Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of radio frequency identification, in particular to an electronic nameplate system which comprises electronic nameplates, a reader-writer, equipment management software and a server, wherein the reader-writer respectively reads specific information of corresponding specific equipment from a plurality of electronic nameplates, and transmits the read specific information of the specific equipment to the equipment management software on line for recording and storing in the server to form a record, so that the high-efficiency query of equipment data is realized, the information is input on line, the record is formed on the work of inspection, maintenance and the like on line, and the work management and control efficiency is improved.

Therefore, in order to solve the above technical problems, an electronic nameplate system is provided, in which an electronic tag can be replaced alone when damaged, real-time recording and updating of equipment information can be realized by using the system, relevant data of the equipment can be viewed in real time, and information management can be timely and effectively performed on equipment information change, so that the safety of the equipment is ensured
The prior art has the following problems:
1. in the prior art, the equipment data management is still mainly based on-site paper data, the paper data has the defects of easy loss, damage and inconvenient query, the two-dimensional code nameplate is easy to be stained, and the equipment information cannot be updated in real time;
2. in the prior art, paper documents are used as records in the transportation and the transportation of the existing equipment parts, so that the defects of complicated checking, long time and easy error exist;
3. in the prior art, the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment are easy to be counterfeited when workers carry out actual operation, besides accidents such as breakage, loss and the like are easy to happen.

The invention provides an electronic nameplate aiming at the defects of easy loss, damage, inconvenient query, complex inventory, easy error, easy counterfeiting and the like of the existing equipment file managed by using paper. The invention has simple structure and convenient operation, can quickly and accurately read the relevant information of the equipment, improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost.

and the equipment management software is installed on the server and is used for managing the specific information of the specific equipment on the server and managing the record.

and the equipment management software enters the specific information of the specific equipment and stores the specific information in the server to form a record.
The reader-writer can also read and/or modify the specific information of the specific equipment from the server in a wireless mode.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the electronic nameplate system comprises an electronic nameplate, a reader/writer, device management software and a server, wherein the electronic nameplate comprises a bottom plate 1 and an electronic tag 2, the electronic tag 2 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 1, in this embodiment, the bottom plate 1 is rectangular, specific information of a specific device corresponding to the electronic nameplate is inscribed on the upper portion of the surface of the bottom plate 1, a rectangular groove 3 is formed on the lower portion of the surface of the bottom plate 1, the size of the groove 3 is matched with the size of the electronic tag 2, in this embodiment, the electronic tag 2 is fixedly bonded in the groove 3 through 3M glue, in other embodiments, the electronic nameplate can be fixed in other fixing manners, in this embodiment, the material of the bottom plate 1 is a metal stainless steel material, the electronic tag 2 is a passive metal-resistant rectangular radio frequency identification tag, in other embodiments, the material of the bottom plate 1 can be another metal material capable of replacing the stainless steel material, in other embodiments, the electronic tag 2 may be other non-metal-resistant tags, and in order to facilitate the installation of the electronic nameplate, four through holes 4 are respectively processed at four corners of the bottom plate 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the bottom plate 1 is circular, and the number of the through holes 4 is 4 and is uniformly distributed on the edge of the bottom plate 1.

the server stores the specific information of the specific equipment on the server, and the server and the reader-writer perform information transmission wirelessly and form a record for the work of the reader-writer;
and the equipment management software is installed on the server and is used for managing the specific information of the specific equipment on the server and managing the record.
