Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical skin care products, and particularly relates to an anti-inflammatory acne-removing mask essence, a preparation method and application thereof, and an anti-inflammatory acne-removing mask.
Background
The skin is the largest organ of the human body, is in direct contact with the external environment, and can rapidly respond to a series of changes of the body caused by internal and external factors, such as roughness, dryness, relaxation, wrinkle increase and the like. In the process of organism change, reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) are generated, and excessive Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) damage the organism balance, so that oxidative stress is caused, and oxidative damage is caused. Can increase inflammation in vivo, activate related signal channels, cause apoptosis, reduce synthesis of various elastin, and cause skin diseases such as aging, photoaging, acne, etc. of different degrees in vitro.
A large number of experiments prove that the anti-oxidation product can be used for removing free radicals and excessive oxides in vivo, inhibiting propionibacterium acnes related to acne, and achieving the effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting acne and the like to different degrees. The products for acne removal on the market at present are various, such as oral administration, external use and the like, and the acne removal mask mostly contains chemical components such as salicylic acid, quaternary ammonium salt-73 (Pi Aoning) and the like, so that adverse phenomena such as skin allergy and the like are easy to cause after long-term use.

Preferably, the extraction method is decoction; the decocted solvent is water, the mass ratio of the feed liquid is 1:5-10, and the time is 1.5-2 h.
Preferably, when the kuh-seng root extract is prepared, the number of times of extraction is 1 to 3;
when the honeysuckle extract, the dandelion extract, the wild chrysanthemum extract or the paeonia lactiflora extract are prepared, the extraction times are 1-2 times.
Preferably, the extraction further comprises sequentially filtering and concentrating;
the filtering comprises centrifugal filtering;
the concentration is evaporation concentration; the solute mass concentration of the extract obtained after concentration is 0.5-2 g/mL.
Preferably, when preparing the kuh-seng root extract, the method further comprises alcohol precipitation and impurity removal;
the alcohol used for removing impurities by alcohol precipitation is ethanol water solution; the volume concentration of the ethanol in the ethanol water solution is 50-60%; the mass ratio of the ethanol aqueous solution to the extracting solution is 1-3:1.
