In the daily work of workshop, the management of material always is very important link, generally will deposit the material in the warehouse to be responsible for safekeeping the material by the specially assigned personnel, the staff borrows and all need to pass through safekeeping personnel record and confirm when returning the material, but to some common materials, all need to get the warehouse to borrow when using each time, very big waste time has reduced work efficiency, so can set up the material frame in some workshops and deposit common material, so that the staff uses, but in practical application process, the condition that often appears not in time returning after borrowing the material from the material frame, and because lack the borrowing record of material, can't confirm the borrowing personnel, the degree of difficulty of material management work has been increased.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the present application provides a workshop work terminal, which includes a box 100, a camera 120, a touch screen 130, a digital control drawer 140, and an industrial personal computer 110. The camera 120 is used for collecting facial information of a worker, and is assembled on the upper portion of the front face of the box 100, and the height of the camera 120 is substantially equal to the height of the worker, so that facial information of the worker can be collected conveniently. The touch screen 130 is mounted on the front surface of the case 100 and located below the camera 120, and is used for receiving touch signals of an operator. The numerical control drawer 140 is used for storing materials and is arranged at the lower part of the front face of the box body 100, so that workers can conveniently take the materials from the numerical control drawer. The industrial personal computer 110 is located in the box 100 and below the numerical control drawer 140. The camera 120, the touch screen 130 and the numerical control drawer 140 are all in communication connection with the industrial personal computer 110. When the digital control drawer 140 is used, a worker needs to use the camera 120 to acquire facial information firstly, then the worker operates the touch screen 130, and the worker can borrow materials in the digital control drawer 140 by opening the digital control drawer 140. In the process of borrowing materials, the industrial personal computer 110 can store facial information of staff, namely, a material borrowing record is generated, and the problem that the tool borrowing record is missing in the prior art is solved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the touch screen 130 is disposed obliquely at an upper front portion of the case 100, so as to facilitate a touch operation by a worker.
Preferably, the inclination angle of the touch screen 130 is 45 degrees.
In some embodiments, when a worker needs to return the material, the worker collects the facial information through the camera 120, and then the worker operates the touch screen 130, the numerical control drawer 140 is opened, and the worker can return the material. The application can generate borrowing information and returning information, and compare the borrowing information with the returning information, thus the staff not returning the material can be counted.
Preferably, the number of the numerical control drawers 140 can be multiple, and the materials are classified and stored in different numerical control drawers 140 according to different categories. When the staff uses, can select to open corresponding numerical control drawer 140 according to the different categories of borrowing or returning the material, the classification of the material of being convenient for deposits, also is convenient for check the material.
