~3份、金银花1~5份、地肤子1~5份洗净后,用3~5倍体积量的纯净水煎煮1~2小时,取得提取物并过滤残渣,取过滤液得到第三混合溶液;
(5)将冰片5~10份溶于2~3份的苯甲酸中,得到第四混合溶液;
(6)将上述第一混合溶液、第二混合溶液分别静置12~48小时后再将二者混合均匀,然后加入第三混合溶液、第四混合溶液、冰醋酸并用纯净水配平,将最终的混合溶液静置15~30天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体;
(7)灌装,制成足部抗菌喷雾剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述辅料为活性炭和矫味剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述矫味剂为阿司帕坦、甜菊素、枸橼酸、草莓香精中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的足部抗菌喷雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:以重量计,称量以下组分:苦参碱2份,蛇床子素2份,土槿皮4份,冰片7.5份,冰醋酸4份,野菊花2份,金银花3份,地肤子3份,维生素1.5份,苯甲酸2.5份,乙醇2.5份;
(2)将苦参碱2份和蛇床子素2份溶于1.5份的乙醇中,混合搅拌溶解均匀,向上述溶液中加入活性炭、阿司帕坦和草莓香精,脱碳过滤得到第一混合溶液;
(3)将维生素1.5份溶于剩余的乙醇中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;
(4)将土槿皮4份、野菊花2份、金银花3份、地肤子3份洗净后,用4倍体积量的纯净水煎煮1.5小时,取得提取物并过滤残渣,取过滤液得到第三混合溶液;
(5)将冰片7.5份溶于2.5份的苯甲酸中,得到第四混合溶液;
(6)将上述第一混合溶液、第二混合溶液分别静置30小时后再将二者混合均匀,然后加入第三混合溶液、第四混合溶液、冰醋酸并用纯净水配平,将最终的混合溶液静置25天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体;
(7)灌装,制成足部抗菌喷雾剂。
5.一种根据权利要求4所述的制备方法制备的足部抗菌喷雾剂。
6.一种根据权利要求5所述的足部抗菌喷雾剂在治疗足部开裂、溃烂、脚部瘙痒、足部水泡、脱皮、脚部皮肤增厚、脚趾头红肿、足癣、灰指甲上的应用。
7.一种根据权利要求5所述的足部抗菌喷雾剂在抑制须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、出芽短梗霉、链格孢中任一菌种或多种菌种组合上的应用。
