技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别是,涉及一种应用于皮肤屏障修护和舒缓的面膜及制备方法。
背景技术
面膜是一种可以用于面部肌肤保养和修复的特殊护肤产品。它通常是以薄布或泥状的形式涂在面部,然后静置一段时间,让其中的活性物质渗透到皮肤里,以达到补水、美白、抗皱和舒缓等美容效果。
皮肤屏障是皮肤表面的一层保护层,主要是由角质层构成,起着防止水分流失和外界有害物质侵入的作用。但随着环境的恶化、不规律的作息以及不正确的护理方法,大多数都市人群面临皮肤屏障受损问题,皮肤变得脆弱、敏感,严重者甚至影响到生活和工作。
用于修复皮肤屏障且附带其他美容效果的面膜受到了越来越多人的追捧,但市场上的面膜参差不齐,且多数面膜只能达到基础的保湿效果。并且频繁使用面膜会使表皮细胞吸水膨胀,角质层堵塞,皮脂排泄不畅,积聚在毛囊中,导致形成水合性皮炎,进一步破坏皮肤屏障功能。有鉴于此,亟待一种能够改善皮肤屏障且不会引起水合性皮炎的面膜,从而来解决皮肤屏障受损问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一套以含有透明质酸钠、泛醇和鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺为原料的面膜。其中,透明质酸钠是一种天然产生于人体组织的多糖类物质,它能深入真皮层,提高真皮层的锁水能力。同时,透明质酸钠具有润滑作用,可以使皮肤更加光滑,减少皱纹的出现。泛醇,也被称为维生素原B5,它可以渗入皮肤表层,增强皮肤锁水能力,持久保持水分。同时,它具有一定的抗炎作用,缓解肌肤不适感,并促进肌肤细胞的再生和修复,还能够给组织细胞提供代谢能量,促进细胞分化,强化皮肤屏障功能。鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺是一种神经酰胺类似物,能增强表皮细胞的内聚力,改善皮肤屏障作用,并通过氢键形成分子缔合体,促进表皮的水合作用,提高皮肤的保水能力。
本发明的面膜通过透明质酸钠、泛醇和鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺三者协同作用,可以提高皮肤锁水能力,同时促进皮肤屏障的修复,改善并提高皮肤屏障功能。

本发明提供一种应用于皮肤屏障修护和舒缓的面膜,包括面膜面料及附着在面料上的面膜液,按重量份计,所述面膜液包括:A相原料、B相原料和D相原料,A相原料组分包括:水43.5~88份、甘油1~3份和透明质酸钠0.01~0.5份;
B相原料组分包括:鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺0.01~0.5份、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯1~3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.01~1份、氢化聚异丁烯0.01~0.3份和白池花籽油0.01~0.5份;
D相原料组分包括:水2~10份和泛醇1~3份。
优选地,所述A相原料组分还包括丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.01~0.5份和水解小核菌胶0.01~0.5份。

本发明提供一种所述面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将A相原料搅拌并升温至70~90℃,恒温20~30min;
S2、将B相原料搅拌并升温至70~90℃,恒温20~30min,加入A相中,搅拌;
S3、降温至40~45℃时,将D相原料加入,搅拌;
S4、过滤后得到产品面膜。
优选地,面膜液组分还包括C相原料组份,
C相原料组份:水5~15份、1,2-己二醇0.01~1份、肌肽0.01~0.1份、精氨酸0.01~0.5份、丁二醇0.1~3份、辛酰羟肟酸0.01~0.1份、乙基己基甘油0.01~0.1份;
该制备方法在步骤S2和S3之间还包括:S2’、降温至50~70℃时,将C相原料加入,搅拌。
优选地,步骤S2’中,混匀搅拌速度为500~2000rpm;步骤S2’的降温过程,其速率为0.2~1℃/min,采用正反交替搅拌法,搅拌时间为10~60min。
优选地,步骤S1中,A相混匀搅拌速度为500~1000rpm;步骤S2中,混匀搅拌速度为1500~3500rpm;步骤S3中,混匀搅拌速度为30~2000rpm;步骤S2至步骤S3的降温过程,其速率为0.2~1℃/min。

本发明面膜中含有透明质酸钠、泛醇和鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺等功能性成分。本发明修复改善皮肤屏障途径有以下几点:一是椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯和聚二甲基硅氧烷在皮肤表面形成一层油膜,可以起到封闭锁水,长效保湿,防风防尘的效果;二是透明质酸钠渗透到皮肤深处,提高组织细胞含水量,泛醇可以增强角质层脂质和角蛋白的流动性来补偿水合作用的减少,同时泛醇补充外源代谢能量来改善表皮细胞的状态从而形成“细胞膜”—一层层排列整齐的角质细胞;;三是补充外源细胞间的脂质,在表皮细胞间形成一张脂质网膜来改善角质细胞间的内聚力,并通过氢键形成分子缔合体,促进表皮的水合作用,提高皮肤的保水能力,并协同泛醇补充组织细胞能量一同改善皮肤屏障。
本发明通过油膜、“细胞膜”和脂质网膜形成的三重膜来改善皮肤屏障功能。皮肤的表皮是重要皮肤屏障组成之一,包含角质层、透明层、颗粒层、有棘层和基底层。第一层油膜作用的位置为角质层,第二层膜细胞膜作用的位置为表皮中的活细胞,第三层膜脂质网膜作用的位置为表皮中的活细胞细胞间质。从而使表皮层得到整体性的改善。
本发明的优点在于:将透明质酸钠、泛醇和鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺三者结合作用以达到协同增效的效果,作用于皮肤后显著提升了保湿能力,同时能增强肌肤活性和改善肌肤干燥问题,对皮肤屏障受损问题有很好的修复和改善效果,并且此配方温和无刺激。
本发明具有以下优点:
第一、本发明面膜具有椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和水解小核菌胶等,在皮肤表面形成一层薄膜,防止皮肤水分过度流失。
第二、本发明面膜具有透明质酸钠、甘油和泛醇,可渗透至皮下,提高皮肤组织的含水量。并且泛醇能够增强皮肤屏障功能,并且促进皮肤角化功能,能够有效的预防和改善皮肤粗糙现象。
第三、本发明面膜中的鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺填充了角质层之间的脂质,增强表皮细胞的内聚力,改善皮肤屏障作用,并通过氢键形成分子缔合体,促进表皮的水合作用,提高皮肤的保水能力。同时通过与氢化聚异丁烯、白池花籽油等成分的搭配,协同作用修复皮肤屏障功能。
第四、本发明将透明质酸钠、泛醇和鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺合理配伍,使三者在修复受损皮肤以及增强皮肤屏障方面表现出协同增效的作用。
第五,本发明所用的多种植物提取物起到减缓皮肤炎性因子、改善敏感性皮肤和增强皮肤屏障的作用。

A相组份:水72.232份、甘油2.1份、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.4份、透明质酸钠0.23份、水解小核菌胶0.0825份。
B相组份:椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯1.7份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.6份、鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺0.35份、氢化聚异丁烯0.25份、白池花籽油0.23份。
C相组份:水10份、1,2-己二醇0.6份、肌肽0.0825份、精氨酸0.1份、丁二醇2份、辛酰羟肟酸0.095份、乙基己基甘油0.0825份。

实施例7
与实施例1的区别在于:以等量的水代替透明质酸钠和泛醇。
将实施例1-7制备的面膜进行经皮水分流失测定。具体方法为:每组面膜随机选用10名皮肤屏障受损的志愿者(年龄25-54岁)进行试用。每天洁面后取出面膜,敷于面部,避开眼周、唇部使用,剩余精华可涂抹于颈部肌肤,15-20分钟后,取下面膜,轻柔按摩至精华吸收,每两天使用一次,期间不使用其他护肤品。面膜使用前和使用四周后分别用经皮水分流失测定仪(Aqua Flux)探头置于颊部皮肤同一位置,保持水平测定经皮水分流失TEWL值。同一个受试者的测试由同一仪器、同一测试人员进行。平行试验测定3次,取平均值,记录经皮水分流失TEWL值。测试结果见表1。

由上表可知,相比于实施例2-7,实施例1中的透明质酸钠、泛醇和鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺三者协同增效,经皮水分流失TEWL值显著降低,说明皮肤的锁水能力增强,皮肤屏障功能得到改善。
实施例8
对配制产品进行性能指标测试,结果如下:
面膜
颜色:白色液体;
形状:有粘度液体;
气味:有气味(轻微原料特征气味);
耐热稳定性测试(42℃*24h):合格;
耐寒稳定性测试(-15℃*24h):合格;
离心2000rpm,30min:合格。
实施例9
经皮水分流失TEWL测定
将实施例1制备的面膜进行经皮水分流失测定,测试仪器为皮肤水分流失测试仪(Aqua Flux)。具体测试方法为:选用30名皮肤屏障受损的志愿者(年龄25-54岁)进行试用。洁面后取出面膜,敷于面部,请避开眼周、唇部使用,剩余精华可涂抹于颈部肌肤,15-20分钟后,取下面膜,轻柔按摩至精华吸收,每两天使用一次,期间不使用其他护肤品。面膜使用前、使用两周后和使用四周后分别用经皮水分流失测定仪(Aqua Flux)探头置于颊部皮肤同一位置,保持水平测定经皮水分流失TEWL值。同一个受试者的测试由同一仪器、同一测试人员进行。每次测定前,清洁探头,同时受试人员应用清水洗脸,保持放松,静坐30min,接受测试。测试结果见表2、表3、图1和图2。经皮水分流失TEWL值越小,说明经皮水分流失越慢。

统计分析结果:“*”:差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);“-”:差异无统计学意义(P≥0.05)。
实施例10
面部成像测试-红区分析a*值
将实施例1制备的面膜进行面部成像测试,测试仪器为面部图像分析仪(VISIA-CR)。具体测试方法为:选用30名皮肤屏障受损的志愿者(年龄25-54岁)进行试用。洁面后取出面膜,敷于面部,请避开眼周、唇部使用,剩余精华可涂抹于颈部肌肤,15-20分钟后,取下面膜,轻柔按摩至精华吸收,每两天使用一次,期间不使用其他护肤品。面膜使用前、使用两周后和使用四周后分别用面部图像分析仪(VISIA-CR)对面部皮肤进行多角度成像。本次测试提供受试者面部正面标准光1、标准光2、橙光和交叉偏振光4种光源下采集的图片。对交叉偏振光下导出的红区图片进行图像分析,得到量化指标红区分析a*值,用于评估面部皮肤发红、敏感状态的改善情况。同一个受试者的测试由同一仪器、同一测试人员进行。每次测定前受试人员应用清水洗脸,保持放松,静坐30min,接受测试。测试结果见表4、表5、图3、图4和图5。红区分析a*值越大,说明皮肤发红情况越严重。

统计分析结果:“*”:差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);“-”:差异无统计学意义(P≥0.05)。
综上所述,使用本发明实施例1的面膜4周后,经皮水分流失(TEWL)从23.58g/m2h降低到17.25g/m2h,说明皮肤锁水能力增强,保湿度增加,皮肤屏障层得到强化;红区分析a*值从30.8513降低到21.5465,有效改善面部皮肤发红,增强皮肤屏障功能。
最后所应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (9)
1.一种应用于皮肤屏障修护和舒缓的面膜,包括面膜面料及附着在面料上的面膜液,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述面膜液包括:A相原料、B相原料和D相原料,
A相原料组分包括:水43.5~88份、甘油1~3份和透明质酸钠0.01~0.5份;
B相原料组分包括:鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺0.01~0.5份、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯1~3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.01~1份、氢化聚异丁烯0.01~0.3份和白池花籽油0.01~0.5份;
D相原料组分包括:水2~10份和泛醇1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面膜,其特征在于,所述A相原料组分还包括丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.01~0.5份和水解小核菌胶0.01~0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的面膜,其特征在于,所述D相原料组分还包括积雪草提取物0.001~0.2份、虎杖根提取物0.001~0.2份、黄芩根提取物0.001~0.2份、茶叶提取物0.001~0.2份、光果甘草提取物0.001~0.05份、母菊花提取物0.001~0.05份、迷迭香叶提取物0.001~0.05份、1,2-戊二醇0.01~1份、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.01~0.2份、脱水木糖醇0.01~0.1份、木糖醇0.01~0.05份、甘草酸二钾0.01~0.5份、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.01~0.5份、曲克芦丁0.01~0.2份和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.01~0.2份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的面膜,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述面膜液组分还包括C相原料组份,
C相原料组份:水5~15份、1,2-己二醇0.01~1份、肌肽0.01~0.1份、精氨酸0.01~0.5份、丁二醇0.1~3份、辛酰羟肟酸0.01~0.1份、乙基己基甘油0.01~0.1份。
5.一种权利要求1-3任一所述面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将A相原料搅拌并升温至70~90℃,恒温20~30min;
S2、将B相原料搅拌并升温至70~90℃,恒温20~30min,加入A相中,搅拌;
S3、降温至40~45℃时,将D相原料加入,搅拌;
S4、过滤后得到产品面膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,面膜液组分还包括C相原料组份,
C相原料组份:水5~15份、1,2-己二醇0.01~1份、肌肽0.01~0.1份、精氨酸0.01~0.5份、丁二醇0.1~3份、辛酰羟肟酸0.01~0.1份、乙基己基甘油0.01~0.1份;
该制备方法在步骤S2和S3之间还包括:S2’、降温至50~70℃时,将C相原料加入,搅拌。
7.根据权利要求6所述的面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2’中,混匀搅拌速度为500~2000rpm;步骤S2’的降温过程,其速率为0.2~1℃/min,采用正反交替搅拌法,搅拌时间为10~60min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,A相混匀搅拌速度为500~1000rpm;步骤S2中,混匀搅拌速度为1500~3500rpm;步骤S3中,混匀搅拌速度为30~2000rpm;步骤S2至步骤S3的降温过程,其速率为0.2~1℃/min。
9.根据权利要求5所述的面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:采用正反交替搅拌法,搅拌时间为10~60min。
