Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of concrete spraying equipment, in particular to a concrete long-distance dust-free spraying machine.
Background
The concrete sprayer is an indispensable device in the construction and construction process of places such as coal mine tunnels, highway tunnels, side slope nursing and the like. The most common form of equipment today is the rotary concrete sprayer. The equipment has the advantages of low price and simple use, but the defects are also obvious, namely the dust concentration is high due to rotor air leakage, and the equipment is also the culprit of silicosis, which is the occupational disease of coal mines. In particular, as the lining plate between the rotor and the stator is made of polyurethane or rubber, the lining plate is easily damaged by friction with sand and stones in the spraying slurry, and therefore, in the spraying operation process, air leakage occurs between the rotor and the stator, and cement dust is blown up by the air leakage;
secondly, the spraying distance is limited, the spraying distance of a rotor type concrete sprayer in commercial products is generally about 100 meters, and the rebound rate is high. That is, the intake loss is serious due to the abrasion of the lining plate, and the injection distance of the injector with the structure is determined to be relatively short. Part of products are used for reducing dust, and a dust collection device is added in a matched manner. However, the filter screen of the dust collector is easily blocked by cement powder, so that the dust settling efficiency is extremely low in the practical application level.
In order to solve the problem of high dust concentration in the use process of the rotor type concrete sprayer, a hydraulic piston type concrete wet sprayer is developed and developed in the market at present. The equipment needs to make the spraying material into slurry by pulping equipment, and then sprays the material to the sprayed surface by a hydraulic piston device, so that the problems of dust are solved, the rebound rate is reduced, the use process is complex, the labor cost is increased, the spraying distance is reduced further, the spraying distance can only reach about 40 meters, and the equipment is easy to block a pipe.
In general, in the existing spraying equipment, the problems of dust, spraying distance and rebound rate are not solved all the time due to the restriction of the self structure of the rotor type concrete sprayer, namely, the problem of rotor sealing. And the wet sprayer has complex operation and maintenance and short spraying distance. With the adoption of novel equipment for a tunneling working face, the existing guniting equipment cannot meet the field requirements more and more.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a rotor type structure which is different from the prior art, adopts spiral pushing feeding, is matched with a transition charging barrel and a spraying baffle plate, pushes spraying slurry to a spraying cone, and sprays the spraying slurry entering the cone to a sprayed surface at high speed by compressed air through an air inlet on the spraying cone along a conveying pipe in a 'rarefaction flow' state. Because the equipment has no air leakage point, the problem of dust generation in the spraying process is fundamentally solved. Meanwhile, as the kinetic energy loss of the compressed air entering the injection mechanism is extremely low, the spraying slurry can be injected to the sprayed working surface of more than 1000 meters through experiments and industrial application. In addition, as the screw shaft is uniformly fed, no pulse phenomenon exists in the spraying process, the rebound rate of the spraying material is greatly reduced, and the cost of the spraying material is saved.
