It can be appreciated that in this embodiment, when the violation detection module 120 performs the violation analysis, the violation detection module 120 analyzes whether the vehicle is in a full state or not based on the received environmental information, and determines that there is a violation when the vehicle is in a full state, and whether the vehicle is in a full state or not can be determined by fitting the image data and the light curtain 1114 data, so as to reduce the false positive rate; based on the environmental information, acquiring a driver's cabin personnel number value N when the vehicle is in a pound state, detecting a personnel number value M of getting off from the driver's cabin after the vehicle is stopped, and when M is not equal to N, indicating that no-get-off personnel exist in the driver's cabin, and judging that illegal behaviors exist at the moment; based on the environmental information, the number of cab personnel in the vehicle measurement is obtained, when personnel exist in the cab, the existence of illegal behaviors is judged, when personnel exist in the cab, the accuracy of the vehicle measurement can be influenced by personnel in the vehicle, and at the moment, the existence of illegal behaviors is judged. The violation detection module 120 outputs a violation determination result after determining that there is a violation, and transmits the violation determination result to the control module 130.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, performing the violation analysis based on the environmental information, determining whether there is a violation further includes: when the weighing is performed for the first time, acquiring a personnel number value M1 of a person getting off from a cab after the vehicle stops; and when the vehicle is weighed for the second time, acquiring the number value M2 of the personnel getting off from the cab after the vehicle is stopped, and judging that the illegal action exists when M1 is not equal to M2.
It will be appreciated that when the vehicle is metered by the wagon balance 10, two weights are required, namely, load weighing and non-load weighing, and the weight of the cargo is obtained by the difference between the two metered weights; in this embodiment, performing the violation analysis based on the environmental information, and determining whether there is a violation further includes: when the weighing is performed for the first time, acquiring a personnel number value M1 of a person getting off from a cab after the vehicle stops; when the vehicle is weighed for the second time, acquiring a personnel quantity value M2 of the vehicle which is discharged from a cab after the vehicle is stopped, and when M1 is not equal to M2, indicating that the personnel quantity of the vehicle which is weighed for the second time is inconsistent, namely judging that the vehicle has illegal behaviors; the accuracy of the truck scale integrated management system 100 is further improved by fitting the above-described violation analysis at a single weighing.
Referring to fig. 4, a third aspect of an embodiment of the invention provides an electronic device 200 comprising one or more processors 201 and a memory 202; one or more programs are stored in the memory 202 and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 201, the one or more programs configured to perform the control method of the truck scale integrated management system 100 described above.
A fourth aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having program code stored therein, wherein the control method of the truck scale integrated management system 100 described above is performed when the program code is executed.
It is to be understood that the specific features, operations and details described herein before with respect to the method of the invention may also be similarly applied to the apparatus and system of the invention, or vice versa. In addition, each step of the method of the present invention described above may be performed by a corresponding component or unit of the apparatus or system of the present invention.
